In this paper, we introduce automatic meter reading system for tap water. The system is composed of automatic meter, router using RF and CDMA network, and data server. This system will easily extend to fire detect, gas, and electric charge meter system. In addition, this system will be used to monitoring a water leak and human which live in solitude. Proposed system is installed at Gimhae-City and Gijang-gun. As a result of the automatic meter reading system for tap water, The leak of water and complain of user is decreased. But The building cost is still an obstacle to expand into entire city.

In this paper, we suggest an XML Development Support(XDS) System as a good developing tool to solve the problems that related with the database integration, increased to the developing terms and costs when the developing of XML programming base on the web server. XDS System is designed for the purpose of easily coding the XML program, of simply changing the programming structure and of completely maintaining the program environment. According to the predefined policy, XDS System provides necessary informations such as tables, columns, or relational keys from Database for developer. The developer step by step selects or sets what he needs. And XDS System creates an XML Tree with the result of selected information. The XML Tree includes all information of making an XML Schema and some XML Stylesheet. XDS System creates an XML Schema for all clients and creates many XML Stylesheets for each client using the XML Tree.

본 논문에서는 리눅스 상에 효율적인 보안 정책 관리를 위한 보안 정책 서버를 분석하고, 보안 정책 변경을 위한 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 리눅스는 소스가 공개된 운영체제이기 때문에, 보안상의 취약점을 이용하여 수많은 공격을 당하게 된다. 이러한 보안상의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 효율적인 정책 서버를 분석하여 리눅스에 적용함으로써, 리눅스가 가지는 보안상의 취약점을 해결하고자 하였다. 또한 관리자가 쉽게 정책을 적용할 수 있도록 보안 정책 적용을 위한 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 설계된 보안 정책 서버를 통하여 기존 리눅스 커널의 수정을 최소화하면서, 다른 접근제어 모델을 사용한 때에는 관련 모듈만 교체만 하면 되기 때문에 이미 설정된 보안 정책을 손쉽게 변화 할 수 있다

본 논문에서는 연속미디어 데이터의 접근 유형을 캐쉬 정책에 반영하기 위하여 사용자 접근 패턴을 관찰한 다음, 관찰된 접근 유형을 기준으로 데이터의 캐슁 모드를 구간 단위 또는 오브젝트 단위로 운영하는 이중적 버퍼 캐쉬 운영 정책을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 알고리즘을 평가한 결과 제안한 방법이 기존의 구간 캐슁 방법보다 효율적이고 가변적인 시스템 환경에 안정적인 성능을 보인다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

$\ulcorner$Ministry Of Maritime Affairs And Fisheries$\lrcorner$was established on 8 August 1996 by emerging ex-$\ulcorner$Maritime and Port Administration$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Fisheries Administration$\lrcorner$and some other marine-related organs such as $\ulcorner$Maritime Police Agency$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Marine Accident Inquiry Agency$\lrcorner$, etc., for the purpose of enhancing development of national marine polices in various aspect and promoting marine safety and environmental protection activities. Therefore, the unification of marine casualty statistics is required for the need of appreciating present condition and problem. This paper shows the Client/Server computing system which could replace the existing Main Frame system set up by Maritime and Port Administration and Marine Accident Inquiry Agency. It also gives the way to connect every casualty related organ for data exchange of casualty information and INTERNET for opening casualty information to the public. So, applicable techniques and basic policy direction is dealt with.

Edge computing is frequently employed in the Internet of Vehicles, although the computation and communication capabilities of roadside units with edge servers are limited. As a result, to perform distributed machine learning on resource-limited MEC systems, resources have to be allocated sensibly. This paper presents an Improved MADDPG algorithm to overcome the current IoV concerns of high delay and limited offloading utility. Firstly, we employ the MADDPG algorithm for task offloading. Secondly, the edge server aggregates the updated model and modifies the aggregation model parameters to achieve optimal policy learning. Finally, the new approach is contrasted with current reinforcement learning techniques. The simulation results show that compared with MADDPG and MAA2C algorithms, our algorithm improves offloading utility by 2% and 9%, and reduces delay by 29.6%.

