Enterprise' business environment is changing transcending border. To overcome raging waves of change accident and to be secured enterprise's future, the logistics is recognized the third profit source joining in curtailment of sale enlargement, production cost. To seek cost saving or reform in logistics class that is last area of pursuit of profits within ancient city life in the fast lane from these viewpoint, importance of study that integrates and manages international logistics bases supply neck walk is emphasized. Specially, to meet on in terms of competitive power security regarding curtailment of logistics cost is available through link between logistics bases, various consumer's request, merchandise and service logistics management that supply fixed quantity as is reliable in right place at good season was embossed by point game plan of business management, and SCM efficiency anger of mortification international logistics activity importance of study that see at that dominate competitive advantage point bring. This study analyzes interrelation and presents model for integration of international logistics bases supply network with supply network habit at factor and supply chain, and supply network activity in integration of supply chain process and production. Also, it establishes following method of study to achieve study purpose for actual proof analysis for integration sequence of international logistics bases supply network. Specially, immersion of network and supply network, very high interrelation appeared by thing which is with international logistics base supply network integration. The integration of international logistics base supply network means that the enterprises which give trust and sincerity deal with market environment change positively and can decide proceeding of various cooperative work. Also, it means the possibility by necessity of cooperative relation and interdependence to continuous immersion and normative immersion, for the maintain of long business relations.

생체 기에 대한 피동공명적인 연구 (Study on the wave resonance-stimultion and receptionfor the BIO-KI)

  • The present condition of study on the wave-resonance for the bio-KI is observed. And the probroms of reception attendent on the stimulation of wave is observed centering around the sensory organ. The results is as follows: In the wave-resonant stand point, the tendency of studying on KI is showed in the several field all over the world. Because it is originated radionics, the wave-resonant tools of MRA insistenting minute-magnetism-resonance-apparatus need the more severe data in the side of electric circuit. The wave resonance apparatus according to the frequency occurance transmits low-frequency's vibration ratio to the electric stimulating aspect. The wave-water is considered on the application of wave-resonance transcription on the water, and needs the comprehension of torsion-field level. The wave-stimulation of the bio-KI and the reception of the sensory-organ is observed the connection of the sensory-organ and it's corresponding wave. The informations recorded in the wave are distinguished patternly. And the several shaping waves transmit the informations each other through the resonnance. The wave theory is explained the LEE(理) as the wave-pattern and the KI(氣) as the revelation of the patterned-wave in the LEE-KI theory(理氣論), moreover the SHIN(神) as the information of the wave-pattern and the KI as the energy of the wave and the JEUNG(精) as the material of the wave in the JEUNG-KI-SHIN theory(精氣神論). In this point, the study on the wave-resonance of bio-KI is thought that it is significantly in the study method for oriental medicine. The sum of the wave makes the moving body and forms the universe. It means that the several wave patterns gather and form new field. The pattern is a kind of the information and the information is not materially. The information of wave-pattern is the arrangement and the combination of the material source.

  • Background: The intermittent delta activity in electroencephalographies (EEGs) of patients with focal brain lesions has been reported to be a marker of an epileptogenic focus. This study investigated the concordance between the current source distribution (CSD) of the interictal epileptiform discharges (IEDs) and that of the background delta frequency bands (DFBs) of the scalp EEG. Methods: We collected scalp EEGs of 13 patients with focal epilepsy that contained uniregional IEDs and unilateral delta to theta slow waves. We applied a distributed source model using LORETA$^{(R)}$ to determine the CSD of the peak points of the IEDs and the DFBs of the background activity. Results: The CSDs of the DFBs were ipsilateral to the CSDs of the peak point of the averaged IEDs in ten patients, and bilateral with ipsilateral predominance in three patients. In the cases with an ipsilateral CSD of the DFB, 8 of 10 patients had concordance of the CSD localization between the averaged IED and the DFB. In the cases with bilateral CSD of the DFB, 2 of 3 patients had concordance of the CSD localization between the averaged IED and the DFB. Conclusions: The CSD localization and lateralization appear to be concordant between the IEDs and the DFB of background activity in epileptic patients. Therefore, the CSD of the DFB in EEGs with visually observable slow activities may predict those of IEDs.

Computation of Aeolian Tones from Twin-Cylinders Using Immersed Surface Dipole Sources

  • Efficient numerical method is developed for the prediction of aerodynamic noise generation and propagation in low Mach number flows such as aeolian tone noise. The proposed numerical method is based on acoustic/viscous splitting techniques of which acoustic solvers use simplified linearised Euler equations, full linearised Euler equations and nonlinear perturbation equations as acoustic governing equations. All of acoustic equations are forced with immersed surface dipole model which is developed for the efficient computation of aerodynamic noise generation and propagation in low Mach number flows in which dipole source, originating from unsteady pressure fluctuation on a solid surface, is known to be more efficient than quadrupole sources. Multi-scale overset grid technique is also utilized to resolve the complex geometries. Initially, aeolian tone from single cylinder is considered to examine the effects that the immersed surface dipole models combined with the different acoustic governing equations have on the overall accuracy of the method. Then, the current numerical method is applied to the simulation of the aeolian tones from twin cylinders aligned perpendicularly to the mean flow and separated 3 diameters between their centers. In this configuration, symmetric vortices are shed from twin cylinders, which leads to the anti-phase of the lift dipoles and the in-phase of the drag dipoles. Due to these phase differences, the directivity of the fluctuating pressure from the lift dipoles shows the comparable magnitude with that from the drag dipoles at 10 diameters apart from the origin. However, the directivity at 100 diameters shows that the lift-dipole originated noise has larger magnitude than, but still comparable to, that of the drag-dipole one. Comparison of the numerical results with and without mean flow effects on the acoustic wave emphasizes the effects of the sheared background flows around the cylinders on the propagating acoustic waves, which is not generally considered by the classic acoustic analogy methods. Through the comparison of the results using the immersed surface dipole models with those using point sources, it is demonstrated that the current methods can allow for the complex interactions between the acoustic wave and the solid wall and the effects of the mean flow on the acoustic waves.

