The construction industry suffers from declining productivity and lack of trust between stakeholders and among the public. Increasing technical, regulatory, environmental and ethical challenges face the sector and necessitate a new type of leader. Authentic leadership is a relatively new construct that focuses on a leader demonstrating self-awareness, relational transparency, an internalized ethical and moral perspective and balanced processing. This study uses the Authentic Leadership Questionnaire to measure construction superintendent's levels of authentic leadership and compares them to effectiveness ratings. There is a correlation between higher authentic leadership scores and effectiveness and this study concludes that authentic leaders are more effective superintendents.

IS audit has been regarded as contributing to the improvement of the quality of information Systems, recently, it has been argued that it is not possible to expect a effectiveness, because it can offset the schedule burden due to the preparation of additional documents for Audit and it affect to the project schedule. The effectiveness and quality criteria of IS audit are different between groups, because IS audit is responsible for checking the results and process of the developer company. In this study, we modeled between IS effectiveness and auditor competence, audit firm competence, IS audit standards. As a result, it was concluded that auditor competence, audit firm competence, IS audit standards have a positive effect on IS audit effectiveness. However, according to the result of comparing between interest groups, audit firm competence and audit standards were significant in auditor group, but audit standard was significant in requesting organization and developing company thought that auditor was a important factor to audit effectiveness.

본 연구는 노인 사회활동 지원사업에 대한 참여 실태와 근로여건을 파악하고, 참여자 특성에 따른 주관적 만족도를 분석함으로써 노인 사회활동 지원사업 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 참여실태 분석 결과, 주로 시설이나 기관을 통해 사업을 알게 되어 공익형에 대다수인 약70%가 참여하고, 단기간 경제적 소득보전이 주목적인 것으로 나타났다. 사업참여 효과성 분석 결과, 사업참여 기간과 시간이 길수록 근로여건 및 자아존중감에 부정적인 영향을 미쳐 참여기간의 신축적 효율적 운용이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 경제적 여유가 있는 노인일수록 경제적 주관적 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 이 사업이 노년생활에 일정부분 의미있는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 나머지 유의미한 변수는 사업참여가 오히려 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 사업의 참여자 특성과 참여 정도 및 실태 등에 따라 노인의 근로여건, 자아존중감, 주관적 만족감 등 참여에 따른 효과성 분석을 통해 향후 노인 사회활동 지원사업의 개선과 활성화를 위한 기초자료로써 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

인공지능이 점차 직무에 확대됨에 따라 비전공자에게 요구되는 AI 리터러시 역량을 갖춘 인재 육성이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 AI 교육의 필요성 및 현황을 기반으로 향후 전공과 관련하여 AI 학습이 지속 가능하도록 비전공자에 맞는 AI 리터러시 역량 향상 교육을 실시하였다. D 대학의 비전공자를 대상으로 프로젝트 기반 데이터 분석과 시각화를 통한 문제 해결방안 도출을 15주에 걸쳐 적용하고, 학습자들의 교육 전후에 대한 AI 능력 향상 및 효과성을 분석하여 검증하였다. 그 결과, 학습자들의 데이터 분석 및 활용 능력, AI 리터러시 능력, AI 자기효능감 부분에서 통계적으로 유의미한 수준의 긍정적 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 학습자들에게 공공데이터를 직접 활용하여 분석하고 시각화하는 능력뿐만 아니라 이를 AI 활용과 연결하여 문제를 해결할 수 있는 자기효능감까지 향상시켰다. 이는 비전공자의 AI 교육에 매우 유용하고 효과성이 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로 AI 활용을 확장하여 데이터와 AI 기술을 일상 속에서 자유롭게 활용 가능하도록 다양한 계열의 비전공자에 맞는 확장된 AI 교육 과정 연구를 진행할 예정이다.

The management of mega construction projects which incorporate a large number of stakeholders, technologies, data, work culture etc., is cumbersome. The experts in the construction arena advocate that interface management serves as a precise tool in resolving these conflict points due to the intricate nature of the construction projects. Interface management is a current trending management practice in the construction industry which is also a beneficiary to mega/fast track projects in enhancing the project performance. The main objective of this study is to validate a model for assessing the relationships among interface management, IT applications, project performance & project benefits. The mediating effect of interface management in relationship between project performance & interfacial factors was also investigated. The research model was validated using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling) approach. Data were collected from clients, contractors, consultants in large scale projects through questionnaire survey and smart-PLS software was used to analyse the conceptual model. The research model comprises eleven hypothesis and the significance of these hypothesis were tested using T- statistics values. The research implies that people/participants factor is greatly influenced by interface management with the path coefficient of 0.608 and also enhancement of project's schedule performance due to the interface management is strongly appealing (Path coefficient = 0.711). The results also reveal IT application is significantly associated with interface management practice (Path coefficient =0.723) and also the effect of IT application on project performance (schedule, cost, quality & safety) is successfully mediated through interface management practice. The practical application of this validated model was done through case study. The case study aims at measuring the impact of interface management on interfacial factors and role of interface management in improving the project performance in the construction organisations.

