서울 행복주택 주변지역의 님비현상 분석 : 강일, 천왕, 내곡, 삼전지역 행복주택 주변거주자 인식조사를 바탕으로 (Analysis of NIMBY Phenomenon in the Surrounding Areas of Seoul Happy Housing : Kangil, Cheonwang, Naegok and Samjeon)

  • Recently, the rise in the housing burden on young couples has led to a serious housing poverty among young people. The number of young people who move into public rental housing is very small because the eligibility for public rental housing is determined based on income, the status of housing subscription, and the size of the household. With this background, the government launched a public rental housing program called Happy Housing Project, which gives young people the priority to move in first. However, the program is facing an obstacle due to the opposition of local residents. The purpose of this paper is to examine whether public rental housing can induce the NIMBY syndrome through conducting a literature review, followed by an analysis of NIMBY syndrome around the currently supplied Happy House development areas, and finally analyzing the household characteristics in order to identify which households were prone to the NIMBY syndrome. To confirm the existence of the NIMBY syndrome, this paper comparatively analyzed the two groups using binary logit analysis. The first group consists of households that are against the Happy House policy, and the second group consists of households that are aware of the Happy House development taking place in their neighborhoods, and are against the development. This study considered the households against the Happy House development in their neighborhoods to have NIMBY tendencies, and focused on comparing the households with NIMBY tendencies with those who do not. To confirm whether the residents around the Happy House neighborhoods have NIMBY tendencies, this paper compared the two groups and confirmed that about 4% of the households have NIMBY tendencies. This paper subsequently analyzed the households with NIMBY tendencies, and found them to have a higher number of children, reside in apartments and reside in owned homes. The volume of the 2018 Happy Housing (35,000 households) is three times higher than that of 2017. The present study aims to analyze the tendency of residents who oppose the construction of Happy Housing so as to derive policy implications for the smooth provision of public rental housing.

그린케어(Green Care) 도입을 위한 시설과 프로그램 유형분류 및 중요도 분석 (Classification and Prioritizing the Importance of the Facility and Program for Green Care Introduction)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey and analyze the operating state and characteristics of domestic and foreign green care, prioritize the facilities and programs for green care introduction through expert survey of importance, and thereby to provide a basic material for introducing green care in facilities in Rural Development Project districts, including domestic rural experience facilities. Domestic and foreign literature was analyzed in order to classify the necessary facilities programs, of green care, and the analysis results were modified and supplemented through Expert Delphi Survey. Based on the results, AHP based importance survey was conducted. In terms of the facilities and programs for green care introduction, necessary facilities (H/W) were categorized into four types (accommodation facility, resting facility, experience facility, therapy facility) and S/W programs into three types (learning experience type, therapy type, and care type). To verify the reliability of the AHP based importance survey, Consistency Index (C.I.) was analyzed. As a result, the C.I. value of nine respondents ranged from 0.000 to 0.083 so that the survey was found to have high consistency. The importance of S/W programs was 0.627, and that of H/W facilities was 0.373. For green care introduction, programs were found to be more important. Regarding the categories of necessary facilities, therapy facility had the highest value, or 0.348; experience facility 0.253; accommodation facility 0.211; resting facility 0.188. Therefore, therapy facility and experience facility were found to be important. In case of S/W programs, therapy type had the highest value, or 0.499, and learning experience type (0.255) and care type (0.246) were similarly important. Generally, the categories that had high importance values tended to show a remarkable difference in importance of their sub categories. In particular, facilities or therapy programs using natural ecology and forests were found to be highly important. In conclusion, it is required to actively review the introduction of active programs using resources, such as existing experience facilities and accommodation facilities and villages forests, and programs making the body and soul comfortable, such as natural ecology experience, Green Shower, and horticulture activity.

  • 미래인터넷 연구를 위해 대규모의 테스트 베드를 구축하는 일은 새로운 프로토콜을 테스트하고 clean-slate 기법을 적용한 새로운 네트워크 아키텍쳐를 테스트하기 위해 꼭 필요하다. 우리나라의 경우 현재 'FIRST'(Future Internet Research for Sustainable Testbed)라는 프로젝트 이름으로 미래인터넷 테스트 베드를 구축하는 연구가 금년 3월부터 추진되어 ETRI와 5개의 대학들이 공동으로 연구를 진행하고 있다. 이 중 5개 대학교를 중심으로 진행되는 FIRST@PC의 경우 NetFPGA의 하드웨어 가속 기능을 이용하여 오픈플로우 스위치기반의 미래인터넷 테스트베드를 KOREN과 KRONET에 구현하는 것을 목표로 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 FIRST@PC 프로젝트에 대한 간략한 소개와 지역별로 구축된 오픈플로우 스위치 테스트베드 간 연동을 위해 구현된 소프트웨어 기반의 MAC in IP 갭슐레이터를 설명하고 이를 이용한 연구실 내의 로컬 테스트와 충남대와 광주과학기술원 간 연동 테스트한 결과를 제시한다. 실험 결과 소프트웨어 기반의 캡슐레이터를 사용하면 현재 많은 어플리케이션이 요구하는 대역폭에 대해서는 지원 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

