이 연구에서는, Inhelder와 Piaget(1963)의 실험의 여러 측면에 대해 고찰하면서, Piaget의 발생적 인식론에서 '문제의식의 형성', '연구문제로의 변환', '실험과제로의 번역', '실험결과의 해석' 과정의 특징을 드러낸다. 그리고 이러한 일련의 분석을 바탕으로 하여, Piaget의 발생적 인식론의 실험 결과가 학생의 의식성을 높이는 교육을 지지한다는 점에 대해 논의한다.

Since the onset of modern psychosomatic medicine decades ago. it has made significant at contribution to general medicine in terms of understanding the patient as a whole person suffering from an illness rather than as a disease per se. However, initial expectation of delineating specific psychogenesis and developing specific treatment modality has not been fulfilled. Consequently, it has raised substantial concern about the continuing utility of psychosomatic medicine in modem medicine. The author attempted to review critically the evolution of psychosomatic medicine from the perspective of the present and to make projections into the near future. It is concluded that psychosomatic medicine in the future will continue to contribute to development of modem medicine not only as the scientific principle but also as the practical methodology, working as creative interface among disciplines and fusing ideas from rapidly developing molecular biology and neuroscience with psychosomatic concepts. Finally, suggestions for further developing psychosomatic medicine in Korea are made.

For the reduction of menstrual pain, treatment and taking medicine will be able to reduce the temporary ache but the grievous pain will be able to occur with the side effect in medicine, if menstrual pain without side effect for health of the woman which is comfortable mind is possible, it will be able to minimize. Consequently for this study that wearing the underwear which irradiates a space energy reduce menstrual pain, the fundamental data which relaxes the various complex condition will be able to provide and effectiveness of space energy will be able to reduce menstrual pain. Research result, when the underwear which irradiates a space energy wore, the menstrual pain was decreased, the underwear satisfaction increased.

l. Objectives To analyse gait disturbance of patient who was operated Total Hip Replacement Arthroplasty(THRA). 'This study is reported to emphasize on psychological stability and balance of vital dynamics. 2. Methods This patient was treated by the remedy of Soyangin, who was diagnosed as Soyangin. We used visual analogue scale(V AS) for the assessment of Rt. femoral pain. 3. Results The patients operated THRA are needed not only rehabilitation of gait, but also psychological stability and balance of vital dynamics. 4. Conclusions We suggest that patients operated THRA are needed not only rehabilitation of gait, but also psychological stability and balance of vital dynamics.

정신신체의학은 심리적, 행동적, 의학적 요인들이 인간의 신체에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 생물정신사회적 관점에서 통합적으로 접근하는 의학 분야이다. 초기의 정신신체의학은 신체 질환의 원인을 심리적인 요인으로 이해하고 접근하고자 하였으며 이후 다양한 관련 분야의 발전을 통해 보다 확대된 관점에서 신체 질환을 바라보기 시작하였다. 이러한 결과 내외과 질환 환자들의 정신과적인 문제를 다루는 자문조정이 임상적으로 주목을 받게 되었다. 여러 내과적 질환들의 원인, 경과, 치료에 스트레스 혹은 정신과적 요인이 영향을 미친다는 사실이 확인되었고 더 나아가 질환뿐 아니라 삶의 질이나 인격 특성 등 인간의 행동적인 측면 역시 연구 대상으로 확대되게 된다. 최근 내외과 질환이 보다 세분화되고 그 원인에 대한 생물학적 연구들이 진행되며 다양한 검사 및 평가 도구가 개발되는 등 연구 여건이 변화됨에 따라 정신신체의학 연구도 더욱 다양화되고 세분화되고 있다. 이에 저자는 한국 정신신체의학 연구의 발전을 모색하기 위해 국내 정신신체의학 연구의 과거와 현주소를 확인하고 미래를 전망하고자 한다.
