This paper presents the influence of incident angles of earthquakes on inelastic dynamic responses of asymmetry single story buildings under seismic ground motions. The dynamic responses such as internal forces and rotational ductility factor are used to evaluate the importance of the incident angles of ground motions in the inelastic range of structural behavior. The base shear and torque (BST) response histories of the resisting elements and of the building are used to prove that the shape of the BST surface of the building can be a practical tool to represent those of all resisting elements. This paper also shows that the different global forces which produce the maximum demands in the resisting elements tend to converge toward a single distribution in a definable intensity range, and this single distribution is related to the resistance distribution of the building.

This study is focused to find the ways to improve the effective BIM introduction plan on school building construction by Delphi Technique. For this, the questionnaire is made by in-depth interviews of 10 BIM specialists, the survey of other 30 experts was carried out. The results of 30 experts Delphi survey are as followed. (1) The haptic effect of BIM introduction is very rare as lack of awareness and information on BIM. (2) Problems are arising from deficiency of training and experience on BIM. (3) Practical utilizations of BIM are very useful. (4) Barriers of the spread of BIM are high cost and insufficient environments. (5) The development potential of BIM is high. In order to activate the BIM market, the introduction of an accurate evaluation criteria and rational cost calculation standard are needed.

The Information System is now becoming a very important part of our livers. It encompasses technical and spactial characteristics that are much more different from the order information systems used up until now. Therefore, as various fields within the Information Center are researched, the proper usage of those fields must be well thought-out. This study presents the application of quality management systems in Library, Korea. The purpose of this study is to build a framework of improving the management system and planning and performing the service of high quality in Library. To achieve this goal, a theoretical approach was tried through the previous study and the performed with the subject of the 4 steps by Damming' quality management theory. This study may enable domestic organizations to draw up a concrete and practical plan in Library.

This research is about the Korean private residence as the actual housing published in Kuchie, 'Chosun and Architecture'. Research about the Korean private residence during the Japanese colonial period is important to find out the influence of foreign culture on Korean housing during that period. This research is necessary to reveal the tendency of modernization of Korean housing and how the foreign cultural relationship transformed and applied to the Korean housing. This research was carried out mainly on the 16 Korean private residences published in 'Chosun and Architecture'. The main subject of this research is to analyze the architectural floor plan, building material and heating facilities etc. Other important themes of the research are the practical side of actual housing plan, interior furnitures and fittings, electrical fittings and the classification of life style.

A number of controlled selection methods, which have some advantages for practical surveys in considering controls beyond stratification, have developed throughout the last half-century. With respect to the optimization of sampling plan, it is obvious that we may use optimal controlled selection in preference to satisfactory controlled selection. However, there are currently certain restrictions on the employment of optimal controlled selection. We present further research to improve an algorithm for optimal controlled selection and to develop standard software.

It is expected that the need of a social welfare hall gradually arise in our community, since we regard the meaning of social welfare as a right which all of the people should have as guardians of the weakest members. Today, ambiguous guidelines on architectural plan of the social welfare hall, which are still not suitable for function and role of this hall, and are not corresponded with architectural design from the early design phase, are proposed in our design competition, because these kinds of halls have not been often built according to functional requirements of the social welfare. Therefore, this study proposes an architectural strategy that should be considered before designing a new social welfare hall, through an analysis of spatial usage in operation programs of various newly-built halls in Korea.

Auditorium and gymnasium are utilized in rare cases compared to the large spacial size. From Monday to Saturday, the use of them is extremely rare, which shows the serious example of economical inefficiency of architectural space. To solve these problems, inquiries from the various viewpoints will be necessary. Architecture-philosophically, how can space and time considered sufficiently? How is the structure related to phase. The object of this study is to arrange newly economical efficiency of space and time which are treated slightingly as they mentioned above and the plan about the design of the architectural space and multipurpose room.

In order to promote economic cooperation and future reunification in Korean peninsula, this study is conducted to initiate a reconnecting plan for north and south Korean railways. When practical works to interconnect two counties' railway systems begin, the differences of railway systems such as rail track, railway facilities, communication systems, electrical power systems would be emerged as barrier. In this paper, to solve this problems, plan for the secure system-operational technology is presented. It also could be used for shaping the national transport network and constructing railway operating systems.

This study has an ultimate purpose to find some change direction of education in the Korean language education field, that is, in and out of the Korean language classroom keeping up with social changes. Especially, this study will investigate progressive educational ways in terms of not only developing software, but also grafting hardware relating to mobile technologies. For this, this study will classify the cases of teaching and learning happened in and out of Korean language classrooms and to introduce practical ways of education to apply mobile technologies according to the each case. As a concrete method, this paper proposed a change plan of classroom change that incorporates 'Miracast' and 'smart phone' and a change plan out of the classroom using mesh. This study can be meaningful in that the teaching and learning are linked more organically through the smart phone and the education is called 'IoT world' so that both teachers and learners can easily access education.

Business of various form such as industry, education, medium is appearing by supply of Internet of all the world. The Information Technology market is developing by leaps and bounds among them, but suitable school information education disgrace and improvement plan were not readied in domestic Information Technology and communication situation. Therefore, this proposal wishes to satisfy purpose by school information education improvement plan and manpower practical conditions about ERP education. So that, is used to accelerate medium and small enterprises information through qualitative, quantitative valuation of medium and small enterprises information manpower supply and demand as well as domestic school information.
