청소년의 예절수행 세대전이 및 가정생활건강성 -어머니와 청소년기 자녀를 중심으로- (Adolescents' Proper Manners and Strengths of Family Life : Generational Transfer between Mothers and Adolescent Children)

  • This research aims to verify the generation transfer of proper manners from mothers to adolescent children and the relationship between adolescents' proper manners and strengths of family life. The data from 826 questionnaires (413 pairs of adolescents and mothers) were used for the final analysis. The findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, as for the extent of the implementation of manners of mothers and adolescent children both parties generally abided by good manners, but a significant difference emerged in the patterns. Second, both mothers and adolescent children were influenced by psychological determinants of self-esteem, values of humanism, emotional intimacy between mother and child, and social support for the implementation of good manners. On the other hand, adolescent children were affected the most by the emotional intimacy with mothers. Third, children generally showed significant differences in their implementation of manners according to the manners their mothers. Fourth, there were significant differences in the strengths of family life for adolescent children depending on their implementation of manners. Fifth, when comparing the relative contribution of the mothers' psychological determinants on strengths of family life and adolescent children's psychological determinants on the implementation of manners, strengths of family life gained more credibility as more variables were added.

경남지역 초등교사의 영양교육에 대한 인식조사 (Perception of Elementary School Teachers about Nutrition Education in the Kyungnam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate teacher's perceptions about the nutrition education of elementary schools. A total of 226 elementary school teachers within Changwon and Milyang city participated in this study. The results of this study were as follows. 90.8% of the teachers responded that nutrition education is necessaty in the elementary schools, and positive responses in the Milyang urban area were higher than that of the Changwon rural area(p<0.001). The main reason for the necessity of nutrition education was for proper growth and good table manners and the Milyang urban city was significantly higher than three other classes in ‘for proper growth’(p<0.05). The starting period for nutrition education was supported by 72.1% of the teachers as beging when the children are in kindergarten, proving that this early nutrition education is supported. Especially in the Changwon urban support was higher than in the three other classes(p<0.01). The perceptions about a suitable person to teach nutrition indicated parents(39.6%), dietitions(35.5%), class teachers(24.9%), and the beliefs about nutrition specialists or dietitions was very low. 53.6% of the teachers responded that they would not teach nutrition education themselves and the main reason for this was that believed the teacher's work would be too hard(32.0%), lack of nutrition knowledge(29.4%), and that such courses should be taught courses by specialists(29.4%). However, 51.6% of the teachers disagreed with having a separate course for nutrition education. Proper eating habits(62.7%) and growth and nutrition(28.6%) were the main categories within nutrition education. The teacher recognized that elementary students' nutrition problem is to eat too much processed and instant foods(39.1%), deviated foods(36.9%), and lack of table manners(19.4%). The most effect method was to link the subject matter with the parents(38.7%), use of audio visuals and education materials(28.3%), and need of nutrition education teachers(10.1%) was low.

18세기 상(喪)·제례(祭禮) 실천과 종통(宗統)의 이상 - 성호(星湖) 이익(李瀷)의 승중(承重)·입후(立後) 논의를 중심으로 - (The Practice of Funerary and Ancestor Memorial Service and the Theory of Jongbeob in the Eighteenth Century: Focusing on Seongho Lee Ik (星湖 李瀷)'s Discussion on Seungjung (承重) and Yiphu (立後))

  • 이 논문은 18세기에 예학을 대표하는 인물인 성호(星湖) 이익(李瀷)의 예설 중 상제례(喪祭禮)와 관련하여 입후(立後)와 승중(承重), 곧 한 가문/국가의 후사를 세우고 종통(宗統)을 계승하는 문제를 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 성호 이익은 종통의 문제에서는 국가와 개인, 황실과 대부, 서인에게 모두 동일하게 적용해야 할 대일통(大一統)의 원리가 있다고 보았다. 성호는 이러한 대일통의 논리를 세우기 위해 각 계층마다 신분과 현실적 여건에 맞는 예를 실천하는 것이 중요하다고 생각하고 '서인가례(庶人家禮)'의 이념과 실천을 내세웠다. 각 계층이 신분에 맞게 예를 실천하는 것이 가장 중요한 사회의 기초 질서를 세우고 사회를 통합하는 길이라 여겼다는 점을 고려하면 이해할 수 있다. 다음의 논제로 승중, 입후와 관련해서 가장 문제가 되는 것은 '가장의 부재'를 선고하는 시점, 그리고 이와 맞물려 누군가 그 가장의 부재를 대신하는 방식에 관한 문제였다. 성호는 왕실이든 가문 내에서든 '종통을 잇는다는 것'과 '아버지의 후사가 되는 것'은 다른 문제라고 보았다. 성호는 기본적으로 종통의 문제를 왕실과 대부, 사서인 등 계층에 따른 별개의 문제로 구분지어 생각하지 않았다. 왕실과 대부, 그리고 사서인에게서 후사의 문제는 현실적으로 그 양상이 다를 수도 있지만, 성호 이익은 그럼에도 불구하고, '변할 수 없는 부자(父子)의 윤리'가 관통하고 있다고 보았다. 이는 그가 대일통(大一統)의 종통(宗統)의 논리를 세우는 한편, 이를 계층별 예의 실천을 통해 사회의 기본 구조를 확립해야 한다는 뜻에서 '서인가례'의 정신을 주장했던 예 정신 및 실천의 맥락 위에 서 있는 것이다.

