In modern manufacturing practice it is sometimes necessary to send products to another country for special processing which cannot be performed inside the territory of the zone and Outward Processing(OP) covers such situation. What's more, process and Rules of Origin(RoO) of OP is implicated in Korea' Free Trade Agreement(Korea-Singapore, Korea-EFTA and Korea-Asean FTA) because of the goods to be producted in Kaesong Industrial Complex. Thus, In this paper analyse a implication of OP's process and RoO focused on the two fold : (1) provide an overview of the objectives, types, effects of Outward Processing described in customs law and FTA provisions of EU and Korea; (2) present a comparative analysis of EU and Korean rules; (3) offer an appropriate proposal to Korea-EU FTA negotiation.

In the NGN, QoS must be offered. We try to apply QoS technology and MPLS which makes them possible to support rapidly increasing traffic and franc engineering to maintain steady infra to the environment of MPLS traffic engineering. In this paper, we supplement the defect of the traditional MPLS traffic engineering and apply the technology of QoS. To construct far more steady infra, we suggest the way of its development and advanced protocol(ERSVP) compared to traditional protocol.

최근 정보기술은 미국을 중심으로 사회 활동의 기반 요소로서 자리잡고 있다. 다양한 정보기술의 출현과 함께 근래에는 집단내 통합된 정보서비스 기반기술인 정보기술 아키텍처의 구축이 대두되고 있고 그에 따른 부문별 정보시스템 요소간의 상호 접속을 위한 표준화가 중요시되고 있다. 현재 정보기술 아키텍처에 대한 시스템은 미국에서 개발된 프레임워크이 기초를 형성하고 있으며 국내에서도 이를 벤치마킹하여 적용하는 추세에 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보기술 아키텍처의 기반환경과 표준기술 추진 현황을 분석하여 정리하였다.

This paper introduces the coded cooperation protocol in wireless relay network. We propose a two relay based coded cooperation protocol with RCPC codes for wireless networks. The proposed two-relay based system can achieve a diversity of order 4 under slow fading environment. Under fast fading, the diversity order is 2 times of the free distance of the convolutional code. We develop upper bounds on BER and FER for the system under both slow and fast fading with Rayleigh distribution. The effect of various channel conditions on the cooperation is also examined in this work.

Leading MAC protocols developed for duty-cycled WSNs such as B-MAC employ a long preamble and channel sampling. The long preamble introduces excess latency at each hop and suffers from excess energy consumption at non-target receivers. In this paper we propose AS-MAC (Asynchronous Sensor MAC), a low power MAC protocol for wireless sensor networks (WSNs). AS-MAC solves these problems by employing a series of preload approach that retains the advantages of low power listening and independent sleep schedule. Moreover AS-MAC offers an additional advantage such as flexible duty cycle as data rate varies. We demonstrate that AS-MAC is better performance than B-MAC through analysis and evaluation.

This paper presents the network of Distributed Control System(DCS) considering specification of nuclear power plant. The network is composed of field network, control network and information network. The protocol of control network is ring type and it is compared to ethernet type. This paper proposes the structure of DCS, the protocol of each network and analyzes the network traffic along data capacity of field network, control network, information network and the network performance. Network II.5 is used as traffic simulation tool.

This paper presents implementation of Air protocol analyzer and physical layer design algorithm. The analyzer is a measurement system providing real-time analysis of wireless signals between User Equipment (UE) and Node-B. The implemented system proposed in this paper consists of Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) and Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). The waveform of Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) has been selected for verification of the proposed system. We designed the analyzer using equalizer algorithm and rake-receiver algorithm. Among various algorithms of designing the equalizer, we have chosen Linear Minimum Mean Square Error (LMMSE) equalizer that uses the inverse of channel matrix. Since the LMMSE equalizer uses the inverse channel matrix, it suffers from a large amount of computational load, while it outperforms most conventional equalizers. In this paper, we introduce an efficient procedure of reducing the computational load required by LMMSE equalizer-based receiver.

Purpose : The goal of the present study is to provide the basic information to medical control which is the most important improving factor of pre-hospital medical treatment. Method : A total of 749 records of direct medical control were collected from 119 EMTs in emergency medical information center of Daejeon, Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do from March 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011. Results : The 119 EMTs should record the level of qualification of EMT and general patient history taking precisely when they receive direct medical controls. The doctors should take medical controls within the task range of qualification of EMTs. Conclusion : It is necessary to establish the guideline of medical direction and protocol of prehospital emergency care. The quality improvement of pre-hospital emergency services will be possible by the guideline and protocol.

Authenticated key exchange protocol achieves its authentication by using hash-based authenticator with input of common message and session key that agrees between participants. In the letter, we show that this approach cannot satisfy the entire security, through a recent example protocol that is proposed by Tsai et al, 2014, if the input of authenticator has been insecurely designed.
