각형강관 기둥을 가진 철골모멘트 접합부의 변형능력 (Deformation Capacity of Steel Moment Connections with RHS Column)

  • In this paper, deformation capacity of steel moment connections with RHS column was investigated. Initially, non-linear finite element analysis of five bate steel beam models was conducted. The models were designed to have different detail at their beam-to-column connection, so that the flexural moment capacity was different respectively. Analysis results showed 4hat the moment transfer efficiency of the analytical model with RHS-column was poor when comparing to model with WF(Wide flnage)-column due to out-of-plane deformation of the RHS-column flange. The presence of scallop and thin plate of RHS column was also a reason of the decrease of moment transfer efficiency, which would result in a potential fracture of tile steel beam-to-column connections. Further test on beam-to-column connections with RHS column revealed that the moment transfer efficiency of a beam web decreased due to the out-of-plane deformation of column flange, which led to premature failure of the connection.

취약계층 노인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인 - PRECEDE 모형 적용 - (Quality of Life of Older Adult with Home Health Services - Applied PRECEDE Model -)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine factors that affect poor quality of life (QOL) of older adults who received home health service. Method: The sample 492 older adults participated in the study. The QOL was measured using the scale of QOL of Ware and other data were collected through face-to-face interviews from September to August, 2009. Results: The level of QOL was moderate (Mean 24.4, SD 7.4). The QOL was poorer in older adults (p<.05) and in those living alone (p<.01) compared to older adults and those living with couple or family respectively. The QOL was positively correlated with a sense of mastery (r=.213, p<.05), connection of health (r=.160, p<.05) and a cognitive function (r=.119, p<.01), and negatively correlated with Activities of Daily Living (r=-.266, p<.01) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (r=-.339, p<.01). Sense of mastery, connection of health & welfare, and IADL were significant predictors of QOL. Conclusion: Finding suggest that home health service program should incorporate strategies for increasing sense of mastery and capability of performing IADL, and strengthening connection of health service that may improve QOL of older home health service recipients.

소규모 철골조건축물 강축방향 노출형 주각부의 내진성능 향상을 위한 실험 연구 (Experimental Study on Seismic Performance Enhancement of Exposed Column-base Plate Strong-axis Connections for Small-Sized Steel Buildings)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the seismic performance of exposed column-base plate strong-axis connections for small-sized steel buildings. Even though the seismic design for small-sized buildings became mandatory since Dec.2017, the arbitrary connection details in steel structure have been applied at the construction site, which is considered to be very insufficient to secure structural safety and stability considering the increased seismic risk. Therefore, a series of experimental test programs had been carried out to develop enhanced connection details in order to ensue the adequate seismic safety of small buildings. The hysteretic behavior of the exposed column-base plate connections commonly used in Korea seem to be very pure poor due to the "Rocking" phenomena between anchor plate and concrete by the residual plastic deformation of anchor bolts. A series of hysteretic tests were conducted to find the solution to overcome the "Rocking" phenomena of the exposed column-base plate connections, finally the stable seismic behavior was obtained by uisng at least 8 anchor bolts with good bonding strength to the protptype specimen.

  • JebyeongwonhuronㆍYobaebyeonjehu is well organized and detailed is stated of classification and cause, mechanism of lumbago. That is divided into nine classes according to cause and symptoms of lumbago and described those respectively. Although there is some different, classification of lumbago after ages is based on this method in the main. The outbreak mechanism of lumbago can be stated that wicked germ invade into the body in condition that spirit and energy, especially the kidney energy is poor through various reason. That is stressed on interior factors. In the relation to organs, it is inferred that outbreak of lumbago have connection with the kidney deeply.

  • 본 논문에서는 콘센트와 플러그 접속부에서의 접촉불량에 의한 열화특성에 대하여 실험, 분석하였다. 부하의 크기와 시간 경과에 따른 전기적 특성을 분석하였으며 도전 재료와 절연재료의 외형, 표면구조, 열화특성을 분석하였다. 실험결과는 접촉불량에 의한 전기화재 예방과 화재원인 분석에 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 고전압 CV 케이블은 편의성과 도시적 미관으로 인해 지하에 널리 설치되고 있습니다. 그러나 케이블 사고는 조립불량과 자연 열화로 인해 자주 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고전압 케이블 접속부의 최적 진단을 위한 다변수 측정 방법을 제안하고 그 기술적 유용성을 검증한다. 다변수 측정은 부분방전과 함께 진동과 열화상을 동시에 사용하여 케이블 연결 부품의 성능 저하를 진단하기 위한 기술이다. 다변수 측정의 유용성을 확인하기 위해 차폐 실험실에서 가속열화 실험을 수행하였고, 실험은 케이블 접속부의 열화를 12가지 유형으로 정의하여 각 열화 샘플을 제작하였다. 실험 결과, 진동신호 방법은 열화 진행과의 상관관계가 있는 결함 종류를 확인할 수 있었다. 열화상 검사의 경우 일부 결함의 진행과 관련하여 일관성이 발견되었다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법은 현장에서 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

콘센트 전원 접속구 화재 발생 메커니즘 고찰과 새로운 감식 방법 제시 (Fire Mechanism in Power Connection Points of Outlets and Suggestion of a New Identification Method)

