A very simple synthetic route of a novel SATE prodrug type of 6'-fluoro-6'-methyl-5'-noradeonosine carbocyclic nucleoside phosphonic acid is described. The key fluorinated alcohol intermediate 7 was prepared from the epoxide intermediate 6a via selective ring-opening of epoxide. Coupling of 7 with $N^6$-bis-Boc-adenine under a Mitsunobu reaction followed by phosphonation and deprotection afforded the carbocyclic phosphonic acid. The chemical stability of the bis(SATE) derivative 13 was measured at neutral (pH 7.2) and slightly acidic (Milli-Q water, pH 5.5) pH. The antiviral activity test of the SATE prodrug 13 and its parent nucleoside phosphonic acid 11 were evaluated against HIV-1.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the success factors of ERP system in corporations and to know what is different in the factors depending on organizational culture and size. Considering there are various results from introduction of the same information technology(IT), it is implied that organizational characteristics make a difference. In this thesis we did factor analysis and multiple regression about the factors based on the previous studies and analyzed the priorities depending on organizational culture and size. The results show that mechanistic organization has key success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while organic organization has those of work process change and project team abilities. Plus bigger sized organization has success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while small sized organization has those of work process change and project team abilities.

Novel 4'-ethyl-5'-norcarbocyclic adenosine phosphonic acid analogues were synthesized from propionaldehyde 5 through a de novo acyclic synthetic route using reiterative Grignard additions and ring-closing metathesis (RCM) as key reactions. The synthesized nucleoside phosphonic acids analogues 17, 18, 19, and 21 were subjected to antiviral screening against human immunodeficiency virus.

MMI system for strip caster 2 is described. It has been developed as a PC-based MMI system whose data is collected from the VME-based control system by ETHERNET. MMI elements that mimic the caster and its utilities are designed by using commercial program. In order to implement the UDP/IP communication in MMI, UDP/IP manager program with DDE that is a intercommunication protocol in MS-window is developed and connected with MMI mimics. Operator commands in MMI system are carried out immediately in VME system and the responses are displayed on MMI system. The developed MMI system has been proven to be convenient and stable through the operation of the past 5 years.

유럽은 역내 국가간의 정보통신 제품에 대한 기술장벽 제거를 통한 무역교류 확대를 위해, 유럽표준화위원회인 CEN(Comite European de Normalisation)과 유럽 정보통신 시험인증 위원회인 ECITC(European Committee for IT&T Testing and Certification)와의 협력관계하에 "CEN-ECITC Project Team 1"을 만들어 유럽의 체계적인 정보통신표준의 시험인증제도 정립을 위해 많은 노력을 해왔다. 본 고는 이 "CEN-ECITC Project Team 1"의 시험인증제도 정립에 대한 활동결과를 분석한 것이다.

This report describes the echocardiographic features of an indirect Gerbode defect in a young cat. Echocardiography revealed high-velocity, turbulent systolic flow directed from left ventricle to right ventricle through a ventricular septal defect. The flow immediately entered the right atrium through a tricuspid septal leaflet. The indirect-type Gerbode defect was confirmed through necropsy. When a high-velocity turbulent flow in the RA without pulmonary hypertension is observed on echocardiography, Gerbode defect should be considered.

Significant decisions are made by the project team during the early planning phase of capital facility project developments. The preproject planning phase begins after a decision is made to proceed with a project concept and continues until the detail design stage. Many of the industry practitioners and researchers have recognized the importance of preproject planning and that inadequate early planning is one of the key factors affecting project success. Nevertheless, the preproject planning practices vary significantly for the construction industry in Taiwan and the quality of preproject planning relies heavily on individual project team's experience. This research sets out to benchmark the preproject planning practice for the building construction industry in Taiwan. From late 2007 to early 2010, the researchers collected information from a total of 92 building construction projects using questionnaire survey. The analysis results show that the surveyed projects with better preproject planning have better cost and schedule performances on average. It is recommended that project team spend more efforts in the preproject planning stage to have a better chance of achieving project success.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of team efficacy and perceived loafing on learning outcome in team-based project learning. For this purpose, questionnaire survey was conducted to 58 students who enrolled the adolescent welfare class in 2019 at H University. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted for the effects of team efficacy and perceived loafing on learning outcomes and the interaction effect between two variables. Main results of this study were as follows. Team efficacy had a positive effect on learning outcomes. Second, perceived loafing did not have a statistically significant effect on learning outcomes. Third, the interaction effect of perceived loafing and team efficacy on learning outcomes was significant. In particular, the negative effect of perceived loafing on learning outcomes was reduced by team efficacy. Based on the research results, a plan to increase the learning outcome of team-based project learning was discussed.

The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching-learning model of convergence project based on team teaching. Based on development research methodology which explored a university case, the teaching-learning model was developed including three phases such as preparation, planning, and implementation & evaluation. The preparation phase has three steps as follows: to organize team teaching faculty; to develop convergence projects cooperated by industry and university; and to design instructions based on supporting convergence projects. The last step of preparation phase consists of five design activities of: (1) instructions and teaching contents; (2) communication channel among faculty members; (3) feedback system on students' performance; (4) tools to support learners' activity; and (5) evaluation system. The planning phase has two steps to analyze learners and to introduce and modify instruction and themes of convergence projects. The implementation & evaluation phase includes five steps as bellow: (1) to organize project teams and match teams with faculty members; (2) to do team building and assign duties to students of a team; (3) to provide instruction and consulting to teams; (4) to help teams to conduct projects through creative problem solving; and (5) to design mid-term/final presentation and evaluation. Lastly, the research implications and limitations were discussed for future studies.

This study aimed to verify the effects of design thinking-based team project learning on nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving. This study also examined the subjects' experiences obtained from participating in team project activity through reflective analysis. The research was a one-group, pre-and-posttest design. The subjects were 64 seniors majoring in nursing studies in N university who had attended the course of nursing management practice. During the course, they participated in a design thinking team project for a total of 10 sessions for two weeks, five times per week, and one and a half hour per day. Data was analyzed using SPSS Win 22.0, a paired t-test was conducted and Pearson's correlation coefficients were calculated. Content analysis was carried out on their experiences obtained from participation in team project activity. The subjects' empathy(t=-2.94, p=.005) and proactivity of problem solving(t=-6.23, p<.001) showed statistically significant difference between before and after the design thinking-based team project learning and had significant positive correlation(r=.634, p<.001). Analysis of team reflection revealed four themes: design thinking, empathy, problem solving ability, and critical thinking. This study verified that design thinking-based team project learning was very effective in developing nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving.
