This paper conducts an explanatory analysis of the web sphere produced by National Assemblymen in South Korea, using some statistical methods. First, some descriptive metrics were employed. Next, the traditional methods of multi-variate analyses, multidimensional scaling and corresponding analysis, were applied to the data. Finally, cross-sectional data were compared to examine a change over time.

The Earth, along with its major components - land, atmosphere, and oceans, is at the core of the global environmental system. Changes in any component of the Earth thus strongly affect the global and regional environment. With the advent of the new century, many important decisions on agricultural, industrial, societal and political problems will depend upon the Earth's environment. Monitoring the Earth is thus important to capture any sign from the Earth which might be related to the environmental change. (omitted)

The current function of 119EMS(Emergency Medical Service) is simply to transport patients to hospitals due to the lack of medical personnel and medical equipments. In order to mark the current 119EMS system, that is to say, more many medical technician and paramedics, medical equipments supplementation, korean EMS communication system simplification and the re-arrangement of the existing fire organization, and so on. Also so various problems involving 119EMS should be solved political and financial support and the change in people's attitude toward the public fire service.

There are a number of studies on the peculiarities of inflation in underdeveloped economies. These studies are, however, confined to the cases of Latin American countries, and the essence of methodologies applied in the studies is basically estimations of linear parameters of an extended quantity equation with lagged variables. As it is generally observed, inflation in most of underdeveloped economies are, to some extent, affected by non-economic factors such as political instability, social disorder, abrupt institutional changes, etc. Sometimes, these factors underlying the basic movement of price level change are reflected in such variables as quantity of money supply, income velocity, gross national product.

Commercial banks play an important role as the main source of funding in the transition process of Vietnam as a market economy. As a result, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of Vietnamese banks can decrease the lending cost for individuals and enterprises. This study is to measure and analyze the productivity change of Vietnamese banking system in different ownership cohorts and sources of this change during the period of restructuring (2011-2019). The Hicks-Moorsteen total factor productivity index is utilised to measure the productivity change and to identify the sources of this change. For an empirical analysis, the data of 28 Vietnamese commercial banks from 2011 to 2018 is collected from their financial statements including balance sheets and income statements. The results show an increase of Vietnamese bank productivity due to the technological progress. While foreign and joint-venture banks are the most advanced cohort, state-owned banks have the lowest rate of productivity growth. The restructuring program negatively impacts scale efficiency and this measure attributes to a decline in the overall efficiency of the banks. We also found that state-owned commercial banks are the most efficient group in the sense that they can achieve the maximal level of revenue from a given amount of expense.

미디어 거버넌스론을 바탕으로 KBS 제도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 지배구조 개선에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 지배구조 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, KBS 제도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정치, 다음으로 공영방송 자신 즉 전문직주의 역할로 나타났다. 정치적 요인이 공영방송 KBS 제도에 가장 영향을 주는 요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, KBS 지배구조는 BBC와 같이 정치 독립적인 전문모델을 지향하면서, 이사회 구성과 비율은 정치권 이외의 다양한 이해 세력이 참여하는 독일식 조합 모델을 선호하였다. 셋째, 미래 지향적 KBS 지배구조 모델은 정치와 시장의 영향력으로부터 벗어난 시민사회(공공) 영역의 변화를 필요로 한다. 결국 공영방송 KBS 제도가 안정적으로 작동하기 위해서는 정치적 영향이 축소되어야 하고, 공공영역(시민사회)의 성장으로 정치와 시장을 견제하는 역할이 필요하다는 것이다.

이 글은 SNS의 보편적 이용이 늘어나고 그것에 대한 규제논의가 증가하는 것을 배경으로 해서, SNS 표현물에 대한 현행 국내 규제체계의 문제점을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 규제대상으로서 SNS표현물의 성격을 살펴보고, SNS 표현물에 대한 국내 내용규제체계의 문제점을 법률적 측면과 규제기관적 차원에서 검토했다. SNS 표현물에 대한 규제체계를 살펴보면, 법률과 행정기구 중심의 국가주의적 규제경향이 강하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 5가지 측면의 규제법률이 SNS 표현물 규제와 연계되어 있으며, 규제의 주체로서 행정기구가 내용심의를 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그로 인해 민간영역의 자율기능은 상대적 약한 것으로 판단된다. SNS와 같은 인터넷공간에는 최소규제의 원칙이 적용되어야 하며, 규제에 적용되는 불법의 정의도 명확히 하고 그것의 판단주체 및 규제대상을 최소화해야 한다. 현재의 행정기구로서 방송통신심의 위원회 구조에 대한 본질적인 고민이 필요하다.

