In this paper the cases on accidents/incidents and the reporting/responding procedures of high-speed rail operating countries will be reviewed and what these suggest us will be identified, and those countries' efforts to secure the prompt rescue system will be reviewed and the plan to secure the more customized rescue and rehabilitation system taking account into circumstances of our high-speed railway accident/incident will be presented.

Whenever the accidents occur in the rail way areas, their prompt recovery is very important. The individual way has been used to resolve these accident by direct visiting the site and reporting to others of the person who cares for these cases. As a result, we are planing to operate the MTS (Multimedia Transmission System) for a timely information's transmission to the related peoples in the central control center by transforming the picture information on the accident-site to the digital information.

Economic growth and complex urbanization due to modern rapid industrialization prompt us necessarily to require rests and civic entertainments. Various leisure activities appear to be the type of theme park which has compound natures, and now these are being developed to leisure cultures with new conception. Here, this study presents a desirable direction of new entertainment through virtual reality in the theme park type of the 21st century's alternative entertaining space that citizens are easily accessible, maximizes experiences and meets the entertainment instinct.

Mobile IP를 기반으로 하는 무선 네트워크의 개념이 확장됨에 따라 Mobile IP의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 하지만 Mobile IP에서 수행되는 핸드오프는 심각한 성능 저하를 초래하고 있으며, 이를 해결하려는 연구도 많이 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 데이터 링크 계층의 특성을 전혀 고려하고 있지 않고 있기 때문에 핸드오프에 의한 문제들을 궁극적으로 해결하지는 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 데이터 링크 계층에서 수행되는 로밍 정보를 이용하여 Mobile IP가 핸드오프를 신속하게 처리하는 기법을 제시하고 이를 사용하여 성능 저하를 크게 막을 수 있음을 보인다.

This study will build a prompt response system based on accurate information about the internal structure of cultural heritages, including the roof structure, to improve the ability to contain and respond to the fire of wooden structure for safe preservation of cultural heritages with historical and academic values that are very vulnerable to fire, and develop a training simulation program based on virtual reality by applying the concept of Edutainment for systemized and interesting training of trainees with a response manual.

Neonatal tension pneumopericardium is a serious disease that requires prompt diagnosis and treatment. If untreated, it may lead to cardiac tamponade and death. We report a case of neonatal tension pneumopericardium which was successfully treated by open pericardial window operation with review of literatures.

The purpose of this in vitro study was to measure and compare the in vitro micro shear bond strengths of the following dentin bonding systems to different dentin surfaces under simulated pulpal pressure. Occlusal surfaces of 180 extracted human molars were prepared to expose the dentin surface in perpendicular to axis of tooth. Teeth were randomly assigned to 3 equal groups and subdivided into 4 equal groups. 4 adhesive systems(All Bond 2, SEbond, AdheSE, Prompt L-Pop) were used in this study.(omitted)

Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVT) is a rare cerebrovascular condition accounting for 0.5-1% of all types of strokes in the general population. Hyperthyroidism is associated with procoagulant and antifibrinolytic activity, thereby precipitating a hypercoagulable state that predisposes to CVT. We report the case of a 31-year-old Korean man with massive CVT and diagnosis of concomitant Graves' disease at admission. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment of CVT are important to improve prognosis; therefore, CVT should be considered in the differential diagnosis in all patients with hyperthyroidism presenting with neurological symptoms.

Laser induced fluorescence spectra of OH produced from photodissociation of $H_2O_2$ at 280-290 nm in the gas phase have been observed. By analyzing the Doppler profiles, the anisotropy parameter($\beta$ =-0.7) and the center of mass translational energy of the fragments have been measured. The measured energy distribution is well described by an impulsive model. The excited state leading to dissociation is found to be of 1Au symmetry. The dissociation from this state is prompt and direct with the fragment OH rotating in the plane perpendicular to the O-O bond axis.
