Backgrounds : Gamma band oscillatory activity is considered to be related to cognitive functions and illustrates that the concept of event-related oscillations bridges the gap between single neurons and neural assemblies. An event-related gamma oscillation is the time-locked responses of specific frequency, and can be identified by computing the amplitude frequency characteristics of the averaged event-related potentials(ERPs) after stimulation. Objectives : We purposed to present experimental paradigm to investigate ${\gamma}$-band oscillation activities from the recording of ERPs by using auditory oddball paradigm and investigate the difference of ${\gamma}$-band activity between schizophrenia and normal controls. Methods : The ERPs resulting from auditory stimuli with oddball paradigm in a group of schizophrenics(n=11), and also a group of age-, sex-, and handedness matched normal controls, were recorded by 128 channel EEG. The ${\gamma}$-band oscillatory activities were calculated by using time-frequency wavelet decomposition of the signal between 20 and 80Hz. The ${\gamma}$-band oscillatory activities of both groups were compared by t-test. Results : The ${\gamma}$-band oscillatory of the leads Fz, Cz, and Pz of both groups were represented well in the time-frequency maps. Significant increases of the ${\gamma}$-band activity in normal controls compared with schizophrenics were observed around 160 msec, 350 msec, and 800 msec after stimulation. Conclusions : Our results suggested that the increment in ${\gamma}$-band oscillatory activity during cognitive operations and decreased ${\gamma}$-band activity in schizophrenics may be associated with the cognitive dysfunctions and the pathophysiology of the schizophrenia.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how college students perceive social economics as a young age, This study was conducted three times at intervals of two weeks with five college students who are engaged in SEN club activities in Seoul, Korea. To achieve the purpose of the study, a participatory practice research technique called Photovoice qualitative research method was used. Participants in the main topic of social economy were selected by the participants as 'Social economy is', 'SEN for me' and 'My future career'. Respectively. The results of the study are as follows. First, the research students of the study group have taken pictures of the social economy in terms of 'diversity', 'consideration', 'cooperation', 'cooperation', 'help' and 'conflict of interest'. Second, the students participating in the research semantics mean the pictures taken with 'enjoyment', 'happiness', 'hope', 'community', 'sense of belonging' and 'affection'. Third, the college students who participated in the study have taken the meaning of the pictures taken in the future, such as 'clumsiness', 'what they want to do', 'career towards the public'. Finally, in-depth interviews on the career paths of graduates reveal that it is not easy to advance into a social economic organization. The results of this study provide the practical guidelines where the curriculums needed for the entrepreneurship education at graduate schools by suggesting consistency for the systematic and comprehensive curriculum design. It was reflected the survey result from the graduate students taking the entrepreneurship subjects. Therefore, it will contribute the foundation of the present curriculum of Entrepreneurial Graduate School.
From 1949 to the present day, many Koguryo sites have been excavated, in North Korea. It can also be said that archaeological surveys and studies in North Korea have triggered Koguryo archaeological studies in South Korea. However, since the 1990s, the excavation of Koguryo sites and archaeological research in North Korea has been carried out as an extension of Daedonggang culture. Therefore, these archaeological surveys focused on the Pyongyang and more general northwestern areas of North Korea, and the conclusion was that Koguryo was a powerful nation with a millennium-long history inherited Gojoseon. Beginning in 1945 in North Korea, the archaeological surveys and related systems were organized, and burial mounds, castles, and city remains were excavated under the idea that Koguryo was a millennium-long, strong nation. In addition, archaeological research has been conducted to validate and confirm this belief. On the notion that Koguryo was founded in 277 BCE, it was insisted that the age of the tombs in Pyongyang was increased and Pyongyang took the position as a Vice Capital in the 4th Century. Recently an excavation of the castle located in Pyongyang supports the idea that Koguryo inherited Gojoseon on a layered basis. However, the archaeological and conceptual grounds for the founding of Koguryo in the 3rd Century BCE or the succession of Gojoseon and Koguryo were insufficient. As can be seen from the reconstruction of the royal tombs of the Dongmyung and Dangun, the archaeological surveys in North Korea were criticized for their selective discoveries and arbitrary interpretations. This further supports the necessity for joint excavations and academic exchanges between South and North Korea.

The present research examined heat insulation performance according to change of various laid construction conditions of double bubble sheet being used as material for heat insulation & curing construction of cold weather concrete, and its results are as follows. First, the change in a laid period of bubble sheet within 4 hours and the change in water content inside bubble sheet overall showed similar temperature history and maturity without a big difference in terms of the temperature history of concrete according to construction factors, but it could be confirmed that when a structure was thin or several bubble sheets are laid, requisites unfavorable for initial curing of concrete can occur if a lagger distance between sheets is generated. In terms of the compressive strength of concrete core specimens, it appeared that the initial compressive strength is declined when conditions unfavorable for concrete curing such as delay of a laid period of bubble sheets, induction of large distance between sheets, increase of water content inside bubble sheets and thinness of a structure of placing concrete, etc. were applied, but it appeared that as its age passes, the difference becomes small.

