어플리케이션의 가상 메모리 보호를 위한 연구 (A Study for Protecting the Virtual Memory of Applications)

  • As information technology advances rapidly, various smart devices are becoming an essential element in our lives. Smart devices are providing services to users through applications up on the operating system. Operating systems have a variety of rules, such as scheduling applications and controlling hardwares. Among those rules, it is significant to protect private information in the information-oriented society. Therefore, isolation task, that makes certain memory space separated for each application, should highly be guaranteed. However, modern operating system offers the function to access the memory space from other applications for the sake of debugging. If this ability is misused, private information can be leaked or modified. Even though the access authority to memory is strictly managed, there exist cases found exploited. In this paper, we analyze the problems of the function provided in the Android environment that is the most popular and opened operating system. Also, we discuss how to avoid such kind of problems and verify with experiments.

일본 노인전문요양시설 공용공간의 행동장면특성과 공간적요구에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of the Behavior Setting and the Special Needs In Common Space of Nursing Home in Japan)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the daily living activities of the elderly with dementia and user oriented spatial needs of the staff in the common space of nursing home in Japan. Data was taken from six units of the 2 skilled facilities. The results revealed as follows; 4 types of elderly activities were founded, and physical environmental characteristics affected residents' space usage. And it was perceived like as living oriented space, social interaction space, facility space, staff oriented space. Conclusively it was suggested to plan dining space as semi-private space, day corner as semi-public space.

우주 자원의 상업적 이용에 관한 법적 문제 - 미국의 2015년 '우주 자원의 탐사 및 이용에 관한 법률' 의 구조와 쟁점 - (Legal Issues in Commercial Use of Space Resources: Legal Problems and Policy Implications of U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act of 2015)

  • 우주 공간은 천연 자원의 보고로, 미래 인류의 지속적인 생존과 번영을 위해, 언젠가는 개척해야 할 영역이다. 문제는 우주에 존재하는 수많은 자원들의 수송, 이용, 처분과 같은 민간 차원의 배타적 소유권 행사가 국제법적으로 가능하냐는 것이다. 1967년 제정된 우주조약의 경우에는 우주에 대한 국가적 소유는 금지하고 있으나 사적 소유에 대하여는 아무런 규정을 두고 있지 않다. 따라서 민간 기업과 같은 사적 주체에 의한 우주 자원의 재산적 권리가 가능한 것은 아닌가 하는 해석을 할 수 있다. 지난 2015년 11월 25일 미국은, 이와 관련한 '상업우주발사경쟁력법'(CSLCA)을 제정하면서, 민간 기업의 소행성 자원과 우주 자원의 점유, 소유, 이용, 수송, 처분 등에 관한 재산적 권리를 명시적으로 인정하였다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제에 주목하여, 2015년 CSLCA의 구조와 법적 쟁점들을 검토해 보았다. 특히 우주 자원의 사적 소유권 쟁점을 중심으로, 국제우주법 체제의 제규정들과 비교 분석하였고, 이를 통해 CSLCA 제4편 SREU Act의 타당성 여부를 검증해 보았다. 결론은, 새로운 우주 시대를 위해 우주 자원의 '사적 소유권'을 보장할 필요가 있다는 것이다. 구체적으로는, 우주 천체와 우주 자원을 구분하여 파악하되, (1) 우주 천체로부터 분리되지 않은 비추출 우주 자원의 경우에는 사적 소유를 금지하며, (2) 우주 천체로부터 분리되어 추출된 우주 자원의 경우에는 사적 소유를 인정하여야 한다고 본다. 나아가 1967년 우주조약은 현대적 입법 환경에 맞추어, 새로운 우주 산업 시대를 보다 효율적으로 설계할 수 있는 방향으로 개선되어야 할 것이다.

