4칼라 실크스크린에 대한 연구 (A study for four colour silkscreen printing)

  • 도자 산업에서는 사진이나 명화와 같은 복잡한 이미지들은 일반 오프셋인쇄 과정에다 잉크 대신 4칼라용 도자 안료들을 개발하여 전사지 위에 재현하는 방법들을 사용하여 왔다. 오프셋인쇄는 대량생산체제에 적합한 생산방식이므로 과거의 산업체에서는 과거의 생산라인도 감수할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있었다. 그러나 현대에 이르러 소비자의 다양한 취향과 디자인을 만족시켜야 하는 소량다품종의 제작방식에는 적합하지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본인은 4칼라 인쇄기법을 도자 분야의 소량 다품종의 생산방식에 적합한 실크스크린에 도입하여, 복잡한 색상의 재생, 뛰어난 선명성, 중첩된 색상의 이미지들을 더욱 효과적으로 조정 할 수 있는 기법들을 연구하고자 한다. 이 연구가 산업체에서 뿐만 아니라 다양한 도자 작업을 하는 도예가 들에게도 부가가치를 높이고 또한 다양하게 활용될 수 있기를 마란다.

우리나라의 도서 판권기 기술서지 요소 고찰 (A Study on the Description Elements of the Book Colophon in Korea)

  • 판권기는 당해 도서의 서지요소를 특정한 곳, 즉 표제지 이면이나 도서의 말미에 모아서 기재한 것을 의미하며, 도서관에서 목록을 작성할 때 유용한 정보원으로 활용된다. 그런데 판권기의 정의와 기능에 대한 설명이 분명하지 않아, 이를 재정립하여 보면, 당해 도서의 특정한 지면(표제지 이면, 마지막 페이지)에 도서관련 서지요소를 기술해 놓은 것을 판권지(Colophon)라고 하고, 표제지와 판권지에 발행지, 발행처, 발행년 등의 발행사항을 기술해 놓은 것을 간기(Imprint)라고 명명한다. 그리고 출판물을 간행할 때 제도적으로 간행물에 반드시 표시해야 하는 기록사항은 저자, 발행인, 발행일, 출판사, 국제표준자료번호, 정가 등이다. 이러한 요소를 포함하여 판권기에 기록할 서지요소는 서명, 저자명, 발행지, 발행인, 발행년월일, 인쇄지, 인쇄자명, 인쇄년월일, 판차, 쇄차, 발행자 주소 및 연락처, 정가, 국제표준도서번호, 저작권, 출판시도서목록, 저자약력 등이다. 이 판권기에 기술되는 서지요소는 출판기술의 발전과 출판환경의 변화에 따라 필요한 서지요소들이 추가로 기재되고 있다.

  • Crystlline silicon solar cells markets are increasing at rapid pace. now, crystlline silicon solar cells markets screen-printing solar cell is occupying. screen-printing solar cells manufacturing process are very quick, there is a strong point which is a low cost. but silicon and metal contact, uses Ag & Al pates. because of, high contact resistance, high series resistance and sintering inside process the electric conductivity decreases with 1/3. and In pastes ingredients uses Ag where $80{\sim}90%$ is metal of high cost. because of low cost solar cells descriptions is difficult. therefore BCSC(Buried Contact Solar Cell) is developed. and uses light-induced plating, ln-line galvanization developed equipments. Ni/Cu matel contact solar cells researches. in Germany Fraunhofer ISE. In order to manufacture high-efficiency solar cells, metal selections are important. metal materials get in metal resistance does small, to be electric conductivity does highly. efficiency must raise an increase with rise of the curve factor where the contact resistance of the silicon substrate and is caused by few with decrement of series resistance. Ni metal materials the price is cheap, Ti comes similar resistance. Cu and Ag has the electric conductivity which is similar. and Cu price is cheap. In this paper, Ni/Cu/Ag metal contact cell with screen printing manufactured, silicon metal contact comparison and analysis.

소비자 맞춤형 삼차원 프린팅 서비스 플랫폼 개발을 위한 탐색 (Preparatory Research prior to the Development of Consumer-Tailored 3D Printing Service Platform)

  • 삼차원(3D) 프린터의 개발과 보급에 따라 현대의 소비자들은 자신이 원하는 제품을 집에서 3D프린팅 할 수 있는 시대에 살고 있다. 3D프린팅을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 제작이 활성화되기 위해서는 3D프린터와 호환되는 디지털 설계도를 소비자 스스로 제작할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 최적의 프린팅 재질과 온도를 설정할 수 있어야 하고 3D프린터의 유지보수에 비용을 감당해야 한다. 더하여 혹시 있을지 모르는 디자인에 대한 지식재산권 문제에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 실상 소비자가 이러한 문제들에 대응하기는 어렵기 때문에 소비자가 원하는 방향으로 3D프린팅을 대행해 줄 수 있는 서비스가 개발될 필요가 있다. 이런 동기에서 출발한 본 연구는 소비자가 원하는 3D프린팅 서비스 방식이 무엇인지에 통찰을 얻기 위해 세계적인 온라인 3D프린팅 제품판매 업체인 Shapeways (www.shapeways.com)에 대한 사용자 경험을 다양한 측면에서 탐색하였다. 그 결과 Shapeways의 사용성, 검색과정, 가격 적절성, 재방문의도, 디자인의 다양성, 디자인 만족도에 대한 양적 평가에서 전반적으로 낮은 평가를 받았다. 또한 다양한 언어지원, 제품 제작과정 공개 및 온-오프라인 사이트 동시운영, 디자이너 중심의 소비자 맞춤형 제작 서비스, 배송 안전성과 제품 내구성에 대한 확신을 줄 수 있는 서비스, 표면의 마감처리 서비스가 필요하다는 건설적인 의견을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 3D프린팅 서비스에 대한 통찰을 획득하였다. 본 연구가 3D프린팅 서비스 플랫폼 개발뿐 아니라, 관련된 산업 및 연구에도 폭넓은 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

