헤어미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도가 미용전문직관에 미치는 영향 (Cosmetology Major The impact of college student satisfaction on the cosmetology profession)

  • 본 연구는 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도가 미용전문직관에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 전공만족과 전문직관의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 미용전문직관 간에 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고(p<0.001), 전공만족은 '전문성' t=4.625(p=.000), '직업인식' t=3.152(p=.002)로, 전공가치는 '전문성' t=2.330(p=.021), '전문활동' t=2.438(p=.015), '직업인식' t=4.843(p=.000)으로, 대학생활적응은 미용전문직관의 하위요인인 '전문활동' t=2.746(p=.006), '직업인식' t=4.303(p=.000)으로 나타나 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도는 미용전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 헤어 미용 전공 대학생에게 있어 전공만족은 대학 및 전공학과에 대한 만족뿐만 아니라 자기 자신에 대한 만족 및 헤어 미용 직무 자신감으로 이어져 긍정적인 영향으로 사회생활을 적응할 수 있게 해주며, 미용전문직관은 헤어 미용 직업에 대한 가치관과 태도로 미용 전공 대학생 때 전문직관이 생기게 된다. 연구결과를 통해 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 긍정적인 전문직관의 형성과 전공만족도를 높이고 올바른 이론과 실기교육을 통해 미용전문직관이 확립될 수 있도록 학생들의 자기계발과 더불어 교수 및 교육관계자들의 전문직업 윤리와 가치관에 관한 교육과 지속적인 지도가 필요하다고 사료된다.

K 리그의 집단주의적 팀 문화가 팀 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 활력 관계의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Collectivism on Team Performance in K League: The Mediating Role of Team Energetic Relations)

  • 본 연구에서는 K리그 선수들이 팀에 대해 가지는 집단주의적 성향이 팀 성과에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 성과 창출 과정에서 활력 관계의 매개 역할을 규명하고자 한다. 가설 검증을 위해 국내 K리그 10개 팀 280명의 선수들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포한 후 불성실한 응답을 한 설문지를 제거하여 최종적으로 240부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 21.0과 Lisrel 9.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 선형회귀 분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 구성원들이 팀에 대해 지니는 집단주의는 활력 관계에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 활력 관계는 팀 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설에서 설정한 바와 같이 집단주의가 팀 성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 팀 활력 관계가 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

사물놀이 연주자의 악기 대상관계 경험 (Samulnori Musicians' Experiences of Object Relations With Their Instruments)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 연주자가 사물놀이에서 경험하는 악기와의 대상관계 현상을 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 사물놀이 연주자 5명을 대상으로 반구조화된 개방형 질문을 통한 심층 면담을 시행하고 자료를 수집하였으며 Giorgi(2004)의 현상학적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 121개의 의미단위, 7개의 하위 범주, 3개의 대범주가 도출되었다. 3개의 대범주는 '중간대상의 매체', '내적 욕구 표현 및 인식의 수단', '타인 인식과 소통의 도구'로 나타났다. 사물놀이에서 악기는 연주자에게 내적 몰입을 도와주는 대상 경험을 하게 하는 매체가 된다. 또한 연주자는 악기연주를 통해 자신의 내적 욕구를 표현하고 자신의 성격과 정체성에 대해 새롭게 인식한다. 이와 동시에 연주자는 악기 특성과 사물놀이에서의 역할에 따라 악기를 사람처럼 대상화하여 내적 표상을 형성하고 이를 중심으로 연주에서의 관계를 이해하고 타연주자와 소통한다. 마지막으로 사물놀이에서 악기는 연주자에게 이상적 자기 성격에 따른 대리적 대상의 역할을 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 사물놀이라는 합주 형태가 연주자의 대상관계 발달을 촉진하며 연주자의 내면화된 표상체계와 상호작용 방식을 외화하고 있음을 알 수 있게 해준다. 본 연구는 연주자와 악기 간의 심리내적인 기능적 관계를 밝히고 음악치료에서 사물놀이 악기 활용에 대한 기초를 제시해주었다는데 의의가 있다.

