In this paper, the information education plan of the Ministry of Education and offices of education was analyzed in relation to the construction of the AI convergence education room. And based on this, an appropriate construction direction was suggested. For research, AI convergence education room construction plan, budget amount per school and etc were analyzed in the information education plan of the Ministry of Education, KERIS, KOFAC, and the plan of leading schools for AI education. Although the Ministry of Education is making various efforts to promote SW education and artificial intelligence convergence education, it is found that the number is far insufficient compared to the number of elementary, middle and high schools. Efforts to expand the information education room at the government level are continuously required, and in order to utilize the developed artificial intelligence convergence education room, it is necessary to provide abundant teaching and learning examples for the construction space model. In addition, school-level planning and execution must be followed so that the constructed space can be used appropriately, and management and maintenance plans for equipment are required.

For the development of a resource recycling society, it is important to control the generation of waste in all processes such as production, distribution, consumption and disposal, and to recycle the recyclable resources of waste instead of simply landfilling and incineration. However, in order to develop a resource-recycling society, not only emitters, businesses, and the central government, but also local governments need to work together to find a solution. Therefore, in this study, we present a promotion strategy for the development of Sejong City's resource-recycling society, taking into consideration the current situation of Sejong City as well as changes in the government's institution system. We suggest that regionally preparing recycling priority management plan, maximizing waste resource utilization, establishing recycling industry activation plan, and building a systematic and efficient recycling platform, etc.

This study applied ALOHA Program to predict the damage caused by fire and explosion predicted to occur from gas leakage at LPG stations and presented plans to prevent damages by diagramming the impact range and distance. The propane gas leakage from LPG stations causes human damage like breathing issues and property damage, including building destruction to residents in the surrounding areas. As a way to reduce this, first, the hazardous substance safety manager of the LPG station needs to check frequently whether the meters and safety valves are working properly to prevent leakage in advance. Second, the LPG stations' storage tanks should be worked by the person who received "hazardous substance safety manager training" under the provisions of the Act on the Safety Control of Hazardous Substances and has been appointed as a "hazardous substance safety manager" by the fire department. Third, LPG station's various safety device functions, such as overfill prevention devices, must be checked on a regular basis. Finally, wearing work clothes and shoes that prevent static electricity at LPG stations is highly recommended, as static can cause a fire when gas leaks.

The construction business has a high accident rate among all the industries, and it accounts for 68% of the total accident rate for the small and medium-sized construction sites where a safety manager is not appointed,. Thus, through effective safety management and education of the construction sites, the accident rate can be significantly reduced. This study proposed a plan to improve the system suitable for small and medium-sized construction sites by integration with the basic safety & health education system. Through previous research and survey, the improvement points of special safety & health education at small and medium-sized construction sites, and the preference for integration with basic safety & health education were analyzed.

The rapid development and progress of information and communication technology are bringing about changes in the field of education, and innovative methods in teaching-learning have been introduced and applied a lot in the actual field starting with the pandemic. Reflecting this trend, the purpose of this study is to examine the perception of prospective elementary school teachers on the use of edutech, which is widely used in the educational field after COVID-19. To this end, I analyzed the results of 7 major ideas selected at the Edutech Utilization Competition held by K University of Education and the focus group interview conducted with 2 pre-service teachers. As a result of the analysis, it was found that prospective elementary school teachers valued the necessity and importance of edutech-based classes. In addition, they were positively aware of the educational effect of edutech-based classes. To sum up, it could be predicted that edutech classes are also linked to the policies and plans of the Ministry of Education, and will play an important role in effectively guiding future learners while achieving the goals set by the curriculum.

The aim of this study is to present a practical teaching plan for liberal arts English classes that target foreign students. Foreign learners who do not have Korean language proficiency at the university level may struggle to understand the contents of liberal arts classes conducted by Korean language professors. In this study, six topics were selected (K-culture, Online game, Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, DC) and topic-centered participatory class activities using various media were developed. A questionnaire was conducted to analyze learners' attitudes toward and perceptions regarding topic-oriented classes. It showed that learners' satisfaction with topic-based classes was high (75%), and the reasons for this high level of satisfaction were the instructors' caring attitudes, the comfortable class atmosphere, and the fun learners had in class. Learners also reported high satisfaction with various participatory class activities (81.9%), citing the learning benefits, their increased interest and motivation, and the efficiency of participatory classes. As globalization continues to increase the number of foreign students in South Korea, the need to develop realistic class plans and various class activities that are suitable for them is becoming more and more urgent.

In Korea, the population is continuously decreasing due to the decrease in fertility rates. Military troops are continuously decreasing, but soldiers' suicide, mental health care and medicine prescriptions, and inadequate decisions are increasing. In other words, the mental health of the intestines is getting worse. The mental health of the soldiers is a personal problem, but it can also have a big impact on the troops. This is because accidents such as suicide, divorce, and military leave lead to the restriction of the combat power and the deterioration of fraud. Currently, domestic and foreign academics are studying mental health care plans using wearable devices. The Korean military can also use this to objectively measure the mental health of soldiers and use the accumulated big data to predict and measure various situations. In this study, this study suggests mental health care measures for military soldiers using wearable devices, and further research will be conducted smoothly to improve the mental health of our soldiers.

Recently, South Korean newspapers began trying to charge for online news. This study attempts to shed light on the factors that influence payment for online news by analyzing Korea Press Foundation's 2022 Media Audience Survey (N = 58,936). The results of this study showed a steady increase in past payment and paying intent for online news since 2020. Predictors of past payment for online news included gender, age, and education, and interest in political and social issues. News use through specific media (i.e., newspapers, magazines, portals, messengers, social media, video sites, and podcasts), as well as mobile applications and e-mail newsletters, were found to contribute to paid subscriptions. Based on the findings of the study, news organizations should prepare to offer differentiated news content through their own news platforms and establish concrete plans to build trust in news.

This study aims to propose a method of spatial therapy through spatial psychology in various ways of healing for emotional damage received by individuals. It is intended to prove the effectiveness and specify the method through instructional cases of spatial therapy for general university students. The method of spatial therapy was designed as a preliminary question(past)-space exploration (present)-travel plan(future). In the preliminary question, the students remembered the happy trip with their family and the pleasant memories with a person for the longest time. In the space exploration, the places the students visited were all different, but they were fully satisfied and happy about the place they had been to. The students fully remembered and expressed their feelings about the person they were with and the place. In their travel plans, students were fully prepared for the trip and looking forward to various therapy emotions they wanted to feel there. Most of the students said they wanted to find peace of mind through travel, feel peaceful feelings, and enjoy a beautiful world. Travel for spatial therapy or visiting certain places gives those who are tired and struggling enough therapy power.

In the current situation where systematic and active disaster management is becoming more important, domestic libraries do not have their own disaster management plans or support systems. In order to improve these problems, this study looked at overseas cases. Among them, we looked at Japan, where related cases and research are actively underway due to its exposure to various geopolitical disasters. In particular, we focused on cases of public-private cooperation established after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Association's Library Disaster Response Committee and saveMALK, a voluntary network of experts. The Library Disaster Response Committee played a central role in organizing donations and volunteer activities, and saveMALK played a role in collecting and sharing information by forming a collective intelligence among relevant experts. This analysis of the Japanese case has positive implications for building collaborative disaster management system.
