The hepatoprotective effect of DA-9601, a quality-controlled extract of artemisisa asiatica, on liver damage induced by acetaminophen (APAP) and carbon tetrachloride ($CCI_{4}$) was investigated by means of serum-biochemical, hepatic-biochemical, and histopathological examinations. Doses of Da-9601 (10, 30, or 100 mg/kg) were administered intragastrically to each rat on three consecutive days i.e. 48 h, 24 h and 2 h before a single administration of APAP (640 mg/kg, i.p.) or $CCI_{4}$ (2 ml/kg, p.o.). Four h and 24 h after hepatotoxin treatment, the animals were sacrificed for evaluation of liver damage. Pretreatment of Da-9601 reduced the elevation of serum ALT, AST. LDH and histopathological changes such as centrilobular necrosis, vacuolar degeneration and inflammatory cell infiltration dose-dependently. Da-9601 also prevented APAP- and $CCI_{4}$-induced hepatic glutathione (GSH) depletion and $CCI_{4}$-induced increase of hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA), a parameter of lipid peroxidation, in a chemically induced liver injury by complex mechanisms which involve prevention of lipid peroxidation and preservation of hepatic GSH.

(1) In stab lower part is exposed disjointing in which a criminal is fastened to be interrogated after construction acceptance and repair, reinforcement of crack is possible (2) Construction cost curtailment effect of about 29.2% than conventional type and about 10% than deck plate (3) Construction period reduction of about 3 day than conventional type and about 0.3 day than deck plate (4) Labor curtailment effect more than about $29{\sim}50%$ from conventional type

This study aims at suggesting mid- and long-term development plan (vision, core values, strategic goals and functional performances, major tasks and detailed action plans for each strategy, organizational and human resources management, shared responsibility with the National Library of Korea which is main library in collection and services of policy information, and cooperation and collaborative exchange programs) for the National Library of Korea, Sejong. This study is based on the appropriateness that the library should enhance its visibility through focusing on the role as the specialized library in charge of public policy information services if it wished to ensure the identity of a branch of the National library of Korea for the comprehensive collection, preservation, and nationwide services of public policy information.

It is clearly stated in the current records law that presidential records should be collected and kept. Despite of the significance of this regulation it is also undeniable that there must be some preconditions for the enactment of this legal regulations. First, it needs the compatible device for promoting the production of presidential records. Second, it must be considered that presidential records should be selected and transferred from the Committee for taking over presidency. And last, we are confronted by the problem of establishing presidential archives. After all, from the starting point we should overcome a number of serious problems for the administration of the presidential records. In this article I tried to discuss these problems and to make some suggestions for the solution of these problems. In my opinion, revision of the records law is in some points necessary. Basic principle of management of presidential records must be discussed for the revision and enactment of 'presidential archives and presidential records law'. Just several problems concerning managing agency of presidential records are pointed out here. Presidential records have important historical values. The government must be responsible for the preservation and sound management of them. The citizenship also must support the reform of the records management. It means an open and public discussion on the reform of national records management system.

Based on the "Archives and Records Management of Public Agencies Act" enacted from the year 2000, the Korean local districts, in a near future, will establish local archives. According to this law, the archives of provincial states and municipal cities are to be conserved permanently, whereas the archives of local districts are to be conserved temporally. Subsequently, the important archives that are categorized as the permanent documents will be transferred to the provincial archives. However the Korean local districts, which are well known for long history of self-administration, are better to preserve permanent documents in their own archives. Moreover, it is necessary for the local archives to collect and compile public and private documents as well. Also it is advisable for the local archives to associate with local citizens by holding lectures and exhibitions which would endow the archives a status as the cultural centre for local districts. By doing so, the local archives could be more important to the population for their cultural and practical necessities than the remotely municipal archives. Furthermore, according to the rule of field preservation, it is better to conserve documents in the local archives. If the government will decide to transfer permanent documents to the municipal archives, the local archives are recommended to keep micro-film copy by themselves.

