  • A practical and efficient one-pot synthesis of 1,3,5-trisubstituted pyrazoles from α,β-enones and arylhydrazine hydrochlorides has been developed. The pyrazoles were formed via a tandem formation of the corresponding pyrazolines and an acid-catalyzed aerobic oxidation process.

  • A one-pot Beckmann rearrangement for the preparation of amides from ketones is described using the silica sulfuric acid under Microwave irradiation. Advantages of this method are regioselectivity with high yields in a simple operation and short reaction time, in which the mole ratio of acid and ketone was 1:2 and it should be greener than the currently used systems.

  • In order to develop a pot lid that would not overflow, three parts were created, each different in size. One cover (A") had a small hole (dia. 10 cm) for the vapor to escape (dia. about 2.5 mm). Another, cover A' had a medium-sized hole (dia. about 5 cm) for the vapor to escape. Cover A (dia. 300 mm, 120mmH) had a large hole (dia. 100 mm) for the vapor to escape. Because the new cover was partially open while soy paste solution cooking, it showed that it could not only prevent overflow, but also extend the burning approaching and salinity increase time, reducing both cooking time and the amount of energy necessary to cook.

Development of a robot system for removing top dross on a zinc pot (용융아연욕 부유물 제거용 로봇시스템 개발)

  • Throughout CGL(Continuous Galvanizing Line) in steel works, zinc-coated steel sheets are produced which are used where long-running corrosion resistivity is required. During the galvanizing process, top dross is created and floated on the zinc pot. Because the dross leaves ill patterns on the coated sheets, it is removed manually with shovel-like tools in about twenty minutes. Because, however, the working environment is very noisy, hot and harmful to human workers, a robot system is developed and implemented on a real plant to automatically remove the top dross. It consists of a robot and its carriage system, a pot level sensor, a system controller, and special tools to collect, pick up, and put the top dross into a dross waste basket. A system software is developed to monitor the system status. A series of tests were performed to verify the robot motion and adaptation to working conditions, and proved successful work.

  • A simple and high yielding one-pot method for synthesis of 2,4,5-triarylimidazoles from condensation of benzoin or benzil, ammonium acetate and aromatic aldehydes using sulphanilic acid catalyst is described. The lower priced catalyst, higher yields and shorter reaction time are the advantages of the presented method.

  • In a CGL(Continuous Galvanizing Line) in steel making plants, zinc-coated steel sheets are produced. These sheets are used where long running corrosion resistivity is required. During the coating process top dross is produced, being harmful to the quality of the coating. To collect and remove this top dross, an automation system is developed consisting of a robot and its carriage system, a pot level sensor, a system controller, and specialtools. Forthe first, the level of the pot must be measured and fed back to the robot controller to avoid submersion of the robot hand in the hot pot. In this paper,acoustic and laser distance sensors are tested for the appropriate pot lvel sensor, especially the former in the view point of hot environment.

  • Sensory evaluation and Instron test were carried out to study me effect of different cooking methods on the quality of soybean jeolpyon. Cooking methods studied were rice cake steamer, steaming pot, pressure cooker and microwave oven. 1. There were no significant difference in color and flavor between samples cooked by various methods. Moistness of samples by steaming pot and rice cake steamer was similar. Tenderness of samples by rice caker and pressure cooker was better man others. 2. After 24 hours elapsed, me quality of soybean jeolpyon showed me order of by rice cake steamer, steaming pot, pressure cooker and microwave oven. 3. It showed mat soybean ieolpyon by microwave oven was harder man others through Instron test. 4. Hardness of jeolpyons were increased as storage time increased. The rate was higher by pressure cooker and microwave oven man by rice cake steamer and steaming pot.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 네트워크 시스템의 다양화는 인간에게 편리함을 주는 여러 인프라의 혜택을 주는 반면에 악의적인 사용자로부터의 독창적이고 새로운 유형의 침입들을 야기하고 있다. 하지만, 현재 대부분의 보안 시스템이 침입에 대한 탐지 및 대응 기술에 역점을 두고 알려지지 않은 침입에 대한 탐지 및 신속한 대응이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 세션 재지정을 이용한 HoneyPot 시스템과 다른 보안 툴과의 연동을 위한 설계 및 구현에 관해서 연구함으로써 기존의 HoneyPot 시스템이 가지는 대응 방법뿐 아니라 능동적이고 효과적인 대응방법에 대해서 제시한다.

  • 일반적으로 설계홍수량은 강우빈도 해석으로 설계강우량을 결정하고 이를 유역유출모형에 적용하여 계산된 유출량을 정상류모의를 통하여 산정하게 된다. 이러한 기존의 설계홍수량 산정방법은 설계강우량 산정에 있어 임의성을 포함하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대상 하천 구간의 실측 수위자료를 사용하여 홍수량을 산정하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 분석대상 자료로서 남한강 여주지점의 실측 시유량을 선정하였으며 충주댐 완공 이후인 1988년부터 2007년까지의 기간을 대상으로 하였다. 빈도해석을 위한 분석 자료군을 연최대치 계열과 POT(Peaks Over Threshold) 계열의 두 가지 그룹으로 추출하여 홍수량을 추정하였다. 연최대치 계열 분석 결과 Weibull 분포를 적절한 분포형으로 선정하였으며 부분시계열 POT 빈도해석을 수집자료 전체와 기간을 전, 후 10년씩 나눈 세 그룹으로 나누어 수행하였다. 빈도별 확률홍수량 추정 결과 연최대치 계열을 사용한 결과가 부분시계열 POT 방법을 사용한 결과보다 크게 산정되었으며 자료 전체 기간에 대한 POT 빈도해석 결과보다 최근 10년간의 자료를 사용한 결과가 더 크게 나타나 홍수량의 증가 경향을 확인 할 수 있었다.
