The Types of Clothing Shopping Value and the Classification of Consumer group by Shopping Values

  • The main purpose of this research was to examine what were the factors of shopping value that consumers perceived, if there is any difference between male and female, and if male and female consumer group were divided into different groups according to the pursuing shopping value type. Data were solicited from convenience sample of 347 adults(156 male and 191 female) who were between 19 to 49 years of age. Sources for the sample were companies and apartment complexes and several colleges in Seoul and Chonan to diversify by such demographics as age and social status. The statistical methods used for this study are factor analysis and cluster analysis and Scheffe test using a SPSS 10.00 GLM. The main findings are as follows: First, four dimensions of clothing shopping values were identified as pleasure, planned, leisure, and convenience value. For male, it appeared in the order of pleasure, leisure, planned, and convenience shopping value and for female, it appeared in the order of pleasure, planned, leisure, and convenience shopping value. The most important subdimension of clothing shopping value was 'pursuing pleasure' and the least important one was 'convenience' regardless of gender. Second, three types of consumer groups for male & female were identified. For male consumers, it appeared as planned, leisure/convenience, and pleasure pursuing group. For female consumers, it appeared as pleasure, convenience, and leisure shopping pursuing group. Here, pleasure is a common factors to affect shopping itself free from gender, but male does shopping with plan and female with pleasure.

Exploratory Study on Consumer's Hedonic Value for Retail Advertising and Marketing Plans: Based on In-depth Interview on Consumer's Shopping Experience

  • Going shopping would be a very reasoned and well-planned activity, however, at the same time, it would not. People may go shopping just for fun and as their leisure. The motivations for going shopping and their experiences cannot be fully explained with the economic utility or the information-processing model. Thus, this study explored the hedonic aspect of the experiences of shopping as an alternative explanation to consumers' motivations of shopping and discussed retail advertising and marketing plans. An in-depth interview was conducted to obtain a better understanding about hedonic value, and it was found that hedonic value affects a consumer's shopping experience and that understanding consumers' motivations for shopping and establishing competitive advertising and marketing plans is important in drawing more consumers. Strategic implications for establishing further retail advertising and marketing plans obtained from the findings were also suggested.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 의류상품정보 제시방법에따른 쇼핑가치와 만족 (Shopping Value and Satisfaction by Presentation Formats of Apparel Products -Information on Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study investigates the effectiveness of fashion coordination presentation formats when people buy apparel products online. This study conducted an online survey with 595 females who shopped online at the simulated website by a single apparel plan picture (n=189), coordination plane picture (n=187), and 3-D coordination image (n=216). For data analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, MANCOVA, ANOVA, Duncan test, correlation analysis, and chi-square are used. The results of this study are: First, the hedonic shopping value was significantly the highest when respondents shopped at a 3-D coordination image shopping mall, the next highest-scored presentation type was the coordination plane picture, and the case of presenting only the single apparel picture was significantly the lowest. The utilitarian shopping value and information shopping value were higher in the coordination plane picture and the 3-D coordination image shopping mall than the single apparel picture. Second, transactions satisfaction was high when respondents shopped at a 3-D coordination image, coordination plane image, and single apparel image in decreasing order.

The Effect of Shopping Orientation on Cosmetic Attribute Evaluation, Purchase Motivation, and Re-purchase Intention

  • The Purpose of the current study is to investigate the differences in cosmetics attribute evaluation, purchase motivation, and brand re-purchase intention with respect to shopping orientations of Korean female university students. Questionnaires were distributed to 250 female students at Kyungpook National University and 220 completed questionnaires were analyzed. The results were as follows. First, shopping orientations and cosmetics attribute evaluation each generated four factor solutions, whereas cosmetics purchase motivations produced three factors. Second, three consumer groups - Efficiency Shopper Group, Indifference Shopper Group Ambivalence Shopper Group - with different shopping orientations were identified. Third, the study found significant differences in consumers' attribute evaluation such as function and price among the groups. The study also revealed a significant difference in contingent purchase motivations and brand re-purchase intention among the groups. From these results, we could identify that cosmetics re-purchase intention was significantly different among three different groups with different shopping orientations. Furthermore, consumer classification according to shopping orientations in cosmetics product purchase can be used by cosmetics marketers and managers to establish product plan and marketing strategy development. Additionally, the current study has originality and value that the relationship between shopping orientation and re-purchase intention has not been studied very much in the cosmetics product domain.

