Seymour Chwast, who has worked in various fields as in illustrator, graphic designer, and art director since 1950's, opened a new possibility in the field of visual design. Pushpin Graphics, founded by Chwast and his collegues, played a vital role in experimentation based on their creativity and courage. Amazingly enough his field covers Illustration, graphic design, poster, typography, and publication. His works, in which he sa tired people or events severely using his own lanb'Uage styit', appeals public powerfully and is remembered for a long time. He gives various forms to his creative ideas throughout many fields he deals with including caricature, giving all designers fresh and b'Teat inspiration. The fact that Chwast dose not limit himself to anyone style but uses various styles freely indicates his creative thinking process. The Creative Thinking, which is embedded in all his works, is so interesting and tactful that it may fulfill the requirement of the times, which wants to see something new and epochmaking. The aim of this study is to find creativity of Chwast's new visual language and its meaning through the analysis of unique caricatures among his works based on his philosophy, creative work process, and, particularly, creative thinking.

In recent years, Chinese government established 4 pilot zones at Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian. The national marine development pilot zones policy is formed in order to promote development of Chinese marine economy, as if Chinese government selected 4 special economic zones as the policy experiment areas for economic structural reform at the beginning stage of reform and opening-up. This article utilizes the policy-making theory of Incrementalism Model and aims at searching for the essence, historical formation process, implementation state, implications of 4 Chinese marine economic development pilot zones policy. Moreover, the prospect of their future development is analyzed. The marine pilot zone policy has the following features: new development model with advanced industries and sciences & technology, highly civil participation, plural policy goals. These research results would be able to contribute not only to getting better understanding of China's marine industry policy, but also to drawing lessons for the construction of Korea's marine economic special zone in the viewpoint of policy transfer.
Printmaking is a field of fine arts and is placed on a vague boundary that is perceived as a commercial product with a popular character due to the speciality of editions. Advances of modern science and technology has developed a new technique of printmaking, and the fusion of printmaking and computer has shown the possibility of reproduction art. Reproduction printmaking has been heavily influenced by photography and extended areas, and the various forms of printing have brought about many changes and attempts by stimulating the possibilities of indirect art at various angles. As the history of printmaking and technology closely relate, the development of computer makes widespread expansion of plural artistry, technological and artistic change. A new conceptual shape can be created on the copied image simply by placing the material of the print on the smoothly flat surface expressed in digital form. The process and the result of such work show the area of unique work which is different from the value of the $\grave{a}$ la carte art or the characteristics of the material given by the print. The deprecated perception of reproducibility evaluated the value of the work in a direct sense of printmaking. It is undeniable that it is devalued by a bundle of works regardless of the value of each edition. However, the physical properties of the prints on the paper are brought up with hand drawings drawn on the canvas by hand. And it becomes an opportunity to show new aspect and change through the process of combining digital print information on paper. The diversity of media is sometimes a controversy of identity between art and technology. In the future, it should be discussed how the limit of the media which can be enjoyed in the field of art can be set as a standard.
The objective of this study is to find out how reality game shows, the relatively new television genre, produce a sense of reality and what differences we can find from the reality they produce in compared to that of traditional reality television shows. The researchers anaylized , aired in 2013and 2014 by tvN, with focus on the show's studio setting and characters in the show. During this process, the 'game elements' and 'reality factor' were considered to be the key words. Finally, the reality produces was examined from two aspects: the production and reception. As a result, we found that the reality it produces is more than just a imitation of the real world. It shuttles between the game world and real world, and encourages audiences to recognize the plural realities in our postmodern society. We hope this study stimulates further researches on reality game show genre, which had rarely gained academic attention.
UCC, an abbreviation for User Created Contents, is not only a symbol of desire but also a product of creativity that a producer contains his or her subjective disposition. More and more UCC tend to have significantly increased in Web 2.0 environment. However, the research on the contents as a creative product has rarely been processed. It may be fairly said that this results in the indifference of researchers in the special field like the political contents since UCC is usually produced by amateurs. Producers' various desire is unlikely revealed, which leads to the flow of users into open media such as the Internet. It could also be available to represent the property, of plural visual language signs in a field. Moreover, UCC has the attribute of re-mediation in effective communication, so the differences between the semiotic properties in the Internet contents could be a significant material for researches. This could contribute to establish a theoretical system for the visual communication. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the signification of the political video UCC, . To develop this analysis, I apply Greimas' Generative Trajectory of Signification Theory to the text, or the UCC. He classifies it as three structures: deep structure, superficial structure, and discourse structure. As a result, the text shows meaningful contents delivering core political messages. In addition, this approach could exam that 'Obama Syndrome' in American recent presidential campaigns is caused by web 2.0 based on Internet campaigns including video UCC.

