Due to the competition between the various professional events, it is imperative for the team's management to improve efficiency by removing the inefficiencies of the professional team in order to gain a competitive edge. This study use different Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models to measure the efficiency of professional sport organizations. In this mathematical-analytical study, this study first reviews the related literature to analyze the input/output variables. In the end, the variables were detected and the data for this study were gathered from the Korean Basketball League (KBL). While previous studies examine relative efficiency of Korean Professional baseball teams by using CCR model, this study fully utilize the DEA method to investigate Korean professional sports organizations' operating problem. Thus, this study propose full results of DEA analysis such as efficiency score (overall, technical, and scale efficiency), slacks in inputs and outputs of inefficient organizations, Malmquist index) As a result, this study provides not only the exact productivity information of a team and a way of improving a firm's productivity with a decision maker.

Although an extensive body of research exists on sports uniform colors in the West,there is a dearth of research on South Korean sports uniforms, especially in the domain of professional teams ports. This study aims to identify and analyze the colors of sports uniforms of 56 professional teams listed on the Korea Professional Sports Association (KPSA) for a range of team sports (e.g. football, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and golf). The number of colors of each team's uniform and the ordinal ranking of these colors were recorded and analyzed. Furthermore,the number of colors and parent company colors were grouped by gender and league. Overall, 80.4% of the teams preferred three to four colors with white, black, blue, and red being the most popular colors. Every team's primary, secondary, or graphic logo colors on their uniforms included white. The gender variable was partially significant, emphasizing culturally significant colors such as pink. The parent company's color showed a significant connection with the team's uniform colors. This result was related to the historical origins of South Korean professional team sports and their unique relationship with chaebols. Based on the findings, this study concludes that visibility and contrast factors, as well as historical aspects relating to the concept of glocalization play an important role in the color choices of South Korean team uniforms.

Present study is to know the relation with throwing speed according to the uniform torque by the shoulder joint, over 20 persons of professional baseball, and were measured the uniform torque by the shoulder joint accordance with throwing speed between (A-low speed) and (B-high speed) of each group. In the present study, three components were measured, and analyzed with having an approximated output value appearing by changing angular velocity, and in $30^{\circ}/sec$, the maximum strength of muscles was measured, and in$210^{\circ}/sec$, the points of endurance strength of muscles were measured and analyzed, and the following result could be obtained. 1. In muscles strength (peak torque)of inner rotation, and outer rotation for respect to each speed of shoulder joint, though there did not appear outstanding difference between A group and B group in the $30^{\circ}/sec$, it showed that group B has priority in a little. Also in outer rotation by shoulder joint, though there appeared the same difference between A group and B group, B group is tended to be prior to A group in a little. 2 In the view of muscles strength (peak torque)of inner rotation, and outer rotation for respect to each speed of shoulder joint, though there did not appear outstanding difference between A group and B group in the $30^{\circ}/sec$, it showed that group B has priority in a little. In the concern of the peak torque for respect to the weight accordance with each velocity of shoulder joint, there did not appear outstanding difference between A group and B group in $210^{\circ}/sec$. In outer rotation by the shoulder joint, there was not appeared clear difference between A group and B group. As conclusion, there did not appear a correlation of uniform torque by shoulder joint versus the speed throwing by a pitcher of professional base ball.

본 연구에서는 인공지능 모델에 따른 한국 프로야구의 승패 예측 분석에 관한 연구를 했다. 승리할 팀과 해당 팀의 최종 리그 순위를 예측했고, 사용자의 편의를 위해 웹사이트도 구축했다. 각 1·3·5이닝 별로 가장 정확도가 높으면서도 오차가 적은 모델을 최적 모델로 선정해 승·패 결과를 예측했고, 이를 토대로 순위표를 작성했다. 결과표는 2020년 개막인 5월 5일부터 8월 30일까지의 예측 결과를 바탕으로 작성했다. 기아타이거즈가 아닌 다른 구단끼리의 경기는 실제 결과를 사용했다. 머신러닝 모델은 KNN과 AdaBoost가 최적 모델로 선정되었으며, 실제 순위와 비교해 본 결과, 경기가 진행될수록, 예측 결과의 순위 오차가 점점 작아지는 것을 확인했다. 딥러닝 모델은 89%의 정확도를 기록했고, 머신러닝 모델과 마찬가지로 경기를 진행할수록 예측 결과 순위 오차가 작아지는 것을 확인했다. 실험 결과는 한국 프로야구 승·패 결과 예측뿐 아니라 다양한 분야에서 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 방송국에서 야구 경기를 중계하는 중 이닝별로 인공지능 알고리즘이 예상한 승·패 여부를 중계화면에 띄울 수 있다. 시청자들에게 새로운 흥미를 일으킬 수 있을 것이고, 나아가 구단의 감독들이 이닝마다 데이터를 분석해 경기 중 유동적으로 승리하기 위한 전략을 세울 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