비접촉 암호 분석용 루프 프로브 설계 및 전자파 신호 측정 (Loop Probe Design and Measurement of Electromagnetic Wave Signal for Contactless Cryptographic Analysis)

  • 본 논문은 스마트카드에서 방사되는 전자파를 이용한 암호 분석용 소형 루프 프로브 설계와 프로브에 유기된 전자파 신호의 분석에 관한 연구이다. 암호 분석용 프로브는 일반적인 전자장 측정용 프로브와는 다르다. 그 이유는 제시된 프로브의 목적은 암호 장비의 비밀 키 해독에 필요한 정보를 얻기 위함이기 때문이다. 스마트카드에서 발생된 파형을 분석하여서 전자파 공격을 시도하기 때문에 프로브에 유기된 전압의 파형과 IC 칩에서 발생된 파형은 가능한 한 서로 동일해야 한다. 그 목적을 위해서 전자파를 이용한 암호 분석, 신호원의 근사 모델링, 암호 분석용 프로브의 특징, 전자파 신호 측정 그리고 프로브의 교정에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 스마트카드 칩의 소비 전력 신호와 제안된 프로브를 이용한 전자파 신호를 측정하고 두 신호를 EMA의 관점에서 비교하였다. ARIA 알고리즘을 적용하여 제안된 비접촉 암호 분석용 프로브의 적합성 여부를 실험적으로 확인하였다.

설상사주 형성조건 하에 있는 3차원투과성잠제 주변에서 내부유속변동의 특성 (Characteristics of Velocity Fields around 3-Dimensional Permeable Submerged Breakwaters under the Conditions of Salient Formation)

  • 본 연구는 투과성잠제 배후에서 형성되는 설상사주의 주요외력으로 작용하는 평균유속, 연안류 및 난류운동에너지 등을 포함한 유속장의 특성을 수치적으로 검토하였다. 또한, 연안류에 의한 수송유량으로부터 해안선의 지형변동도 예측하였다. 수치해석에는 오픈소스 CFD 코드인 OLAFOAM에 기초한 3차원수치파동수조에 설상사주의 형성조건 하에 있는 투과성잠제를 설치하여 수치실험을 수행하였다. 수치실험에서는 규칙파의 조건 하에서 잠제의 개구폭 및 설치위치에 따른 잠제 주변에서 유속변동의 특성을 평가하였다. 수치실험 결과로부터 잠제의 개구폭이 넓을수록 강한 연안류가 형성됨과 동시에 수송유량이 증가하고, 개구폭이 좁을수록 연안류가 수렴되는 지점이 제간부에서 제두부로 이동함을 확인하였으며, 이로부터 잠제 배후에 형성되는 설상사주의 형성원인을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한, 잠제 사이의 개구폭 및 잠제와 해안선 사이의 거리에 따라 연안류는 해안선에서 난류운동에너지의 변화와 밀접한 관계를 가지는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Overview of new developments in satellite geophysics in 'Earth system' research

  • Space-borne Earth observation technique is one of the most cost effective and rapidly advancing Earth science research tools today and the potential field and micro-wave radar applications have been leading the discipline. The traditional optical imaging systems including the well known Landsat, NOAA - AVHRR, SPOT, and IKONOS have steadily improved spatial imaging resolution but increasing cloud covers have the major deterrent. The new Earth observation satellites ENVISAT (launched on March 1 2002, specifically for Earth environment observation), ALOS (planned for launching in 2004 - 2005 period and ALOS stands for Advanced Land Observation Satellite), and RADARSAT-II (planned for launching in 2005) all have synthetic aperture radar (SAR) onboard, which all have partial or fully polarimetric imaging capabilities. These new types of polarimetric imaging radars with repeat orbit interferometric capabilities are opening up completely new possibilities in Earth system science research, in addition to the radar altimeter and scatterometer. The main advantage of a SAR system is the all weather imaging capability without Sun light and the newly developed interferometric capabilities, utilizing the phase information in SAR data further extends the observation capabilities of directional surface covers and neotectonic surface displacements. In addition, if one can utilize the newly available multiple frequency polarimetric information, the new generation of space-borne SAR systems is the future research tool for Earth observation and global environmental change monitoring. The potential field strength decreases as a function of the inverse square of the distance between the source and the observation point and geophysicists have traditionally been reluctant to make the potential field observation from any space-borne platforms. However, there have recently been a number of potential field missions such as ASTRID-2, Orsted, CHAMP, GRACE, GOCE. Of course these satellite sensors are most effective for low spatial resolution applications. For similar objects, AMPERE and NPOESS are being planned by the United States and France. The Earth science disciplines which utilize space-borne platforms most are the astronomy and atmospheric science. However in this talk we will focus our discussion on the solid Earth and physical oceanographic applications. The geodynamic applications actively being investigated from various space-borne platforms geological mapping, earthquake and volcano .elated tectonic deformation, generation of p.ecise digital elevation model (DEM), development of multi-temporal differential cross-track SAR interferometry, sea surface wind measurement, tidal flat geomorphology, sea surface wave dynamics, internal waves and high latitude cryogenics including sea ice problems.