With the advent of the new political regime of Jong Un Kim, North Korea is undergoing many changes, with its main motivation being economic growth. This study aims to identify the changes in clothing in North Korea under the new political climate. The research conducted a review on literature and empirical study. For literature review, books and papers from studies related to North Korea have been reviewed. For the empirical part, interviews with diverse class of North Korean refugees including Hanawon, videos on TV, 1,100 pictures and related articles from newspapers and Internet have been collected. Through this analysis, the study found that subtle changes in North Korean fashion started prior to the Jong Un Kim's regime, but has become full-blown since Kim's assumption of power. This proves that the country is not yet independent from its political situation. The results are as follows: First, the appearance of Ri Sol-ju has liberalized the fashion concept of North Korean women, and the popularity of her trademark style has actually contributed to a more amicable image for Kim. Second, the "Hallyu" style has spread to North Korea through various channels, and has started new trends. Third, the diversification of fashion styles has been greatly accelerated in accordance with the expansion of market, resulting from the economic revitalization policy. Last of all, Jong Un Kim's direct orders concerning fashion have resulted in some significant changes. The sophisticated uniforms of flight attendants and the development of luxury cosmetics being prime examples. As studies on this subject are extremely rare, this research is significant to identify the changes on the clothing culture under Jong Un Kim's regime, and to present an expanded view, as the two countries work towards an united Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 제2차 세계대전 이후의 국제정치질서와 국제항공질서를 비교하여, 한미항공협정에 미친 영향력을 찾아보고, 향후의 국제항공협정의 전망을 해 보는것이다. 현실주의 국제정치와 국제항공정책의 패권적 힘에 의한 국제항공질서의 편성에서 2차 대전 이후의 한미 항공협정이 강대국의 영향력에서 불균형하게 형성된 것에서 시작하여, 1970년대 후반의 신 현실주의의 영향력에서 형성된 국제항공 자유화정책에 따라 1979년도의 한미항공협정의 개정을 통해서 상당한 개방의 방향으로 개정되었다. 그리고 1990년대의 국제정치의 구성주의적 협력의 정치의 영향으로 미국과 네델란드 간의 항공자유화협정을 시작으로 상호협력을 위한 인식의 공유와 전문지식의 공유를 통해서 이제 사용자를 위한 국제항공협정으로 개정 발전되어 왔다. 향후로는 보다 시민이나 이용자를 위한 항공협정으로 발전하게 될 것으로 전망하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 선거여론조사에서 유권자의 사전 태도 및 투표 의향과 실제 투표 행동간의 상관성을 분석함으로써 투표결과에 대한 선거여론조사의 예측력을 높이는 방법을 탐색하는 것이다. 지지 후보, 정치적 자기 신뢰와 효능감 및 현재의 이슈에 대한 입장을 통해 사전 태도를 측정하고 투표 참여와 관련하여 투표 의향, 과거 선거에서 투표 참여 및 선거에 대한 관심 정도를 측정했다. 실제 투표행동은 개표 후 사후조사에서 투표 참여 여부와 투표 후보를 질문했고 사전조사와 투표 행동 간의 상관성을 분석하기 위해서 동일인을 대상으로 사전, 사후조사를 실시했다. 사전조사의 투표 의향, 선거 관심도와 과거 투표 참여 등이 실제 투표 참여와 상관성이 컸으며 사전조사의 지지 후보와 실제 투표후보 간에는 변동이 거의 없었다. 또한 인구 특성과 현안에 대한 태도를 통해 지지 후보 무응답자의 투표행동을 예측할 수 있음을 입증했다.