이 연구는 프로야구 관람객의 소비지출 결정요인을 분석해 프로야구단의 수익 증대에 기여할 수 있는 마케팅 정보를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 C시에 연고지를 두고 있는 N구단의 프로야구 관람객 372명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 프로야구 관람객의 소비지출 결정요인으로는 인구통계적 요인, 소비형태 요인 및 사회심리적 효과요인이 포함되었으며 종속변수로는 선행연구에서 도출된 평균 FCI를 토대로 3만원 미만 및 3만원 이상 등 이분형 데이터를 활용하였다. 수집된 유효 설문지는 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 활용해 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 프로야구 관람객의 인구통계적 요인 중 소득수준 및 주거지 요인만이 유의한 소비지출 결정요인으로 나타났다. 소득 요인에서는 200만원 미만의 소득 수준 집단이 400만원 이상의 집단보다 .38배 정도 3만원 이상 소비할 가능성이 낮게 나타났으며, 주거지에서는 마산과 창원 거주자가 진해 거주자보다 3만원 이상 소비할 가능성이 각각 3.49배 그리고 3.05배 정도 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 프로야구 관람객의 소비형태 요인 중 동반자 요인만이 유의한 소비지출 결정요인으로 분석되었으며 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면 혼자 관람하는 집단이 친구와 함께 관람하는 집단에 비해 .36배 정도 3만원 이상 소비할 가능성이 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 프로야구 관람객이 인지하는 프로야구팀의 사회심리적 효과 요인은 유의한 소비지출 결정요인으로 파악되었으며 구체적으로 살펴보면 프로야구 관람객이 인지하는 사회심리적 효과가 한 단위 증가할수록 관람객이 3만원 이상 지출할 가능성은 1.37배 만큼 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

야구 경기에서는 한 경기에 여러 투수가 등판하게 되는데, 상황에 따라 성격이 다른 투수가 공을 던지게 된다. 이러한 등판 투수의 선정은 감독 고유의 권한이며 감독이 오랜 경험을 통해 승리하기 위해 최적의 투수를 선정하게 된다. 본 논문은 그러한 감독의 경험을 학습하기 위하여 프로야구 경기에서 발생하는 기록 데이터를 데이터마이닝을 이용하여 분석한 후, 앞으로 열릴 경기에 등판할 투수를 미리 예측할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

The study examined relational marketing in terms of transaction specific satisfaction and cumulative satisfaction in the professional sport industry. The study evaluated the motivation of spectators visiting professional baseball games in 2012 and the satisfaction factors of relationship marketing. In this study, the satisfactions were considered in terms of single satisfaction associated with transaction and gradual satisfaction associated with customer loyalty. The relationship marketing was established considering each factor of marketing strategies, facility, game performance and entertainment. The study categorized the factors for customers to visit games as facility, game performance and entertainment with marketing strategies. The study found out that the customer satisfaction was related with both transaction specific satisfaction and cumulative satisfaction where cumulative one is longer term related. Moreover, cumulative satisfaction will be more related with the long term team financial performance.

한국 프로야구팀들의 실점을 설명하기 위한 수비지표를 연구하였다. 출루율과 장타율을 결합한 OPS가 팀들의 득점력을 매우 잘 설명한다는 사실을 동기로 하여 본 논문에서는 팀들의 실점을 설명하기 위한 수비지표를 연구하였다. 여러 가지의 수비지표 중 팀의 실점과 상관관계가 높은 것들을 결합하여 만든 몇 가지의 결합 지표들을 고려하였다. 프로야구 원년인 1982년부터 2015년까지의 정규리그 전 경기 자료를 분석한 결과 수정WHIP와 이닝당피홈런의 가중평균으로 정의되는 가중수정WPH2가 실점을 가장 잘 설명해줬다. 구체적으로 수정WHIP에 34%, 이닝당피홈런에 66%의 가중값을 두는 가중수정WPH2가 팀의 경기당 평균실점과 0.95362의 상관계수를 갖는 최적의 지표인 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 Kim과 Kim (2015a)에서 얻어진 지표에 의한 결과보다 좀 더 향상된 결과이다. 시대별 분석에서도 크게 다르지 않은 결과를 얻었다. 또한 얻어진 지표의 값이 좋은 투수 10명씩의 명단을 최근 3년간에 대해 연도별로 작성해보았다.

한국의 프로야구는 정규시즌 중의 성적이 4위인 팀이 와일드카드인 1승을 안고 5위 팀과 싸워 2승을 먼저 하는 팀이 준 플레이오프에 진출한다. 준 플레이오프 진출 팀이 3위 팀과 싸워 3승을 먼저 하는 팀이 플레이오프에 진출하고 이 팀이 다시 2위 팀과 싸워 3승을 먼저 하는 팀이 코리언 시리즈에 진출하게 된다. 코리언시리즈 진출 팀은 1위 팀과 싸워 먼저 4승을 거두는 팀이 최종 우승팀이 된다. 이러한 포스트 시즌 경기방식을 따를 경우 상위 포스트 시즌 경기에 진출한 각 순위의 팀이 우승할 확률은 팀의 승률에 따라 결정됨을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 Bernoulli 시행인 경우와 서로 독립인 경우만을 가정하는 경우 한국시리즈와 같은 우승 결정방식에서 상위 팀들이 우승할 확률을 추정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 이용하면 시즌 중의 각 팀 간의 승률이나 포스트 시즌 중매 경기에 대한 각 팀 간의 승률을 이용하여 포스트 시즌 진출 팀들의 최종 우승확률을 추정할 수 있다.
