A simulation program practical use for an engineering improvement of the work-place (작업장의 공학적 개선을 위한 시뮬레이션 프로그램 활용)

  • Prescribed according to the occupational safety and health low noise measurement method was changed to personal sampling in the method to measure an area noise. Such method had the limit which did not evaluated characteristic of sound of occurrence and the place of origin. This study was performed to establish an engineering remedy of the work-place noise. The subject was a vibration control process of the place of business in Pusan. A simulation program applied for an engineering improvement of the work-place noise. The results were as follows: 1. An noise occurrence level of the work-place before improvement was $88^{\sim}97dB(A)$, We applied an improvement method to be established and were expected to $80^{\sim}119dB(A)$. 2. The level of the noise-distribution to appear in the place of origin of the work-place before improvement was $90^{\sim}93dB(A)$ but, We executed the simulation after applied an engineering remedy and predicted $80^{\sim}85dB(A)$. A result of the simulation blue part was changed mostly into the dark blue color. The results suggest that simulation program establishes an engineering remedy and is useful to the case to apply.

  • Mobile business, noticed as a constructive alternative for e-commerce and e-business, has been diversely defined and conceptualized. This study develops a comprehensive framework for the sake of clearing such a havoc of conceptual deluge. The framework for the comprehensive understanding of e-business (including m-business) consists of two dimensions: connectivity and mobility. These two dimensions represent to overcome the constraints of time and place in business transactions, respectively. Various cases for each combination of these two components are explained for clear understanding of this framework. By this framework, we can understand the value that Location-Based Service (LBS) brings anew to e-business services.

  • Recently there has been many researches of performing arts, the concepts of performance products or mechanism have been gradually established. However, compared to the research of public performance itself, the research of its consumer still stays on the basic stage and it is difficult to apply to the business. Therefore the needs of the related research has continued being insisted among the staffs. This study raises points that the recent performance business still focuses on providers. Moreover it notices the urgent needs of the consumer orientation strategies and the changes of marketing in the performance business. Therefore it needs to understand the performance consumers and to research how they can be satisfied with the performance according to their types. This dissertation, thus, is to find out the evaluation method of theatre service qualities and the relations between the theatre service qualities by size and customer satisfactions to suit for the customer oriented marketing paradigm, and to present a suggestion that requires for establishment of service marketing strategies for theatre, the place for performing arts.

  • The future will see all industries become technology-driven in the competitive global market place. Firms with deep technological roots and innovation strategies have some advantages. Business valuation of technology is critical to the future of firm's business. In this situation widely used scoring valuation is not enough to evaluate relative business competitiveness associated with technology and to assign its relative ranking category. Therefore, a more useful and comprehensive new valuation approach, which is called business composite index, is needed to complement and to enhance the existing scoring valuation approach. In this research, statistical factor analysis is applied to determine the common factors and to estimate associated weights. And business composite index, which is a kind of weighted scoring method, is derived based on the results of factor analysis. This research shows that business composite index is considered very useful to measure the business relative strength of individual technology and also to assign its relative ranking category instead of absolute ranking based on scoring valuation approach.

  • In a situation in which rural areas are declining, local governments are seeking to revitalize areas by place marketing. Place marketing, defined by various efforts to promote the image of a place, has been used as an economic tool. As a result, the image has been over-promoted and marketing has been driven in a perfunctory manner, so individual residents' lives and experiences have been ignored. Thus, in addition to the traditional types of cultural place marketing and economic place marketing, this study established a 'project for rural revitalization of Hwayang-eup' so that it could be applied to political place marketing aimed at inducing internal investment and improving the welfare of local residents. To implement this project, the concept was set up as building network organization, sustainable development and symbiotic relationship, and various H/W and S/W plans were developed. First of all, in terms of political place marketing, the Hwaeyang Oulim Center was constructed to strengthen the capacity of local autonomous organizations. In terms of cultural place marketing, we explored cultural resources at the village level and created a small community space. In terms of economic place marketing, the landscape around the main street and the township was reorganized to create a cultural business space for urban and rural exchanges. The reinterpretation of place marketing seen through this project was first, it was more process-oriented than results, second, it was important to induce the community-participating village-making project, and finally, the role of experts was important to expand the community movement.

A Study on Consumers\` Preference and Purching Intention of Easy-Order Business Suit (이지오더 신사복에 관한 소비자 선호도 및 구매의사 조사)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the growth potentiality of the Easy-Order System in the domestic male business suit market. This study is based on a questionnaire survey of males, who usually wear a business suit in the work place, and females whose husband wear a business suit. The pertinently answered 108 questionnaires (males: 72 and females: 36) were analyzed with SPSS 8.0. The results of this survey were as follows; 1. Gender, occupation, and height of consumers had a considerable effect on their on their intention of purchasing a preference of this system. 2. Subjects, who were dissatisfied with the limited option of purching a business suit in retail shops, had a significant intention of purchasing a business suit through the Easy-Order System. 3. It had no effect on consumers\\` preference and purching intention of the Easy-Order System whether or not they recognize this system. And the Easy-Order System is not estimated to have major repercussions over consumers by now.

  • Korean wedding service market is composed of various interlinked service elements that must be carefully managed in detail. This thesis introduces a new IT based business model which has been operating in this complex wedding service market for the past ten years. By introducing how each business model has been applied to Service Science, it will set a good example for the subsequent research in the similar fields by providing business's actual operation model and examples. Furthermore, this thesis will contribute to the development of both new study of Service Science and a new business model by illustrating how they beneficially affected each other and advanced as a result of applying outcomes of each business model to the development of the current business model.

  • E-commerce is now a familiar form of commercial transaction, especially in the transactions between businesses. This online transaction poses a good deal of problems to the traditional tax system and administration. Realignment of tax system and tax administration in the e-commerce is one of the major topics on the International problem. In the area of consumption tax, they reaffirmed the destination principle. They agreed to decide the recipient's business presence and usual residence as the place of consumption. In the area of consumption tax, they reaffirmed the destination principle. Currently, the Korean VAT law does not have a basis for taxation on international transactions that are considered to be services. Considering the tax revenue loss and the inequality between domestic suppliers and foreign suppliers when international transactions are not taxed, the Korean Tax Authority needs to amend the current law.