응급의료종사자가 인식하는 병원 내 응급구조사의 이미지 (대전, 충남 3차의료기관 중심으로) (Images of Hospital Emergency Medical Technicians Perceived by Emergency Medical Service Providers (Focusing on tertiary medical institutions in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam do))

  • 본 연구는 대전 충남 소재 3차 의료기관에서 근무하는 응급의료종사자(의사, 간호사) 122명을 대상으로 병원 내 응급구조사의 이미지를 조사하였다. 병원 내 응급구조사의 이미지를 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 연구를 실시한 결과, 이미지는 $3.27{\pm}0.34$점이었다. 영역별로는 전문적 이미지가 가장 높았고, 역할 이미지가 가장 낮았다. 문항별로는 '의사와 우호적 관계를 유지하고 있다.'가 가장 높았고, '잘난 체하고 업무 수행을 소홀히 한다.'가 가장 낮았다. 병원 내 응급구조사의 이미지를 더욱 향상시키기 위해서는 응급구조사가 환자와 동료에게 진정성 있는 태도로 일관해야하며, 전문직으로서 직업의식을 고취시키고, 응급구조사의 고유 업무와 역할을 충실히 해내야 할 것이다. 또한 전문 직업인으로서의 이미지를 구축할 수 있도록 협회 차원의 홍보와 대책이 마련되어져야 할 것이다.

간호대학생을 위한 전문직 간 교육 프로그램에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 (Interprofessional Education Programs for Nursing Students: A Systematic Review)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate how interprofessional education has been designed, implemented, and evaluated in undergraduate programs in nursing through a systematic review. Methods: The literature was searched using the PubMed, CINAHL, EMBASE, and Cochrane central databases to identify interventional studies including teaching-learning activities among nursing students and other disciplines in English between January 2000 and May 2017. Thirty studies were selected for the analysis. Results: Twenty-four studies out of 30 were designed as a pre-post, no control group, quasi-experimental study design. Interprofessional education learners were primarily engaged in medicine, physical therapy, dentistry, occupational therapy, pharmacy, and respiratory therapy. Patient care related activity was the most frequently selected topic and simulation was the most common teaching-learning method. Evaluation of learning outcomes was mainly based on the aspects of teams and collaboration, professional identity, roles and responsibilities, patient care, and communication skills. Nursing students in 26 out of the 30 reviewed studies were found to benefit from interprofessional education, with outcome effects primarily related to changes in learning outcomes. Conclusion: The development and integration of interprofessional education with collaborative practices may offer opportunities in nursing education for training professional nurses of the future.

사회복지조직의 자원동원성과에 영향을 미치는 요인의 구조적 관계 -리더의 전문적 태도, 환경에 대한 인식, 그리고 시장지향성간의 관계- (A Structural Relation of professional leadership, environmental competitiveness, market orientation and fundraising effectiveness in social service organizations)

  • 비영리조직의 자원동원에 관한 기존의 연구들은 조직리더의 역할 및 환경에 대한 인식 등을 주요한 요인으로 제시하며, 점차 이러한 요인이외에 조직의 체계적인 관리노력으로서 시장지향성의 중요성을 제시하기도 한다. 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 자원동원성과를 설명하는데 있어서 조직리더의 전문적 태도, 환경에 대한 인식 그리고 기부자에 대한 시장지향성 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국에 위치한 장애인직업재활시설로 연구표본을 구성하고, 설문조사에 응답한 115개 조직을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자원동원성과는 조직리더의 전문성이나 환경에 대한 인식에 의해 직접적으로 영향을 받지 않으며, 기부자에 대한 시장지향성을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 일반화의 한계에도 불구하고, 자원동원성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 구조적 관계를 보여주고, 자원동원성과를 설명하는 간명한 경로를 제시하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의를 지니며, 실천적인 측면에서 사회복지조직의 자원동원에 있어서 기부자를 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 보여주고 있다.