중소규모 아파트 거주자의 대표적인 주생활행태 - 3침실형 30평형대를 대상으로 - (The Behavioral Patterns on Residential Spaces among Middle-size Apartment Residents - with special reference to 30s pyong apartment with 3 bed rooms -)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore behavioral patterns on residential spaces such as the patterns of residential space usage and perception on residential spaces. A questionnaire survey and interview were conducted with 426 residents living in apartment with 3 bedrooms, stairway access, and 3-bay style in the City of Seoul, Busan, and Gwangju, during the month of September in 2004. The data was analyzed with frequency, factor analysis by using the SPSS 10.0 for windows, and with proc iml by using SAS. The major findings of this study were that: 1) The most typical activities in the Anbang are $\ulcorner$sleeping and getting dressed$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$family communication and T.V. watching$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$private affairs$\lrcorner$ ; Anbang(master bedroom) has been perceived and used as couple's private area. 2) Living room was used as a multi-purpose room carrying out various activities such as $\ulcorner$family interaction$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$entertaining guest with meals$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$children's private affairs$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$private affairs$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$hobby activities$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$clothes management$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$couple interaction$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$occasions$\lrcorner$. 3) The representative patterns of activities in dining-kitchen was food $\ulcorner$preparation$\lrcorner$, and the need for social interaction in DK has been growing. The patterns of residential space usages can be used to develop and evaluate the unit plan of Korean middle-size apartment.

노인전문요양시설 입소노인의 거실이용실태에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Residents' Behaviors in Living Area of Special Nursing Homes for the Elderly)

  • Nursing Homes are different from other medical facilities, because they have a living space. And most of residents in a nursing home have dementia, therefore nursing homes are in control of outdoor activities for resident's safety and most of residents live in the living room at the daytime. The purpose of this study is analysis of spacial behaviors of residents in the living room, and reflection of the analysis into the architectural plan of nursing homes.There are two activities, individual activity and social interchange activity, in a living room and the role of a living room is semi-private space that includes both of them. Most numerous activities are watching TV and take a eat. Activities are different in accordance with the position at the living room. Individual activity and social interchange activity is same ratio in the middle and the ratio of social interchange activities are more than individuals in outside of living room. but alcove use of private.The types of living rooms are distinguished by combination of functions of livingroom, activity-room, and diningroom. The activity of use of residents have been shown different phases following the types of livingroom. The type of combination has been seen high rate of use and private activities and social communications are expressed evenly. The type of mixing has been seen low rae of use, but two activities, the above, are equal. The type of separation has been seen not only low rate of use, but also there has been only private activities.

문화재 미등록 민가정원의 공간변화 양상 및 특성 연구 (A Study on the Patterns and Characteristics of Spatial Changes in Unregistered Private House Gardens)

  • 본고는 문화재 미등록 민가정원의 조영 당시 형태를 각 정원의 원형으로 삼아 미등록 민가정원의 변화과정을 추적하여 정원의 공간적 가치를 규명하고 전통정원의 계승과 변화라는 관점에서 미등록 민가정원의 역사공간적 가치를 논구하였다. 이를 위해 최근 지정문화재의 해제 수량 증가로 인해 정원의 보존 또한 위기에 처해 있는 강원도의 문화재 미등록 민가정원을 대상으로 정원의 공간변화를 통하여 미등록 민가정원의 양상을 규명하고 그 특성 및 가치를 천착하였고 이를 통하여 다음의 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 문화재 미등록 민가정원은 집성촌 지역에 입지하여 전통정원의 형태를 계승 유지할 수 있었다. 정원공간은 유교적 철학의 영향으로 공간이 구획되고 정원의 구성요소와 수종 및 식재방식이 달리 나타나고 있었다. 신분적 위계에 따른 정원 구성요소의 사용이 나타났다. 둘째, 대상지 4개소에서 공간의 축소가 지속적으로 확인되었다. 축소된 공간들은 정원공간들로서 도로의 신설과 환경개선 사업으로 정원의 일부가 국가로 귀속되는 현상이 나타났다. 셋째, 대상지 4개소 중 3개소에서 수령 100년 이상의 노거수 8주가 생육하고 있고 정원 구성요소들은 한중일 삼국에서 조선시대와 동시대에 사용되었던 석수조, 취병, 지당 등이 공통적으로 확인되어 전통정원의 역사성을 계승하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Hospital architecture is in a transitional period and faces a great change. Furthermore, patients' demand on medical service has been changing. It is said that the importance of public space for people as well as that of private space for patients, doctors and nurses becomes more important than ever. For example, corridor space becomes pathway, waiting room and rest area of patients. Accordingly, the importance of corridor space of public space in general hospitals is increasing. This study aims to present standard data for hospital planning by analyzing space allocation and floor area of corridor space in general hospitals.

