"I think security is only trying to make it uncomfortable." "10% of my work is entering IDs and passwords, such as boot passwords, mobile phone authentication numbers, etc." As reflected in the complaint above, stress caused by information security among organizations' members is increasing. In order to strengthen information security, practical solutions to reduce stress are needed because the motivation of the members is needed in order for organizations to function properly. Therefore, this study attempts to suggest key factors that can enhance security while reducing information security stress among members of organizations. To this end, based on the theory of protection motivation, trust and security stress from information security policies are set as mediating factors to explain changes in security reinforcement behavior. Furthermore, risk, efficacy, and reaction costs of cyberattacks are considered as prerequisites. Our study suggests a solution to the security reinforcement problem by analyzing the factors that influence the behavior of members of organizations. In turn, this can raise protection motivation among members.

In early 2011, the Fukushima nuclear power plant had greater damage due to earthquake in Japan, and the awareness of safety has increased. In particular, special response systems should be required to handle disaster situations in plant sites which are likely to occur for large disasters. In this study, a program is designed to set up optimum escape routes, by a smart phone application, when a disaster situation occurs. This program could get information of the cumulative damage from sensors and display the escape route of the smallest damage in real-time on the screen. Utilizing our application in real-time evacuation has advantage in reducing cumulative damage. The optimal evacuation route, focusing on horizontal path, is calculated based on getting the data of fire, detected radioactivity and hazardous gas. Thus, using our application provides information of optimal evacuation to people who even can not hear sensor alarms or do not know geography, without requiring additional costs except fixed sensors or server network deployment cost. As a result, being informed of real-time escape route, the user could behave rapidly with suitable response to individual situation resulting in improved evacuation than simply reacting to existing warning alarms.

Online product reviews are a vital source for companies in that they contain consumers' opinions of products. The earlier methods of opinion mining, which involve drawing semantic information from text, have been mostly applied in one dimension. This is not sufficient in itself to elicit reviewers' comprehensive views on products. In this paper, we propose a novel approach in opinion mining by projecting online consumers' reviews in a multidimensional framework to improve review interpretation of products. First of all, we set up a new framework consisting of six dimensions based on a marketing management theory. To calculate the distances of review sentences and each dimension, we embed words in reviews utilizing Google's pre-trained word2vector model. We classified each sentence of the reviews into the respective dimensions of our new framework. After the classification, we measured the sentiment degrees for each sentence. The results were plotted using a radar graph in which the axes are the dimensions of the framework. We tested the strategy on Amazon product reviews of the iPhone and Galaxy smartphone series with a total of around 21,000 sentences. The results showed that the radar graphs visually reflected several issues associated with the products. The proposed method is not for specific product categories. It can be generally applied for opinion mining on reviews of any product category.

Human being does work to live out and they have their private life because human has sociality. Both work and life are important to live out but they are on the trade-off relationship. Because keeping the balance between work and life is too hard, it has been interested by academic and practical areas. Definition of Work-life balance here is that balance or imbalance arising between work and life has no negative impact on their daily life. Above all, Work-life balance is important because it is strongly related to identity. Recently, the introduction of the mobile office system has emerged as a way to solve the problem of work-life balance. It is based on the teleworking which was formerly generated. Teleworking is to perform the work in the employee's home or office space set aside without going into the workplace. Concept of the mobile office system here is not only using portable devices during work for convenience but also the system which is designed for the performance. Thanks to the diffusion of smart devices(smart phone, tablet pc), mobile office system has been spread. Although the importance of mobile office systems is emerging, there are few researches about it. Even they mostly focus on the standpoint of performance of mobile office system. However, Quality of life is as important as the performance. As a part of Quality of Life field, Work-life balance is the closest to employee's quality of life. So this study aims to examine the effect of the use of mobile office systems on work-life balance. To do so, we try to find factors effecting Work-life balance from existing studies and then set a research model. We set the use of mobile office systems as independent variables which are divided by use of function, use by location and use by situation. There are four dependent variables - sense of self command, sense of balance, solving work problem, solving life problem. We collected data from employees who are using mobile office systems on their job. 215 people were participated in the survey and we used multiple regression analysis to verify our research model. Results show that every independent variable has no impact on solving work problem while they have slight impact on the other dependent variables. Especially use on the business trip has significant effect on dependent variables. It means that there is a possibility use of mobile office system could control the employee's quality of life and system should be evolved until it covers even critical tasks. Also, support for mobile office system -education, encouragement-should be provided. By mobile office system is maturing, future research would be done.

