Objects : This study was aimed to investigate relation to the Psychologic factor and Mental disorder of Women. Methods : Research data is based on Booindaejoenyangbang(婦人大全良方) and Dongyipogam(東醫寶鑑). And study the psycho elements in Mental disorder of Women. Results : 1. Psychologic factor have a part in A cause for mental disorder of women, certainly. 2. The weakness is fundamental cause for mental disorder of women and the Wind is an immediate cause frequently. 3. Most mental disorder of women develop severe psychiatric symptoms. 4. Psychologic factor is concerned to causing and symptoms at various diseases of women. Conclusion : The results suggest that women is delicate at the psychologic factor, so mental disorders are taken easily.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to report the effectiveness of Korean medicine therapy on Psychologic tremor patients with MCVT. Methods: Korean medicine therapy including MCVT, herb, acupuncture, and psychotherapy are applied to psychologic tremor patients. Vas and AIMS are used as assessment tools to evaluate the effects of therapy. MCVT is a traditional Korean medicine technique usually for chronic diseases. Similarly, autogenic training by J.H.Schultz and Giungoroen-therapy was conducted as psychotherapy. Results: In case 1, the patient lost all symptoms from vas10 to vas0, while in case 2, symptoms of the patient decreased from vas10 to vas3. Additionally, there was a significant decrease in the AIMS measurement score for both patients. Psychotherapy helped to reduce depression and anxiety. Conclusions: Psychologic tremor can be treated using Korean traditional medicine such as MCVT, Sosiho-tang and psychotherapy.

Objective : This investigation was carried out to see psychologic evaluation with SCL-90-R in patients induced seven-emotion. Methods : 27 patients induced seven-emotion were administered SCL-90-R. Results : 1. All subscale scores by sex and age were significantly recognized in patients. 2. Dimension depression were significantly recognized in male patients. 3. All subscale scores by sex weren't significantly recognized in patients. 4. Dimension obsesive-compulsive, anxiety were significantly recognized in patients entered through ER. 5. Dimension phobic anxiety were significantly recognized in patients with psychologic history. Conclusion : we have significant differences on comparisons of Scores by sex, admission route and psychologic history of the Patients.

Psychology and esters medicine are congenital therapeutic partners. they are closer in concept and practice to each other than either is to the principles of western science and medicine. Estern medicine, like most psychotherapies, is concerned with an individual's unique physical and emotional state. The aim of this study is to review Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy which is one of the psychotherapies in estern medicine. We studied few representative books which are about in estern medicine and also studied some clinical case reports on psychotherapies by estern medicine therapy, specially about Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy. Generally we understood Chukyoo(祝由) is the eldest psychological therapy which is based on Shamanism and controlled by Shaman as a doctor. and it is similar to simple psychoanalysis in western medicine. The psychologic therapy of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi (移精變氣療法) is typical estem medicine psychologic therapy since the principle of estern medice had built like Hwang-Chi-Nei-Ching(黃帝內經). The meaning. of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy is holistic psychologic therapy which are based on the harmony of mind and body. The practical method of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) are to refresh patient's emotional condition, like ventilaltion. The second healing method of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) is persuasion by dialogue. The third method is to clear patient's doubt by explainning of some qutestions. Therefore, the indication of Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy are psychosomatic disease or psychogenic problems. In conclusion, I suggest that the Ii-Geug-Byun-Qi(移精變氣療法) therapy could be powerfully adopt to prevent or treat lots of disease which is related with mind and body induced by stressor.