녹차추출물로 염색한 직물의 자외선 차단성에 관한 연구 (Ultraviolet Protection Property of Green Tea Extract Dyed Fabrics)

  • Nowadays, interests of ultraviolet(UV) protection increased, since the UV dosage on the earth surface has increased over years. Overdose of UV can cause various skin, eye, and even DNA damages. Therefore, it is need to develop a proper mean to protect human skin and eye from UV radiation. In this study, the UV protective effect of green tea extract dyed fabrics with various fiber types were examined. Green tea has an active moiety called 'catechin' having benzene rings in its structure, which would exert a proper UV protective property. Green tea dyed fabrics showed the increase in UV protection, and silk showed the highest increase in UV protection (from 52.2% to 84.5% in UV-A, from 66.1% to 90% in UV-B). The order of UV-A protection increase is silk, wool, nylon and acrylic, PET, and cotton. The order of UV-B protection increase is silk nylon, wool, acrylic, cotton, and PET. In case of silk and nylon, the UV protection property gradually increased as the concentration of green tea extract increased. As a result, it was proven that green tea extract dyeing can improve UV protection property of dyed fabrics in environment-friendly and biocompatible manners.

초등학교 교사의 영양교육에 대한 인식 조사 연구 (Perception of Elementary School Teachers about Nutrition Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of teacher's perception about the nutrition education of elementary schooL The results of this study were as follows. Most of the teachers responded that nutrition education necessitate in curriculum of elementary school, the main reason for necessity of nutrition education was for proper growth, they thought starting period of nutrition education was to begin when children are in a kindergarten and a infant home. The perception for a suitable person to teach the nutrition education showed dietician, parents, class teacher and a related teacher in oder and the time of that is a related class, as a spare time at everyday, a special activity time, and service a meal in order. Importances of the contents of a nutrition education were proper eating habits, growth and nutrition, a food hygiene and a disease in order. Problems of elementary students' nutrition were a unbalanced eating, a ingestion a processing and instant food too much, lack of table manner, fatness and a weak child in order. The most of expected effects through the nutrition education were a good table habits and manners, the way of a efficient nutrition education were a need of link with parents, a need of link the dietician. a teacher's class and training in order. The average score of nutrition knowledge was 6.3$\sim$6.9 out of 10 and teachers of Gwangju scored more higher on nutrition knowledge than teachers of Jeonnam, as they arranged a dietician was so.

  • Recall aims to remove the products hazardous to consumers or users from the commerce. However, a recall with a poor decision making procedure could results in disaster to corporations. Therefore, recall managers should establish a proper recall plan in advance to minimize the damage to business. The purpose of the study is to propose a computerized recall management system(RMSys) to handle recall process systematically and timely manners. RMSys, a recall decision-making procedures software, consists of two different modules such as recall decision-making module and recall procedure module. RMSys on the basis of the world wide web is designed to be compatible to ERP(Enterprise Resources Panning). RMSys could play a role as a management support system to help the corporations recall the hazardous products with minimum efforts.

