One of the most important paradigms in society has recently been a set of efforts to prepare for the future and to protect the environment by saving carbon that occurs in everyday life as well as in the industry. In order to successfully deal with this new paradigm, Korean government has adopted and implemented various policies including the green certification, the development of green technologies and green growth. Many agencies and organizations in both public and private sectors have established plans about the carbon savings and performed a lot of research using IT technology. For example, attempts have been made in Korea to use as electronic documents instead of paper documents using these green IT and mobile devices. This paper proposes a 'Paperless' waiting order count system using QR code and mobile phone as an example of green IT for 'Low carbon and Green growth'.

In this paper, we propose an architecture for geosemantic services. With the rapid progress of web services, wireless internet technologies and popularization of smart phone in recent years, a lot of applications based on geographic information are being developed. Moreover the search portals empowered by semantic web technologies are enabling general users to access on-line resources more easily. However, several studies in GIS domain have pointed out the practical limitation of existing service patterns, which are limited only to linking heterogenous spatial databases, insufficient for several important use cases. Hence we draw functional elements of geosemantic services from GIS and semantic web standards, and present the use cases and a new architecture for geosemantic services. This approach could set a foundation to implement geoemantic services.

Nowadays, smart phone became an important part of communication media and integrated into people's life. If callers rely on helmet-mounted display(HMD) augmented reality technique to add two-way user's facial expression, appearance, actions during the calling process, it will let callers have a visualized fantastic sensual experience. And through that method can break the limitations of vision, so research that technical problem can promote the development of visual arts, that is meaningful. This paper will choose and composite several existed technologies to set up two hypothesis, try to realize AR video calling. Through comparison and analysis to find those two hypothesis' problem, and create design solutions to solve problems. And use case study method to present two cases for prove my paper's result that is those two hypothesis can be realize in future. Use those technologies can bring more convenience and enjoyment to people's life. It can be predicted that AR video calling process can be successfully realized and will have unlimited development in future.

Background: As a result of significant progress made in treatment of many types of cancers during the last few decades, there have been an increased number of patients who do not experience mortality. We refer to these observations as cure or immune and models for survival data which include cure fraction are known as cure rate models or long-term survival models. Materials and Methods: In this study we used the data collected from 438 female patients with breast cancer registered in the Cancer Research Center in Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. The patients had been diagnosed from 1992 to 2012 and were followed up until October 2014. We had to exclude some because of incomplete information. Phone calls were made to confirm whether the patients were still alive or not. Deaths due to breast cancer were regarded as failure. To identify clinical, pathological, and biological characteristics of patients that might have had an effect on survival of the patients we used a non-mixture cure rate model; in addition, a Weibull distribution was proposed for the survival time. Analyses were performed using STATA version 14. The significance level was set at $P{\leq}0.05$. Results: A total of 75 patients (17.1%) died due to breast cancer during the study, up to the last follow-up. Numbers of metastatic lymph nodes and histologic grade were significant factors. The cure fraction was estimated to be 58%. Conclusions: When a cure fraction is not available, the analysis will be changed to standard approaches of survival analysis; however when the data indicate that the cure fraction is available, we suggest analysis of survival data via cure models.

This paper suggests designing how to acquire English vocabularies on the smart devices based on the research that a ground-breaking English Vocabulary Learning Contents needs developing. The method makes it possible to develop the contents which helps the learners to master English vocabularies effectively on the smart phone. The core idea of this paper is as in the following: 1) English learners learn 30 vocabularies for three minutes 10 times (one is for a new learning and the other nine ones are for reviews about the first learning) a day. 2) Considering Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve, the reflection study proposes to provide the learners with three times' reviews: one day, 10days, and 30days later from which they learn the first 30 vocabularies. This contents is mainly made up of 5 developing sections (1)to generate App ID, (2)to access App, (3)to set up Alarm, (4)to process Word learning, and (5)to monitor the result of learning. This proposed idea is optimized to enhance the memory by Ebbinghaus Periodic Repetitive Method, which makes the learners satisfied with their English vocabulary learning.

