연직배수시스템을 이용한 토양증기추출공법의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of Soil Vapor Extraction Using Prefabricated Vertical Drain System)

  • 토양증기추출공법(SVE)은 불포화 지반상태에서 휘발성 유기화합물(VOCs)과 유류오염 물질을 제거하는데 효과적이고 경제적인 공법중 하나이다. 그러나 토양증기추출공법은 투기계수가 1 Darcy보다 작은 실트질 흙과 같이 낮은 투기계수를 가진 지반에서는 비효율적이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존 연약지반의 지반개량시 사용된 연직배수재(PVDs)를 토양증기추출시스템에 적용하여 짧은 공기배출거리로 최대한 신속하게 오염물질을 제거할 수 있게 하여 투기계수가 낮은 지반에서 오염된 토양을 효과적으로 복원할 수 있는 토양증기추출공법을 적용하는데 목적이 있다. 실험결과, 등가직경이 증가할수록 계산된 투기계수의 값은 감소하였고, 흙시료의 조건이 건조상태일 경우가 습윤상태 보다 공기가 차지하는 비율이 더 커지게 되어 같은 진공이 주어졌을 때, 공기흐름에 대한 낮은 저항으로 흐름률이 더 높게 나타났다.

스테레오 비전 센서 기반 프리팹 강구조물 조립부 형상 품질 평가 (Dimensional Quality Assessment for Assembly Part of Prefabricated Steel Structures Using a Stereo Vision Sensor)

  • 본 논문에서는 스테레오 비전 센서를 이용한 프리팹 강구조물(PSS: Prefabricated Steel Structures)의 조립부 형상 품질 평가 기법을 소개한다. 스테레오 비전 센서를 통해 모형의 조립부 영상과 포인트 클라우드 데이터를 수집하였으며, 퍼지 기반 엣지 검출, 허프 변환 기반 원형의 볼트 홀 검출 등의 영상처리 알고리즘을 적용하여 조립부 영역의 볼트홀을 검출하였다. 영상 내 추출된 볼트홀 외곽선 위 세 점의 위치 정보에 대응되는 3차원 실세계 위치 정보를 깊이 영상으로부터 획득하였으며, 이를 기반으로 각 볼트홀의 3차원 중심 위치를 계산하였다. 통계적 기법 중 하나인 주성분 분석 알고리즘(PCA: Principal component analysis) 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 3차원 위치 정보를 대표하는 최적의 좌표축을 계산하였다. 이를 통해 센서의 설치 방향 및 위치에 따라 센서와 부재 간 평행이 아니더라도 안정적으로 볼트홀 간의 거리를 계측하도록 하였다. 각 볼트홀의 2차원 위치 정보를 기반으로 볼트홀의 순서를 정렬하였으며, 정렬된 볼트홀의 위치 정보를 바탕으로 인접한 볼트홀 간의 각 축의 거리 정보를 계산하여 조립부 볼트홀 위치 중심의 형상 품질을 분석하였다. 측정된 볼트홀 간의 거리 정보는 실제 도면의 거리 정보와의 절대오차와 상대오차를 계산하여 성능 비교를 진행하였으며, 중앙값 기준 1mm 내의 절대오차와 4% 이내의 상대오차의 계측 성능을 확인하였다.

  • 인공연직배수재는 일반적인 샌드드래인에 비하여 비용 절감, 지반 교란의 최소화, 시공성 및, 시공 중에 발생될 수 있는 배수재의 변형을 최소화하는 유연성을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실내실험을 통하여 측압과 동수경사에 따른 여러형태 PVD의 통수능을 도출하였다. 시험결과는 압밀된 점토에 대한 과압력이 증가하였으며, 또한 PVD 공시체의 측압도 증가하였다. 이는 측압이 증가함에 따라 통수능이 감소됨을 나타내고 있으며, PVD 코어의 공극크기는 통수능과 비례관계에 있음을 보여준다. 현장조건을 고려하여 시뮬레이션을 통한 침하량에 대한 수치해석을 수행한 결과 현장계측한 침하량과 유사하게 나타났다.

도시형 생활주택의 유닛 모듈라 공법 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Unit Modular Design Method of Urban-type Housing)

  • The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has announced a policy which can enable the building of urban type housing with the use of a prefabrication method 2010. However, such may possibly be at standstill owing to the prefabrication methodology that has not been currently developed in Korea. Moreover, small households of consisting of one or two family members have been steadily increasing, but the small housing units in which they reside has been decreasing. Due to this situation, urban type housing has been proposed. To expand the propagation of such urban type housing and to promote prefabrication methods, the top priority project is to develop a technology that is able to reduce construction costs, as well as to shorten the actual construction period. In consideration of this prefabrication system for an avenue to solve such problems, a series of systems and policies for the fostering of prefabricated urban type housing has been proposed. This study is to review a series of methods, technologies and policies that are required for such urban type housing and henceforth, to utilize such as preliminary data for further prefabricated urban type housing.

