This study analyzed the factors that affect the emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienists' psychological well-being. The study was conducted from September 1, 2019 to November 30, 2019 with 180 dental hygienists living in Jeollabuk-do province. The data was analyzed by independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 18.0. Psychological well-being has a significant correlation with emotional intelligence (r=.596, p<.001). Emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienists was found to be significant in a suitable regression model (F=116.575, p<.05), and the explanatory power was 53.6%. The higher the psychological well-being was, the higher the emotional intelligence was. The factors related to emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienists were psychological well-being, self-acceptance, positive relations to others, personal growth, environmental mastery and clinical experience. The results of this study show that psychological well-being is related to emotional intelligence. It is necessary to establish an effective strategy to enhance the psychological well-being of clinical dental hygienists and strengthen their emotional intelligence.
This study aims to investigate the effects of the Big Five Aspects on psychological adjustment and the practical use of the Big Five Aspects in personality studies. Correlations between psychological adjustment(subjective well-being, life satisfaction, anxiety, depression) and the Big Five Aspects were compared to correlations between the Big Five and psychological adjustment. The results showed distinction between two aspects within each of the Big Five that major personality traits that are actually related to psychological adjustment were found. Multiple regressions were used with subjective well-being, life satisfaction, anxiety, and depression as criterion variables to investigate the effect of the Big Five Aspect on psychological adjustment and the results are as followed. Big Five Aspects accounted for 66.2% of the variance in subjective well-being and withdrawal, compassion, industriousness, enthusiasm, assertiveness, openness significantly predicted subjective well-being. Life satisfaction and depression were significantly predicted by withdrawal and enthusiasm. Withdrawal was the only variable that significantly predicted anxiety. Multiple regression also showed that withdrawal and enthusiasm were the most consistent, accountable variables in predicting overall psychological adjustment. This findings indicate that individual's personality traits played a significant role in predicting subjective well-being and mental health as consistent with past findings, and that the Big Five Aspects can offer more detailed and specific description than the Big Five can. Finally, the research discusses implications, limitations and suggestions for further studies.

The article highlights the problems of the digitalization of the educational process, which affect the pedagogical cluster and are of a psychological nature. The authors investigate the transformational changes in education in general and the individual beliefs of each subject of the educational process, caused by both the change in the format of learning (distance, mixed), and the use of new technologies (digital, communication). The purpose of the article is to identify the strategic trend of the educational process, which is a synergistic combination of pedagogical methodology and psychological practice and avoiding dialectical opposition of these components of the educational space. At the same time, it should be noted that the introduction of digital technologies in the educational process allows for short-term difficulties, which is a usual phenomenon for innovations in the educational sphere. Consequently, there is a need to differentiate the fundamental problems and temporary shortcomings that are inherent in the new format of learning (pedagogical features). Based on the awareness of this classification, it is necessary to develop psychological techniques that will prevent a negative reaction to the new models of learning and contribute to a painless moral and spiritual adaptation to the realities of the present (psychological characteristics). The methods used in the study are divided into two main groups: general-scientific, which investigates the pedagogical component (synergetic, analysis, structural and typological methods), and general-scientific, which are characterized by psychological direction (dialectics, observation, and comparative analysis). With the help of methods disclosed psychological and pedagogical features of the process of digitalization of education in a mixed learning environment. The result of the study is to develop and carry out methodological constants that will contribute to the synergy for the new pedagogical components (digital technology) and the psychological disposition to their proper use (awareness of the effectiveness of new technologies). So, the digitalization of education has demonstrated its relevance and effectiveness in the pedagogical dimension in the organization of blended and distance learning under the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic. The task of the psychological cluster is to substantiate the positive aspects of the digitalization of the educational process.
In this study, multilateral conceptualizations of underemployment were measured in terms of wages, social status, skill utilization and permanence of the job, and then the effects of antecedents on underemployment and the effects of underemployment on organizational adaptation were examined. Data obtained by a longitudinally designed survey at intervals of 18 months with the reemployed(N = 153) after job loss were used. The underemployment measures include 1) the ratio of wage change 2) the ratio of status change 3) the ratio of education 4) the occurrence of change from the permanent job to temporary job, 5) overqualification - growth opportunity, 6) overqualification - mismatch. The first four measures are social-economic and objective measures and the last two measures are psychological and self-reported ones. Demographic variables(sex, age, education level, and period of unemployed), circumstantial variables(economic hardship, number of dependents), and psychological variables(job-seeking self-efficacy, depression/anxiety, latent function) are included in antecedents. In the effects of antecedents on underemployment, age increases the level of underemployment in the aspects of wage and job status. Economic hardship increases the possibility of underemployment in the aspects of education and number of dependents increases the possibility of underemployment in the aspects of job status. Job seeking self-efficacy decreases the possibility of underemployment in the overqualification - no growth. Retention of latent function during the period of unemployment lowers the possibility of underemployment in the overqualification - no growth. The level of depression and anxiety during the period of unemployment raises the possibility of underemployment in terms of education and in the overqualification - mismatch. In the effects of underemployment on organizational adaptation, the higher the level of underemployment in the aspect of education is, the lower the level of person-organization fit, emotional commitment, and job satisfaction are. And the transition from permanent job to temporary job makes emotional commitment and job satisfaction lower. No growth and mismatch exerted a significant influence on organizational adaptation generally.
