  • 전원장치의 소형화 핵심기술인 반도체 스위칭 기술을 이용하여 단일 전원을 사용하는 소형, 경량화 전자기기에 적합한 5 V/500 mA급 트랜스리스형 파워 모듈(transless type power module)을 설계하였다. 파워 모듈은 강압형 chopper 방식을 이용한 스위칭회로, 제어회로, 전압검출회로, 그리고 정전압 회로 둥으로 구성되어 있으며, 하이브리드-집적회로형(hybrid-IC type)으로 제작되었다. 본 연구에서 설계한 스위칭 레귤레이터 전원회로는 5 V/500 mA급 트랜스리스형 파워 모듈의 전기적 특성을 만족하였다.

  • This paper gives an assessment criteria and reliability improvement for high frequency power supply of high efficacy electrodeless fluorescent lamp. The electrodeless fluorescent lamp system consist of electrodeless fluorescent lamp, high frequency power supply and lighting fixtures. The high frequency power supply has a shortest life at the system. Therefore It is need to assess the Failure Rate or Mean Time To Failure(MTTF) for the high frequency power supply of electrodeless fluorescent lamp system and improve the reliability at design. We suggest the assessment criteria and improve methods of the reliability on the design basis for the electodeless fluorescent system.

  • We performed commissioning of redundant digital excitation system for gas turbine generator. One of its issues is first power supply test to gird line when it was compared with the other commissioning. If blackout will be happened, a few of start power plants must supply power to grid line. And then generator must increase voltage and real power slowly for line charge. The trial product was installed and successfully operated at a 100MW power plant after commissioning.

  • This paper presents a new developed 160kV-120kW Class MPC (magnetic pulse compressor) power supply for DeNOx, DeSOx system. The circuit consists of N-series connected CCPS (capacitor charging power supply) and MPC Tank. The MPC power supply developed compared to the conventional LC resonant type has many advantage, it was verified reliability of a product by module, simulator and tank connection test. Now, the developed MPC power supply is installed POSCO sintering plant for DeSOx, DeNOx system.

  • A capacitor-charging power supply using high frequency inverter technology is strongly recommended for the charging section of the pulsed power supplies. A high frequency inverter swiching makes the overall system size small. The command-charging feature can guarantee the higher reliability of switching function. The protection circuit can be easily included in the system and the good regulation of charging voltage can be acieved by the feedback system. Several modules can be stacked to supply required output power and a failed module can be easily replaced. A 50-kV, 35-kW capacitor charging power supply is developed. In this paper the detailed design and test results of a prototype unit are presented.

  • 본 논문에서는 소방전원 및 소방전원 부족시 용량 보완을 위한 인터록 시스템의 한계점 등을 분석하고 소방전원 보존형 발전기(RFP)의 작동방법 등을 제시하여 화재와 같은 상황에 효율적으로 대응할 수 있는 방법을 제시하는데 있다. 소방전원보존형 발전기에서 일괄제어방식은 발전기에 과부하가 걸리면 소방전원보존용 제어기에서 신호를 발신하여 소방부하는 남겨두고 비상부하용 주차단기를 일괄 차단하고, 발전기가 마지막까지 소방부하에 전원이 공급되도록 한 시스템이다. 순차제어방식은 과부하가 걸리면 소방전원보존용 제어기에서 1차 신호를 발신하여 설정된 비상부하의 1단계 부하를 차단한다. 그리고 지속적인 감시 상태에서 소방부하가 증가하여 발전기가 다시 과부하가 걸리면 제어기에서 2차 신호가 발신하여 비상부하의 2단계 부하를 차단하는 시스템이며 각각의 작동 상태를 표시하는 표시장치를 가진다.

  • This paper proposes an novel dc power supply using modified multilevel ac/dc converter. The output voltage of the power supply can be disconnected from and reapplied to the load rapidly. Therefore the power supply is suitable for a load having frequent short circuit such as ion source. The proposed scheme improves the performance, efficiency, and reliability and reduces the cost of the conventional power supply system for an ion beam acceleration.

  • This paper describes the improvement of performance of power supply for ship's emergency lighting system(SELS). Proposed system is composed of power factor correction (PFC) circuit, emergency power supply system (EPSS), half bridge(HB) inverter, fluorescent lamp(FL) starting circuit and microprocessor control system. Experimental works using proposed system confirm that speedy and stable power to be supplied when main power source cut-off, compared with conventional relay type, and control power factor up to $97.5[\%]$ and input power up to $35.0[\%]$ by adjusting of pulse frequency of the HB inverter.