간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 전문직 자율성, 호혜성이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향요인 (Influencing Effects of Job Stress, Professional Autonomy, Reciprocity on the Job Embeddedness of Comprehensive Nursing Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing effects of job stress, professional autonomy, and reciprocity on the job embeddedness among comprehensive nursing care unit nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 147 nurses who have worked for over 6 months in Comprehensive Nursing Care Unit. Data were collected from January 3 to January 31, 2022 from six general hospitals with more than 300 beds in three cities in G, G and P. Results: As the results of hierarchical regression analysis, job embeddedness was lower when nurses had clinical experiences for 1 to under 5 years (β=-.49, p<.001), 5 to under 10 years (β=-.27, p=.035), 10 to under 20 years (β=-.54, p<.001) compared to those who had clinical experiences for more than 20 years. Also, job embeddedness was higher when there was greater balance within team caregiving of reciprocality (β=.27, p<.001) and intrinsic reward (β=.22, p=.003), and lower role conflict (β =-.27, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of the study showed that job embededness would increase if the role conflict of comprehensive nursing care unit nurses reduces, if there was a culture that the members can make cooperative relationship with other health care professionals and, if there was an appropriate intrinsic reward depending on their work experience.

도서관조직의 기술혁신 및 행정혁신에 관한 조직상황론적 연구 (A Study on the Technical and Administrative Innovation of Library Organization in the Perspective of the Contingency Theory)

  • The ability of any organization to innovate itself in a rapid change of environment means the existence of the organization. Innovative activity is achieved in different ways according to the objectives of organization. the characteristics of external environmental factors. and various attributes in organization. In the present study. all the existing approaches to the innovative nature of organization were synthetically compared to each other and evaluated: then. for a more rational approach. a research model was built and suggested by establishing the inclusive variables of the innovative nature of library organization and categorizing the types of such nature. Additionally. an empirical. analytical study on such a model was done. That is. paying regard to the fact that innovation has basically a close relation with the circumstantial factors of organization. synthetic, circumstantial relations were clarified. considering the external environmental factors and internal characteristics of organization. In the study. the innovation of library organization was seen in two parts i.e .. the feasible degree of technical innovation and the feasible degree of administrative innovation. Regarding the types of innovative implementation. according to the feasible degree of innovation, four types such as a stationary type. technic-oriented type, organization-oriented type. and technical-socio systematic type were classified. There were nine independent variables-i.e., the scale of organization. available resources of the organization, formalization, differentiation, specialization. decentralization, recognizant degree of the technical attribute. degree of response to the change of technical environment, and professional activities. There were three subordinate variables - i.e., technical innovation, administrative innovation. and the performance of organization. Through establishment of such variables, the factors which might influence the innovation of library organization were understood, and with the types of the innovative implementation of library organization being classified according to the feasible degree of innovation. the characteristics of library organization were reviewed in the light of each type. Also. the performance of library organization according to the types of the innovative implementation of library organization was analyzed. and the relations between the types of innovative implementation according to circumstantial variables and the performance of library organization were clarified. In order to clarify the adequacy of the research model in the methodology of empirical study, data were collected from 72 university libraries and 38 special libraries. and for a hypothetical test of the research model. an analysis of correlations, a stepwise regression analysis. and One Way ANOVA were utilized. The following are the major results or findings from the study 1) It appeared there is a trend that the bigger the scale of organization and available resources are, the more active the professional activity of the managerial class is, and the higher the recognizant degree of technical environment (recognizant degree of technical attributes and the degree of response t9 the change of technical environment) is, the higher the feasible degree of innovation becomes. 2) It appeared that among the variables influencing the feasible degree of technical innovation, the order from the variable influencing most was first, the recognizant degree of technical innovation: second, the available resources of organization: and third, professional activity. Regarding the variables influencing the feasible degree of administrative innovation from the most influential variable, it appeared they were the available resources of organization, the differentiation of organization. and the degree of response to the change of technical environment. 3) It appeared that the higher the educational level of the managerial class is, the more active the professional activity becomes. It seemed there is a trend that the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at the middle level(three years to six years of experience) was more active in research activity than the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at a higher level(more than ten years). Also, it appeared there is a trend that the lower the age of library managers is, the higher the recognizant degree of technical attributes becomes. and the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at the middle level (three years to six years of experience) recognized more affirmatively the technical aspect than the group of library managers whose experience as a librarian was at a higher level(more than 10 years). Also, it appeared that, when the activity of the professional association and research activity are active, the recognizant degree of technology becomes higher, and as a result. it influences the innovative nature of organization(the feasible degree of technical innovation and the feasible degree of administrative innovation). 4) As a result of the comparison and analysis of the characteristics of library organization according to the types of innovative implementation of library organization. it was indicated there is a trend that the larger the available resources of library organization, the higher the organic nature of organization such as differentiation. decentralization, etc., and the higher the level of the operation of system development, the more the type of the innovative implementation of library organization becomes the technical-socio systematic type which is higher both in the practical degrees of technical innovation and administrative innovation. 5) As a result of the comparison and analysis of the relations between the types of innovative implementation and the performance of organization, it appeared that the order from the highest performance of organization is the technical-socio systematic type, then the technic-oriented type, the organization­oriented type, and finally the stationary type which is lowest in such performance. That is, it demonstrated that, since the performance of library organization is highest in the library of the technical-socio systematic type while it is lowest in the library whose practical degrees in both technical innovation and administrative innovation are low, the performance of library organization differs significantly according to the types of innovative implementation of library organization. The present study has extracted the factors influencing innovation, classified systematically the types of innovative implementation, and inferred the synthetical, circumstantial correlations between the types and the performance of organization, and empirically inspected those factors. However, due to the present study's restrictive matters and the limit of the research design, results from the study should be more prudently interpreted. Also, the present study, as an investigative study of the types of innovative implementation, with few preceding studies, requires more complete hypothetical inference based on the results of the present study. In other words, if more systematical studies are given to understanding the relations, it will devote the suggestion and demonstration of a more useful theory.

