  • This paper presents the effects on 154kV electrical power customers' productive activities by the instantaneous voltage sag or interruption in power system. According to the survey all respondents (8customers) experienced the breakdown of facilities when instantaneous voltage sag over about twenty percents of pre-fault occurred in power system.

초등학교 과학수업에서 사용된 교사의 과학적 질문유형 분석 (An Analysis of Teacher's Scientific Questioning in Elementary Science Classes)

  • This research analyzed elementary teacher's scientific questioning during science teaching. This research studied 4 elementary school teachers in Gyeongnam were observed and the classes were videotaped. all teacher's questioning and student's answering were transcribed. Teacher's questionings were categorized into 2 types such as simple questions and productive questions. The findings of the research were as following. First, in the teaching-learning activities of the science subject, teacher-student conversation was used 202 times on average, and questions asked by the teachers were 72 times on average. The teachers use productive questions more than simple questions. Second, in the type of simple questions, management questions were used the most, and the next were simple confirmation questions and rethink questions in order. Third, productive questions used by the teachers in the class were mostly the attention-focussing questions, but the type of higher level questions such as problem-posing questions, comparing questions, action questions and reasoning questions was rarely adopted.

생산적 활동과 이에 대한 가족의 지지가 여성 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Productive Activities and Family Support on Elderly Women's Psychological Well-being)

  • 본 연구는 유임금 노동, 자원봉사, 손자녀 양육과 같은 대표적인 생산적 활동에 참여하는 여성 노인을 대상으로 생산적 활동과 이에 대한 가족의 지지가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 상기한 활동별로 각 100명씩 총 300명을 면접 조사하였는데, 이 중 자원봉사자의 심리적 안녕감이 가장 높았으며, 활동시 가족으로부터 받는 지지는 손자녀를 돌보는 노인이 가장 많았다. 또한 이들의 안녕감을 설명하는 변인을 유형별로 살펴보면 유임금 노동을 하는 여성 노인의 경우 교육 수준이 높을수록, 활동에 대한 금전적인 보상이 적을수록, 심리적 안녕감이 높았다. 자원봉사를 하는 여성 노인은 활동에 대한 만족도가 높을수록, 활동에 대해 가족으로부터 도구적 지지를 많이 받을수록, 안녕감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 손자녀를 양육하는 여성 노인은 배우자가 있는 경우, 총가계소득이 높을수록, 활동에 대한 금전적인 보상이 많을수록, 가족으로부터 활동에 대한 정서적 도구적 지지를 많이 받을수록, 심리적 안념감이 높았다. 본 연구는 여성 노인을 생산적 활동의 주체로서 조명한다. 그리고 이들이 행하는 생산적 활동들을 종합, 비교하여 살펴보았으며, 이를 통해 여성 노인의 심리적 안녕감을 고양할 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

TPM과 COQ 프로세스에서 시간동인 ABC시스템의 활용 (Application of Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing(TDABC) for Total Productive Maintenance(TPM) and Cost of Quality(COQ) Processes)

  • This study introduces the methods to apply and develop the integrated Cost of Quality (COQ) and Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) model for seeking not only quality improvement but also reduction of overhead cost. Inefficient and uneconomical COQ activities can be identified by using time driver which also maximizes the quality improvement for Prevention-Appraisal- Failure (PAF) quality costs. In contrast, reduction of the indirect cost of unused capacity resource using Quality Cost Capacity Ratio (QCCR) of TDABC minimizes overhead cost for COQ activities. In addition, linkage between Overall Equipment Effective (OEE) and Time Driver develops the integrated system of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and TDABC model. Lean OEE maximizes when an Unused Time (UT) of TDABC that are TPM losses and lean wastes reduces whereas the TPM Cost Capacity Ratio (TCCR) of TDABC minimizes indirect cost for non-value added TPM activities. Numerical examples are derived to better understand the proposed COQ/TDABC model and TPM/TDABC model from this paper. From the proposed model, process mapping and time driver of TDABC are known to lessen indirect cost from general ledger of comprehensive income statement with a better quality innovation and improvement of equipment.

과학교과서 텍스트의 계량적 분석을 이용한 과학 개념어의 생산적 지식 교육 방안 탐색 (Exploring Teaching Method for Productive Knowledge of Scientific Concept Words through Science Textbook Quantitative Analysis)

  • 과학 개념에 대한 이해를 언어학적 관점에서 바라보면 학생들이 과학 개념어에 대한 깊고 정교한 이해와 더불어 정확하게 사용할 수 있는 능력을 길러주는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지 과학 교육에서 과학 개념어에 대한 생산적 지식 교육의 기틀이 잘 마련되어 있지 않음에 주목하고, 과학 개념을 구성하고 있는 단어들 사이의 관계를 생산적이고 효과적으로 교육할 수 있는 방안을 탐색함으로써 과학 개념어의 생산적 지식 교육의 기틀을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 몇 가지의 계량 언어학적 텍스트 분석 방법을 이용하여 과학 교과서 텍스트로 부터 과학 개념을 구성하고 있는 단어들과 그들 사이의 관계를 추출하고, 둘째, 각 방법의 결과로 추출된 단어 관계의 의미를 정성적으로 살펴본 뒤, 셋째, 이를 이용하여 과학 개념어의 생산적 지식 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 쓰기 활동 방법을 제안해 보았다. 중학교 1학년 과학교과서 '힘과 운동' 단원 텍스트를 클러스터 분석, 공기 빈도 분석, 텍스트 네트워크 분석, 그리고 워드임베딩의 네 가지 계량 언어학적 분석 방법을 사용하여 분석해 보았다. 연구 결과 첫째, 클러스터 분석 결과를 활용하여 문장 완성하기 활동을 제안하였다. 둘째, 공기 빈도 분석 결과를 이용한 빈 칸 채우기 활동을 제안하였다. 셋째, 네트워크 분석 결과를 이용하여 소재 중심 글쓰기 활동을 제안하였다. 넷째, 워드임베딩을 이용한 학습 중요 단어 목록 작성을 제안하였다.

