왕겨 연소기(燃燒機)를 이용(利用)한 온수(溫水)보일러 시스템 개발(開發) (I) -실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)- (Development of a Hot Water Boiler System with a Rice Hull Furnace)

  • This study was performed to develop a hot water boiler system with small scale automatic rice hull furnace for the multi-purpose use in the farm. For the experiment a prototype hot water boiler system with rice hull furnace was fabricated, which was equipped with automatic hull feeder, igniter and ash removal device. Optimum operational conditions of the prototype: system were analyzed. The results arc summarized as follows. 1. The temperature measured right above the burning surface should be higher than $500^{\circ}C$ combustion. 2. The top zone of the combustion chamber was the most suitable location of the thermocouple to pick up the control temperature for the automatic operation of the rice hull furnace. 3. The content of carbon monoxide in the flue gas was increased with the filling height of burning material but it was less than 0.3 percent in volume in this experiment. When the filling height was expressed as the ratio of rice hull feed rate to the volume of the combustion chamber above the burning surface, the optimum ratio was about $150kg/m^3-h$. 4. The combustion efficiency of the prototype was higher than 95 percent when the feed rate was 1.1 to 2.3 kg/h and moisture content of rice hull was 22.4 percent (w.b.) or less. 5. It was estimated that the optimum operational conditions of the system were 1.3 to 2.0 kg/h in feed rate, 70 to 100 percent in excess air and 500 to $510^{\circ}C$ in control temperature. 6. The efficiency of coil heal exchanger increased with a decrease in feed rate of rice hull. When the rice hull feed rates were 1.1, 1.7 and 2.3 kg/h, the efficiencies of coil heat exchanger were about 34, 30 and 25 percent and heat transfer rates were 5.7, 7.6 and 8.8 MJ/h, respectively. When the flat plate heat exchanger was used in addition to the coil heat exchanger, the efficiency of the heat exchanger system increased to 48 percent.

  • Nowadays, the improvement and development of Multi-media and information & communication technology is rapidly processed. They need large data storage capacity. So that, many studies and researches in data storage have been carried out. According to them, the data storage capacity has been increased. But the limitation of storage capacity is happened for several problems. One of them is spot & pit size in optical and magnetic data storage and another is the resolution of actuators. The problems in spot & pit size are covered by new data storage methods-- for examples, AFM(Atomic Force Microscopy), MO(Magneto-optical) system, and NFR(Near-Field decoding) system etc. But the resolution limit of an actuator was not developed and doesn\`t follow up the development of spot & pit size. Because of them, we should improve a resolution of an actuator. Especially, in this paper an actuator if studied and designed for NFR (in using SIL(Solid Immersion Lens) system. It is a dual stage actuator, which consists of a Fine actuator and a Coarse actuator. and should desire 100nm accuracy. Its actuating force generation method is VCM(Voice Coil Motor). The Fine actuator is composed of 4-leaf springs and a bobbin wrapped by coil. The Coarse actuator has Coils and 3-Roller bearings. Also, The Characteristics of designed actuator for NFR system is estimated by Sine-Swept mode and LDV(Laser Doppler Vibro-meter).

조셉슨 접합 어레이의 전류 차단특성 (Current Limitation Characteristics of Josephson Junction Array)

  • A current limiter was manufactured using a Josephson junction array to cut off an excessive current flowing into the SQUID sensor. The Fabricateed Josephson junction array was connected in series with a flux transformer that consists of a pick-up coil and an input coil, and the flux transformer was inductively coupled with a Double Relaxation Oscillation SQUID(DROS). The flux-voltage modulation curve was induced by applying an AC magnetic field whose magnitude was far smaller than that of the DC magnetic field. A change in the flux-voltage modulation curve of the SQUID was observed while the DC magnetic field was increased, to qualitatively examine the current limiting characteristic of the Josephson junction array. As a result, it was found that the SQUID flux-voltage modulation curve disappeared at the critical current of the Josephson junction array, which indicates that the Josephson junction array properly works as a current limiter.

PZT를 이용한 광 정보저장기기용 액추에이터의 트랙 추적제어 (Track-following Control of an Optical Pick-up Actuator Using PZT)

  • This paper proposes a swing-arm type dual-stage actuator, which consists of a PZT actuator for fine motion and a VCM(voice coil motor) for coarse motion, for an SFF ODD(small form factor optical disk drive), in order to achieve fast access speed and precise track-following control. Over the past few decades there have been a lot of researches related to the VCM and dual-stage actuator. In this paper, we focus our attention on the design and control of the PZT actuator. Due to the dual cantilever structure. the PZT actuator can generate precise translational tracking motion at its tip to which an optical pickup is attached. and the effect of hysteric behavior of the PZT element is reduced. The dynamic model of the PZT actuator is derived by using the Hamilton's principle, and verified by comparing it with the experimental frequency response. The sliding mode control is designed in order to be robust against modeling uncertainties. Simulations and experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the suggested control scheme.