  • Innovated utilization of Korean kaolins as pharmaceuticals is attempted, for which relevant properties including adsorptive behaviours are observed in connection with their mineralogical structures. In practice, physico-chemical properties are assessed by means of IR, XRD and thermal analysis including DTA, TG and DSC. Elemental analysis of the ore specimens under investigation is carried out in conventional manners. It is found that the chemical compositions are varied significantly with sampling sites and primary classifications. The clay ores thus analyzed are mainly composed of halloysite species. Proper benefication of the raw clays is necessary so that authentic requirements for medicinal use may be satisfied. White-colored premium grade halloysite could be utilized as therapeutics with relative ease after purification. Evidence indicates that gibbsite-like impurities are intercalated between the 1 : 1 layered moieties. Thermal behaviours may be characterized in such a fashion that loss of free water occurs near 100.deg. C and further heatings result in liberation of bound water near 500.deg. C, with subsequent transformation into amorphous metastable entities. Through thermal activation, enhanced pharmaceutical effects could be envisaged.

경기 일부 초등학교 고학년생과 교사의 영양교육에 대한 인식조사 (The Condition of Nutrition Education for Elementary School Teachers and $5^{th}&6^{th}$ Grades Students in a Part of Gyeonggi Area)

  • This study aimed to investigate how the current elementary school teachers think about nutrition education, how they are teaching, and what kind of problems have occurred. And this study was made to provide basic materials to be used for the effective nutrition education in the elementary school. The survey was done on 60 elementary school teachers and 570 elementary school students of the 5th and 6th grade in Gyeonggi Province by questionnaire and analyzed for the perception of nutrition education, current status of nutrition education, nutrition knowledge and cooking knowledge. The average scores of nutrition knowledge were 2.72 for male and 3.75 for female students out of full score of 5. The fifth grade students learned more nutrition education than the sixth grade ones in accordance with the different curricula. Nutrition education was taught as apart of other subjects(87%) and mainly done by lectures. For most of the students, information source of the nutrition education was the meal service(47.4%) and the most common one was the Internet that 38.1 % of the teachers used. Most of the students responded that nutrition education was necessary in the curriculum of elementary school for proper growth(36.2%), intelligence(25.9%), health(21.5%), and dieting(16.4%). The perception for the suitable teacher was in the order of nutrition specialist and dietician. And the right time of the related class was in the order of spare time everyday, a special activity time, and the meal service time. The important contents of nutrition education were in the order of proper eating habits, growth & nutrition, food hygiene and diseases. Nutrition problems of the elementary students were in the order of unbalanced diet, too much ingestion of processed and instant foods, lack of table manners, and child fatness and weakness. 80.0% of the teachers supported the early nutrition education and demanded it should begin when children are in kindergarten. The analysis showed that nutrition education should be taught by parents(29.4%), teachers(29.2%), and nutritionists(25.9%) and that family and school should cooperate closely. Main responses of the teachers to the children's problems were that they had too much instant food, did not eat in a variety, and had no manners in eating. Ironically, they thought malnutrition, fainting and growth stunt were not important nutrition related problems.

  • 최근 단일염기다형성 및 일배체형을 이용한 질병-유전자간 연관성연구가 많이 진행되고 있으며, 이를 위한 다양한 분석방법과 분석도구가 개발되고 있다. 그러나 통합 소프트웨어는 충분히 확립되지 못하였으며, 각 소프트웨어가 제공하는 분석방법 및 양식에 차이가 많아 연구자가 적절한 것을 선택하기가 쉽지 않다. 본고에서는 유전적 연관성연구를 사전분석단계, 집단기반연구방법, 가족기반연구방법으로 나누어 각각의 목적에 따른 분석방법을 고찰하고, 이의 분석을 위한 주요 소프트웨어로서 FBAT, SAS/Genetics, SAGE, R의 지원내용과 방법을 비교하였다.

연령에 따른 새터민의 식생활 만족도의 차이에 관한 연구 - 중요도와 실행도를 분석 - (A Study on the Differences in Dietary Satisfaction with Age in North Korean Refugees)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing dietary satisfaction, and their perceived importance and performance, in North Korean refugees according to age. Questionnaires were completed by 220 North Korean refugees and data was analyzed with SPSS software. From our study we determined that fresh food, clean dishes, and proper vegetable oil are of high importance but considered poorly performed. 'Taste' and 'comfort' were factors with low importance but considered well-performed. The IPA technique proved that 8 items including Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, Q8, Q9, Q11, Q13 were in 'Doing great, keep it up' and no items that got high importance and low performance were in 'Focus here'. North Korean refugees like Korean food more than Chinese, Japanese, and Western food. They specifically want to learn how to cook Korean casseroles, soups, and side dishes(e.g. Myeolchibokkum, Kongjorim). The North Korean refugees who resided in South Korea under a year have difficulties in understanding menus and Western table manners.