주로 통화 기능을 제공하던 일반폰과 비교하여 스마트폰은 여러 면에서 기술적으로 진보된 기기이다. 하지만 사용자들은 일반폰에서 사용하던 한글 문자 자판들을 여전히 스마트폰에서 사용하고 있다. 터치스크린이 있는 스마트폰에서 보다 효과적으로 한글을 입력할 수 있는 자판이 요구되고 있다. 먼저 본 논문에서는 표준 한글 문자 자판인 천지인, 나랏글, 그리고 SKY한글에 끌기 기능을 추가하여 확장하였으며, 터치 횟수와 손가락이 움직이는 거리를 기준으로 기존의 한글 자판들과 입력 속도를 비교하여 성능이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 추가적으로 스마트폰에 적합한 's-가나'와 's-바다' 한글 자판들을 제안하였다. s-가나 자판에서는 7개의 대표 자음과 5개의 대표 모음들을 순서대로 배치하였으며, s-바다 자판에서는 자음과 모음들을 사용빈도에 따라 많이 사용되는 자판들을 서로 가깝게 배치하였다. 표준 한글 자판들과 비교하여, s-가나 자판은 3~19%, s-바다 자판은 9~24%의 성능이 개선되었다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서는 스마트폰에서 한글 자판들의 사용성을 평가하기 위하여 SELF-T의 5가지 요소들을 설정하였으며, 이 요소들을 기준으로 한글 자판들을 비교하였다.

현대 사회는 ICT 기술의 발전으로 다양한 매체를 활용한 교육방법이 등장하였고, 이러한 교육방법은 장애아동 교육에서도 효과적으로 활용될 가능성이 충분히 입증되었지만, 장애아동의 환경을 고려한 맞춤형 콘텐츠는 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 디지털 매체에서 같은 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 IT 기술인 N-스크린 기술을 적용하여 발달장애 아동의 놀이 활동 교육 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 제작된 콘텐츠는 아동의 개별적 특성에 맞는 프로그램을 설정할 수 있으며, 언제 어디서나 인터넷에 접속 가능한 디지털 기기를 통해 진행할 수 있도록 제작되었다. 또한, 개발된 콘텐츠는 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 아동이 접하게 되는 다양한 환경(가정, 학교 등)에서 PC, 스마트폰, 휴대용 기기를 활용하여 접속할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 같은 교육 프로그램을 가정, 학교 등에서 연계하여 진행될 수 있도록 제작되었다. 제작된 콘텐츠를 지적장애 및 자폐범주성장애 아동 3명에게 적용하여본 결과 본 콘텐츠는 놀이교육에서 교사와 학생 간의 상호작용 매개체로 사용할 수 있었다. 또한 콘텐츠를 사용하여본 특수교육 전문가와의 인터뷰 결과 아동에 따라 구성물과 강화물을 선택할 수 있는 기능은 기존 콘텐츠 보다 아동의 중재에 있어서 도움이 된다고 응답하였다.

본 논문에서는 차단전력문턱치에 의해 대기전력을 감소시키는 자동대기전력 차단콘센트를 구현하였다. 여기서 대기전력은 사용하고 있지 않은 전자제품에 콘센트가 꽂아져 있는 경우, 흐르는 전력을 뜻한다. 제안한 콘센트의 경우 PC(Personal Computer)나 모바일 폰과 같은 스마트 기기로 실시간 전력량을 확인 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 차단전력문턱치를 직접 제어할 수 있기 때문에 어떤 전자기기든 각 대기 전력에 맞게 차단전력문턱치를 설정하여 확실하게 대기전력을 차단할 수 있다. 소프트웨어는 비주얼 스튜디오, 코드 비젼, SN8 C 스튜디오로 코딩을 했으며, 하드웨어는 크게 ATmega128, SN8F27E93S, USB to UART, 릴레이로 구성되어 있다. 모의실험결과, 제안된 방법과 기존 방법에서 먼저 휴대폰을 비교해보면 대기전력값이 큰 차이가 없지만 컴퓨터, 에어컨, 특히 셋톱박스의 경우에는 기존 방법에 의한 대기 전력이 제안된 시스템에 의한 대기전력보다 많은 소모됨을 알 수 있다. 따라서 제안된 차단콘센트는 대기전력 측면에서 우수한 성능을 나타냄을 알 수 있다.