According to the ministry of defence(2015), 49.329(13.6%) of 359,059 in results of the personality test for the korean enlist military in 2015 were exposed. in "the preventive group"and "the risk group". This study tried to search through the adaptation strategy on the transformational leadership in order to adjust well in the military organization for them. For this, conducted a survey of the psychological well-being, organizational commitment, job satisfaction with 350 soldiers of 3 Field headquaters. The result, Military commander's transformational leadership got a positive effect on the organizational commitment and the psychological well-being but not the job satisfaction. The psychological well-being got a positive effect on the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. Also, The psychological well-being mediated a relation of the organizational commitment and the organizational commitment, the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. This suggests the importance of the psychological well-being to improve the organizational commitment, the job satisfaction to soldiers in a military organization. Also, This suggests that the military commander's transformational leadership can be very important factors to improve the psychological well-being to soldiers in a military organization.
Purpose: This study investigated the degree of acculturation stress among North Korean Defectors and the coping method that they used to deal with it. Methods: Ninety-nine participants of this study were North Korean Defectors in Seoul and Daejeon. The tools of survey for this study were acculturation stress and stress-coping. Results: The score for acculturation stress among North Korean Defectors was $2.97{\pm}0.47$ which was a moderate level of stress. The score of problem-solving coping was $3.10{\pm}0.47$ and emotional coping got $2.85{\pm}0.52$. On acculturation stress, there were higher scores among people who were old-aged, married, low educational levels, dissatisfied with job, low monthly income, and living alone. On problem-solving coping, there were higher score among people who have jobs. Regarding emotional coping, there were higher score in people who have jobs, dissatisfaction with job, and living alone. The higher the problem-solving coping skill, the less the acculturation stress. Conclusion: Reducing of acculturation stress and increasing adaptation mechanism of North Korean Defectors are very important due to the results of this study. Therefore, adaptation programs like psycho-social counseling should be created for North Korean Defectors.
With a view of to providing basic data for designing male's and female's clothes, heslthy males and females(five each) were exposed to three different environmental temperature( $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$$28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$,$32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ in the nude. Their adaptation of skin temperature, physilogical responses, oral temperature, blood pressure, pulse rates) and psychological reactions (thermal, comfort and perceptive sweat sensations) were analyzed to be as follows; The subjects's skin temperature had a similar look of adaptation, but the stability of skin temperature differed at the $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$and at the $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ Males had higher skin temperatures at three environmental temperatures, but females showed a higher temperature change at the $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and$28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and males at the $32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ Thus females were more resistant to the cold, while male were more resistant to the heat. As environmental temperature increased, oral temperature and pulse rates also grew up. Females turned higher in oral temperature and lower in blood pressure, but both sexes had a normal range of physiological reactions. Even though three environmental temperature were same changes in thermal sensation at and in perceptive sweat sensation at $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$and in perceptive sweat sensation at$32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ the two sexes had the same response in comfort sensation at the three environmental temperature.

South Korea is changing into a multi-cultural society, due to an increase in international marriage, foreign workers and transcultural immigration. In addition, the number of North Korean defectors entering South Korea has increased and now, there are approximately 25000. Therefore, this review have focused on a research that pertains to adaptation and mental health concerns of their children. Children who have immigrated themselves or whose parents have immigrated, might experience language barriers, difficulties in school adjustment, identity confusion and mental health problems. However, their academic performance and developmental status are known to be variable and be affected by socioeconomic status and their parents' educational level. Studies that evaluated the psychological problems of North Korean adolescent refugees' indicated the need for interests in both emotional and behavioral problems. The risk factors of North Korean adolescent refugees' mental health are suggested to be past traumatic experiences, long duration of defection and short period of adaptation. When mental health professionals provide assessment and treatment, they should consider the pre- and post-migration experiences & cultural background that affect the illness behaviors and attitudes toward mental illnesses. Lastly, the majority of children with multi-cultural background are still under an adolescent period and we should follow up with long-term perspectives.
With a view to providing basic data for designing male's and female's clothes, healthy males and females(five each) were exposed to three different environmental temperature($20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$, $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$, $32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$) in the nude. Their adaptation of skin temperature, physiological responses( rectal temperature, blood pressure, pulse rates) and psychological reactions(thermal, comfort and perceptive sweaty sensations) were analyzed as follows; The subjects's skin temperature had a similar look of adaptation, but the stability of skin temperature differed at tha $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and at the $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ Males had higher skin temperature at three environmental temperatures, but females showed a higher temperature change at the $20{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and $28{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ and males at the$32{\pm}1.0^{\circ}C$ Thus females were more resistant to the cold, while males were more resistant to the heat. This study examined the trends of domestic academic research on children of divorced families by classifying them by period, method, target, and subject. From 2000 to 2022, 105 papers published in 58 journals were surveyed. In terms of research methods, quantitative research was conducted using questionnaires and panel data. The subjects of the reviewed studies were mainly elementary school children, and there were many studies on both divorced single mother and child families as well as divorced single father and child families. By analyzing the core subjects of the study, papers related to children's personal adaptation accounted for the largest proportion, followed by problematic behaviors, psychological difficulties, such as depression and stress, and relationships. In conclusion, due to the high divorce rate in Korea there is a need to focus academic attention on the children of divorced families. To this end, it is necessary to study the adaptation and protection factors of the children of divorced families. More qualitative research should be conducted on children of divorced families of various ages, not just elementary school students.
