While a conventional ECS mainly consisted of an air cycle machine and heat exchangers, a new concept of a phase change heat exchanger was added to improve the transient performance of the ECS. As a result, an ECS modeling program including the phase change heat exchanger is newly developed to estimate its effect in various flight conditions such as take-off, maneuver, cruise, and landing. The simulation result regarding a virtual flight profile has confirmed the new ECS fulfilled the requirement by showing the temperature of the cooling air returned from the bay was always kept below $80^{\circ}C$. Through this study, the new ECS concept with PCHE was verified successfully.

The use of health behavior theory in health counseling may improve its effectiveness. This article provides an overview of health behavior theory and guidelines on how to incorporate various theories into effective health counseling. Models that focus on behavior change at the individual level are described, including the health belief model, which focuses on individual health beliefs; social learning theory, which emphasizes interactions between individual, behavior and its environment; theory of reasoned action and theory of planned behavior, which examines factors influencing behavioral intention;. the stages of change model, which focuses on one's stage of readiness for change. Research review provides explanatory and predictive utility of four health behavior theories. Suggestions for effective health counselling are as follows: 1. Unified theoretical framework incorporating key concepts from different health behavior theories is needed. 2. Need assessment should be included in counselling process. 3. Behavior-change counselling should target changes in one or more key variables previously identified. 4. Focusing on promotional efforts into a high profile behavior(gateway behavior) can be an an adjunctive way of initiating other health promotion behaviors. 5. Counselling should be staged based, and different strategies and processes of changes should be applied at different stages.

This is a testing equipment system to analyze variation of creep force according to wheel-rail tread profile, running speed of vehicle, vertical and lateral force, wheel/rail contact point, attack angle and so on. In this paper, derailment occur in stages until the change of each parameter, while reproducing the actual situation was derailed. Thus, to derail what is the most influencing factors were analyzed.

Middle Route Project, the largest water conveyance system in China delivers the water of Changjiang River to North China. In order to create canal operation simulation system, mathematical models are established based on the analysis of hydraulics about steady flow, unsteady flow, and check gate. By simulating the canal operation behavior, we improved the check gate control algorithm and predicted the change process of water surface and flow profile which is very valuable to actual canal operation.

The first and second harmonics have been measured in the iron whisker with the axial current that produces a circular field. The observed harmonics profiles have been discussed in terms of theoretical analysis based on the nonlinear, asymmetric magnetization that are related to the nucleation, transformation and annihilation of domains. The change of second harmonics profile is more sensitive to the domain variation than that of first harmonics.

In PDP, bus electrode should have low resistance for high efficiency. The transparent dielectric affects the shape change of bus electrode during the firing. These are related with the electrical property of the electrode. In this study, the shape of electrode was controlled by firing schedules of the transparent dielectric and the bus electrode.