한국과 중국 소비자의 쇼핑 경험가치 지각과 브랜드자산 및 점포충성도의 관계에 관한 비교 연구: 대형 할인점을 중심으로 (Study on the Relationships Among Perceived Shopping Values, Brand Equity, and Store Loyalty of Korean and Chinese Consumers: A Case of Large Discount Store)

  • 오늘날의 소비자들은 가격, 제품의 품질 등 실용적 가치 보다 쇼핑의 즐거움, 라이프스타일의 구현, 매력적인 점포쇼핑환경, 브랜드 애착심 등의 정서적 가치를 더 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 이처럼 소비자들은 단순히 상품만을 구매하기보다는 다양한 가치를 얻기 위해 쇼핑을 한다는 사실은 여러 연구에서 제안되었다(안광호와 이하늘 2011; Mathwick 등 2001). 이렇듯 소매점포 선택과 관련한 소비자행동차원의 쇼핑경험가치와 브랜드자산에 대한 중요성과 관심이 높아지고 있지만 관련 연구는 미미한 실정이며 이와 관련한 비교문화적 연구는 매우 미비한 실정이다(황순호 2010). 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 소비자들의 소매점포 선택과 관련한 소비자행동연구의 필요에 의해 시작되었다. 또한 소비자행동분야에서 소비자 경험이 중시되면서 소매점내 쇼핑경험가치에 초점을 맞추었다. 본 연구는 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적으로 서로 다른 한국과 중국의 소비자들을 대상으로 대형할인점 소매점포에서 고객들이 지각하는 쇼핑 경험가치와 브랜드자산과의 관계를 밝혀내고 이를 통해 점포 충성도와의 관계를 찾아내어 소매점의 쇼핑 경험가치와 관련된 시사점을 찾아내기 위한 국가 간 비교 연구를 시도하였다. 본 연구는 이론적 배경으로 쇼핑가치와 유통브랜드 자산, 그리고 점포 충성도에 대한 이론적 배경을 소개하였으며, 가설 검증을 위한 자료 수집을 위하여 한국과 중국의 대형할인점 고객들을 대상으로 한국과 중국의 대도시 (서울 과 북경) 소비자들을 표본프레임으로 설정하고, 대면 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 한중간 소비성향 차이 비교에 대한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국소비자와 중국 소비자 간의 소비성향차이를 검정한 결과 중국 소비자들은 심미적 소비성향과 상징적 소비성향의 평균값이 한국 소비자들에 비해 높게 나타났으며 한국 소비자들은 쾌락적 소비성향이 중국소비자들에 비해 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대형할인점에 대한 한국과 중국의 브랜드 자산 지각에 대한 연구결과 중국에 비해 한국 소비자들이 브랜드 인지와 브랜드 이미지를 모두 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국과 중국에서 편의점과 할인점 이용 고객들이 지각하는 소매점에서의 쇼핑경험에 대한 탐색적 요인분석결과 각각의 국가에 따라 각기 다른 쇼핑경험가치가 나타났다. 한국의 할인점에서는 소비자이익 가치, 심미성가치, 유희성 가치가 중요한 쇼핑가치로 도출되었다. 또한 중국의 할인점에서는 유희성 가치, 심미성 가치, 소비자이익 가치, 서비스우수 가치가 중요한 쇼핑경험가치로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구의 목적에 대한 실증적 분석을 바탕으로 한국과 중국의 대형할인점 소비자들의 쇼핑경험가치과 브랜드자산을 바탕으로 한국의 대형할인점에 있어서 경험가치의 이론적 중요성에 관한 새로운 통찰력을 제공하여 주며 충성도 제고에 있어서 브랜드관리의 중요성에 대한 이론적 시사점을 제공하여 준다. 이와 더불어 유통의 국제화 시대에 있어서 대형할인점의 국제화에 요구되는 한국과 중국 간의 고객 가치의 차이점에 대한 비교문화적 관점에서 중요한 실무적 시사점을 제시한다. 즉, 해외유통전략을 실행하는데 있어서 쇼핑가치에 기반한 현지화 전략의 중요성에 대한 시사점을 제시하여 주며 국가차원에서의 차별적 유통전략의 개발 필요성을 제안하여 준다.