소양면 지역사회 환경기초조사 (A Basie Community Health Survey in Rural Korea (Soyang-Myun))

  • 1. Introduction Community medicine with the concept of comprehensive medical care and an ideal medical care delivery system not only for an individual or family but for the whole community has emerged. In April 1970, the Presbyterian Medical Center started a hospital based community health service project in order to improve the health of the people in rural areas. Prior to commencing a comprehensive medical care system, a family survey was needed. The major objective of this survey was to obtain information concerning the people and their environment so as to be able to plan and implement a comprehensive medical care program in Soyang-Myun. 2. Survey Method An interview using a family record form was carried out for each household. This family record form was designed to get information about demography, family planning, environmental sanitation and vital statistics. Prior to beginning, the members of the survey team were trained in interviewing techniques for three days. The team consisted of a public health nurse, four nurse-aides, a sanitarian and four health extension workers who are working in our project, The survey was carried out during the period November 1971 to March 1972. 3. Project area 1) Population of Soyang-Myun was 11,668; male, 5,962 and female, 5,706.   • Philippines is the second world supplier of coconut by-products. As its first major genomics project, the Philippine Genome Center program for Agriculture (PGC-Agriculture) took the challenge to sequence and assemble the whole coconut genome. The project aims to provide advance genetics tools for our collaborating coconut researchers while taking the opportunity to initiate local capacity. Combination of different NGS platforms was explored and the Philippine 'Catigan Green Dwarf' (CATD) variety was selected with the breeders to be the crop's reference genome. A high quality genome assembly of CATD was generated and used to characterize important genes of coconut towards the development of resilient and outstanding varieties especially for added high-value traits. The talk will present the significant results of the project as published in various papers including the first report of whole genome sequence of a dwarf coconut variety. Updates will include the challenges hurdled and specific applications such as gene mining for host insect resistance and screening for least damaged coconuts (thus potentially insect resistant varieties). Genome-wide DNA markers as published and genes related to coconut oil qualitative/quantitative traits will also be presented, including initial molecular/biochemical studies that support nutritional and medicinal claims. A web-based genome database is currently built for ease access and wider utility of these genomics tools. Indeed, a major milestone accomplished by the coconut genomics research team, which was facilitated with the all-out government support and strong collaboration among multidisciplinary experts and partnership with advance research institutes.

환경영향평가에서 조류 종풍부도 변화에 미치는 요인 고찰 연구 (Study on the Factors Affecting the Richness Index of Bird Species in Environmental Impact Assessment)

  • 개발사업으로 인한 서식지 파괴의 심각성이 대두되면서 생물다양성을 보전하기 위해 환경영향평가(EIA)의 중요성은 커지고 있다. 경관스케일에서 개발 요인과 주변 환경요인에 따른 생물다양성 영향을 정량적으로 평가하기 위해 선행연구들이 진행되고 있으나, 개발사업을 기준으로 생물다양성 감소에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 유효하다고 밝혀진 독립변수(사업 면적, 사업 유형, 고도, 생태·자연도, 녹지와의 이격거리, 보호구역과의 이격거리)들을 다중클래스 로지스틱 회귀분석, T-test, 사업 유형 검토분석을 통해 종풍부도 변화에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 토지 피복 단위에서 생물다양성에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 밝혀진 요인 중 사업 규모와 환경영향평가 시 종풍부도 값만이 p-value=0.05 이하의 값을 보였다. 그리고 사업 유형의 경우, 체육시설의 설치, 에너지 개발, 산업입지 및 산업단지의 조성에서 조류의 생물다양성 감소가 크게 변화하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 분석 규모에 따라 영향을 끼치는 변수에서의 차이가 발생할 수 있음을 확인하였기에, 환경영향평가에서 생물다양성 변화를 분석하기 위해서는 개발사업 단위에서의 지표 활용에 연구가 추가로 필요할 것이며, 타 생물종으로의 일반화를 위해 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

