  • These days, it is not easy to construct the transmission line because of the environmental association activity, a civil appeal, etc. To solve these kinds of difficulties, the program with leading-edge IT technology, such as GIS, 3 dimensions CAD, computer graphic, etc., is developed to be more transparent and objective in the design stage of the transmission line and the selection stage of the transmission line route. Comparing this program with previous methods, this program is composed of the environmental evaluation program, data producing program for analysis and selecting line route program because it is not possible to conduct those kinds of work without any help from the computer and well-developed program. To confirm the performance of the program, the result from the program and the human were compared. Therefore, the result from the program was same as the result conducted by human. In addition, the program makes the selection of the transmission line route easier by checking the mountainside, lumbering, the estimated cost of the tower construction, etc. in real-time.

남한주민과 북한이탈주민의 대인관계와 문화적응 향상을 위한 프로그램 (A program for enhancing the South Koreans' and North Korean defectors' interpersonal abilities and accultural abilities)

  • 본 연구는 남한주민과 북한이탈주민이 상호 간의 문화와 개인적 특성을 파악하여 좀 더 원활한 대인관계 능력을 획득하고, 상대방 문화에 대한 적응력을 가지도록 하기 위해 구성된 집단상담프로그램의 구성과 그 효과를 검증한 것이다. 이 프로그램은 기존 연구들에서 실제 검증되지 못한 프로그램들이 가진 장점을 최대한 반영하여 양측 주민들이 동등한 입장에서 상호의존적 협동 작업을 하면서 자연스럽게 대인관계 능력을 획득하고, 상대방 문화에 적응할 수 있도록 하는 것이었다. 각 회기는 1.5시간씩이고, 총 4회기로 1주일 간격으로 진행되었다. 본 연구는 사전-사후 조사에 의해 검증되었고, 통제군도 설정되어 있는데, 통제군에 비해 본 프로그램 참가군이 긍정적 효과를 보였다. 단, 북한이탈주민 중 5명이 중도에 이탈하여 프로그램 효과 중 남한 주민의 북한이탈주민에 대한 신뢰감을 낮추는 효과가 발생하였다.

Brain SPECT Processing에 있어서 Macro Program 사용의 유용성 (Usefulness of applying Macro for Brain SPECT Processing)

  • 서론 : 핵의학에 있어서 컴퓨터의 발전은 질적인 향상뿐 아니라 양적으로도 성장하고 있다. 다양한 소프트웨어를 사용하여 핵의학과 업무에 적용한다면 양질의 영상을 얻고 단순작업의 시간을 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 핵의학과 업무에 있어 컴퓨터를 이용한 processing에 할애하는 시간은 상당하여, 이 시간을 줄이는 방법으로 Macro라는 프로그램을 적용하기로 하였고, 단순 반복 작업이 많은 Brain SPECT SPM processing과 Brain SPECT PACS verify processing에 적용해 보기로 하였다. 실험재료 및 방법 : Brain SPECT에서 SPM processing과 작업 건수가 많은 PACS 작업 두 가지를 대상으로 하였다. SPM은 Brain의 Neuroimaging data를 분석하기 위한 소프트웨어 패키지로서 그룹간의 정량적인 분석을 목적으로 하고, Realignment, Normalization, Smoothing, Mapping 등의 복잡한 과정을 거쳐 결과를 만들어낸다. 이 과정을 Macro Program를 이용해서 간단하게 코딩하는 작업을 거쳐 만들어 보았다. PACS verify작업은 PACS로 보낸 영상을 간단하게 Color mapping, Gray scale 조정, 복사, 잘라 붙이는 과정으로 이루어지는데, 이를 Macro Program을 이용하여 직접 마우스 좌표를 입력하였다. 수작업으로 했을 때와 Macro Program을 활용했을 때 결과물을 만드는 시간을 기록하여 2007년 검사건수에 대입하여 결과를 도출하였다. 결과 : 2007년 SPM 검사 건수는 115건, PACS 작업 건수는 Diamox 검사 기준으로 834건이었다. SPM을 수작업은 숙련도에 따라 10분에서 15분 소요되었고, Macro를 사용시 5분 30초가 소요되었다. 검사 건수에 대입하여 년 평균 시간을 산출하면 SPM을 수작업으로 했을 시 숙련도에 따라 1150~1725분(19~29시간)이 소요되었고, Macro 사용 시에는 632분(10.5 시간)이 걸렸다. PACS는 수작업 시 2~3분이 걸렸으며, Macro를 사용 시에는 45초가 걸렸다. 이를 검사 건수에 대입하면 수작업 시 1668~2502분(28~42시간)이 걸렸고, Macro 사용시 625분(10시간)이 소요되어서 1043~1877분(17~31)시간이 절약 되었다. 결과적으로, SPM에 있어서 45~63%, PACS 작업에 있어서는 62~75%, 2007년 기준으로 전체 Brain SPECT Processing에서 55~70% 정도의 시간 절약 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 결론 : 2007년 검사 건수 기준으로 Macro 프로그램 사용시 상당한 시간절약 효과를 가져왔고 아무리 적은 시간이 걸리는 작업이라도 건수에 따라 많은 시간을 줄일 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 검사실 근무자에게 검사하는 환자에게 더욱 집중할 수 있는 시간적 여유를 주어 안전사고 발생률을 더욱 줄일 수 있을 것이다. 그리고, 논문을 통해서 알 수 있는 것처럼, Brain SPECT 프로세싱뿐만 아니라 다른 다양한 분야의 단순반복 업무에 매크로를 활용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 시간적 이득과 작업 효율성은 상당할 것이라 생각되어진다.

