Mines are classified as the attack, defense and protect mine depending on laying position. In case of the defense and protect mine for protecting the major ports, it is important to predict that mines are laid position for a safe maneveuring of friendly ships. Furthermore, the marine environment affects mines laying position. Therfore, this paper is studied on a prediction of mines laying position through the prediction of the marine environment.

This study is aimed to summarize a tense situation of Risk management for Kaesong Industrial Business Enterprise in 2013 and to investigate trade insurance of K-sure. Now we have to find a new way to protect Kaesong Industrial Business Enterprises from uncertain environment and also need to prevent a recurrence of parallel cases in the domain of South-North economic cooperation in Korean peninsula. There are two method to protect Kaesong Industrial Business Enterprises. First they rely on the Korea government for protection. Second they need to effect trade insurance of K-sure. such as Export Credit Guaranty or Short-term Export Insurance. They shall create a wise predictable environment to protect Kaesong Industrial Business Enterprises themselves without resort to Korea government. Of course there are many things left behind to consider I hope it will be helpful to those who prepare South-North economic cooperation especially in Kaesong Industrial Complex.

The purpose of this study is to analyze protection functionality of supermodern fashion which is shown by responding to supermodern environment, where non-spaces increases in the 21st modern city. The theoretical background is drawn for supermodern environment theory. For the study, he researcher used existing study and specialized book and analyzed photograph materials by selecting them in specialized fashion book, internet site and designer's collection. The works from 1995 S/S collection to 2008 S/S collection are analyzed. The result of this study is as follow. First, supermodern design is adopting the shape of high-functional element, electronic device, protective device to protect wearer in non-space. Second, in order to mentally protect individual anonymous leadership of interaction is granted by adopting hood, veil or mask. Third, supermodern design is creating independent and user-based space by shape transformation in change of urban environment. Fourth, in order to protect wearer through camouflage or concealment, camouflage pattern or neutral color are used.

In modern society, it is necessary to develop sustainable housing to protect environment. There should be a study on long life housing that satisfies living condition which residents require. Long life housing research is already activating in many developed countries. Although activation of long life housing is urgent, domestically, immaturity of technology development and law and system are barrier to progression of long life housing. Increase of early construction expenses is also problematic in activation of long life housing. The purpose of this research is to clarify a necessity of long life housing, to provide high quality of sustainable residence and to protect environment. This research also suggests a need of change from previous housing to long life housing. Moreover, it will look at related law and system of domestic long life housing and compare it to international law and system. From this comparison, it will point out a need of improvement and suggest appropriate long life housing system.

When fault occur in power systems, the protective relay plays a roles of protecting power system according to its setting values. There, it is very important that the protective relay have high selectivity performance in power system by correct setting the relays. This study is focused on the residential spaces that the elderly wish to renovate and their willingness to improve residential environment as they grow old. The analysis shows, first, the most inconvenient places as they grow old are the stairs, following by the toilet and the bath. Second, the place that the elderly most wish to renovate is the floor, upgrading floors with non-slippery materials. And they wish to remove the height differences on the floor to protect them from tripping over, upgrade the floor plan for their convenience and renovate the storage and working spaces at the kitchen and dining areas. The more the government supports the costs of the residential renovation service, the more the elderly are willing to use the renovation service. The factors influencing their willingness to residential renovation are health, residential environment, experience to accidents and their allowances. The elderly who experienced accidents inside their residence are more willing to renovate their house. Even though the elderly wish to renovate their houses, it's not carried out due to the financial difficulties and the lack of information. Thus, the government should share the useful information about residential renovation for the safety of the elderly and find a way to raise money to cover the costs of the renovation.

An electronic commerce model is proposed which distributes digital content in mobile environment. This model resolves the problems caused by various digital content and complex distribution structure. The online distribution systems under the wireless environment include many different factors from the conventional offline and wired networks. Furthermore, the multimedia content may be propagated more easily and illegally. The scheme to protect the rights and profits of people related to the copyrights of digital content is needed. In this paper a framework for electronic commerce of content distribution under the wireless environment based on MPEG-21 is proposed. This model can be applied to the digital rights management system and utilized to protect the rights of trading entities in online distribution of electronic commerce.

We badly need the plans to promote practical and systematic utilization of safety management system as the safety management in coasters is not yet sufficient although the government and shipping companies are making efforts to protect human life and environment in ocean. This thesis executed questionnaire survey on related organizations and shipping companies followed by proof analysis and suggest plans to make it useful safety management system suitable to coastal marine transport of the country through grasping and improving the points of problems in current safety management on coastwise vessels.