인터넷 쇼핑 시 중요하게 고려하는 의류상품 구매후기 정보에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Important Information on Consumer Reviews in Internet Shopping)

  • This study investigated the consumer review information considered important by consumers when making a purchase decision to buy apparel products online. Data were collected through focus group interviews. Eleven females in their 20s and 30s, who have extensive experience in reading consumer reviews posted on online apparel stores, participated in the study. The consumer review information considered important by participants is the information related to seven product attributes (size, fabric, design, color, sewing, price, and country of origin), seven benefits (functional, financial, esthetic, emotional, social, utilitarian benefits, and product value compared to price) of the apparel product and four store attributes (return/refund, delivery, reputation/credibility, and customer service). The findings from the study can serve as an important tool in developing survey questions in order to evaluate the quality of consumer review information and help online retailers plan methods to improve the quality of reviews.

남자대학생과 고등학생의 크로스섹슈얼에 대한 태도 (Attitude of Male University Students and High School Boys toward Cross-Sexual Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine male students' awareness and receptivity of cross-sexual fashion. The subjects in this study were 480 male university students and 320 high school boys. After a survey was conducted in August 2007, the following findings were given: 1. How much the students were interested in fashion was investigated, and they thought of fashion often, Even though nothing any fashion shopping plan they were interested display of fashion market and logged onto online fashion shopping malls frequently. 2. As for awareness of cross-sexual, they got a mean of 2.79(1.10), which indicated their awareness level was below the average. Those who were more intrigued by fashion, who were university students and who had a girl friend were better cognizant of cross-sexual. 3. To what extent they were receptive to cross-sexual fashion was checked in terms of clothes, haircare, skin care, accessories and perfume/cosmetic surgery and they were most receptive to cross-sexual haircare(3.49). Those who cared more about fashion were more receptive to cross-sexual. The Value of clothes and perfume/cosmetic surgery for university students was higher than the high school students. 4. They were most receptive to other's cross-sexual haircare(3.51) and to other's cross-sexual clothes(2.77) the least. Those who were more intrigued by fashion were more receptive to others seeking after cross-sexual. The Value of clothes sand perfume/cosmetic surgery for university students was higher than the high school students. 5. There was a strong correlational relationship among their interest in fashion, awareness of cross-sexual, receptivity to their own being a cross-sexual man and receptivity to others who are cross-sexual. The findings of the study illustrated that those who were more intrigued by fashion and who were better aware of cross-sexual were more receptive to cross-sexual fashion.

도시 중심부 지역의 비오톱 구조분석 및 평가 - 대구광역시 중구 사례지를 중심으로 - (The Evaluation and Analysis of Structure of Biotope of City Center Area - In the case of Daegu district -)

  • The purpose of this study is to construct a database for landscape ecological planning with evaluation and analysis of structure of biotope of city center area for the preservation of species and biotope examining Jung-gu district of Daegu Metropolitan City which is the most extremely and rapidly urbanizing area. The assumption of this study is that the biotope structure of a city center area would be different from the other city area. The results of this study were as follows. 1) The results of the biotope type classification is that there were 11 biotope type groups and 41 detailed biotopes. 2) The primary evaluation is the process for grading general value of classified biotope types, and the result of primary evaluation is that there were 5 biotope types that were greater than third grade besides the biotope type of artificial riverbank with abundant green high water level land. The first grade of biotope type have not appeared in this area, however the fifth grade of biotope type have appeared total of 19 biotope types with the biotope type of the general shopping area with scarce green fields. 3) The secondary evaluation is the process for searching biotopes which are special value, and the result of secondary evaluation is that there were 2 biotopes for la, 7 biotopes for 1b, 2 biotopes for 2a, 1 biotope for 2b and there was no biotope for 2c, and for example, la is the large area that has many magor biotope site in terms of the living space. 4) Finally. scientific method for biotope type classification, the derailed investigation plan of high value biotope and the improvement plan based on the biotope map of city center area must be continued.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 소비자 기대-성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Consumer Expectation - Performance according to the Types of Internet Shopping Malls)