직무스트레스가 직무손실에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress on Work Impairment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of job stress on work impairment. Method: 354 workers' data from Seoul and the Gyeonggi area were collected between February 1 and March 30 2006 by structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was meant to determine demographic data, job stress, and work impairment questionnaire. Data analyzed by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. Results: Job stress was ranked job demand, insufficient job control, organizational system, lack of reward, job insecurity, interpersonal conflict, and occupational climate. The work impairment of completing work was increased when the stress of insufficient job control, lack of reward, job insecurity, and occupational climate were increasing. The work impairment of avoiding distraction was increased when the stress of job demand, insufficient job control, organizational system, lack of reward, job insecurity, and occupational climate were increasing. The stress of job demand, lack of reward, job insecurity, and occupational climate had an effect on avoiding distraction. The stress of lack of reward and occupational climate had an effect on completing work. Conclusion: If employers manage job stress of job demand, lack of reward, job insecurity, and occupational climate, their business will benefit.

우리나라 수족관 관련 유망 직업의 직무기술에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Techinique of Aquarium related Prospective Occupation in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is not only to provide students in the fishery high schools with source materials and opportunity, but also to contribute to a comprehensive development in educational program of the fishery high schools. It investigated various factors of aquarium related 6 new occupations : job contents, educational-level for job performance, training period, worker's capacity, the degree of physical activity, working place, and working environment. First, the work intensity is a normal work. The physical activities such as crawling, bending, accurately seeing a nearby thing and using hands are frequently used. The work is mainly conducted inside a room. The condition for a work environment is very moist and humid. Second, the work intensity is a light work. The physical activities such as using hands, speaking and accurately seeing a nearby thing are frequently used. The work is mainly conducted inside and outside a room. The work environment factor did not have any effect on the work. Third, the work is mainly conducted inside and outside a room. The risk in the condition for a work environment is found out as miscellaneous. Fourth, the physical activities such as bending, touching, and accurately seeing a nearby thing are frequently used. The work is mainly conducted inside a room. The work environment factor did not have any effect on the work. Fifth, the work is mainly conducted inside a room. The condition for a work environment is very moist and humid. Sixth, the work is mainly conducted inside a room. The work environment factor did not have any effect on the work.

선박거주구 제조업 종사자의 직무스트레스와 작업능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Stress and Work Ability of Workers in the Deckhouse Manufacturing Industry)

  • There have been so many studies related to job stress or musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) in the shipbuilding industry. However, study of employee performance evaluation that reflect on the industrial features of the deckhouse manufacturing industry has not been established. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate workers' job stress and work ability through statistical significance tests according to age, work types, years of service, work forms and sex. For this, the study conducted a job stress test using the Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form, and employee performance evaluations using the Work Ability Index(WAI) of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) on 536 workers in the deckhouse manufacturing industry. MINITAB statistics program was used for statistics analysis and significance was verified with the Kruskal-Wallis test, a corporate body of nonparametric statistical analysis. As a result, employee performance had significant differences, depending on age, work types, years of service and sex, and job stress also depended on the number of service year and work form. Additionally, it was found that employee performance decreased more as job stress increased.

