  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between growth mindset, professor support and school life adjustment of nursing college freshman in the era of COVID-19, and to understand the effect on school life adjustment. The subjects of this study were 248 nursing college freshman located in G Metropolitan City, and data collection was conducted from October 4 to October 31, 2022. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 28.0 program. As a result of the study, school life adjustment had a significant positive correlation with growth mindset(r=.51, p<.000) and professor support(r=.54, p<.000). Factors affectiong school life adjustment of nursing college freshman were professor support(β=.38, p<.001), subjects who answered very satisfied in major satisfaction(β=.31, p<.001), growth mindset(β=.26, p<.001), subjects who answered satisfied in major satisfaction(β=.16, p=.015), and female students(β=.14, p=.005), which explained 44.0% of variance. • The main objective of this study was to test the impact of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction. The conceptual model proposed in the study postulated that service quality impacts on customer satisfaction directly. The model also postulated that service quality has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction, and tested them through Multiple Regression to find their significance. Questionnaires were distributed to gather data. The SERVQUAL instrument has a useful diagnostic role to play in assessing and monitoring service quality in banks. The results of the study confirmed the five factors of service quality with customer satisfaction were significant in all factors of service quality. Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurance, and Tangibles are significant determinants of customer satisfaction. Thus, service quality can be used to predict customer satisfaction. The research has shown a positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. This research concluded that service quality is the basic and also most important factor that impacts customer satisfaction. This finding reinforces the need for banks managers to place an emphasis on the underlying dimensions of service quality, especially on Assurance, and should start with improving service quality in order to raise customer satisfaction.

Developed by Taguchi Genichi, this method has its strength in finding the control factor that is robust against noise factor. Finding the condition for such control factor has an effect of reducing the dispersion of the Lecture satisfaction. Methods: There are various factors in university classrooms. The factors which influenced the Lecture Satisfaction are analyzed by control factors and noise factors, control factors which is controllable are lecture completeness and thoroughly test the degree of supervision and noise factors which is not controllable is degree of physical and psychological Lecturer tired, then the experiment is conducted as guided by Taguchi's experimental design, one semester are experimented by eight professor with 2 classes, after discussion of the results the optimal lecture condition is suggested. Results: To improve Lecture Satisfaction under noise factor of physical and psychological Lecturer tired, optimal condition are that lecture completeness have scenario note during lecture and thoroughly test the degree of supervision have two proctors during test. Conclusion: In this paper, we have succession case by applying Taguchi methods in Lecture Satisfaction. We can apply to improve service by applying the Taguchi methods. In the future we hope to have many succession cases.

  • In this study, a SW interactive education training program for elementary school teachers was developed in order to cultivate the SW competency of teachers who apply SW education to schools, and the effect was analyzed by applying it to the school training site. For the development of the training program, the training development direction was set based on the current SW teacher training program, and an interactive training program was opened so that training could be conducted in a non-face-to-face situation in the COVID-19 situation. The developed training program was applied to 104 elementary school teachers in Gyeonggi-do. In order to analyze the effectiveness of the interactive training program, a survey on professor efficacy and satisfaction was conducted, and positive results were confirmed in terms of professor efficacy and program satisfaction. As it is expected that various SW/AI education training for teachers will be conducted as interactive training in the future, it is judged that it is necessary to conduct an analysis study on the effect of SW/AI training training.

  • Background: Because premed students do not take courses related to medicine during their first 2 years, they cannot establish their identity as students at medical schools, making it difficult for them to set goals as future doctors. We conducted an early clinical and basic laboratory exposure program for premed students and studied the effects of the program and student satisfaction levels. Methods: We performed an early clinical and basic laboratory exposure program for premed students for 2 days and evaluated the effects of the program and student satisfaction with it. The program consisted of two types: type 1, where two to four students formed a group, which was assigned to a particular department to participate and make observations during ward rounds, outpatient clinics, examinations, procedures, and surgeries (in the case of basic laboratory work, the students partook in experimental observations); and type 2, where one student followed a medical school professor to observe the professor's day. After the program ended, an online survey was conducted to investigate the effects on students, their thoughts, and satisfaction levels. Results: In total, 114 students (91.2%) responded to the survey. Approximately 94% of them were satisfied with the program. They found that the program would be useful for deciding on future career paths, gaining knowledge about a department of interest, studying for a medical program after premedical studies, and befriending residents and professors in certain departments. Conclusion: Early clinical and basic laboratory exposure programs are recommended for premedical students.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of K-university professors' perception of the university on job satisfaction. To do this, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were applied on job satisfaction and university perception (curriculum, lecture, research support, research system, undergraduate(major), organizational communication, personnel system, welfare system) data of 81 professors at K-University. As results, each factor showed a statistically significant correlation, and it was found that the perception of lectures, the perception of research support, the recognition of the research system, and the perception of personnel system had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, policy measures to help increase job satisfaction were suggested.
