This paper proposes a composite form of fuzzy adaptive control plan based on a robust observer. The fuzzy 2D control gains are regulated by the parameters in the LMIs. Then, control and learning performance indices with weight matrices are constructed as the cost functions, which allows the regulation of the trade-off between the two performance by setting appropriate weight matrices. The design of 2D control gains is equivalent to the LMIs-constrained multi-objective optimization problem under dual performance indices. By using this proposed smart tracking design via fuzzy nonlinear criterion, the data link can be further extended. To evaluate the performance of the controller, the proposed controller was compared with other control technologies. This ensures the execution of the control program used to track position and trajectory in the presence of great model uncertainty and external disturbances. The performance of monitoring and control is verified by quantitative analysis. The goals of this paper are towards access to adequate, safe and affordable housing and basic services, promotion of inclusive and sustainable urbanization and participation, implementation of sustainable and disaster-resilient buildings, sustainable human settlement planning and manage. Therefore, the goal is believed to achieved in the near future by the ongoing development of AI and control theory.

The national spatial information systems project which is promoted by our country has been extended from existing 2-D geographic information to 3-D spatial information as the basic geo-spatial Information. Most of the construction of the ground geo-spatial information are completed or underway, on the other hand, the construction of the subsurface geo-spatial information has difficulty caused by the lack of the drilling data characterizing the subsurface. In terms of the construction of the geo-spatial information of the subsurface, the subsurface information is constructed and managed by the domestic institutions, but the subsurface information which is possessed by the institutions was not shared mutually so it is managed inefficiently. This study presented the 3-D national underground information DB design by dividing with the ground DB item which configures the state of the ground and the soil DB item which configures the state of the soil in order to increase the efficiency of the construction of the subsurface spatial information. The implementation & utilization of the national underground information application technology was reviewed by applying the constructed DB to the actual model area, and the national underground information knowledge-based community establishment plan was presented.
It is investigated that there exists the possibility of the false target signals induced by reverberation in an active sonar system due to the internal waves in shallow water. The rays down-refracted from the internal waves may generate strong bottom-reverberation signals, which can result in false target signals. Sound waves emitted from a source propagate 3-dimensionally. Therefore, the study of internal waves on the reverberation should be studied for azimuthal direction as well as 2-dimensional (r-z) plane. Internal-wave modelling was conducted, based on solitons which were predicted with the various conditions such as, the range of source-soliton, horizontal widths of soliton. Variable depth sonar (VDS) was assumed as a source, of which the depth was located in the minimum sound speed layer in a simulation environment. Finally, the simulation on the reverberation level with time was made based on ray-based reverberation model, and the results implied that several false-target signals could be displayed on the PPI(Plan Position Indicator) scope simultaneously with range from source to soliton, and the horizontal width of soliton.
The process of physical therapy uses a problem-solving approach to enhance a patients's functioning status. The International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health(ICF) is the common concept for the functioning in the world. Physical therapists require the ability to identify problems, formulate hypothesis, and plan intervention strategies through clinical reasoning. In the clinical process, physical therapists need to use standard and common languages in speech and in documentation. The purpose of this study was to suggest the process of making strategy for efficient intervention, examining and evaluating the functional problem of the person with stroke using ICF tools. For the first step in this process model, therapists could list the information relating to functional problems used by the ICF Core set and then could identify the interaction among the problems using the ICF assessment sheet. For the next step, therapist is needed to make the hypothesis and hypothesis testing, and then set a primary functional goals and therapeutic goals in detail after prioritizing the problems to be managed based on the problem list. Finally, after setting the identified problems as the purpose of intervention through the hypothesis testing, therapist could do some intervention after making a plan to solve these problems, and find out the outcomes using the ICF evaluation display. This report illustrates how to apply the process based on ICF concept into physical therapy practice. Making a decision for the most efficient intervention requires that therapists use the clinical reasoning process based on ICF concept.

This study intends to develop a GIS-based environmental assesment technique for environmental friendly road route plan using a spatial analysis function. After embodying an impact range based on the analysis of factors which cause the environmental damage by the road construction, a literature survey on a diverse grading cases and legal regulations was conducted. As a quantitative model for the spatial analysis, AHP was selected. As the environmental assessment, 8 items such as topography & geology, animals & plants, soil ecology, water quality, air quality, noise, land use, and landscape were selected. and then finally classified into three-grades using a pairwise comparison of the alate collected by a questionnaire surveying, weighting values were applied to there 8 items. The highest weight value, the grade 1 among eight was 0.191 for animals & plants. As the result of verifying the above method for the case region, the most environment-friendly road route could be generated.