Purpose: This study attempted to analyze the impacts of the backward linkage and output multipliers, and investigate the price fluctuation and the price forecast amongst the manufacturing sectors associated with food processing industrial output of Thailand. Research design, data and methodology: The Thailand Input-Output table with a size of 180 x 180 sectors from 2005, 2010, and 2015 was utilized while the secondary data of the time series from January 2002 to December 2021 were processed via a multiplicative model and Box-Jenkins model. Results: The backward linkage analysis indicates that canning and preserving of the meat sector majorly utilized the factors of production from the slaughtering sector; canning and preservation of fish and other seafoods sector largely used those factors from the ocean and coastal fishing sector; and the sugar sector used those of the sugarcane sector. Notably, the output multiplier analysis indicated that output multipliers of those 3 manufacturing sectors were highly increased; meanwhile the price fluctuation continually existed in all forms. Besides, the price forecast suggested that prices of chicken and sugarcane tended to be higher; whereas, the price of shrimp was unstable. Conclusions: Food processing industry contains the favorable components to be one of the industries of the future of Thailand.

The purpose of this study is to establish basic data for the continuous protection management policy of domestic natural world heritage and mixed world heritage, and to examine the present situation and characteristics of the protection management according to the World Heritage Convention on the World Heritage listed Huangshan. The results of this study are as follows. First, Huangshan began to be protected by the establishment of the Huangshan Construction Committee in 1933, and after the designation of national park in 1982, laws and regulations were established in the central ministries, And various projects related to utilization have been implemented. Secondly, the establishment of the boundary for protection was actively intervened by the central government, such as the reorganization of the boundary of Huangshan through the administrative district plan. In order to protect the ecological and landscape value as well as the cultural factor, And designated a heritage designated area. Third, the protection management of Huangshan was divided into four major stages. The first phase was divided into the period when administrative measures were taken to manage the protection of Huangshan. The second phase was designated as a national park in Huangshan. The third period was the time of the protection-oriented project according to the recommendation of the international organizations after the World Heritage listed. The fourth period was the expansion of the tourism industry for the continuous use of protection of Huangshan city, My preservation business was being implemented. Fourth, Huangshan is managed by the central government and the city government. Huangshan, which is a mixed heritage, is managed jointly by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage Administration and the Ministry of Natural Heritage Administration. The protection and management of Huangshan promoted the efficiency and expertise of the heritage-related work through the establishment of the administrative unit-specific management system, and the local governments were entrusted with the authority to implement the protection management policies that meet local characteristics. Fifth, the preservation area of Huangshan has been destroyed by the development policy centered on the mountain. In addition, according to the operation of accommodation facilities, there are problems such as sewage, garbage disposal, and environmental pollution caused by tourists, and the damage caused by pests and diseases in planted plantations around the area and changes in ecosystem due to the composition of cable cars. Sixth, for the continuous protection of Huangshan, strict regulations on new construction, extension and management of accommodation are required, and it is necessary to install facilities to limit and control the number of visitors.

This study was performed in order to derive components that librarians think preferentially necessary and realistically important when applying the NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty' to the library working environments. It was possible by evaluating and analyzing the importance and utilization of ability unit and its element which are the components of NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty'. First, ability units of 'User Information Services', 'Reading and Culture Programs' were higher in importance and utilization at the same time. Ability units of 'Library and Information Practical Research Perform', 'Library and Information Curation', 'Library and Information System Operation' were lower in importance and utilization when we evaluate the importance and utilization of ability unit and its element which are the components of NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty'. Second, components of 'Reading and Culture Programs', 'User Information Service', 'Library and Information Collection' were higher in the order, and components of 'Library and Information Curation', 'Library and Information System Operation', 'Library and Information Practical Research Perform' were found lower in demands as the desirable level and the current level appear less common when we analyzed the demands on the duty components utilizing Borich requirements analysis model. Third, six ability units of 'Reading and Culture Programs', 'User Information Services', 'Library and Information Collection', 'Library and Information Services Marketing', 'Library and Information Preservation', 'Library and Information Use Analysis' were derived as priority components when we analyzed the priority of the duty component (ability unit) utilizing The Locus for Focus model.

A method for determination of toluene diisocyanates (TDI) in toluene diisocynate (TDI)-based polyurethane (PUR) packing material was investigated, and also the migration of TDI to food was studied. TDI was extracted using food simulants such as n-haptane and 4% aqueous acetic acid. The determinations were performed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). One of major components for polyurethane, toluene diisocyanates, were detected in ten samples among twenty six food contact materials with the concentration range of $0.51{\sim}60.88{\mu}g/ml$. However the highest extracted amount was just 0.7% of $60.88{\mu}g/ml$ if the contact surface of food packing for extracting liquid was limited to the outer layer without exposure of the cutting edge of food packing multi-layers. The result of this study and the analysis method for TDI diisocyanate will be very useful for further study about food contact material, and the monitoring result could be used for evaluating the safety of food contact material before it is to be used for food, preservation.