사례관리자의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Affective Factors of Case Managers' Occupational Stress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to learn the affective factors of case managers' occupational stress. Method: A total of 986 participants responded to a self-administered questionnaire that included 24 items of Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form (KOSQSF), job satisfaction index, health behaviors, general characteristics, and variables related to work. The data collection of research was done from 17th to 21th of September, 2007. The data were analysed by t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression with SPSS 11.1 package program. Result: The results of this study were as follows: The overall job satisfaction rate of men and women was highly than that of the Korean worker's standard. There were statistically significant differences in occupational stress in work place, work department, work position, smoking, treatment in out-patient clinic, subjective & relative health-status, work load, supervisor's review on work-ability, and job satisfaction. According to the multi-variate analysis, occupational stress(47.6%) was related to job satisfaction, workload, individual work-ability, supervisor's review on work-ability, health status and gender. Conclusion: Occupational stress varied depending on the ten variables and was influenced by job satisfaction(35.7%) and 5 other variables. The results suggest that further follow-up study on case managers is necessary to relieve their occupational stress.

대학생을 위한 재무관리교육 프로그램 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Financial Management Education Program for College Students)

  • The purpose of this study were to develop a financial management educational program for college students and to evaluate the effect of this program. In order to achieve this aims, a fundamental work to select the educational contents was preceded with a survey of learners' needs, preceding studies. After choice of educational contents, learners' demands on how to manage the educational program was executed in advance. The participants in this study were 500 students, resulting in 460 with usable data. Second, reflection the above mentioned educational contents, a concrete financial management educational program was built. This program consists of 9 domains: financial planning, careers and income, consumer spending, credit use and Credit cards, Managing Taxes, investment planning, risk management and insurance, retirement and estate planning, contribution. The participants for this program implementation were 68 students. Third, to evaluate the effects of the financial management educational program, paired t-test was conducted in using the SPSS package. The result suggested that financial management educational program has a positive effect on financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial management behavior. Several implications based on the findings were suggested.

비디오 녹화 기반 병동 간호 인수인계 프로그램 개발 및 적용가능성 : 예비연구 (Development and Feasibility of a Video Recording-Based Standardized Handoff Program for Ward Nurses: A pilot study)

  • Purpose : This study develop a Video Recording-Based Standardized Handoff (VRSH) program at shift change for ward nurses. Methods : The study was conducted in five medical, three surgical, and one comprehensive nursing care service wards affiliated with a secondary general hospital. In this methodological study, the VRSH program was developed between April and December, 2017. It is noted that 65 nurses who were involved in the VRSH program participated in this study. Results : In line with the modified Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation tool, the VRSH program consisted of three phases. In the VRSH program, the average time for handoff duration was 3-5 minutes per patient. More than 90% of the ward nurses were satisfied with the VRSH program since it benefited them by reducing overtime work and improving the performance, as well as effective communication, of nurses. The content analysis of nurses' VRSH program experience, revealed three categories and eight sub-categories. Conclusions : This study provides evidence that the VRSH program improves effective nursing performance and, the handoff communication and relationships between nurses. Future studies on large sample sizes and multiple settings are required to substantially evaluate the impact of the VRSH program on clinical outcomes.

서비스직 여성근로자의 일과 삶의 균형에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Work-life Balance in Female Service Workers)

  • Purpose: The study aimed to identify factors influencing work-life balance in female service workers. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with an online survey of 234 service workers using volunteer panels. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire from July 16 to 24, 2017. Major variables included work-life balance, resilience, emotional intelligence, job stress, and fatigue. Using the SPSS 24.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results: The mean score of the work-life balance level of female service workers was $2.9{\pm}0.85$ on a total score of 6. A multiple regression analysis revealed that smoking, resilience, job stress and fatigue were statistically significant factors in the model (p<.001), with an explanatory power of 50.3%. Emotional intelligence was not significantly associated with work-life balance. Conclusion: The level of work-life balance was considerably low in female service workers. This study suggests that nursing interventions to enhance work-life balance are required at both the individual and organizational levels.
