The manufacturing industries which played a major role in the rapid economic growth and industrialization of Korea in the late 20th century had considerable difficulties changing their manufacturing conditions from producer-oriented conditions to customer-oriented ones according to market changes. In this study, increase plant efficiency because grafts together modular system to plant layout and analyzes Work In Process(WIP) between product's cycle time and each process, family efficient plan wishes to choose opposite bank. Simulation approach used for presented methodology The effect will not gain the results for other reasons the inherent conditions of companies, people, and culture which have been hitherto described, but will be expected to help the direction for a new Lay-out production system to reflect on the native conditions rather than fixed technological means and methods in way of an analysis of fundamental problems which small and medium companies in Korea face.

This paper proposes a pricing model for IPOs which can reconcile the average underpricing phenomenon with the expected wealth maximizing behaviors of market participants. Under the usual informational asymmetry, the optimal offer price for best efforts IPOs is derived as a function of the uncertainty about market's valuation, the expected return on proposed projects and the size of offerings relative to the firm's market value. Depending on these firm-specific characteristics, best efforts IPOs can be underpriced, fairly priced, or overpriced. Introducing the investment banker as an outside information producer, the model is extended to provide empirical implications for pricing and underwriting contract choice decisions which are consistent with the existing empirical evidences. The model predicts that the issuers with greater uncertainty about market's valuation choose best efforts contract over firm commitment contract and the dispersion of initial returns would be greater for best efforts IPOs than for firm commitment IPOs.

A point-mesh type corona system has been well used as a ionic wind blower. However this type corona system suffers from its lower ionic wind generation, because of its lower on-set and breakdown voltages of its very sharp needle point corona electrode. This means that the point corona electrode must act both as an effective ion-generator and a very higher electric field producer in the discharge airgap in order to generate higher ionic wind velocity. In this paper, a cylinder-mesh type discharge system as a ionic wind generator is proposed and investigated. The cylindrical corona electrode can produce many ions from its sharpened edge, and the corona on-set and breakdown voltages are very higher than those of the needle point corona electrode. As a result, this type cylindrical corona electrode might generate a higher ionic wind than the needle point corona electrode.

This paper presents an integrated order scheduling method with the improved DRP concept for multi-echelon distribution system that has the constraint of limited production capacity of producers. The proposed method reflects the dynamic characteristics of inventory level changes in the regional and central distribution center. The simulation is done with two models : the traditional DRP method and the proposed method presented in this paper. From the results, the latter is more efficient than the former in cost, customer's service level as well as balanced production load on each producer.

Recently, interactive media which maximizes audience engagement by making the audience appeal on a stage in digital media environment has been distributed more widely. In fact, there has been active movement to develop and promote a new participatory media genre with higher immersion by applying this kind of interactive media concept to advertisement, film, game and e-learning. In the conventional interactive media, digital media had to be enjoyed in particular environment where diverse sensors were installed or through a certain device to recognize a user's motion and voice. This study attempted to design and implement an image creation system which ensures interactions between a user and media in popular distribution-enabled web environment and through PC and smart devices to minimize the image producer-user constraints.

Modeling for the Internet resource is important to use of limited resource efficiently. Also, the modeling could guide how we can approach the Internet problems. The many studies of price mechanism to internalize the externality, to decrease the externality from congestion, and to use the Internet resource efficiently, are widely going on. The represent styles for Internet pricing are usage-based pricing(UBP) and flat-rat pricing(FRP) and the FRP could prefers for the beginning stage of Internet introduce. The purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of Internet pricing mechanism based on flat-rate pricing, both consumer and producer side.

Oasis shows a phenomenon of structured violence in the daily life of female with heavy disability. However, even victims of the violence don't think they are victims. Through this mechanism of misconception we are all conspired as producer of violence and after all it is connected to the reproduction of dominant ideology. Therefore, it is the task of diagnosing accurately about the mechanism of symbolic violence which is constantly being reproduced in particular spaces through a present of methodology which interpret the perspective of the most fundamental about social pathology.

We make optimal consecutive offer curves for an energy storage system (ESS) integrated wind power producer (WPP) in the co-optimized day-ahead energy and regulation markets. We build the offer curves by solving multi-stage stochastic optimization (MSSO) problems based on the scenarios of pairs consisting of real-time price and wind power forecasts through the progressive hedging method (PHM). We also use the rolling horizon method (RHM) to build the consecutive offer curves for several hours in chronological order. We test the profitability of the offer curves by using the data sampled from the Iberian Peninsula. We show that the offer curves obtained by solving MSSO problems with the PHM and RHM have a higher profitability than offer curves obtained by solving deterministic problems.

The aim of this study was to introduce the history and development of German organic farming(Bio-dynamic Agriculture and organic agriculture) which has a worldwide reputation and initiative in organic agriculture. And also the organization of organic producer's or farmer's group such as AGOL, POB, OSL, ALOG & Schweisfurth Stiftung and its regional distribution, the basic standard of organic farming and certification system for organic food, an actual cultivated area for organic forming and organic livestock were also shortly reported. The government subsidizing programmes and Agenda 2000, the extension services for organic farming by government and private level, the research activities of organic agriculture by governmental research body(FAL) and universities, the education system for organic agriculture in the German universities(University of Bonn, Gesamthochschule Kassel, University of Hohenheim, University of Gie$\beta$en and etc) were also explained. In the conclusion it was suggested several issues what should be considered to facilitate an organic farming in Korea in the view of organic production, marketing, distributing, extension and organic processing.

A reliability Acceptance Sampling Plan (RASP) is developed for testing the exponential mean lifetime under the periodic (i. e., equally-spaced) inspection and Type I censoring. Under the periodic inspection, the exact sampling distribution of maximum likelihood (ML) estimator of mean can not be derived. Hence sample size and acceptance criterion are determined by the algorithm proposed on the basis of Monte Carlo simulation such that the producer's and consumer's risks are satisfied for given censoring time and number of inspections. In addition, the developed RASP is compared in terms of sampling size, OC curve, and expected completion time. The effects for the RASP by the chosen inspection scheme are also discussed.
