정밀점 기구합성시 지정위치의 변경을 이용한 허근의 실수화 방법 (Derivation of Real Values from Imaginary Roots by Altering Prescribed Positions in the Precision Point Synthesis of Mechanisms)

  • In the precision point synthesis of mechanisms, it is usually required to solve a system of polynomial equations. With the aid of efficient algorithms such as elimination, it is possible to obtain all the solutions of the equations in the complex domain. But among these solutions only real values can be used fur real mechanisms, while imaginary ones are liable to be discarded. In this article, a method is presented, which leads the imaginary solutions to real domain permitting slight alteration of prescribed positions and eventually increases the number of feasible mechanisms satisfying the desired motion approximately. Two synthesis problems of planar 4-bar path generation and spatial 7-bar motion generation are given to verify the proposed method.

  • This paper describes the conceptual design of new robot hand by type synthesis. The conventional robot hands with rotational movement have bad controllability because the distance between the final rotational joint and the center of things grasped is changed according to the size of things grasped. This paper uses the systematic procedure of type synthesis and the knowledge for designing robot hands. The new 6-bar Watt I type conceptual robot hand with rectilinear translational movement is proposed.

  • The mechanism design is synthesis of suitable mechanism which can be output motions about input motions. That has generally two steps which are the type synthesis and the dimensional synthesis. And required mechanism analysis step for confirming middle or final result. The type synthesis is definition of mechanism type which required aim and the dimensional synthesis is calculation of dimension about defined type mechanism. The type synthesis of mechanism is included qualitative design field which isn't defined systematic design method. especially, the most difficult step for mechanism design automation. In this paper proposed the component modular design method which is figured mechanism types automate with component modules using component modular approach. And develop CAD(Computer Aided Program) program for application.

부분구조합성법을 이용한 판의 모우드해석 (Modal Analysis of Plate by Substructure Synthesis Method)

  • Various substructure synthesis methods, such as component mode synthesis, building block analysis and reduced impedance method, are studied for the determination of vibration characteristics of plate problems. Comparisons are made for each methods in terms of accuracy and computational efficiency. Following conclusions are made from the results of computer simulations and experiments. i) The computation time of component mode synthesis is much shorter than that of whole structure analysis. The natural frequencies of lower modes obtained from component mode synthesis are almost same as those obtained from whole structure analysis, but in higher modes the differences between those two methods are increases. ii) The transfer function obtained from building block analysis is same as that obtained from the finite element method. iii) Same transfer functions can be obtained by the reduced impedance method. The computation time of reduced impedance mathod is shorter that that of general finite element method, but for the solutions in broad frequency band it requires long calculation time.