청주시 한방난임지원사업에 참여한 난임환자의 한의학적 변증 특성 연구 (A Study on Pattern Identification of Patients Who Participated in Korean Medical Infertility Support Program of CheongJu-City)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to analyze the pattern identification in infertile women who participated in infertility support program of Cheongju-city. Methods: The project proceeded from October, 2016 to June 2017. Participants filled in the questionnaire which is composed of 33 symptoms before korean medical treatments. Data were collected from 17 participants. We classified symptoms into six pattern identifications based on previous research and rated each answer to score. Results: Throughout the study, the average age of 26 patients was $34.88{\pm}3.19$ years old, the average height was $162.51{\pm}4.99cm$, and average weight was $58.41{\pm}7.88kg$. The average duration of acupuncture treatment was $121.03{\pm}52.73$ days and the average times of acupuncture treatment was $27.42{\pm}10.77$ times. The average number of herbal medicine treatment was $2.65{\pm}0.69$, the majority of it was Chokyungjongok-tang. After the treatment, 3 patients of infertility became pregnant (11.54%) in twenty six patients. By analyzing pattern identification survey papers, We can classify infertile women into 6 pattern identification based on previous research. The majority of participants was identified as Blood deficiency and the other participants were identified as Kidney deficiency, Liver depression, Dampness-phlegm, Qi deficiency and Static blood in order of priority. Most of patients' pattern identification were combined with two kind of pattern identification. In terms of priority, Liver depression combined with Kidney deficiency, Blood deficiency combined with Kidney deficiency, Liver depression combined with Qi deficiency, Liver depression combined with Dampness-phlegm. Conclusions: After the study we confirmed that Korean traditional medicine is a safe treatment for infertile women. Further clinical study about herbal medicines of patients who have combined pattern identification is needed.

터널식 전력구 쉴드TBM 선정 및 기본설계 사양 제시에 관한 연구 (Study on selection and basic specifications design of shield TBM for power cable tunnels)

  • 터널식 전력구는 지중으로 전력을 공급하기 위한 구조물 중 하나이며, 도심지 및 해저구간을 통과하는 구간에 쉴드TBM 공법을 활용하여 안정적으로 건설을 추진한다. 전력구 건설의 경우에는 수직구 심도가 깊어 주로 암반지반을 굴착하며, 암반대상 밀폐형 쉴드TBM 선정에 대한 고찰이 필요하였다. 또한, 지반조사 보고서 결과를 바탕으로 범용적이고, 간단한 설계방법이 필요하였다. 이에 실대형 굴진시험, 누적 굴진데이터, 수치해석을 종합하여 쉴드TBM 설계방법과 관련 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 결과에 대해 검증을 수행하고자 준공된 전력구 1개 현장의 굴진데이터를 활용하였다. 굴진데이터의 모집단을 추정하기 위해 커널밀도추정 방법을 도입하여 추력, 토크, 동력의 기본사양에 대해 검증을 완료하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 쉴드TBM 설계업무 전문성 강화 및 안정적 전력공급의 사용자 편익증대를 기대할 수 있다.

바나듐계 촉매상에서 암모니아를 이용한 질소산화물의 환원반응속도에 수분이 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of Water on the Kinetics of Nitric Oxides Reduction by Ammonia over V-based Catalyst)

  • The main and side reactions of the three selective catalytic reduction (SCR) reactions with ammonia over a vanadium-based catalyst have been investigated using synthetic gas mixtures in the temperature range of $170{\sim}590^{\circ}C$. The three SCR reactions are standard SCR with pure NO, fast SCR with an equimolar mixture of NO and $NO_2$, and $NO_2$ SCR with pure $NO_2$. Vanadium based catalyst has no significant activity in NO oxidation to $NO_2$, while it has high activity for $NO_2$ decomposition at high temperatures. The selective catalytic oxidation of ammonia and the formation of nitrous oxide compete with the SCR reactions at the high temperatures. Water strongly inhibits the selective catalytic oxidation of ammonia and the formation of nitrous oxide, thus increasing the selectivity of the SCR reactions. However, the presence of water inhibits the SCR activity, most pronounced at low temperatures. In this study, the experimental results are analyzed by means of a dynamic one-dimensional isothermal heterogeneous plug-flow reactor (PFR) model according to the Eley-Rideal mechanism.

농가맛집의 유형별 신메뉴 개발 및 메뉴개선 사례연구 (Case Studies on New Menu-Development and Menu-Improvement Based on Types of Farm Restaurants)

  • It is very important that the development of rural tourism resources and contents for agritourism increases rural household income and vitalizes local economy. In this sense, accelerating the rural traditional food materials into resources plays significant roles for the local economy. The farm-restaurant project, as a part of a development of rural traditional foods can not only help popularize the rural food-culture, but it also promote the consumption of local products by urban customers. It is difficult to manage both types of restaurants which are the dining type and the experience-centered farm restaurants as a farmer. In particular, the managers of the farm restaurants have some operational problems in developing a new menu and an experiential-program using their local farm products. The purpose of this study was to present steps that can be used for the existing menu-improvement and developing new menu processes of the farm restaurants that have been in operation for more than two years. By the purpose of menu developing for a restaurant, this research is designed for the case study. For collecting date for the study, we gained knowledge about the issues concerning menus from in depth interviews with the managers in two subject farm restaurants. The results suggested that a new menu, such as table d'h$\^{o}$te, $\`{a}$ la carte meals, specialties, kids meal, various dressing, are based on solving issues such as a limitation of food materials and the necessity of a kids meal in dining type of farm restaurants. Also, the suggested new menu, such as seasonal specialties and side dishes, are based on solving issues such as urgent development of various experiential programs and necessity of seasonal specialties in experiential type of farm restaurants.