This article aims to explain the concept and characteristics of the 'Intelligent Science Lab', which is being promoted nationwide in Korea since 2021. The Korean Ministry of Education creates a master plan containing a vision for science education every five years. The most recently announced '4th Master plan for science education (2020-2024)' emphasizes the policy of setting up an 'intelligent science lab' in all elementary and secondary schools as an online and offline space for scientific inquiry using advanced technologies, such as Internet of Things and Augmented and Virtual Reality. The 'Intelligent Science Lab' project is being pursued in two main directions: (1) developing an online platform named 'Intelligent Science Lab-ON' that supports science inquiry classes, and (2) building a science lab space in schools that encourages active student participation while utilizing the online platform. This article presents the key features of the 'Intelligent Science Lab-ON' and the characteristics of intelligent science lab spaces newly built in schools. Furthermore, it introduces inquiry-based science learning programs developed for intelligent science labs. These programs include scientific inquiry activities in which students generate and collect data ('data generation' type), utilize datasets provided by the online platform ('data utilization' type), or utilize open and public data sources ('open data source' type). The Intelligent Science Lab project is expected to not only encourage students to engage in scientific inquiry that solves individual and social problems based on real data, but also contribute to presenting a model of online and offline linked scientific inquiry lessons required in the post-COVID-19 era.
While previous studies on Crowd funding mainly focused on the plan and policy of the introduction of Crowd funding, this study classified Investment Decision Making criterion and proposed the significance of each factor, leading to results that can help investors practically. According to the analysis, (1) physical resource in business is the most important criterion to be considered as the way for investor to objectively make decisions on business model, (2) although people pay attention to the managerial capabilities of business, the creativity of business model is not being paid much attention. The result of this study can objectively determine investment decision making on business model thought a quantitative standard of judgment. Moreover, an environment should be built for healthy decision making which is based on business model instead of only product, and it is necessary to have institutional framework to enable new companies to have healthy competition with existing companies through creative business model.

The global rise in atmospheric $CO_2$ concentration and its associated climate change have significant effects on agricultural productivity and hydrological cycle. For food security and agricultural water resources planning, it is critical to investigate the impact of climate change on changes in agricultural productivity and water consumption. APEX-Paddy model, which is the modified version of APEX (Agricultural Policy/Environmental eXtender) model for paddy ecosystem, was used to evaluate rice productivity and evapotranspiration based on climate change scenario. Two study areas (Gimjae, Icheon) were selected and the input dataset was obtained from the literature. RCP (Representitive Concentration Pathways) based climate change scenarios were provided by KMA (Korean Meteorological Administration). Rice yield data from 1997 to 2015 were used to validate APEX-Paddy model. The effects of climate change were evaluated at a 30-year interval, such as the 1990s (historical, 1976~2005), the 2025s (2011~2040), the 2055s (2041~2070), and the 2085s (2071~2100). Climate change scenarios showed that the overall evapotranspiration in the 2085s reduced from 10.5 % to 16.3 %. The evaporations were reduced from 15.6 % to 21.7 % due to shortend growth period, the transpirations were reduced from 0.0% to 24.2 % due to increased $CO_2$ concentration and shortend growth period. In case of rice yield, in the 2085s were reduced from 6.0% to 25.0 % compared with the ones in the 1990s. The findings of this study would play a significant role as the basics for evaluating the vulnerability of paddy rice productivity and water management plan against climate change.

This paper considers that advanced planning and scheduling (APS) in manufacturing and the efficient purchasing where each customer order has its due date and multi-suppliers exit We present a Make-ToOrder Supply Chan (MTOSC) model of efficient purchasing process from multi-suppliers and APS with outsourcing in a supply chain, which requires the absolute due date and minimized total cost. Our research has included two states. One is for efficient purchasing from suppliers: (a) selection of suppliers for required parts; (b) optimum part leadtime of selected suppliers. Supplier selection process has received considerable attention in the businessmanagement literature. Determining suitable suppliers in the supply chain has become a key strategic consideration. However, the nature of these decisions usually is complex and unstructured. These influence factors can be divided into quantitative and qualitative factors. In the first level, linguistic values are used to assess the ratings for the qualitative factors such as profitability, relationship closeness and quality. In the second level a MTOSC model determines the solutions (supplier selection and order quantity) by considering quantitative factors such as part unit price, supplier's lead-time, and storage cost, etc. The other is for APS: (a) selection of the best machine for each operation; (b) deciding sequence of operations; (c) picking out the operations to be outsourcing; and (d) minimizing makespan under the due date of each customer's order. To solve the model, a genetic algorithm (GA)-based heuristic approach is developed. From the numerical experiments, GAbased approach could efficiently solve the proposed model, and show the best process plan and schedule for all customers' orders.

The purpose of this study was to present a prediction model that reflects crime risk area analysis, including factors and spatial characteristics, as a precursor to preparing an alternative plan for crime prevention and design. This analysis of criminal cases in high-risk areas revealed clusters in which approximately 25% of the cases within the study area occurred, distributed evenly throughout the region. This means that using a multiple linear regression model might overestimate the crime rate in some regions and underestimate in others. It also suggests that the number of deserted houses in an analyzed region has a negative relationship with the dependent variable, based on the multiple linear regression model results, and can also have different influences depending on the region. These results reveal that closure signs in a study area affect the dependent variable differently, depending on the region, rather than a simple or direct relationship with the dependent variable, as indicated by the results of the multiple linear regression model.
