The purpose of this study is to create and present a formalized module of ISP (Information Strategy Plan), a smart factory consulting method that is helpful to companies or consultants who will build smart factories. Order of study is First, the theoretical research direction is established through the investigation of related papers. Second, ISP policy research practices are compared to derive practical implementation methods. Third, in order to derive a standardized module method related to the final smart factory ISP, related cases of the government and individuals are compared. As a result of previous research, ISP (Information Strategy Planning), a consulting methodology, is similar to Deming's PDCA, and is regarded as Plan (environment and current status analysis), Do (establishment of future model goals), Check (establishment of implementation plan), and Act (follow-up management). As a result of the study, we obtained the following results. The first step is to analyze the current status and identify the purpose of introduction and problems in plant operation. In the second step, establish a consulting plan and derive a proposal description, strategic task, and master plan. Step 3 establishes detailed action plans, evaluates consulting outputs and consulting, and reports performance. Step 4 is established as follow-up management consulting. The limitation of the study is that although related data were compared to develop the consulting methodology into a standardized module, FGI analysis through experts or Delphi survey were not conducted, so there is a limit to the reliability of the mapping results.

교포사회에서 한국어 방송국은 현지 교포들과 모국에 대한 정보를 전달하는 중요한 매개체로써 재외 교포들 간의 문화공동체 발전과한민족 정체성확립에중요한 인프라역할을 한다.[1] 하지만 이러한 역할과는 별개로 현재 대부분의 해외 한국어 방송사들은 운영에서부터 제작환경에 이르기까지 많은 어려움을 겪고 있어 그 미래를 긍정적으로만 볼 수 없는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 현재의 해외 한국어 방송 지원 사업에 대해 조망하고 효율적인 정부지원방안에 대해 모색하려 한다.

For the greenhouse 9as emissions' reduction of fossil fuel, the energy policy on the promotion of alternative energy should be implemented. Accordingly, national policies on the development and promotion of alternative energy were made, and related laws and regulations are being made, and comprehensive plans should be followed. The policies and strategies for promoting the renewable energy have been insufficient in comparison with those of the developed countries. This paper suggests the spread extension plan of renewable generation through generation development and priority purchase.

Objectives: Health behaviors among young people group are strongly linked to healthy habit or life style in adulthood. This study performed to explore the essential components and effective strategies to develop the standardized program on healthy campus that could contribute to health status and sustainable health promotion among students, faculty, and staff in university health. Methods: To set up the priority and weighting of essential components and strategies on health promoting university, thirty one professionals who had majored in health promotion were selected for Delphi in Oct. 2011. Results: Barriers to success of the health promoting university were lack of interest and policies, incomplete process of health planning, absence of health-related personnel, and inadequate action plan. Essential components of healthy campus were raising fund, healthy policy, participation, human resource, and health promotion programs. Effective strategies were expanding of health promotion programs to improve lifestyle, improvement of campus environment, planning of healthy campus, development of infrastructure, and building up a healthy and safety campus. Conclusions: Health promoting university services support to achieve academic goal of student and helps to reduce absenteeism of university faculty and staff through the on-campus services that are accessible, student-focused, cost-effective, and high quality.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the plans to improve business in Hotel French restaurants. This study conducts documentary study and empirical study. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted by 172 staffs of Hotel French restaurants in Seoul. The result of this research is as follows. Hotel restaurant operators recognize the importance of promotion and development of new sales goods. But they haven't done long-term marketing directions focusing on cost-saving and ephemeral sales promotion effects. Hotel restaurants should establish public information strategies uniformly and look for the plans that offer customers adequate information. Also, they should make a differentiation strategy within the same industry, can always give recency to customers, and enhance the event-connecting promotion menu and business activation.

Though trade shows have emerged as an increasingly significant component in companies' international promotional tools, little research has examined this activity and previous findings on this theme are few and mostly foreign. With the trade show costs rising, exhibitors are forced to exert more effort to their trade show success. This research studies the effectiveness of trade show as a international promotion method and suggests strategic management program to enhance trade show performance such as image-building, sales-related, information-gathering, and relationship-improvement. Our suggestions are as follows: (1) Marketing executives should make a plan for trade show management and set their trade show objectives before trade show opens. (2) Companies should reinforce pre-show promotion and booth staff training. (3) After trade shows close, it should measure their trade show performance. These are key success factors for companies to enhance their trade show performance. By implementing these success factors effectively, exhibitors can have better performance of trade show.

조경은 지속가능한 국토 도시 환경 구축을 위해 필수불가결한 전문 분야이다. 조경산업은 국민들의 건강과 복지증진, 도시 활성화와 주거 환경 개선, 일자리 창출 등과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 조경의 다양한 공익적 가치에도 불구하고, 조경서비스의 질적 제고를 위해 전제되어야 할 조경산업의 성장동력은 정체되어 있다. 사업 규모의 영세화, 안정적 생산 유통 체계 부재, 협업 체계 미흡, 신기술 도입 어려움 등의 복합적 문제를 드러내고 있다. 2015년 "조경진흥법" 제정을 통해 조경산업의 집적을 통한 활성화를 지원하기 위해 조경진흥시설과 조경진흥단지 제도를 마련하였으나, 구체적인 운용 방안이 부재한 실정이다. 본 연구는 조경 분야 종사자와 전문가를 대상으로 한 인식조사를 통해 조경분야 발전을 위해 도입된 조경진흥시설과 조경진흥단지 제도의 활성화 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조경분야 종사자들과 전문가들은 조경 산업 진흥을 위한 정책 및 사업의 필요성을 매우 높게 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 조경진흥시설에 적합한 산업 유형은 설계, 유지 관리, 시공 분야가 선정되었다. 조경진흥단지에 적합한 산업 유형은 조경수와 조경시설물 생산 및 유통 분야가 선정되었다. 셋째, 조경진흥시설 지정을 통해 얻게 되는 기대효과로는 '네트워크 확대를 통한 사업기회 증가', 조경진흥단지 지정을 통해 얻게 되는 기대효과로는 '각종 정보 공유 활성화'가 높게 평가되었다. 넷째, 조경진흥시설 지정기준 중에서는 '지자체 조경 산업 규모와 육성 역량'이, 조경진흥단지 지정기준 중에서는 '사업추진계획의 실현가능성'이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 조경진흥시설 제도 활성화를 위해 필요한 지원방안으로는 '세제 혜택 및 부담금 면제', 조경진흥단지의 경우에는 '유지 관리비 지원'이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