The Indonesian e-commerce market has grown significantly due to sustained economic growth, middle class growth, rapid increase in Internet and SNS users, and increase in accessibility of mobile broadband services. In particular, consumers' online shopping through mobile and SNS has been increasing rapidly based on the expansion of the popularity of smart phone devices. This research suggested the strategies for expanding exports of Indonesia through e-commerce platform to the Korean firms, with deep analysis of the current status and features, problems, cases, and implications etc. of Indonesia's e-commerce market. As an export expansion strategy utilizing Indonesia's e-commerce platform, this study showed the Korean firms have to build a local online distribution network, establish a logistics & delivery and payment system, acquire Halal certification for Muslim market, carry out the in-depth market research, actively implement Hanryu marketing strategy, develop a creative product, set up market segmentation strategies, and develop SNS mobile marketing.

Advances in the wireless Internet have led to the rise of diverse techniques which can access information regardless of time and place. There are many research efforts to identify the various ways to use a cellular phone in our everyday life. However, it has been rarely used in the elementary school. As an attempt to apply the wireless Internet technology to the elementary school, this study is to design and implement a wireless Internet homepage where the parents would be able to have an easy access to the information any place and any time. The characteristics of the wireless Internet homepage are as follows; first, the images were reduced to the minimum and the text-oriented information is mostly used to deliver the key information, considering the small screen and relatively slow transmission rates. Second, by providing a link set up between the wireless homepage and the wired Internet homepage, users can choose the more convenient access tool. Finally, the SMS (Short Message Service) messages could be used for an immediate delivery of information.

In this paper, we describe the cause of TDMA noise and distinction method of TDMA noise source in a GSM mobile phone. The causes of TDMA noise are composed of RF(Radio Frequency) energy coupling and low frequency energy coupling by burst ripple. We propose the distinction method of TDMA noise source from output(TDMA noise measurement) and frequency response of a system(audio path). Especially we propose a method of insertion loss($S_{21}$) analysis and the improvement method for RF energy coupling. Capacitor(40 pF) is a solution to reduce RF energy coupling and therefore TDMA noise was reduced by 10 dB.

In this study, it was investigated about optical simulation in high brightness and high uniformity general lighting using glass light guide plate. And we adopt edge-light emission type light plate. Edge-light type lighting has been used LCD application, especially note PC or smart phone backlight unit. Because it had the good properties such as slim shape and light weight. We thought this type was suitable for general lighting application such as wall attached type or ceiling mount type. But many of edge-light type lighting had problems. It called slanted output light rays. That was main key parameter how could control the direction of output light rays. We investigated the solution of this problems, using ray tracing method, we recognized the major fact of the solution relied on the geometric structure of diffusing dot shape. We set the conditions of aspect ratio in diffusing dot shape such as 0.5 to 1. And, at first, we designed diffusing dots shape based on the results of optical simulation and made specimen. as above condition, and acquired good result in confirming dots shape such as the value of the output rays's peak angle was around 75 degrees. And good light distribution characteristics were measured by slated spectro-radiometer. It was shown that the effective ways of designing light distribution characteristics using optical simulation such as ray tracing linear method for making general lighting using glass light guide plate.

Nowadays, electronic device is in a close relationship with human life. Above all, the use of wireless electronic devices such as smart phone, tablet pc, and wireless keyboard is increasing owing to the high convenience and portability. Furthermore, according to the increasing use of sensitive personal and financial information from the electronic device, various attacks for stealing information are being reported. In this paper we do an analysis of 27MHz wireless keyboard vulnerability and set up an analysis environment. Moreover, we make an experiment and show that there are real vulnerabilities. An experimental result will be used for safety analysis and vulnerability verification of wireless electronic devices.