호텔조리사의 직무 만족과 숙련 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Skill Upgrading and Job Satisfaction in Hotel Cooks)

  • The purpose of this study is to illuminate the influence happened by the process of acquirement of professional cooking skills related to satisfaction with duty of hotel cooks according to the development and expansion of the food service industry. First, interaction with colleagues, working environment, accomplishment of duty, satisfaction of duty etc. have a big effect on improvement of cooking skills, that is, acquirement and accumulation of cooking skill. Therefore, it's confirmed that improvement of skill can be promoted if we focus on this kind of factors and meet more positively. Second, field education training should be operated professionally with systematic education training. Third, duty rotation has an effect on skill advancement. It can be interpreted that oppressive feelings caused by ability, skill, knowledge, human relations etc. which is required in new business related to frequent change of the business in one's charge can have an effect on duty satisfaction. It's considered that comprehensive and in-depth study should be accomplished in future concerning duty rotation, field training.

  • The chemical factory deals with dangerous element and more advance, human-error analyzes and becomes effective research for the country and region. This paper analysis the form of work-miss on human-error according to a safety accident for domestic chemical factory from 1999-2002. It include the present contents and raise issues human knowledge, behavior, judgment, sensibility as an important counter plan that makes the safety solution of work miss. For the point of view of human knowledge, it takes color standard for works to be effective in work place. For behavior, the test has been for risk Point of work place and infra worker movement, also the workers performed professional work as classify according to work. For judgement, the valuation sheet is reflected to minimize the human-error and the 3rd supervisor does a cross-check audit beforehand. For sensibility, it is applicable for human relations, information, communication by program to the consciousness and an attitude of worker-supervisor.
