한국본(韓國本) <부모은중경(父母恩重經)> 형성(形成) 관한 연구(硏究) - 서하본(西夏本) 및 고려본(高麗本)의 판본학적(板本學的) 접근(接近) - (A Study on the Formation of in Korea - Bibliographical Approach about Woodcut Prints of Xixia and Koryo Daynasty -)

  • 이 연구는 지난 20세기 초기에 흑수성 불탐에서 발견된 서하목판본 <은중경>에 대한 서지학적 측면의 고찰이다. 그리고 고려시대에 간행된 은중경과 상호 비교를 통해 그 관련성을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 서하본 TK240은 고려후기에 간행된 구역본<鳩譯本> 간행에 밀접한 관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이는 우리나라에서 고려후기에 간행된 <은중경>의 독자적 판각 여부를 밝히는 중요한 사실될 것이다.

조선시대 나주(羅州)의 인쇄문화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Printing of Naju in the Chosun dynasty)

  • 이 연구는 현재의 전라남도 지역의 인쇄문화를 파악하는 연구의 일환으로 수행되었다. 일찍이 고려시대부터 서적을 간행했던 나주에서는 조선시대에 89종이 간행되었다. 조선시대 중종조 이후부터 서적간행이 활발해졌고 특히 16세기와 19세기에 간행활동이 두드러졌다. 조선전기에는 유가류, 후기에는 별집류와 계보류의 서적이 많이 간행되었다. 조선전기의 간행의 주제는 왕명에 의한 경우와 관찰사나 목사 등 지방관의 의지, 개인 등이었는데 후기로 갈수록 개인이나 문중이 문집과 족보를 발간하는 경향으로 변화하였다. 또한 전기에는 대부분 목판본으로 간행하였으나 후기에는 목활자의 사용이 점점 대중화되었다.

히피패션이 보보스패션에 미친 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of a Hippie Fashion on the Bobos Fashion)

  • 21th century is evolving from physical to brain-oriented society, and from class oriented society to network society. In the midst of it, bobos is the new enlightened elite group. In depth analyzationon of the beat generation from the 1950's and hippies from the 1960's, which had influenced the bobos, were done to study on such new and core elite group. According to the research, the emerging of bobos was originated and created from the long gone conflict between the beat and bourgeois, and the hippie and the conservative. And this mixed culture of both free-spirited hippie and materialistic yuppies from the 80's is rapidly growing, and they are easily seem from various commercial advertisements, accessories and fashion designs. In addition, the bobo's were targeted by the main designers, and expressed through bohemian luxury and romantic hippie mood. Naive and childish floral prints, paisley prints that were influenced by the hippies, the hair styles from the 80's and washed denims were seen at the collections. However, the symbolism of the 60's defiant fashion styles seem to fade away but remains only as a style. The comparison and analyzation between the fashion of bobos, hidden meaning of those defiant fashion styles and the aesthetics of it are arranged in the following conclusions.

티셔츠 프린트에 표현된 골계미 (The Comic in Print on T-shirts)

  • The comic study which has been developed since the Eighteen century, is a subjective sense of the aesthetic concept and the aesthetics of comic is defined as a philosophy. The comic is opposite of the sublime or a superset of humor. This study investigated the aesthetics of comic and a popular graphic-print design on T-shirts. The research are the comic perspective on the aesthetic, expressive characteristics of the print design on T-shirt. And this study investigate literature and internet sites to extract data from the case studies. The aesthetic concept of the comic as an aesthetic category is defined as this study could inquire the comic cases expressed in t-shirts and graphic-prints on the emergence of historical change were discussed. Accordingly the three distinctions characterized as the parody, the optical illusion, the and the internet neologism. In conclusion, the aesthetic value graphic-prints on T-shirts appeared in the comic representation of the graphic-design of playfulness, extraordinariness, anti-nature, reflects popular culture is identified as.