도시형 한옥주거지의 물리적 변화에 따른 사회적 특성변화 (Change of Social Aspect Resulting from the Physical Changes of the Urban Traditional Housing)

  • Korean urban traditional housing abandoned by the social apathy promptly disappearing form our sight, or ruining. It tells that the strategies we are using today are impossible to fulfill socio-economic needs of residents here. So it needed to find out the strategies which can change this place better to live in. Consolidating the street parking lots fer cars can be one of the important solutions to the area. By using cul-de-sac, after setting up small unit of communities, we will have chance to have a small public space, and at the same time it can help to set up our tradition of people's intimacy inside the community. Most people have their own cars, and the need of parking lots becomes more serious. So, a meeting place like public well in the past must replace parking lots. On the other hand, it is important to re-consolidate existing land to obtain appropriate land size for other uses. Today, the use of private space (house, private lots, etc..)and public space(streets, local offices) is very important. NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) attitude should also be reconsidered. All these negative social aspects come from negative social relationship, thus we should consider them with care and deep understandings. The traditional housing of Korea should not be abandoned as slum, but this should be transformed in terms of the conservation since it is superior in its ecological and energy conservation aspect.

대구시 아파트 단지의 외부공간구성 및 만족도에 관하여 (Analysis of the Exterior Spatial Organization and Residents\\\\` Satisfaction Degree to the Apartment Complex in Teagu)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the more rational and practical basic theory for the landscape planning in the aparment complex. In this study, the actual conditions of exterior space, the residens' satisfaction degree and the correlation between exterior space and the residents' satisfaction defree were investigated and analyzed on the 13apartment complexes in Taegu City. Through the statistical analysis, the main results were obtained as fellows : It was found that the size of green area ratio in the apartment complexes were in the order of Jugong Apt. (Korean Housing Corporation), Siyoung Apt. (City Operation), Minyoung high-rise Apt. (Private Business) and Minyoung low-rise Apt. (Private Business) complex. The highest ratio of footway and Parking area were shown in Minyoung high-rise Apt. complex. The important factors at the exterior space of apartment complex were composed by 6 major factors, importance degrees of which are Visual, Practical, Convenient, Sentimental, Recreational and Spatial factors for teenagers in orders. The residents' satisfaction degrees to the exterior space were highly correlated with the spatil organization, size of green area and quantity of trees, view, management situation, defensibility of outside noise, rest place, water landscapings by turns. In order to get more than the average satisfaction degree 18 exterior space, the green area should be occupied by 35% of the apartment complex area and more than 76% of the green area (i. e. 16% of the apartment complex area) should be planted with trees. In the Taegu City regulation, the ratio of tree composition is proposed for only the number of tree. But it was shown that the satifaction degree are more correlated with the species and afforestation of trees than the nuts her of trees in this study. therefore, the species of tree and the afforestation of tree should be considered when the landscape planning of the apartment complex begins. It was found that the ratio of afforestation to make the more desirable exterior space In the apartment complex shoule be 8 to 2 in the ratio of arbor to shrub. It was also required that 30 species of arbor and 15 species of shrub should be planted for the more desirable landscape of the apartment complex.