  • 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 수는 2004년 2월 현재 3,415개이며, 이는 2003년 동월대비 333개가 늘어난 것으로 10.8%의 증가를 보여주고 있다. 그러나 많은 기업들이 수익성 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이는 전자상거래를 이용하는 소비자들에 대한 연구와 조사 분석이 부족했음을 뜻한다. 지금과 같이 고객에 대한 체계적인 연구가 없이 개인적인 감각이나 세태의 추세에 의존하여 무분별하게 점포를 개설할 경우에 적자의 가능성은 더욱 높아질 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 전자상거래의 한 영역인 기업-소비자간 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 소비자의 기대-성과에 대한 차이를 보고자 하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 고객만족요인의 유의적인 차이를 알아본 결과, 소비자 불안 인터넷 유용성만 쇼핑몰 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객서비스는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 기대-성과 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 소비자들은 소비자 불안에 대해 쇼핑몰의 유형에 상관없이 성과보다 기대가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 특히, 기대-성과 차이에 있어서 종합형과 전문점에서는 개인정보유출이 가장 큰 차이를 보여주고 있는 반면에 중개형의 기능불안은 기대-성과차이가 가장 적은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 인터넷 유용성에 있어서 기대-성과 차이를 알아본 결과, 전문형에서는 제품 정보 풍부, 정보 탐색비용 절감성이 가장 큰 차이를 나타내고 있는 반면에 중개형은 정보탐색 비용의 절감성이 가장 적은 차이를 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 고객서비스, 인터넷 유용성, 소비자 불안과 고객만족과의 관련성을 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 고객 서비스, 인터넷 유용성, 소비자 불안은 모두 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 고객만족과 구전의도, 재구매 의도에 대한 관련성을 알아본 결과 고객만족은 구전의도, 재구매 의도에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 3차원 영상으로 표현하여 보여주고, 환자에 관한 각종 정보와 진단정보 등을 신속하게 제공한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 의료영상정보시스템은 초고속 정보통신 망을 통하여 원격의료시스템을 구축하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 외 해수 중에서 생물입자 size 분포 보다 더 광범위한 분포와 다양한 환경(입자의 비중, 해상의 바람, 저질상태, 수심 등)에 의한 것으로 추정되었다.ents should be given this natural ground of proof.understanding with multiple, dynamic representations of the problem using visualization.   • Planning a major change in the domestic residential complex 'complex' in the 'city' to the influx of urban space. So, considering a set of self-environmental complex of openness and connectivity between cities inflow from residential urban housing is formed. Complex-oriented development approach and apartment high-rise and high-density regions of space and social disconnection that causes a uniform methodology that can solve the problem of housing plan, however, a recent New Urbanism New Urbanism has been introduced. And intravenous forms of communal life that occurred in the United States prior to World War II, this value is based on the main form. Design reorganizes This modern lifestyle factors (such as housing, jobs, shopping, leisure space) to go back to the traditional lifestyles while Neotradiotional Planning exercise. New Urbanism in the late 20th century, some literature refers to a postmodern approach adopted in the field of urban planning, the specific case. Actually important feature of post-modernism in the New Urbanism has been expressed. Problem is very confusing, and the principles of New Urbanism, New Urbanism, even those who claim that have different social and design views. Therefore, this study explores the postmodern tendencies of the New Urbanism, and based on this, the possibilities for the development of new towns in Korea mainly affected on the theory of New Urbanism in South Korea in Eunpyeong examine.
