It is likely that the Internet play a significant role in international marketing strategies. Especially small and medium sized enterprises that have suffered from lack of resources and information, are able to make the best use of information technology to overcome various barriers. The purpose of this study is to explore the availability of the Internet as a means for small and medium sized firms to enter into international markets. To do this we reviewed previous researches on obstacles faced by small and medium sized firms to go abroad. And we suggest that the Internet marketing can be used as an entry mode to foreign markets and some tasks should be executed to gain competitive advantage. Finally some public policies to support SMEs' internationalization are indicated

Two types of aggressive behavior were produced by selective breeding in ICR mimce. NC900 line mice exhibited high level of species-typical, isolation-induced aggression, conversely, NC100 line mice exhibited little aggression. The present study tested the hypothesis that these differences involved brain monoamine systems. Comparisons of microdissected samples from various brain regions showed that NC100 line mice had significantly lower concentrations of dopamine. DOPAC and HVA in the nucleus accumbens (NAB) and caudate nucleus (NCU) than NC900 line. Homogenate binding studies demonstrated that NC100 mice had significantly increased density of $D_1$ dopamine receptor, but not $D_2$ dopamine receptor in the caudate nucleus. These results support the hypothesis that central dopamine pathways play an important role in modulating the genetically selected differences in aggressive behavior, and of which intensity differs from TEX>$D_1$\;and\;$D_2$ dopamine receptors.

The primary objective of this study is to find out how housing characteristics have been changed through a recent move. Two hundreds and thrity households in Cheongju City who made a move during 1990 are selected for the empherical study. The findings show that almost families moved to the dwelling with similar or better conditions than the previous ones. The patterns of housing characteristics changed through a move play the role as an intervening variable between family characteristics and changes in housing satisfaction. Also, the results in general support the concepts of housing adjustment theory. There is a small number of low income families who moved to dwelling with worse conditions. Presumably constraints might prevent their housing adjustment behavior.

As the number of digital content service providers increases, a variety of digital rights management (DRM) systems appear without supporting interoperability. The lack of interoperability in DRM systems causes inconvenience to customers, especially when they want to play content through multiple devices manufactured by different vendors. In this letter, we propose a novel method to support interoperability between different DRM systems. The proposed technique aims to build an open framework structure which satisfies DRM vendors' requirements by enhancing the security of intellectual property management and the protection tools.

This paper presents the numerical prediction of airflow-induced sound in DVD drives. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is first conducted to evaluate flow field characteristics due to the high-speed disk rotation, and to support the acoustic analysis. The acoustic analogy based on Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings (FW-H) equation is adopted to predict aeroacoustic noise patterns. The integral solution for quadrupole volume source is included to identify the turbulence noise generated inside the DVD tray. Near-field noise is strongly affected by the flow field characteristic, which is caused by the complex shape of the tray. For a mid-field, the quadrupole noise play as a counterpart of thickness noise or loading noise, resulting in a different pattern compared with those in the near field.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the viability of simulating one dialect with the speech segments of another dialect through prosody cloning. The hypothesis is that, among Korean regional dialects, it is not the segmental differences but the prosodic differences that play a major role in authentic dialect perception. This work intends to support the hypothesis by simulating Masan dialect with the speech segments from Seoul dialect. The dialect simulation was performed by transplanting the prosodic features of Masan utterances unto the same utterances produced by a Seoul speaker. Thus, the simulated Masan utterances were composed of Seoul speech segments but their prosody came from the original Masan utterances. The prosodic features involved were the fundamental frequency contour, the segmental durations, and the intensity contour. The simulated Masan utterances were evaluated by four native Masan speakers and the role of prosody in dialect authentication and speech synthesis was discussed.

This paper propose a control network system based on IEEE1394 for a multi body robot control. The IEEE1394 has the characteristic of high speed(400Mbps), real-time, stability and plug&play. And IEEE1394 also supports freeform daisy chaining, branching and hot plugging, which reduce cabling complexity and make a system simple. Especially, multi host and broad casting support network data sharing method which is suitable for control network for multi body robot. Through experiment, we show that the proposed control network can interface 48 joints (BLDC motors, gears, and encoders) and four 6-axis force/torque sensors with 4Khz communication bandwidth, which is adequate for a multi body robot.

Rice Fields have provided large areas of open water for centuries in regions with a variety of rice-growing cultures, and, in addition to producing rice also provide other animal and/or plant food sources and medicinal plants, thus acting as wetland systems and helping to sustain livelihoods and human well-being in these regions. Also rice fields in many parts of the world support important wetland biodiversity, such as reptiles, amphibians, fish, crustacean, insects and mollusca, and play a significant ole in water-bird flyways and the conservation of water-bird populations. The purpose of this study is to find a way conservation of rice fields in connection with paddies's laws, for example, amend the Conservation of Wetlands Law or legislate for the conservation of paddies.

The vibration modes of resilient mounting system and foundation structure which support diesel engine/generator set and acoustic enclosure walls play an important role in the vibration transmission process. So, it is necessary to perform vibration mode analysis of resilient mounting system and foundation structure. For some reasons, if the vibration modal analysis of resilient mounting system and foundation structure of acoustic enclosure could be simultaneously done by finite element method, it would be very efficient approach. In this paper, vibration modal analysis method using finite element method for multi stage mounting system having n d.o.f model was proposed. Vibration analysis of single and double stage resilient mounting system was performed to verify the validity of the proposed method. Also frequency response results were compared in case of rigid foundation model and finite element foundation model which was compared with experimental modal analysis results.

This paper rejuvenates the existing discussion on the importance of cluster approach to industry development strategies. Current evidences suggest that the shape of economic policy and practice is changing significantly around the world. Governments continually search for new tools and policy formulas to improve economic performance and create economic prosperity for all citizens. In this context a more proactive and strategic role for government in support of the cluster-based economic development model has emerged. This paper uses Singapore's petrochemical industry as an example to study the cluster approach to industry development. In doing so, there is much optimism to the importance of state and its institutions to play a significant role on industry development. Nevertheless, the study also raises doubts on whether the cluster-based strategy is due to the concept itself or due to other important factors.
