본 연구는 정치인의 발성이 유권자에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴본 실험연구이다. 이 연구에서는 지방선거 TV연설 영상물을 대상으로 음성의 고저, 발성의 속도 등을 달리하여 조작된 4가지 영상물을 제작하여 대학생들을 대상으로 실험, 분석하였다. 연구결과 정치인 음성의 고저는 유권자의 신뢰도와 지지도에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이며, 저음일수록 신뢰도가 높고 이러한 신뢰도는 지지도와 연결됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 정치인의 발성 속도도 유권자의 신뢰도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 발견하였다. 정치인의 발성 속도가 느릴수록 유권자의 신뢰도가 높게 나타났으며, 그러나 발성속도에 의한 신뢰도는 후보 지지도와 연결되지 않았다.

A well-established e-health strategy at the national level is necessary to successfully achieve the trust-and-consensus-based e-health goals by linking strategic information planning and the execution of an implementation plan. This paper provides a methodology of how to establish a national e-health strategy and the case of e-Health Information Strategic Planning (ISP) of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea. The ISP is to improve the quality of care and contribute to the economic growth by integrating a variety of policies and providing affordable and competitive services.

The paper aims to provide some recommendations to improve the operational capacity of the Tra Vinh Provincial Center of Public Administrative Services and to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management in the State administrative agencies. The study on people's satisfaction towards public services of Tra Vinh Provincial Center of Public Administrative Services was conducted by collecting primary data of 300 people who used public services provided by this Center from September 2018 to November 2018. By using the multivariate regression method, the author found that there were a number of factors affecting people's satisfaction towards public services at the Center, including procedures, service fee, and attitudes of the staff, empathy, staff capacity, and trust. These factors had an impact on people's satisfaction towards public administrative services performed by staff officers from Tra Vinh Provincial Center of Public Administrative Services. Since then, the study has proposed policy implications to improve people's satisfaction on service quality at the Center such as: Develop a flexible charge mechanism of public services; Enhance the sense of responsibility of staff officers; Pay attention to improving administrative procedures; Establish trustworthiness to people; Pay attention to professional improvement; and Build up a friendly and respectful team of staff.

The objective of this paper is to seek an alternative to figure out appropriate ways since difficulties lie in the introduction of LRT system to be operated by governments and self-governing local governments in the country. This situation can act as a main cause of breakdown in domestic railway industry by deepening of outflow of national wealth and technological dependency. Policy makers are required to get awareness of justification and necessity of Project management such as project strategy, goals, operating budgets, risks, investment revenue prior to preparing the outline of the introduction of LRT system shall consider securing budget in light of performance, reliability, and safety withe the help of system engineering activities during the entire project cycle such as design, construction, quality management, and commissioning before mapping out the basic plans for LRT project. In view of the current domestic conditions, the first time within the country, Seoulmetro is training professional as trust education of specialist training about LRT system, SE and PM education. This study leads to participating in PM/SE business by human power who finished from education of domestic specialist for LRT introduction corporation and businesses, it is published for introduction of specialist education and business revitalization.

The demand for traceability of meat and livestock supply chains is growing due to the high-profile incidents of hormonal contamination. E. coli, dioxin, BSE, and antibiotics have been recorded. In this paper, we present blockchain-based poultry information management system design and implementation using Hyperledger Fabric. The proposed system offers accurate, decentralized, immutable and consensus process that promote trust and transparency between stakeholders. The main tasks of the system include the recording of the information associated with poultry rearing (from a hatchery to a farm), status report of the farm activities on a monthly basis. The system can track movement of docks through the supply chain until delivery to the final consumer through the retail outlet. The ability to trace the source of livestock product through all the stages of rearing/production, processing and distribution is essential for ensuring food safety as recall of contaminated product can easily be done thereby increasing consumer confidence.