순수한 의미의 프로젝트 파이낸스는 일반적으로 프로젝트의 사업성만을 담보로 차입이 이루어진다. 그래서 원금상환에 대한 채무불이행 위험이 높다. 이러한 위험을 해소하기 위하여 감채기금의 개념을 도입한 것이 감채기금을 이용한 프로젝트 파이낸스이다. 이것은 프로젝트 이외의 담보나 보증이 없이도 사업성만을 담보로 감채기금을 이용해 원금을 확보할 수 있는 금융기법이다. 본 논문은 일반적 프로젝트 파이낸스에 대한 감채기금을 이용한 프로젝트 파이낸스의 경제적 효율성을 비교하고 비교우위 조건을 도출하여 분석하였다. 특히 법인세 절감효과를 통해서 살펴보았다. 감채기금을 이용한 프로젝트 파이낸스가 적용되기 위해서는 10년 이상인 장기 프로젝트일 경우에 바람직하다. 복리구조에 의해 원금상환 자금이 형성되는 감채기금은 장기일수록 그 크기와 금융비용이 현실화되기 때문이다. 또한, 연기금이 장기적으로 안정적인 투자수익을 확보하면서 운용되어야 한다는 점에 비추어 볼 때 감채기금을 이용한 프로젝트 파이낸스의 자금조달 원천이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Since the village maintenance type public housing project was introduced in 2015, the resident needs for regional revitalization and pleasant living conditions are not being met due to the poor performance of the public housing complexes that reflect the surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) and regional characteristics. The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan to revitalize the village maintenance type public housing project in consideration of regional characteristics as a result of analyzing the needs of local residents through the problems of the village maintenance type public housing project being promoted so far and resident satisfaction. As a result of the analysis based on the public housing project implementation status analysis and resident satisfaction, the plans to activate the village maintenance type public housing project are as follows. First, in order to secure the effectiveness of the village plan, it is desirable to promote the public housing project and the village plan at the same time. It is necessary to secure a budget according to the selection of public offering projects in the village plan, such as promoting public housing projects without setbacks by prioritizing land purchases for public housing sites and establishing specialized strategies considering regional characteristics. Second, a public housing project that responds to local demand is required. The evaluation factors such as continuous promotion of the urban architecture integration plan and strengthening of regional linkage plans such as specialization of regionally tailored designs should be supplemented so that regional resources and village plans are linked with the public housing specialization plan. Third, surrounding area maintenance plan (village plan) should be secured by the strengthen of the legal status or establishing related provisions. It is also necessary to promote system improvement for area maintenance plan (village plan) when selecting a publicly funded public project.

This is a case study on "the Project for Production Facility and Technical Support of Processed Seed-Potato (2008-2010)" based on the Value Chain Analysis (VCA) used to create and plan International development cooperation projects. The project is the earliest model of Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the agricultural sector. For the case analysis, a framework was established to assess the effectiveness and impact of the CSV project based on the main factors of the VCA. As a result of the assessment, project participation by OSI was able to increase the overall utility by developing the Vietnamese potato processing industry and meeting consumer demand. Furthermore, it formed a business model to promote win-win cooperation and upgraded the value chain of the potato industry. In addition, it contributed to the improvement of incomes and the quality of life of farmers and communities by providing technical guidance and purchase of contracts, as well as labor division and cooperation with other activity supporters.

In this study, there should be a debation on the methods, such as considerations on the CM organization of skyscraper project for the client's side, process and impact factors need to be taken, and suggesting the evaluation and selection criteria, which may lead strategic decision-making by the client. Owner of the CM organizational decision to establish a variety of alternatives, the range of CM performance characteristics of the project, considering the weight and also by evaluating the effectiveness of appropriate alternative is selected. Domestic skyscraper project, decisions about the CM organization for 'S Tower' prior to the proposed decision and the criteria was applied. As a result, domestic CM/PM companies and overseas CM/PM companies were doing business as J/V, Supervision of the integration work order types showed the highest performance levels. when they ordered CM services. The project cost reduced and organizational improvements, the results of applying alternative way, improve on-site construction plans, sharing key technologies, process improvement plan could benefit from such expectations.

A selection technique for innovative projects on the beginning stage has been presented in this article. It can be applied in projects assessment in HEI, enterprises, development institutes, etc. It is rather difficult to assess the project quality on the beginning stage of R&D due to the uncertainty in the technical and economic indices but the new development analysis on this stage is of a great interest. By innovative project quality as a management object we will mean those characteristics relating to the results capacity of the projects and its realization process to satisfy the requirements to the innovative products competitiveness and their innovative attractiveness for investors. The most important question in the innovative projects management is the determination of its quality level under modern conditions. The aim of the research is to analyze and evaluate the decision making during the project management process. The objectives and hypotheses are assessment of an innovative project with the application of McKinsey's model is better to realizes by 3 stages: a) selection of optimal criteria; b) determination of weighing coefficients; c) projects positioning in a matrix.