  • 대부분의 콘센트 화재는 플러그 핀과 핀받이 주변에서 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 하지만, 플러그 접속점 이외에 콘센트의 전원 접속구에서도 화재가 발생할 수 있다는 것을 간과하면 안 된다. 본 연구에서는, 전원 접속구에 연선이 불완전하게 접속될 때, 발화 가능성을 확인하였다. 실험은 기초실험과 재현실험으로 나누어 진행하였다. 기초실험은 접속구에 체결되는 연선의 가닥 수에 따른 발화 가능성을 확인하고 잔존물의 특징을 파악하였다. 재현실험은 전등, 청소기, 히터 등의 부하를 콘센트에 연결하고 접속구에서의 발화가 화재로 진전되는지 확인하였다. 실험 결과, 접속구에서 발생한 발열과 아크로 인해 화재로 진전되었고, 잔존물인 U-자 고정금구와 클립에서 부분적 손실이 식별되었다. 이에 따라, 연선을 사용한 전기배선이 콘센트에 불완전 접속되었을 때, 화재의 발생 가능성을 증명하였고, 잔존물의 특징으로부터 화재원인을 판정할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

전기장판 열선 결함에 의한 전기화재 원인분석 (Fire Cause Analysis on Electric Pad Due to Defect of Hot Wires)

  • This paper describes electrical fire on electric pad caused by defect of hot wires. We analyzed two type electric pad using by carbon type hot wire and magnetic shielded type hot wire. First, a carbon type hot wires electric pad is virtually impossible to connect hot wire as a method of electrical welding or soldering. In order to connect between hot wires, that has to splice carbon type material connector. If junction of hot wires was occurrence of poor connection on electric pad, it increase contact resistance on this junction point. With increasing contact resistance, junction of hot wires on electric pad generates local heating and finally leads to electrical fire. An electric pad using by a magnetic shielded type hot wire happened local heating on signal wire for sensing temperature-rise caused by applying current for magnetic shielded. With increasing local heating of signal wire, insulated coating of hot wire was melted. Finally the magnetic shielded type hot wire electric pad lead to electrical fire with breakdown between signal wire and hot wire. In this paper, we analyzed shape of damage in hot wire caused by electrical local heating and investigated fire cause on electric pad due to defect of hot wires.

경남일부 청소년의 인터넷 식생활 정보이용에 관한 연구 (Adolescent' Internet Utilization Status of Dietary Information in Kyungnam)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the utilization status of internet dietary information by gender(boys: 363, girls: 366) in adolescent(middle & high school students). The results were summarized as follows. The internet using frequency of 6-7times per week had 45.0% of subjects and the using time of internet per a time was shown mainly'<2hours(68.5%)'. The main place for internet use was home(79.0%) and favorite search engine was 'Yahoo'(45.7%) and 'Daum'(19.3%). As main purpose using internet were mentioned 'social intercourse'(45.0%) and data search'(24.8%). The organization that offer to reliable internet information was educational institution'(49.4%). The problems in using information site were 'poor information'(26.4%), 'slow connection speed'(22.6%), and 'don't arouse interest'(18.8%). The search experience about dietary information had only 27.9% of subjects and search purpose was 'for homework'(33.3%) and 'for health'(32.0). The satisfaction degree of dietary information was not high. The connection motive to dietary information was mainly 'by site navigation casualty'(55.7%). Only 7.7% of subjects had experience of nutrition counseling using internet, and the motive of nutrition counseling was also 'by site navigation causally'(55.8%). The purpose of counseling was 'for diet'(41.5%) and 'for health problem'(30.2%), and the satisfaction degree of counseling result was very low. As the ask of improvement for counseling site were pointed out 'poor in answer content'(44.8%) and 'lazy answer'(31.0%). The subjects wanted to get the dietary information about 'growth in status'(41.4%), 'diet related skin beauty'(14.6%), the update period less 1 month, and the way of 'free board'(32.3%), 'game'(21.1%) and 'animation'(19.3%) as offer tool. The results of this study showed that although the internet using percent and frequency of subjects was high, they used dietary information very seldom and they are dissatisfied with internet nutritional information. Therefore, the information donor should consider which dietary information was needed and what is the optimal tool for adolescent.

IEEE 802.11 기반 무선랜에서 TCP 인진서브 계층 TAS (TAS: TCP-Aware Sub-layer over IEEE 802.11-based wireless LANs)

  • 본 논문은 IEEE 802.11 기반 무선랜 환경에서 TCP 성능을 향상시키기 위한 새로운 분할 TCP 기법을 소개한다. IEEE 802.11 기반 무선랜 환경에서는 유선 환경과는 달리 TCP 데이타 흐름(flow)이 많은 데이타를 보내려고 시도하지 않기 때문에 TCP 데이타 흐름 성능 저하의 주요한 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제를 완화하여 TCP 데이타 흐름의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 TAS (TCP-Aware Sub-layer) 기법을 제안한다. TAS 기법은 하나의 TCP 데이타 흐름을 AP 등의 분할 지점을 기점으로 두 개의 TCP 데이타 흐름으로 나누는 기존의 분할 연결(split-connection) 기법을 확장한 개념이다. TAS를 기반으로 동작하는 무선 노드는 실제로 TCP ACK을 수신하는 것이 아니라, 수신된 MAC ACK을 이용하여 TCP ACK을 에뮬레이션한다. NS2 모의 실험을 통하여 제안된 기법인 TAS 기법의 성능을 기존 TCP 기법, I-TCP (Indirect TCP) 기법의 성능과 비교하였으며 모의 실험 결과는 TAS 기법이 다른 기법들에 비하여 시간당 처리량과 자원 할당의 형평성 측면에서 더 좋은 성능을 보인다는 것을 증명한다. 또한 절전 모드의 경우, 전송 지연 시간도 줄일 수 있다.