본 연구는 코로나로 인해 언텍트 환경이 조성되면서 모바일 쇼핑환경에서 AR기술의 편의성이 사용자들의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 구매만족도의 조절효과도 검증하였다. SPSS에 의한 가설점증 결과, 편리성은 구매의도와 구매만족도에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 구매만족도는 편리성과 구매의도 간에 부분적인 조절역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 연구 결과는 모바일 쇼핑에서 사용자에게 AR 기술을 이용한 다양한 정보를 신속하고 정확하게 제공하여 소비자들의 신뢰를 높이고, 즐거움을 제공해 사용자들이 구매의도를 유발할 수 있으며, 언택트 마케팅효과를 보다 구체적으로 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

공공기관에 대한 신뢰는 책임성(accountability)과 밀접하게 관련된다. 공공기관의 책임성을 높이는 핵심 전략은 주요 업무와 정책의 과정과 결과를 기록증거로 충분히 남기는 것이다. 이는 곧 '공공업무의 철저한 기록화'라고 볼 수 있는데, 이를 위하여 가장 중심이 되는 기록관리업무는 기록평가다. 이 연구의 목적은 공공기관의 책임성 강화를 위한 기록평가정책의 재설계 방향을 제시하는 것이다. ISO 15489-1:2016에서 새롭게 도입된 평가의 개념에 입각하여 책임성과 평가의 관계를 정리하였고, 책임성 관점에서 기록관리평가제도의 문제점을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 기록평가정책의 재설계 원칙과 평가를 위한 핵심 도구로서 기록관리기준표의 전면 재설계, 기록처분동결제도의 도입을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between mission-oriented Command, organization efficiency, organization culture of 626 field officers in JFMU. Firstly. the study found that decision making in the relationship between mission-oriented command and organization efficiency had negative effect on job satisfaction. Planning and trust lead to positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and no significance in self decision. Secondly, mission-oriented command may differ depending on the types of organization culture and organization culture has positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thirdly, mission-oriented command has some effect which derives from its impact on organization efficiency that also effects rational culture and rank hierarchy culture. These study results suggest different measures in terms of practice and policy. Firstly. within the military organization, precise communication will lead to job satisfaction without unnecessary overload of communication. Also. we have rationale culture, agreement culture and rank hierarchy culture forming our organization culture. There is a need to apply elements of mission-oriented command depending on the types of organization culture. Secondly, to maximize organization performance through mission-oriented command, we have to strengthen the rationale and rank hierarchy cultures and especially introduce development culture which should be established within the military organization.

The purpose of this study is to analyze various energy platforms using data in the US and to suggest directions and implications. Some of the leading energy platforms are selected and analyzed based on the opening platform model. We focus on the case analysis of the US utility companies. In case of the horizontal open platform, Green Button sponsor's 'Connect My Data (CMD)' driven by the government invites the utility companies to jointly develop the sponsor's data solution. In case of the vertical open platform, the certification program 'Share My Data (SMD)' allows backward compatibility, because the technical improvement is minimal. The utility companies benchmark Amazon's three-sided market mediation and prefer platform and category exclusivity. For the former, they have data analytics companies like Enervee, Opower and for the latter, they have electronics manufactures and energy service providers (ESPs) like Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). Based on this US case study, we suggest the energy platforms to open their platform for renewable energy supply, energy conservation, high-efficiency products, and residential DER dissemination. To successfully implement the government's energy transition policy, the US platforms should be benchmarked as a business model. Especially, it is needed for them to coordinate a platform ecosystem. To ensure trust in the products and services offered on the marketplace platform, platform's certification program is helpful.

Purpose - With the increasing medical demands of the public, the development of future Internet medical care has come to represent a major problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to discuss future development strategies for Interne medical care while taking China's Internet hospitals as an example case. Research design, data, and methodology - This study conducted a case study of China's Internet hospitals to summarize the fundamental problems faced by Internet hospitals and propose future development strategies to overcome these problems for Internet medical care. Result - Although Internet hospitals have been regarded as the ultimate product of Internet medical care, from the perspective of the government, medical institutions, platforms builders and maintainers, and patients, they still face some basic issues. Conclusion - This study concludes that the government and medical institutions play an important role in the future development of Internet medical care and suggests that the government should make overall plans for the policies and standards and should play the main role in enhancing the public trust in Internet medical care, while medical institutions should take steps such as seizing policy opportunities, driving online and offline collaborations, and constructing suitable evaluation systems to promote the development of Internet medical care.
