It is a standard problem that designs a controller to minimize the $H_{\infty}$-norm of a given plant. By reducing a standard problem to a model-matching problem, we can obtain all the parameters which consist of a controller. After presenting a practical model and applying it to a tracking model, we design an $H_{\infty}$ controller and an LQ controller to concrete that $H_{\infty}$ control theory is far more robust than LQ control theory. And we show the advantage of an $H_{\infty}$ controller by obtaining a desired Bode diagram and comparing it with that of an LQ controller.

학습자 주도의 지속적 원격교육 환경을 위하여 학습자의 정확한 학습 패턴을 고려한 올바른 문제 추천 가이드에 대한 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원격교육환경에서 수집되는 학습자의 문제패턴에 대하여 상황별 가중치를 부여하여 해당 데이터를 기반의 개별 학습자의 최적 문제추천 경로를 제시하는 방법으로 블록체인 기반 스마트 컨트랙트 기술을 연구하였다. 본 연구의 성능평가를 위하여 기존 유사 학습 환경과의 학습만족도 및 문제추천가이드의 유용성과 학습자 데이터 처리속도를 분석하였으며 본 연구를 통하여 15% 이상 학습 만족도 향상과 기존 학습 환경 대비 20% 이상의 학습데이터 처리속도향상을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 뷰티산업 현장 실무 전문가를 양성하기 위한 피부미용 이론 및 실기 수업을 통해 문제중심학습(PBL) 수업 개발 및 적용하고자 한다. 학습자들에게 피부미용 현장에서 일어나는 실제적인 문제를 제시하고, 그 문제를 해결하기 위해 학습자들 상호간에 공동으로 문제를 해결하는 방안을 강구하고자 한다. 학습자들에게 문제중심학습(PBL)을 적용한 피부미용 수업을 진행하고, 수강 후 그 효과에 대해 분석한다. 본 연구 결과로 현장 실제의 문제를 제시함으로써 학습자들이 실제 전문가들이 하는 일을 이해할 수 있었고, 주어진 문제에 대한 다양한 해결방법을 도출할 수 있다는 부분을 알게 되었다고 하여 문제해결 능력 신장을 기대 해 볼 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 문제 탐구와 문제를 해결하기 위한 문제중심학습(PBL) 수업 과정은 학습자의 문제해결능력 향상에 긍정적으로 작용하고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

In this paper we study the no-wait or no-idle permutation flowshop scheduling problem with an increasing and decreasing series of dominating machines. The objective is to minimize one of the five regular performance criteria, namely, total weighted completion time, maximum lateness, maximum tardiness, number of tardy jobs and makespan. We establish that these five cases are solvable by presenting a polynomial-time solution algorithm for each case.

In this paper, we develop the operational Tau method for solving nonlinear Volterra integro-differential equations of the second kind. The existence and uniqueness of the problem is provided. Here, we show that the nonlinear system resulted from the operational Tau method has a semi triangular form, so it can be solved easily by the forward substitution method. Finally, the accuracy of the method is verified by presenting some numerical computations.

Primary cardiac lipoma is an extremely rare condition. We reports a case of primary lipoma located mainly in the right atrium of the heart in a 58-year-old male patient. The initial presenting symptoms were dyspnea followed by rapidly progress!ve congestive heart failure. Echocardiogram revealed huge mass on right atrium with stalk arising from septum. Under cardiopulmonary bypass the mass was removed and revealed characteristic findings of lipoma on microscope. The patient was recovered without any problem. We would like to describe this case of rare tumor with the review of literatures.

In this work, we successfully extended dimensional differential transform method (DTM), by presenting and proving some new theorems, to solve the non-linear matrix differential Riccati equations(first and second kind of Riccati matrix differential equations). This technique provides a sequence of matrix functions which converges to the exact solution of the problem. Examples show that the method is effective.

A hybrid method solving regularized structured linear total least norm (RSTLN) problems, which have highly ill-conditioned coefficient matrix with special structures, is suggested and analyzed. This scheme combining RSTLN algorithm and separation by parts guarantees the convergence of parameters and has an advantages in reducing the residual norm and relative error of solutions. Computational tests for problems arisen in signal processing and image formation process confirm that the presenting method is effective for more accurate solutions to (R)STLN problem than the (R)STLN algorithm.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the plan to introduce a practical skills test as part of the national examination for nursing licensure. Method: The delphi method was used. The first set of data was collected by open questionnaire from universities and hospitals nationally. The second and third were collected by structured questionnaire. Results: The biggest problem for clinical Practice in nursing education was reported as the lack of opportunities for direct nursing practice. The biggest performance problem in job duties for novice nurses was reported as the lack of integrated problem solving skills in a clinical situation. The biggest problem with the current national examination was reported as the use memorizing solutions to test questions. It was suggested that the best plan to resolve problems with the national examination would be to develop test questions representative of the clinical setting and increase personnel in clinical education. About the introduction of a practical skills test as part of the national examination, 56.9% were in agreement and 38.5% disagreed. Conclusion: The current national examination has many problems when it comes to testing clinical competency. So, a practical skills test must be deferred to a future time. There are also many difficulties in presenting a real situation, therefore further research is needed in preparation for the introduction of a practical skills test.

National Competency Standards are the major administrative project to build a competence-based society. The manpower for the global society should be recognized by performance rather than educational records. Therefore, all colleges should first nurture NCS-type manpower based on field needs. This study comparatively analyzed the differences between the lecture style of four-year colleges and the outcomes of problem-solving and project-based learning method to prove why it is necessary to introduce the NCS program. Especially, It will review the constraints and measures of NCS introduction to overcome in a four-year university. Through this, it can be used as a means to help improve the field conformity of a four-year college curriculum by presenting the development and utilization of curriculum-based NCS in a four-year university. As a result, it was found that the overall satisfaction with the problem-solving and project-based learning method was above average. Many students were dissatisfied with the traditional teaching methods and the new project-based learning method was relatively effective in college education. Students' participation also improved. Based on the evaluation of learning performance, the new method was found more satisfactory than the old teaching method in terms of comprehension of professional knowledge in various fields, nurturing of logical thinking skills, acquisition of analytical skills, comprehensive thinking skills, creative problem recognition, and open-minded thinking skills.