최근 환경 문제가 전 세계적으로 대두가 되면서 효율적인 에너지 관리 기술이 요구 되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 앞으로의 홈 네트워크 서비스는 효율적인 에너지 관리 기술을 중심으로 한 스마트 홈 서비스 가 대두가 될 것으로 보이며 사용자 중심의 실시간 에너지 감시 및 제어 시스템의 통합 기술이 요구가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주택 내 효율적인 에너지 사용 관리를 위하여 스마트폰을 이용하여 위치 기반 그린 홈 서비스를 제시한다. 단독 주택에 그린 홈 서비스를 적용하기 위한 그린 홈 네트워크 시스템을 설계하고 홈 네트워크를 구성하는 각 기기들과 연계하여 통합 게이트웨이를 구현한다. 스마트폰을 활용하여 가전 제어 서비스와 실내 위치 서비스를 구현하고 각 방의 신호세기 변화에 따른 위치 측위를 시행하여 사용자의 재실 여부를 확인한다. 에너지의 절감 여부를 확인하기 위해 에너지 사용 패턴에 대한 시나리오를 설정하고 스마트 미터를 활용하여 실내 위치 서비스 적용에 따른 에너지 변화를 비교하였다. 제안 시스템 적용 전과 적용 후의 에너지 사용량 비교 결과 최대 30%의 에너지 절감 효과를 보여 주택 내 에너지 비용의 절감 효과를 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

모바일 컨버전스가 확산되면서 많은 기업들은 다양한 기능을 통합한 컨버전스 제품을 출시하고 있다. 이러한 모바일 컨버전스는 휴대의 편의성과 디지털 기기의 특성상 기기들 간의 공통된 요소를 함께 사용할 수 있는 경제적인 측면과 사용상의 편리성 증가 등 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 컨버전스 경향에 힘입어 많은 제품이 시장에 출시되었으나 기대와는 달리 실패하는 사례가 발생하고 있다. 이것은 제품개발에 있어서 컨버전스 제품에 대한 소비자의 평가를 반영하는데 미흡한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 컨버전스 제품이 시장에서 살아남기 위해서는 제품의 우수성과 인프라 구축도 중요하지만 무엇보다도 소비자가 컨버전스 제품을 어떻게 평가하고 어떠한 요인의 영향을 받는지에 대한 이해가 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재까지 모바일기기를 중심으로 제품 평가에 대한 연구가 미비했다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 컨버전스 제품에 대한 소비자 평가와 영향 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 설문조사 방법에 의해 이루어졌으며, 158명으로부터 수집한 자료는 분산분석과 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 상대적 이점, 복잡성, 관찰가능성(MP3, 게임), 지각된 편리성 등의 요인들이 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

무선 인터넷의 급속한 발달과 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 시대의 도래로 휴대폰과 PDA 등의 모바일 디바이스가 생활의 일부가 되고 있다. 특히 모바일 디바이스는 이동성이라는 큰 장점을 가지고 있으므로 이를 통한 원격 제어 시스템 분야에 대한 기대도 급증하고 있다. 기존의 모바일 디바이스를 통한 원격 제어 시스템의 경우 오류 상황을 Client가 정확히 인식하지 못하여 오류에 대처하지 못했던 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문은 모바일 디바이스 중 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 휴대폰을 Client로 사용하여 원격 컴퓨터에서의 문제 발생시 SMS 형태의 오류 메시지 전송이 가능한 원격 컴퓨터 제어 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