Purpose: to determine the effects of hand acupuncture on IBS-affected college women's bowel symptoms and psychologic health by applying the therapy to them. Method: The researcher sampled the nursing student attending a college of nursing science in Seoul and checked if they were affected by IBS in reference to the Rome II Criteria. Students were classified into a experimental group(21 subjects) and a control group(19 subjects). Hand acupuncture was applied to the experimental group 8 rounds for 4 weeks; each round lasted 30 minutes. Data were collected for 8 weeks from October 11 to December 1, 2004. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 program. Result: After the therapy, frequency(p=.005), distress(p=.001) and disability (p=.000) associated IBS bowel symptom and anxiety were significantly lowered in the experimental group(p=.026). Conclusions: It was confirmed through this study that the hand acupuncture would be effective in relieving IBS bowel symptoms and anxiety.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise training on work capacity, psychologic functions and quality of life in hemodialysis patients. Forteen hemodialysis patients, 3 males, 11 females, age ranged from $23{\sim}58$ years($42.3{\pm}0.4$) were selected and assessed using a modified Bruce protocol on a treadmill. The 3 months supervised exercise training consisted of 60 minites session thrice weekly on the treadmill, bicycle and arm ergometer at $40{\sim}60%$ of maximum $O_2$ consumption. The changes of maximum $O_2$ consumption, psychologic test and quality of life questionnaire in 14 patients before and after 3 months exercise training have been measured. The mean maximum $O_2$ consumption($VO_2$ max) of exercises increased by 23% after training(pre-and postexercise $26.3{\pm}4.6ml$/kg/min vs $29.8{\pm}4.9ml$/kg/min, p=0.013). There was significant reduction in anxiety score(p=0.004) and significant improvement in quality of life score(p=0.031) after training. The result of this study indicated that a structured exercise training for hemodialysis patients provides many benefits. These result suggest the exercise training can improve the work capacity, psychologic functions and quality of life outcomes in hemodialysis patients.

This is to study the presurgical motivation, psychological changes and self satisfaction after the surgical treatment of dentofacial deformities. The subjects were 34 patients that the orthognathic surgeies were rendered and followed-up over 6 months. The results were as followings ; 1. The analysis of MMPI profiles in clinical scale reveals that 8.8%(3 patients) of neurologic type, 2.9% (1 patient) of personality problem type and none of psychotic type, while 88.3% of showed no abnormal findings in psychologic status. 2. The significant differences of personality characteristics were noticed in the Depression(D), Hypochondriasis(Hs), Musculinity-Feminity(Mf) were changed significantly following the orthognathic surgeries.(P<0.05) 3. The self assesment of the esthetic results were satisfactory in 78.6%, while no changes in 14.3%.

Many researchers have focused on consumers' clothes purchase behavior, These researches could not reflect the characteristics of the single consumers' clothes purchase behavior. In addition, little has been written on the single consumer. The purposes of this study are to identify the concept and psychologic characteristics of single consumer and investigate the effects of single consumers' psychologic characteristic and susceptibility to interpersonal influence on clothes shopping pursuing value. Also, It was analyzed how single consumer' pursuing values are different based on the type of single motivation. To test research problems, Data were collected by means of a survey questionnaire, which was sent to 300 single in Pusan and Ulsan. In total, 274 were returned and 14 were unusable because of unacceptable levels of missing data. The Results were summarized as follows: First, self-efficacy, informative and normative influence were positively related to utilitarian pursuing value employee satisfaction. Also, self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness and informative influence had a positive effect on hedonic pursuing value. Second, voluntary single and nonvoluntary single group had different perceptions about self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness, informative influence, and hedonic pursuing value.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of general characteristic of the patient with low back pain on the psychologic Status. The Questionnaires was done for 312 persons with low back pain who live in Daejeon. The study was conducted between 1st, June and 26th, July in 2000. The results were as follows: 1. The effects of general characteristic of the patient with low back pain on the psychologic Status were related age(p<0.01), education level(p<0.01), job(p<0.01), husband and wife existence(p<0.01), disease(p<0.01). 2. The influence of an item on Handler score was related the reason of pain(r=0.377, p<0.01), the site and pattern of pain(r=0.314, p<0.01), the influence of climate(r=0.370, p<0.01), the frequency of pain(r=0.396, p<0.01), the position of producible pain(r=0.411, p<0.01), one's desire(r=0.394, p<0.01), experience of pessimism(r=0.421, p<0.01).

1) Objective ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ had been made by Wang-Dao(王燾) in Tang Dynasty(唐朝). It included fumigation therapy and aroma therapy. Therefore we would like to bring out use sphere and detailed method of Fumigation therapy and Aroma therapy in Tang Dynasty and before period. 2) Conclusions (1) Fumigation therapies of ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ have contained boil and burn. The effects of fumigation therapy are made by cooperation effect of medicine and heat. (2) Aroma therapies of ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ have been used to cure infectious, internal, psychologic, dental, pediatric, dermatologic and surgical diseases. Especially these therapies have a good effect on cough. (4) Aroma therapies of ${\lceil}Wai-Tai-Mi-Yao{\rfloor}$ have been used to cure infectious, internal, psychologic, dental, ophthalmic, otolaryngologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, dermatologic and surgical diseases. Expecially this therapy has an good effect on nightmare.