National health promotion services are any planned combination of comprehensive and specific services to help people to achieve and maintain health. The purpose of the service activities is to identify health needs, to obtain information and resources and to achieve change of individuals, families, groups, or entire communities. It also includes environmental support of social, political, economic, and organizational policy and regulatory arrangements bearing on behavior or more directly on health. To be most effective, the service must be planned and delivered by health professional. Therefore, the aim of this study has been to develop a health professional training program for national health promotion. The specific aims of this study were: 1) to clarify the roles, responsibilities and competencies of health promotion practitioners; 2) to help health promotion practitioners to get the knowledge, skills, and abilities for any heath promotion project or program that seeks to improve health; 3) to help health promotion practitioners to acquire the skills and abilities to encourage people to participate in the health promotion project, to access the health needs and available community resources, and develop community-wide health promotion program strategies. The health professional training program developed in this study included factors affecting education, the demands of training program and roles and responsibilities of health promotion practitioners. This study also developed the curriculum for health promotion practitioners. The curriculum had six topics: 1) government's health promotion policies and projects or programs; 2) health management and plan; 3) recent health issues and future perspectives; 4) data on various health status indices; 5) strategies to implement health promotion projects or programs; and 6) introduction of some effective and comprehensive health promotion projects or programs.

The purpose of this study is to propose a way to develop and disseminate the renewable energy technologies and industries in the local community. Fundamentally, the renewable energy is able to reduce environmental pollution and diminish a use of fossil-fuel energy in the local area. And it will lead to promoting regional sustainable energy in the future, as well as making contributions to local economic development. Above all, based on the environmental conservation project, including greening of the city and improving water quality, Daegu metropolitan city has launched a series of renewable energy projects, such as solar city programs and local energy plan. But, some problems still exist, due to the technological, economic and socio-political barriers. Thus, to encourage and disseminate a renewable energy in Daegu city, we need to examine a present condition on renewable energy and analyze constraint elements to prevent its distribution. Based on the results, we have to set the feasible strategy to develop and disseminate renewable energy in Daegu city and help it systematically integrate renewable energy technologies and industries into environmental economics and city planning. Ultimately, to achieve this purpose, we need to adopt the following policy measures: (1) establishment of a master plan for renewable energy; (2) interconnection between local development project and energy industry; (3) promotion of technological development; (4) inducement of and assistance to renewable energy industry; (5) fostering venture companies; (6) specializing Daegu's public office by energy-specific education programs. In particular, local entities including local company, consumers, policy-makers and citizen's groups have to pay attention to local energy plan for the regional sustainable energy future. These measures will lead to establishing an environmentally friendly and sustainable city.

본 연구의 목적은 논산 개태사지의 현황과 국가문화재적 가치를 분석하고, 국가지정문화재 지정을 위한 명칭, 허용기준 등을 설정하여 이를 바탕으로 종합정비방안과 사업추진 및 관리운영계획을 제안하는 것이다. 논산 개태사지는 전례 없는 진전을 갖추고 있으며, 유구 자체의 잔존상황도 비교적 양호한 편으로 추후 시 발굴조사를 지속적으로 진행하여 논산 개태사지의 문화재로서의 품격을 격상시킬 필요가 있다. 또한, 개태사지는 보물급의 문화유산을 반출하고, 역사적 문화적 가치가 우수하기 때문에 도지정문화재가 아닌 국가지정문화재로 지정하여 체계적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 고문헌, 고지도, 관련 학술논문 및 서적 등 문헌고찰을 통하여 논산 개태사지의 연혁, 역사적 사실 확인을 하였으며, 논산 개태사지 내에서 발굴된 유구 및 유적, 건물지 등 현황을 파악하기 위하여 1986년 1차 발굴조사 이후 6차까지 진행된 시 발굴조사결과를 참고하였다. 또한, 역사적, 유물적 유적 등으로 구분하여 논산 개태사지의 가치를 분석하여 논산 개태사지의 범위와 국가지정문화재(사적) 문화재구역(안)을 설정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 논산 개태사지 종합정비방안과 사업추진 및 관리운영 계획을 제안하였다. 추후 지속적인 시 발굴조사를 진행하고, 토지매입을 위한 주민의견 등을 반영하여 종합정비방안과 사업추진 및 관리운영 방안을 보완해야 하며, 본 연구에서 제안하는 사업은 특성상 사업비가 많이 소요되므로 향후 단계별 연차별 사업추진 계획이 세부적으로 수립되어야 할 것이라 판단된다.