The aim of the present study was to compare the strength, balance, and flexibility across two age groups (older adults vs. young adults). The isokinetic muscle function, ankle ROM, trunk forward flexibility, stability, and antropometric data for the elderly and 46 university students were collected. The results indicated that male older adults possessed relatively low flexibility (2.97cm) among the groups and showed better stability in the right foot than in the left foot and $35^{\circ}$ of plantar flexion ROM, which was not in the normal range. Their peak strength at the knee joint was below 50% of their counterpart. They revealed a hamstring deficit of 18.55%, ankle eversion deficit of 23.08%, and ankle inversion deficit of 19.19%. The results indicated that female older adults possessed comparable flexibility compared to female young adults. The reciprocal muscle strength ratio of both knees was under 50%, and the deficit was 14.32% (extension) and 19.73% (flexion). The ankle plantar flexion peak torque was approximately 62% (left) and 73% (right) of WS's. The ankle dorsi flexion deficit was 25.05% and the plantar flexion was 26.86%. The eversion deficit was 19.97% and the inversion was 21.09%. These results will be significant in establishing an elderly fitness enhancement program and policy.

According to the 2017 Industrial Accident Analysis by Age, 71.8 % of construction disaster victims and 74.9 % of the deaths were workers aged 50 years or older, highlighting the seriousness of industrial accidents among aged construction workers. In this study, 303 construction workers aged 50 or older and 178 safety managers were surveyed on ways to improve the basic occupational safety and health education for senior workers in the construction industry. According to a comparison of the safety awareness for safety education by senior workers and safety managers, the safety manager showed a higher sense of safety for education than elderly workers. Regarding the remuneration education for those who had received basic occupational safety and health education in the construction industry, 69.9 percent said that regular remuneration education was needed, and 69.9 percent of them said that basic occupational safety and health repair education in the construction industry was needed every three years after the completion of education. This study is intended to present improvement plans for repair education for those who have completed basic occupational safety and health training in the construction industry.
The present study investigated whether 6- and 12-month-old infants could infer an agent's social preference on the basis of intentions. In Experiment 1, 12-month-old infants were first familiarized with two kinds of event: the helping and the hindering events. In the helping event, an agent (either a square or triangle) tried to help a circle climb up the hill and the movie stopped right before the circle reached the top of the hill. Thus, the outcome of the helping behavior was made to be ambiguous. Similarly, in the hindering movie, another agent tried to hinder the circle from reaching the top of the hill and the movie stopped right before the circle slipped down to the base of the hill making the final outcome of the hindering behavior unclear. During the test trial, infants were either presented with an event in which the circle approached the helper (approach-helper condition) or an event in which the circle approached the hinderer (approach-hinderer condition). The results indicated that both 6- and 12-month-olds looked longer at the approach-helper event than at the approach-hinderer event. Thus, by 6 months of age, infants are sensitive to agents' intentions when reasoning about agents' social preference. The current findings add to the emerging evidence on social evaluation and moral reasoning during infancy.
Lornoxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that decreases prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting cyclooxygenase. It has analgesic, antipyretic and antiinflammatory effects. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two lornoxicam tablets, $Xefo^{\circledR}$ (Hyundai Pharmaceutical Ind. Co., Ltd.) and Lornocam (Samchundang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The release of lornoxicam from the two lornoxicam formulations in vitro was tested using KP VIII Apparatus II method with various dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty eight healthy male subjects, $24.39{\pm}1.95$ years in age and $68.63{\pm}7.25$ kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized $2\;{\time}\;2$ cross-over study was employed. After a single tablet containing 4 mg as lornoxicam was orally administered, blood samples were taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of lornoxicam in serum were determined using HPLC with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar in all tested dissolution media. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as $AUC_t,\;C_{max}\;and\;T_{max}$ were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed $AUC_t,\;C_{max}$ and untransformed $T_{max}$. The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the reference drug, $Xefo^{\circledR},$ were -1.56%, 2.16% and -17.12% for $AUC_t,\;C_{max}\;and\;T_{max},$ respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log 0.8 to log 1.25 (e.g., $log\;0.90{\sim}log\;1.05$ and $log\; 0.88{\sim}log\;1.17$ for $AUC_t\;and\;C_{max},$ respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA bioequivalence guideline were satisfied, indicating Lornocam tablet was bioequivalent to $Xefo^{\circledR}$ tablet.
Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), an endogenous component of the L-carnitine family, is naturally occurring molecule synthesized from L-carnitine (LC) by carnitine acetyl transferase. ALC has been shown to improve the cognitive performance of patients suffering from dementia of the Alzheimer's type and proposed for treating Alzheimer's disease in pharmacological doses. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ALC tablets, $Nicetile^{TM}$ (Dong-A pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and $Neurocetil^{TM}$ (Kyung-Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration. Twenty six normal male volunteers, $22.80{\pm}2.76$ year in age and $63.07{\pm}7.98\;kg$ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized $2{\times}2$ cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 500 mg of ALC was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of ALC in serum were determined using HPLC with fluorescence detector. Because of the presence of endogenous ALC, the calibration was performed using dialyzed serum. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as $AUC_t$, $C_{max}\;and\;T_{max}$ were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in $AUC_t$, $C_{max}\;and\;T_{max}$ between two tablets were 2.72%, -0.65% and -8.42%, respectively, when calculated against the $Nicetile^{TM}$ tablet. The powers $(1-{\beta})$ for $AUC_t\;and\;C_{max}$ were 94.87% and 87.17%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences $({\Delta})$ at ${\alpha}=0.05$ and $1-{\beta}=0.8$ were less than 20% (e.g., 15.58% and 19.16% $AUC_t\;C_{max}$, respectively). The 90% confidence intervals were within ${\pm}20%$ (e.g., $-11.84{\sim}6.41$ and $-10.57{\sim}11.88$for $AUC_t\;and\;C_{max}$, respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that $Neurocetil^{TM}$ tablet is bioequivalent to $Nicetile^{TM}$ tablet.