아몰퍼스와이어를 이용하여 제작한 직교 플럭스게이트 센서의 출력에 미치는 구동 주파수와 여자 전류의 영향 (Influences of Operation Frequency and Excitation Current on Output Signal of Orthogonal Fluxgate Sensor Fabricated with an Amorphous Wire)

  • 코발트계 아몰퍼스와이어와 검출코일을 이용하여서 제작한 직교 플럭스게이트 센서에 있어서 구동주파수와 입력전류가 센서의 출력특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 구동전류가 0.3 A까지 증가함에 따라서 센서의 출력전압은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으나, 그 이상의 구동전류에 대하여서는 출력전압의 증가율이 둔감하게 되었고 0.6 A 이상의 구동전류에 대하여서는 출력전압이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 센서의 구동주파수를 1.3 MHz까지 높임으로써 출력전압을 높일 수 있었으나, 그 이상의 구동주파수에서는 출력전압이 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 1.3MHz의 구동주파수에 대하여 출력전압은 3.8 V였으며, 1 MHz의 구동주파수에 대하여서는 1.32 V였다.

소형궤도 열차용 유도 전력 전송 시스템 특성해석 (Characteristic Analysis of Inductive Power Transfer System for PRT)

  • 본 논문에서는 전자 유도 법칙을 이용한 차량용 유도 전력 집전장치가 제안하였으며 전력 전송 특성을 개선하기 위한 전력 집전체의 몇 가지 설계에 관련된 개점을 제시하였다. 또한 다양한 공진 주파수로 동작되는 직렬 공진 컨버터와 연결하여 전력 전송 시스템의 해석을 나타내었다. 동작 주파수와 파라미터의 변동에 대한 시스템의 민감도가 고려되며, 유도 전력 전송 시스템에 있어서 전력은 코일이나 트랙의 형태인 1차 권선을 통하여 하나, 혹은 그 이상의 절연된 급전 코일로 전송된다. 본 논문은 유도전력전송의 집전장치의 구조를 기존변압기와 유사한 등가회로의 파라미터로 구성하고, 공극 및 권선을 고려한 1차, 2차측 파라미터를 설정하여 1차측 급전 주파수의 변화에 따른 집전특성에 대하여 기술하였다.

파이프의 고유진동수를 이용한 액체밀도측정 센서개발 (Development of Liquid Density Measurement Sensor Using the Natural Frequency of a Pipe)

  • 파이프의 고유진동수를 이용하여 유체의 밀도측정 센서개발을 위한 제작원리와 방법을 소개하고 길이 32 cm이고 내경과 외경이 각각 2.3 cm와 2.5 cm인 스테인레스 스틸 파이프를 사용하여 센서를 제작하였다. 제작된 센서는 파이프의 진동과 진동신호를 얻기 위해 가진코일과 포토센서를 사용하고, 지속석인 진동을 위한 궤환회로로 구성되었다. 센서의 고유진동수는 스펙트럼으로 분석한 값과 일치된 결과를 얻었으며, $0.8\;g/cm^{3}$ 부터 $1.4\;g/cm^{3}$까지의 밀도범위의 액체로 시험한 길과 0.0027 %의 직선성과 0.032 %의 감도를 나타냈다. 그리고 $10^{\circ}C$$35^{\circ}C$ 사이의 온도범위에서 고유진동수 변화율은 $0.024\;%/^{\circ}C$임을 보였다.

직ㆍ병렬 공진형 컨버터를 이용한 비접촉전원 (Non-Contact Power Supply Using the Series-Parallel Resonant Converter)

  • 본 논문에서는 1차 측이 20m이상의 긴 트랙케이블(Track Cable)로 2차 측은 큰 에어 갭(Air-gap)을 갖는 픽업코일(Pick-up Coil)로 구성되어 있는 비접촉 전원에 대해서 서술하였다. 이러한 비접촉 전원은 1차 측 누설 인덕턴스가 자화 인덕턴스보다 크기 때문에 커플링이 좋지 않아 1차 측의 에너지를 2차 측으로 효율적으로 전달 할 수 없다. 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 직렬공진 컨버터, 병렬공진 컨버터 그리고 직ㆍ병렬공진 컨버터(SPRC)의 주 회로를 해석하였고, 각 회로에 대한 전압이득 특성을 비교 검토하였다. 그리고 10kW 직ㆍ병렬공진 컨버터(SPRC)에 대한 실험결과를 서술했다.