국산 Heat-set 윤전 잉크의 인쇄 적성에 관한 연구 (The Study of Printability on the Domestic Heat-set Web Inks)

  • Last printing market is changing to high-quality color prints for web offset printing. But, color image reproduction based on the relative sheet-ped printing compared to the way, web offset printing are falling. Moreover, it's difficult to maintain the quality of the web offset print. The reason is the worker's decision to rely on. Therefore, the quality of prints was no difference in uniformity and objectivity. We have thought the reason, that the physical properties of inks such as fluidity, viscosity and tack. In addition, varies depending on the physical properties of paper, such as thickness, smoothness, roughness and porosity. Therefore, we studied the properties of ink and paper on the relations between the properties used IGT printability tester. This study of domestic web offset printing inks and papers on the relationship between physical properties and printability were studied. So, to improve printability will be used as the basis resources for web offset printing.

고야의 "카프리초스(Los Caprichos)"에 표현된 자웅동체적 선과 악 (Hermaphrodite Good and Evil in Goya's Los Caprichos)

  • 1799 Francisco de Goya published Los Caprichos with 80 aquatint etchings. On 6 February he advertised it on the front page of the Diario de Madrid. The long advertisement which began with "a collection of prints of capricious subjects, invented and etched by Don Francisco Goya" informed purpose, themes and methods of this collection of prints. According to this advertisement Goya "has chosen as subjects for his work, from the multitude of follies and mistakes common in every civil society and from the vulgar prejudices and lies authorized by custom, ignorance or self-interest, those that he has thought most fit to provide material for ridicules, and at the same time to exercise the artist's imagination." The text emphasized that the 'author' of this series didn't to want to criticise any individual and to be a copyist. From his phantasy Goya invented many creatures like the anthropic, humanized animals etc.. With Los Caprichos he stood on the threshold to Romanticism. The early researchers of Los Caprichos classified its author, Goya as an enlightened intellectual. The similarity of the themes of the series with the subjects of the Enlightenment, his some enlightened 'friends' and the idea to avoid the prevalent mystification of his life supported this theory. But this trend became revised since the 80's of the last century. This made possible to research Goya's works in new perspective and to see that Goya didn't criticise the Spanish society and his contemporaries. Rather he showed its reality and parodied through creatures which are mixtures of the reality that he observed, and visions that he invented. Characters and scenes in Goya's prints are ambiguous and equivocal. They have the values which are defined by the dualistic metaphysic in Europe as oppositional, like good and evil for example, at the same time. Goya himself also appeared in various types in this series. This ambiguousness, or "polyphony", as Jennis Tomlinson defined, is a symptom of the decay of the belief in the Enlightenment which spreaded in Europe as a result of the attack of Bastille and the French Revolution. Goya's self-portrait in pl. 43 of this series, "El sue$\tilde{n}$o de la razon produce monstruos" shows the complex psychology of him and his contemporaries as well. As the rest etchings after this print show witchcraft and monsters reside in the world in which the reason of the Enlightenment and the through the reason weakened God's rule lost their authority. In this thesis I will examine and analyse how Goya represented in Los Caprichos the nature of man and its society, as complex being in which the 'antagonistic' value couple as good and evil couldn't be divided, but are united.

미세유체시스템 제작을 위한 3D 프린팅 방식 및 소재 별 표면특성 비교 (Comparison of Surface Characteristics According to 3D Printing Methods and Materials for the Fabrication of Microfluidic Systems)

  • 본 연구에서는 미세유체 시스템 제작에 적합한 3D 프린팅 방식 및 소재 별 표면특성 분석을 통해 각 응용 사례에 적합한 프린터 및 소재 선정에 가이드라인을 줄 수 있는 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 가장 보편적으로 사용되는 적층 방식과 해상도가 상대적으로 높은 광경화 방식에 대해 프린팅 방식과 소재에 따른 표면 특성을 살펴보았다. 적층 방식의 프린트물은 소재에 무관하게 후처리 전에는 친수성 특성을 보이나 아세톤 증기에 의한 후처리 후에는 소수성 특성을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다. SEM을 이용한 표면 조도 관찰을 통해 이러한 접촉각의 변화가 후처리에 의한 표면의 결 구조의 제거에 기인한 것임을 확인하였다. 광경화식 프린트물은 적층식 대비 친수성의 특성을 보였으나 소수성 코팅을 이용해 표면 개질이 가능함을 실험적으로 확인하였다. 두 프린팅 방식 중 투명한 재질이 요구되는 경우, 적층 방식은 투명한 시편을 만드는 것이 불가능함을 확인하였으며 광경화 방식의 경우 충분한 투명도가 확보됨을 확인하였다. 액적 접촉충전 현상에 기반한 디지털 전기천공 시스템의 electroporation chip을 광경화 방식으로 제작하였으며 성공적으로 전기천공을 시연함으로써 미세유체 시스템에 직접 적용이 가능함 또한 확인하였다.