다층모형을 활용한 독거노인의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향요인 분석 : 생산적 여가참여와 사회적지지의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Multi-level Models in life satisfaction of Elderly Living alone : Moderating Effect of Elderly's Leisure Activity and Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 독거노인의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인한 연구로, 인구학적 배경, 경제 활동과 함께 생산적 여가참여와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구는 5차 국민노후보장패널의 독거노인 890명을 그 대상으로 하였으며, 독거노인의 삶의 만족도는 지역에 따른 무선효과를 가져 다층모형을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 독거노인은 도에 사는 경우 광역시나 서울시에 사는 경우에 비해 삶의 만족도가 높았고, 생활비가 많을수록, 경제활동을 하고, 경제적으로 독립된 경우에 삶의 만족도가 높았다. 뿐만 아니라, 생산적 여가에 참여할 경우 그렇지 못한 경우 보다 삶의 만족도가 높으며, 사회적 지지를 많이 받을수록 삶의 만족도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 생산적 여가참여를 하는 경우 사회적 지지를 받을수록 독거노인의 삶의 만족도가 높아지는 조절효과가 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 독거노인의 생산적 여가참여의 촉진책과 사회적 지지를 높이기 위한 정책적 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다.

A Study on the Social Support's Moderating Effect for the Elderly's Life Satisfaction

  • Purpose - This paper aims to obtain a theoretical understanding for the relationship among the elderly's leisure activity, social support, life satisfaction and mental loneliness in their life. This paper has the purpose to draw policy implications by the course of research and study as well as to find alternatives in enhancing the elderly's psychological well-being in a practical dimension. Research design, data, and methodology - Data has been collected from 380 elderly persons participating in leisure activities in 10 senior welfare service centers located in the Seoul area. A structured questionnaire sheet was used, and as the main analysis method for hypothesis verification, the hierarchical regression method was used. Results - Social support is moderating factor for the relationships among the productive leisure activity, life satisfaction and mental loneliness, but does not play the moderating role in the relationships such as consumptive leisure activity, life satisfaction and mental loneliness. Conclusions - It is necessary to make efforts to provide policies for promoting and expanding the elderly's participation especially in productive leisure activity. And also, an institutional support should be provided for maintaining and expanding a stable social relationship network for the elderly's participation.

Empowering Poor-Households Women on Productive Economy Businesses in Indonesia

  • Self-efficacy has been extensively evaluated, but no studies have investigated the effect of self-efficacy on the self-reliance of women in poor-households economic productivity. This study analyzes self-efficacy as a personal factor, learning processes, and social support as an environmental factor towards the achievement of self-reliance in women from poor-households in productive economy businesses. Despite the dominant logic of this scheme, there is a need for field-based data regarding whether the variable really supports the sustainable empowerment of poor-households women. This study used the quantitative method through the survey technique. The samples of this study included 250 people collected from five regencies in Indonesia by using a multiple-stage random sampling. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The results show that social support has a significant positive impact on the learning process; social support has a direct negative impact on self-efficacy. The learning process has a direct positive influence on self-efficacy, while social support has a non-significant impact on self-reliance. The learning process has a direct influence on self-reliance. Social support and the learning process both have significant positive impact on self-efficacy. Social support, learning process, and self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive impact on self-reliance in productive economic activities.

Science Teaching and Learning for Productive Disciplinary Engagement (PDE) through Model-Based Learning (MBL): Insights from Relevant Literature

  • The practice turn in the science education community emphasizes students' engagement in the activities that scientists and engineers actually do when they see, explain, and critique a phenomenon, or solve a problem. This turn highlights the importance of science learning environments for students. Consequently, the purpose of this study was the examination of relevant literature with the aim of proposing theoretically and empirically derived teaching strategies for students' productive disciplinary engagement (PDE) through model-based learning (MBL) in science classrooms. To this end, collected literature focusing on PDE and MBL was analyzed to better understand 1) how teachers can foster students' PDE in science classrooms, 2) how PDE can be connected to MBL, and 3) what supports are required for students' PDE through MBL. As a result of our analysis, a close relationship between PDE and MBL was identified. Importantly, this research reveals the promise of MBL for supporting students' PDE through the problematizing, authority, accountability, and resources. Further, our literature examination provided a better understanding of what supports are required for students' engagement in PDE through MBL and why this matters in the context of the practice turn in science education.

AHP를 이용한 프로젝트 선정에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Study on Project Selection based on Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to select more productive projects among various proposed projects in a particular company. To achieve this research objective, the characteristics of project evaluation and selection are first reviewed with respect to when, where, and how the decision is made. Then the theoretical basis of the AHP is briefly reviewed along with its mathematical underpinnings to construct the framework of project evaluation and selection. To be more specific, the evaluation and selection criteria were reorganized in the AHP-based framework to make the process of project evaluation and selection more productive. Project evaluation and selection is one of the most important activities for the most companies to be more advantageous in the market. Despite the importance of decision making process of project selection, not many of how to choose the best project were suggested as the reliable project selection methods in the industries. It may be because it involves various activities related to conflict resolution among different evaluation criteria, high uncertainties of market, and the unclear tradeoff among various project objectives. Furthermore, the decision, once made at this point, tends to be irrevocable until the whole process turns out to be a complete success or failure. As the result, the AHP method showed better financial performance rather than the traditional method in a case study.
