Purpose: Korean women, who have come to the forefront at a risk of cancer, have been notable objects for qualitative nursing research in last a couple of decades. Given the imparity and varieties of those findings, this study was aimed to synthesize the impact of cancer diagnosis and its treatment on Korean women's lives using a qualitative meta-synthesis method. Methods: By searching five English-based databases and four Korean databases, 21 qualitative studies on Korean women's particular experiences of cancer diagnosis and treatment since 2000 were included. Using a meta-synthesis process by Sandelowski & Barroso (2007), the selected studies were synthesized for interpretive integration of the findings. Results: The meta-synthesis elicited three themes: detachment from the usualness, awareness of profound desires, and redefinition of every relation. With destructive experiences of a diagnosis and its treatments, Korean women felt apart from their everyday life, daily roles, and even from their own body. They then grasped a strong desire for life and for beauty, and reconfirmed the sense of mission for being a mother. Those changes made them to reconstruct all relations surrounded them. Conclusion: The findings yield a substantive portrait of the given issue, which could be helpful for health care professionals.

최근에 ICT(information communication technology)의 발달과 더불어 스포츠를 ICT와 융합하고자 하는 노력이 지속되고 있다. 이러한 대표적인 것이 게임을 들 수 있다. 또한 스크린 골프, 스크린 볼링과 같은 스포츠와 디지털을 혼합한 형태의 디지털 스포츠가 발달하고 있다. 일반 스포츠에도 중독 문제가 있듯이 디지털 스포츠에도 중독 문제가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 스포츠에서의 중독 모델을 분수차수(fractional-order)로 제시하고 이 모델로부터 비선형 거동을 시계열과 위상 공간으로 나타내고, 이들 사이의 차이점을 확인한다.

To effectively use these functions many kinds of human-phone interface are used such as touch, voice, and gesture. However, the most important touch interface cannot be used in case of hand disabled person or busy both hands. Although eye tracking is a superb human-computer interface method, it has not been applied to smartphones because of the small screen size, the frequently changing geometric position between the user's face and phone screen, and the low resolution of the frontal cameras. In this paper, a new eye tracking method is proposed to act as a smartphone user interface. To maximize eye image resolution, a zoom lens and three infrared LEDs are adopted. Our proposed method has following novelties. Firstly, appropriate camera specification and image resolution are analyzed in order to smartphone based gaze tracking method. Secondly, facial movement is allowable in case of one eye region is included in image. Thirdly, the proposed method can be operated in case of both landscape and portrait screen modes. Fourthly, only two LED reflective positions are used in order to calculate gaze position on the basis of 2D geometric relation between reflective rectangle and screen. Fifthly, a prototype mock-up design module is made in order to confirm feasibility for applying to actual smart-phone. Experimental results showed that the gaze estimation error was about 31 pixels at a screen resolution of $480{\times}800$ and the average hit ratio of a $5{\times}4$ icon grid was 94.6%.

This articles aims to analyze HOSEONGKONGSINLOK awarded to Kim Yang-bo, a eunuch, having major roles to take refuge the king Seon-jo when the Japanese invader rushed into Seoul in the time of Hideyoshi's Invasion of Korea in 1592. At that time, all meritorious retainer was to be rewarded equally by a given rules of the stipends and the gifts. But for the eunuch, differently from others, the portrait was not made to be handed down as a model. Instead one more clothes was given. This suggests that there were some differenciation of the class and the job in the evaluation of the merits. From this we can see that there might be some problems in the selection of the meritorious retainer, resulting in unfair awarding, and needing to be reevaluation from the historian. Even though somewhat worn out, this material has very important value as a historical source in terms of following viewpoint: 1) it contains all the name of the meritorious retainers at that time. 2) it suggests the social situation and affairs at that time more precisely. 3) it reveals the facts even some facts in the authentic records can be corrected.