연직드레인 공법에 의한 연약지반의 압밀거동 (Consolidation Behavior of Soft Ground by Prefabricated Vertical Drains)

  • The large scaled field test by prefabricated vertical drains was performed to evaluate the superiority of vertical discharge capacity for drain materials through compare and analyze the time-settlement behavior with drain spacing and the compression index and consolidation coefficient obtained by laboratory experiments and field monitoring system 1. The relation of measurement settlement( $S_{m}$) versus design settlement( $S_{t}$) and measurement consolidation ratio( $U_{m}$) versus design consolidation ratio( $U_{t}$) were shown $S_{m}$=(1.0~l.1) $S_{t}$, $U_{m}$=(1.13~l.17) $U_{t}$, at 1.0m drain spacing and $S_{m}$=(0.7~0.8) $S_{t}$, $U_{m}$=(0.92~0.99) $U_{t}$ at 1.5m drain spacing, respectively. 2. The relation of field compression index( $C_{cfield}$) and virgin compression index( $V_{cclab}$) was shown $C_{cfield}$=(1.0~1.2) $V_{cclab}$, But it was nearly same value when considered the error with determination method of virgin compression index and prediction method of total settlement. 3. field consolidation coefficient was larger than laboratory consolidation coefficient, and the consolidation coefficient ratio( $C_{h}$/ $C_{v}$) were $C_{h}$=(2.4 ~ 3.0) $C_{v}$. $C_{h}$=(3.5 ~ 4.3) $C_{v}$ at 1.0m and 1.5m drain spacing and increased with increasing of drain spacingngasing of drain spacingng spacingng

Experimental investigation of lateral displacement of PVD-improved deposit

  • Laboratory model tests were conducted to investigate the effect of surcharge loading rate on the magnitude of lateral displacement of prefabricated vertical drains (PVDs) improved deposit. The test results indicate that under the condition that the system had sufficient factor of safety (FS) ($FS{\geq}1.2$), for the similar model ground under the same total applied surcharge load, the lateral displacement increases with the increase of loading rate. The test results have been used to check the validity of a previously proposed method for predicting the maximum lateral displacement, and it shows that the data points are around the middle line of the predicted range, which supports the usefulness of the proposed method. The basic idea of the prediction method is an empirical relationship between the normalized lateral displacement (NLD) and a ration of load to the undrained shear strength of the deposit (RLS). The model test results offer some modifications of the NLD-RLS relationship: (1) instead of a bilinear relationship, NLD-RLS relationship may be entirely nonlinear; (2) the upper bound value of RLS for the proposed method can be used may be limited to 2.1 instead of the originally proposed value of 3.0.

Pseudo-dynamic test of the steel frame - Shear wall with prefabricated floor structure

  • Seismic behavior of new composite structural system with a fabricated floor was studied. A two-bay and three-story structural model with the scale ratio of 1/4 was consequently designed. Based on the proposed model, multiple factors including energy dissipation capacity, stiffness degradation and deformation performance were analyzed through equivalent single degree of freedom pseudo-dynamic test with different earthquake levels. The results show that, structural integrity as well as the effective transmission of the horizontal force can be ensured by additional X bracing at the bottom of the rigidity of the floor without concrete topping. It is proved that the cast-in-place floor in areas with high seismic intensity can be replaced by the prefabricated floor without pouring surface layer. The results provide a reliable theoretical basis for the seismic design of the similar structural systems in engineering application.

재사용 파이프서포트(V2)의 품질관리 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality Management Improvement of Used Pipe Support(V2))

  • As the prefabricated shoring system structure, which is a temporary structure, is often collapsed due to various reasons during concrete pouring, and directly affects not only the safety of the workers but also the quality of the final building, it is necessary to ensure the safety. It is considered that the pipe supports which are widely used as the prefabricated shoring materials in the construction site do not satisfy the performance criteria in many cases. Therefore, this study investigated the detailed conditions for satisfying the performance criteria and suggested the factors for improving the quality control level in order to prevent collapse accidents due to pipe supports reused at the construction site, As the results of test in order to understand the effect of the pipe supports (V2), which are being reused in the field, on the performance by factor, the performance was evaluated to be high in case of the small female screw clearance and the supporting pin with 12mm in diameter or larger.

도로 주행 시험을 통한 모듈러 유닛의 진동 특성 분석 (Analysis of Vibration Characteristics of Modular Unit by Road Test)

  • The unit modular system is a type of prefabricated construction method that completes the building by uniting the modular units on site by transporting the unit module structure manufactured in the factory to the site. Since the unit module structure is not only the frame but also the finished form including the inner and outer materials, it is most likely to be brought into the field. Therefore, not only the damage of the inner and outer materials but also deformation of frame structure due to the vibration generated during the transportation of the vehicle, And it is necessary to take appropriate methods when transporting the module structure. However, there are no methods to prevent modular structure damage due to vehicle vibration in domestic and foreign modular transportation guidelines or standards. In this study, we investigate the vibrations during the vehicle transportation of the module structure through the road driving test, identify the vibration frequency characteristics of the vehicle through FFT analysis, and propose a vibration reduction methods for module transportation.