분산제 특성에 따른 UV 경화형 Ag Paste의 물성 연구 (A Study on Properties of UV-Curing Silver Paste by Dispersing Agent Characteristic)

  • As one of the eletronic device industries has been developed by using a recent printing method, the consumption of Ag paste has been on the rise as well. The printing method has simple processes in comparison with other methods. Also it enables to be large-scaled and to lower price ranges. If UV curing system would be applied to the printing method, energy consumption and dangerousness from curing system can be minimized in a short period of time so that its method can be more eco-friendly. This study conducted an experiment in order to make UV curing Ag paste which is feasible to implement micro patterns with different dispersing agents. The purpose of the study is to analysis the suitable printability for micro pattern and to test dispersibility, hardening properties, conductivity and adhesive stength by measuring viscosity, TI(thixotropy index), G', G", $tan{\delta}$(G"/G') after making paste. We have experimented with four dispersing agents. After We did an analysis of characteristic of rheology, conductivity and adhesive stength, etc, We confirmed that the paste added FP 3060 has excellent dispersibility, conductivity and adhesive stength. If the paste has excellent dispersibility, we will expect that micro pattern is made by that.

  • The purpose of this study is to define mass customization in the apparel industry and to discover, the apparel industry's potential to deliver customized apparel products. Different from product-centered mass Production, mass customization is focusing on customers' unique needs. The goal of mass customization is for customers to find exactly what they want at a reasonable price. Using new technologies such as 3-D body scanning and digital printing, mass customization can give customers customfit and personalized garments. Mass customization can satisfy a customer in terms of personalization, fit and design. Adoption of mass customization will open new opportunities for the apparel manufacturer of the future. Mass customization is a strategy that apparel manufacturers should consider for their goals.

  • The materials used for 3D printing are mainly plastic and metal. These materials are usually used in the powdered form. In order to improve the surface roughness of a manufactured product, these powders should consist of small uniform spherical particles. However, the powdered forms are sold at a considerably higher price than bulk or wired materials. When a wire-type material is used instead of a powder, we can supply a relatively large amount of the material at one time as well as reduce the cost. Moreover, the use of this form of the material will increase the process efficiency. This paper deals with the technology required to feed a wire material in front of the tool movement and discusses the examples used for the verification.

  • Digital Textile Printing(DTP) is appropriate for quick response system(QRS) and is closely connected with high value added fashion industry. Fashion products of high price are mainly silk and cotton. For high quality DTP products, it is important to optimize the parameters of media, pre and after-treatment, ink, printer, etc. DTP for these two fiber materials is also accompanied certainly with steaming as after-treatment process for coloration. Role of steam is like water in exhaustion dyeing. Steam can diffuse dye or ink in printing paste to fiber. Quality of DTP products depend on after-treatment processes such as steaming, washing, drying. Current production amount of DTP is smaller than one of conventional textile printing. However conventional after-treatment system has been using so far. This is mismatched with DTP in terms of process efficiency, spot work of small lot, quality control. In this study, continuous after-treatment system has been suitably designed for DTP that washing and drying are available after steaming. So, It is possible to improve efficiency of DTP process. Especially, the effects of after-treatment process, such as temperature of heat drum, steaming time on printability, color difference, color fastness were examined. Two types of samples(cotton knit and silk fabrics) were used. The results were obtained as follows : First, there is no a wide difference between the K/S values of cotton and silk treated with continuous after-treatment system and those of sample treated with conventional printing after-treatment method. So it is more effective to use the continuous after-treatment system than conventional printing after-treatment system in case of the daily throughput of 1,000 yards below. Second, after continuous after-treatment for DTP, K/S values were increased and lightness($L^*$) values were decreased. ${\Delta}E$ values were below 2.3. Third, DTP samples treated with continuous after-treatment system were tested for fastness(washing, light, rubbing). Grades of fastness(washing, light, rubbing) were above 3 grade.

컬러교정인쇄에 대한 룩업테이블의 적용방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application Method of Look-up Table to Color Proofing Systems)

  • Recently, as the prepress mainstream is changed to the digital workflow, various digital proofing systems such as high price dye sublimation printers and low price ink jet printers are widely used in printing industry. However, most of the digital proofing devices have lower resolution than analog proofing systems and differ with actual color presses in the color gamuts. Therefore, proper color compensations are needed for digital color proofing in order to match colors between the proofs and the press sheets. This study shows the application method of Look-up Table to the digital color proofer of Rainbow, the analog proofer of Matchprint-II, and an actual offset press is effective on the color compensations.