인터넷을 통한 정보 전달 방법은 Ethernet과 ATM, CAN과 같은 다양한 통신 전달 프로토콜 및 방법을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 현재 연구된 네트워크상의 시간 지연 현상에 대한 연구는 일부 네트워크 모델을 바탕으로 연구되고 있으나 다양한 통신 환경 하에서 발생하는 시간 지연 현상에 대해 최적의 모델링 방법을 제시해 주고 있지 못하고 있다. 따라서 다양한 네트워크 환경에 적합하도록 인터넷 기반 비동기 샘플치 시스템 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 아울러 인터넷을 통해 구성된 폐루프 시스템은 기존 제어 시스템과 다른 동작 특성과 외란 특성을 가지므로 인터넷 환경에 적합하게 설계된 견실 제어 방법이 필요하다. 따라서 안정성이 극히 요구되는 각종 산업 기기 등에 대한 웹기반 정밀 원격 제어를 원활히 수행하기 위해서는 웹 환경에 최적화된 강인 제어 이론 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 원격지 플랜트에 대한 실시간 원격 제어를 안정적 및 효율적으로 수행하도록 인터넷상의 데이터 전송시 시간 지연 현상 분석 및 인터넷 기반 제어시스템의 전달 특성 분석하였다.

가상화는 다중의 온라인 서비스를 소규모의 컴퓨팅 자원에 배치하는 혁신적인 접근방식이다. 가상화된 서버 환경은 가상머신 (virtual machine: VM)으로 불리는 플랫폼의 다중 성능사이에 공유되는 컴퓨팅 자원들을 허용한다. 서버 가상화를 통해 응용 서버는 가상머신 으로 인캡슐 되었으며 CPU나 메모리 자원 풀에 API와 함께 재배치되었다. 네트워킹과 보안은 네트워크 가상화라는 새로운 소프트웨어 추상화 계층으로 이동하기 시작했으며, 가상 네트워크를 생성함으로써 여러 응용에 대하여 네트워킹과 보안을 빠르게 배치할 수 있게 되었다. SRN은 추계적 페트리 네트의 확장형으로 시스템 분석을 위한 함축된 모델링 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는, 가상 스위치를 기반으로 한 네트워크 가상화 SRN 모델을 개발하고 모델에서 관심 있는 성능지표인 스위칭 지연과 처리율에 대한 수치결과를 가상 스위치 용량과 실행 중인 가상머신 수에 따라 구한다. 이들 성능지표는 SRN 모델에서 적절한 보상율을 제공하는 함수의 기댓값으로 표현되어 그 해가 구해진다.

인터넷 전화망은 IP기반 인터넷에서 VoIP기술을 이용해서 음성 전화를 지원하는 인터넷 서비스다. 인터넷 전화는 영상통화, 메시징과 같은 인터넷 멀티미디어 서비스를 융합한 음성전화 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 특히 스마트폰을 통한 인터넷 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 보급되면서 기존의 전화망을 대체하는 서비스로써 인터넷 전화에 대한 연구와 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 오픈 소스 소프트웨어인 Asterisk를 활용해서 인터넷 전화망 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 리눅스 상에 구현된 Asterisk 서버는 음성 사서함 및 통화 녹취 기능 등을 제공하고, 웹을 통한 사용자 및 시스템 관리 구현은 Apache 서버와 PHP 등의 오픈 소스 소프트웨어를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 구현된 시스템은 소규모 업체나 조직에 적용 가능한 인터넷 전화망으로써 오픈 소스 소프트웨어의 활성화 측면에서 역할을 하리라 기대된다.

비디오 데이터베이스는 비디오 정보를 저장하고 있다가 사용자가 요구한 비디오 정보를 검색해 주는 기능을 갖는다. 따라서, 비디오 데이터베이스의 목적은 비디오정보를 저장하고 검색하기 위한 편리하고도 효율적인 환경을 제공해야 할 뿐만 아니라 보다 많은 사용자들에게 보다 신속하게 요구한 정보들을 검색해 줄 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 데이터베이스에서 빠른 응답을 유지하면서 지원할 수 있는 사용자들의 수를 증가시킬 수 있는 저장시스템을 제안한다. 다중 디스크환경하의 저장시스템에서 다중 비디오 스트림들을 읽을 때, 각 디스크헤드들의 이동을 비동기화 시킴으로써 빠른 응답을 유지할 수 있고, 한쪽 방향으로만 이동하게 함으로써 디스크 대역폭을 절약할 수 있다. 또한, 더블버퍼링을 기반으로 비디오 스트림의 시간제약 특성을 만족시키고 더블버퍼링의 단점을 최소화할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 새로운 저장시스템에 대한 타당성은 이론적으로 해석 및 증명되고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 평가된다.
