다양성의 중요성이 강조되면서 최근의 연구들은 다양성과 성과간의 직접효과에 대한 분석에서 상황적 요인의 효과를 분석하는 데 연구의 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양성과 성과간의 관계를 보다 명확하게 파악하기 위해서 혁신적 문제해결 스타일과 상호의존성(과업, 목표, 결과)을 상황요인으로 제시한 후 이들 변수들의 조절효과를 분석하였다. R&D 연구소의 75개 프로젝트 팀을 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과 팀원들이 혁신적 문제해결 스타일을 가져갈 수록 다양성과 프로젝트 성과간의 긍정적 관계는 더욱 높아졌다. 또한 세 가지 유형의 상호의존성도 다양성과 프로젝트 성과간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과에 대한 시사점과 향후 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

The high prices of satellite images prevent researchers from studying remote sensing and most non-professional people doesn't have the simple and easy solutions for the manipulation of satellite images. "Integrated Management of Satellite Imagery Information" project which will be promoted by ETRI (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) will provide the solutions for the above mentioned problems. We will introduce the archiving center in this study. This includes the data construction, storage, management and distribution. We first review the background for this archiving center and introduce the interior and foreign institutes which archive and distribute satellite images. We review our H/W system and S/W system briefly. Finally, the further service of our project will be suggested. Since we will distribute the satellite images (Landsat, SPOT, JERS, Corona, Kompast-1) and will receive Landsat7 ETM+ in 2003 you, this will help the professional work dealing with the satellite image and attract the non-professional people for simple and easy manipulation solutions of satellite image.

Displacement control of earth retaining wall is recognized as the most important item for insuring the stability of ground in urban deep excavation site near by major structure such as subway etc. The field monitoring system is classified by two types as manual system and automatic system. The application case of latter type of field monitoring is increased because real time measurement is possible in automatic system and that is correspondent with the recent constructional trend. Though the automatic monitoring system is more useful and advanced than manual monitoring system, accuracy of the system is not verified sufficiently. It was examined that the reliance of automatic monitoring system in this paper through the comparison of monitoring result obtained three urban excavation site in which the each type of monitoring system was executed concurrently. Result of the examination is that the two types of monitoring system is generally alike in view of monitoring result, so the engineering reliance of automatic system was confirmed in case site. This task was researched in restricted case site, it is expected more precise analysis from security of more data monitored and progressive study.

This case study developed and operated "Fashion & Film" as a fashion-related liberal arts course. The class was designed to include fashion styles exhibitted in films, fashion-related PPL, fashion design through film, fashion images of movie characters, considering gender & color images expressed in movie costumes, and the history of western costumes and asian folk costumes in films. The class was counducted through various teaching methods, such as lectures, student's presentation of movie plots, and team discussions, which created a student-led class. The team presentations at the end of the term were intended to enhance the understanding of fashion through movies. The results of subjective lecture evaluation of "Fashion & Film" showed the most satisfaction with the communication with professor. Students said that it was good to understand fashion through film. They expressed a burden with the team project; however, they were satisfied with the team project outcomes. Students said that PowerPoint was used very effectively. On the other hand, there was an prevelent opinion that the content of PowerPoint and workbook did not match. To address this inconvenience, a textbook called "Fashion in Film" was published and used in the first semester of 2020. The multiple-choice evaluation showed that students were generally satisfied with the "Fashion & Film" class.

최근 무기체계 핵심부품 개발 필요성 증가 등으로 인해 무기체계 부품국산화 개발사업이 확대되고 있다. 개발된 핵심부품의 국내 무기체계 적용 및 해외시장 진출을 위해 사전 기술동향을 반영한 과제기획이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 무기체계 핵심부품 국산화 대상과제의 특허 조사 및 분석을 통한 부품국산화 개발기술 동향을 도출하였다. 또한 개발기술 동향 분석결과를 과제 선정 시 활용하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 연구의 세부 추진 방법으로 2019년 선정된 과제 관련 특허를 조사하여, 최초 출원 시점부터 현재까지의 특허의 연도별 출원수, 출원인수를 분석하였다. 이를 종합하여 시계열에 따른 기술시장 성장단계를 도출하였다. 2019년 과제선정 시 산출된 선정기준 가중치를 이용하여 기술시장 성장단계와 부품국산화 과제선정 기준을 양축으로 하는 Matrix를 구성하였다. 각 영역별 배치된 부품국산화 기술의 포트폴리오 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 Matrix 영역별 기술을 배치하고 해당 영역의 종합적인 기술동향을 분석하였다. 향후 효과적인 과제기획을 위해 기술동향 분석결과의 활용을 위한 절차개선 방안을 제안하였으며, 이를 통한 효율적인 과제기획 및 효과적인 국내 방위산업 중소기업 육성지원이 기대된다.

This research analyzes the causes of delay and resulting additional expenses on the IS project in the public sector, and then proposes some solutions to the problem. Through a field study, the research found that the causes include employer's attitude, the leadership and risk management ability of the project manager, and qualifications of project members. In order to avoid those problems, the project manager should secure various communication channels and good relationship between the employee and the contractor.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a theoretically sound framework for performance analysis that offers many advantages over traditional methods such as performance ratios and regression analysis. Largely the result of multidisciplinary research during the last three decades in economics, engineering and management, DEA is best described as an effective new way of visualizing and analyzing performance data. Besides, overseas information technology companies have aggressively tried to enter the domestic market. In the age of globalization and high competition, it is imperative that the system integration (SI) companies need to introduce the performance evaluation models of SI projects, including Capability Maturity Model and Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination, to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, it makes our research regarding evaluation of SI projects very opportune. The purpose of the study is not only to evaluate efficiency of each project by DEA but also to gain insight into various factors such as project complexity, team members' man-months structure, and process index(project management index) that link to the projects performance.

본 논문은 아주대학교에서 컴퓨터 공학과 대학원생들이 SCRUM을 이용하여 고급 소프트웨어 공학 프로젝트를 운용한 결과를 사례 연구로써 다루는 논문이다. 일반적으로 현장의 고객과 그들의 요구사항 문서에 대하여 제한사항들을 제공하는 환경은 문서 지향적인 단일 단계 방법론에서는 흔하지 않은 일이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트를 진행하는 방법론과 실습 과정을 자세히 다루며 SCRUM 프로세스를 적용하는 과정에서 일반적인 소프트웨어 팀 구성원들이 마주하게 되는 몇 가지 문제들을 되돌아본다. 또한 본 논문은 Henrik Kniberg의 SCRUM 체크리스트와 Agile Manifesto을 사용하여 실무적 내용과 테크닉의 성공을 평가하는 것으로 결론을 지었다. 이 프로젝트는 아주대학교에서 진행되었다.