완판본(完板本) 심청전 복각 목판을 이용한 한지상의 인출특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Printing Characteristics of Traditional Korean Paper (Hanji) Using a Replicated Woodblock of Wanpanbon Edition Shimcheongjeon)

  • 고문헌 조사에서 목판 인쇄된 것인지 금속활자로 인쇄된 것인지를 판별해야 하는 경우가 있다. 우리나라는 물론이고 세계적으로 금속활자의 발명과 활용시기가 어떻게 판정되느냐에 따라 인쇄의 역사가 바뀔 수 있기 때문이다. 목판본과 금속활자본의 판정에는 다양한 정보가 활용되고 있으나 간기(刊記)를 비롯한 인쇄 배경에 관한 정보가 없는 경우에는 인쇄된 문서의 글자, 광곽, 먹의 종류, 먹의 제작시대, 한지의 제작시기 정보를 분석하여 고문서의 제작시기와 인출(印出)방법에 관한 판정을 하게 된다. 이러한 정보가 체계적으로 자료화되어 있지 않아 연구자의 경험과 감각에 의한 판단에 의지할 수밖에 없는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 완판본(完板本) 심청전 복각 목판을 이용하여 목판본의 인출 특성을 실험적으로 조사하였다. 목판본 인출 시에 나타나는 다양한 현상과 특징을 자료화하여 고문헌의 인출방법을 판정하는 데 참고할 수 있도록 하였다. 간기가 없는 목판 고소설의 경우 목판의 마모정도에 따라서 인출시기의 전후관계 추정에도 참고자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

룩업테이블을 이용한 스캐너 캘리브레이션에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Scanner Calibration Method Using Look-up Table)

  • Recently, the research about color matching for the input/output devices of printing process is progressing rapidly by the digitization. The calibration method of flatbed scanner widely used as an input device for prepress process is especially important for color proofing of high quality color prints. In this paper, scanner calibration method using 3-dimensional look-up table and tetrahedral interpolation was examined and analysed comparatively on the three kinds of original copies, such as photograph, dye sublimation proof and ink jet print for IT8.T/2 target.

훈증제 ethylene oxide가 문화재의 색도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Ethylene Oxide Fume upon Chromaticity of Cultural Material)

  • It is well-known method to use Ethylene Oxide (ETO) as a fumigant to preserve cultural heritage from the attack of some bacteria and insects. In this article, we investigated co]or change of some cultural material upon treating ETO. The cultural material was selected from Korean paper (hanji), ancient books, blue prints, pigments (DA, DB, DC, DD, DE and DF). hemp cloths, and colored pictures (DG, DH, Dl, DJ, DK). The $\Delta$E value in chromaticity coordinates for each item was obtained upon treatment with ETO at concentration of 200, 250, 380, 500, 710 g/m$^3$ respectively. The $\Delta$E value was derived from the equation of L*at with the data checked 24 hr, 48 hr, and 72 hrs respectively. The Korean papers(hanji) showed slightly change in color by $\Delta$E 0.8. In the case of ancient books, it showed $\Delta$E 2.91 which was easily distinguishable with the naked eyes. For the almost 73% of blue prints, the value of $\Delta$E was as much as more than 4.0 that it is recommended not to use. In the case of pigments, the value of $\Delta$E was ranged from 0.15 up to 4.0 so that it should be very careful before use. The hemp cloth dyed with natural indigo showed less than 1.00 in $\Delta$E, while various colored hemp cloth showed wide range of $\Delta$E from 1.00 to 4.00. Finally, from the fact that the color change was as small as less than 1.00 for the colored pictures, it is thought that treatment with ETO is one of method to be used to this purpose.