This thesis focuses on the 3D interface tab page type and mode of screen that affect the usability of the small screen devices such as smartphone. The experiments examined eight 3D UI designs, combinations of two modes (Portrait, Landscape) of screen, and four types (Vertical data mountain, Horizontal data mountain, Vertical carousel, Horizontal carousel). Twenty-six participants participated in the experiment. The completion time, preference and fun score were measured. The results showed that the vertical data mountain type provide the best performance in terms of the all conditions. The results of this study suggest a practical approach for the 3D UI tab page design for the small screen devices.

본 연구에서는 인물영상에서 입술영역을 검출하기 위한 확률맵 기반 유전자 알고리즘을 제안한다. 하나의 최적해 탐색에 사용되었던 기존 유전자 알고리즘을 수정하여 입술과 같은 영역 검출에 부합하는 다수의 해를 얻도록 적용한다. 이를 위해 공간좌표를 의미하는 염색체로 각 개체를 표현하고, 보존구간, 세대수에 따른 부분 균일교배, 비중복 선택 등의 유전연산 방법을 도입한다. 또한 HSV 칼라공간에서 HS성분에 대한 확률맵을 제안하고, 이를 적용함으로써 유전자 알고리즘의 속성인 유사 색상에 대한 적응성을 더욱 증대한다. 실험을 통하여 제안 알고리즘의 성능을 좌우하는 주요 파라미터를 분석하였으며, 입술이외의 다른ROI(Region Of Interest)의 검출에도 유연하게 적응할 수 있음을 관찰하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine children's emotional and behavioral problems using parent and teacher ratings. The study also explored how children's individual factors were associated with their problems. The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire Korean version (SDQ-Kr) was completed by parents and teachers of 157 elementary school students. Parents reported perceptions of their child's social skills. Children completed the measure of self-esteem. The results showed that moderate to strong correlations were found between parents and teachers, revealing a stronger correlation in regard to hyperactivity than to emotional problems. Self-esteem and social skill were associated with emotional and behavioral problems in children classified by socio-emotional developmental level. Integrating information from parents and teachers can provide a more complete portrait of a child's adjustment and can better identify a child's problems. These findings highlight that self-esteem and social skill may play critical roles in intervening on children's emotional and behavioral problems.

In this review we summarize the results of studies employing high-throughput methods of profiling of HPV-associated cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and squamous cell cervical cancers at key intracellular regulatory levels to demonstrate the unique identity of the landscape of molecular changes underlying this oncopathology, and to show how these changes are related to the 'natural history' of cervical cancer progression and the formation of clinically significant properties of tumors. A step-wise character of cervical cancer progression is a morphologically well-described fact and, as evidenced by genome-wide screenings, it is indeed the consistent change of the molecular profiles of HPV-infected epithelial cells through which they progressively acquire the phenotypic hallmarks of cancerous cells. In this sense, CIN/cervical cancer is a unique model for studying the driving forces and mechanisms of carcinogenesis. Recent research has allowed definition of the whole-genome spectrum of both random and regular molecular alterations, as well as changes either common to processes of carcinogenesis or specific for cervical cancer. Despite the existence of questions that are still to be investigated, these findings are of great value for the future development of approaches for the diagnostics and treatment of cervical neoplasms.

사람의 마음은 의식 세계와 무의식 세계로 나누어진다. 우리 눈에 보이는 행동은 의식적인 세계의 표출이지만 무의식 세계가 의식 세계보다 더 많은 영역을 차지하는 것으로 뇌 과학자들은 전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기본적인 로미오와 줄리엣의 사랑모델에서 의식 세계와 무의식 세계로 나누고 이를 복소수 형태로 표시한 후 이에 대한 거동을 시계열과 위상 공간으로 나타내고, 이들 거동 특성에서 비선형 특성이 존재하는지를 확인한다.

Van der Pol 발진기는 비선형 제동 현상을 가진 비보존 발진기로서 높은 진폭에서의 에너지는 소산적이며 낮은 진폭들에서는 생성되는 구조를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 분수 차수를 가지는 Van der Pol 발진기 모델에서 주기적 외력을 인가하였을 경우 분수차수로 표현되는 미분 방정식에서 분수차수의 파라미터 변화에 따른 리미트 사이클이 변화 상태를 확인하고자 한다.