To aim at improving performance and reflecting user's needs of retrieval, the number of researches has been actively conducted in recent year as the quantity of information and generation of the web pages exceedingly increase. One of alternative approaches can be a tagging system. It makes users be able to provide a representation of metadata including writings, pictures, and movies etc. called tag and be convenient in use of retrieval of internet resources. Tags similar to keywords play a critical role in maintaining target pages. However, they still needs time consuming labors to annotate tags, which sometimes are found to be a hinderance caused by overuse of tagging. In this paper, we present an automatic tagging scheme for a solution of current tagging system conveying drawbacks and inconveniences. To realize the approach, face recognition-based tagging system on SNS is proposed by building a face area detection procedure, linear-based classification and boosting algorithm. The proposed novel approach of tagging service can increase possibilities that utilized SNS more efficiently. Experimental results and performance analysis are shown as well.
Contemporary art make-up is being widely developed in line with the trends of individualization and differentiation departing from basic desires or logical thinking about the desires of human beings who ultimately pursue beauty and experiencing diversified convergence and integration befitting customer needs. Cubism that has been playing a central role at the center of art history in the $20^{th}$ century can act as a good material based on creativity with regard to expression of the art make-up. In this regard, the study was focused on creating new concepts of design and novel areas of expression by combining expressive methods of cubism with art make-up to suggest an art mask. As for a method of the study, cubism and art make-up were examined based on preceding studies, Internet data and technical books, and the expression method of cubism was divided into plural points of view, partition of shape and collage and motivated the works of Picasso for the purpose of art mask-converged design. As a result of the study, it was found out that the expression method of cubism was applicable to the art make-up, and creative art make-up converged design could be generated to make a suggestion. In this regard, it is hoped that further studies will be facilitated and that this study can be instrumental in developing art make-up design.
Proxy signatures is a signature scheme that an original signer delegates one's signature capability to a proxy signer, and then the proxy signer creates a signature on behalf of the original signer. Delegation of authority is a common practice in the real world, in particular, it happens naturally in hierarchical groups such as company, bank and army, etc. In this paper, we propose a new dynamic multi-proxy signature scheme allowing repetitive delegations in a hierarchical group. We adopt multi-proxy signatures to enhance the security of proxy signature. In multi-proxy signatures, plural proxy signers can generate a valid proxy signature collectively on behalf of one original signer. In our scheme, the proxy group is not fixed but constructed dynamically according to some situations. Delegations are processed from higher level to lower level in the hierarchy using delegation tickets. When the original signer wants to delegate one's signature authority, the original signer generates a delegation ticket based on secret sharing and Diffie-Hellman problems. The delegation ticket is shared among proxy signers and then all the proxy signers can generate a valid proxy signature collectively by reconstructing the original signer's delegation ticket. If a certain proxy signer can not attend the proxy signature generating protocol, the proxy signer can also delegate repetitively his partial signature authority to the lower level participants, and then the proxies are constructed dynamically.
In this paper, we examined the issues of the discussions on the subject of doublets. In general, as a definition, the use of doublets refer to a pair of words which have a common etymon, but also to a pair of words or grammatical morphemes that have the same meaning and similar forms of the word. In this paper, we have seen that a typical pairing word is a pair of words with a common etymology. Generally speaking, it is possible to divide doublets into subtypes depending on the identified similarities or differences in the meaning or form. The most distant type from the typical type of doublets is a pair of words that do not have a common etymon, but have the same meaning and are similar in form. The second issue about doublets is whether doublets include only words. For example, if some josas (postpositions or particles) have a common etymon, then it is noted that they can be accepted as a kind of doublets. In the case of suffixes, it may be possible to recognize the suffixes as doublets if they have a common etymon. In other words, it is not necessary to recognize the suffixes as doublets because the derivatives which are derived by the suffixes can be accepted as doublets. In the case of endings, it may be possible to recognize a pair of endings which have the same meaning and the common etymon as a doublet. Otherwise, the word forms to which the endings are combined can be accepted likewise as doublets. However, considering the fact that the endings typically in use in the Korean language may have syntactic properties, the endings should be considered as doublets rather than the words which have the endings. Finally, we conclude that there may be some debate as to whether stem doublets or ending doublets belong to a lexical item in the lexicon. It can be said that they are plural underlying forms and may be deserving of further research.
This study reviewed how the appraisal process of the research records of the cases of Australia and the United States can be planed and managed. As the records schedule includes the list of core records and the appropriate disposal instructions, as well as the fact that it is a critical records management tool, the records schedule was considered for the basis of the research records appraisal system. The results of this study are as follows. First, the research records have to be appraised by research project because research is carried out into project units, and records management is effective when combined with the business practice and basic structure of the operating system. Second, the research institutions have to plan and manage one general disposal schedule and plural disposal schedules in the different research divisions. Finally, the characteristics of research style and the research record of each research institution should be recognized. Moreover, there is a need to link the research appraisal process of each research institution and the national records management system because the research records of public research institutions are public goods. Although various cases were not analyzed, this study is significant that the meaning and role of the research records schedule was reorganized. Also, a discriminatory records schedule according to the characteristics of research records was suggested.
