Recently, the number of users has risen sharply while the development speed of the Chinese game industry is rapidly developing. The game industry has already become a promising industry in China's cultural industry. With the rapid development of the Chinese game industry, the demand for specialized game designers and game development personnel is urgent. Still, at present, it is difficult for graduates to get a job at a game company every year even if a new game design department is established at a Chinese university. This may be due to a conflict between the education of the game major in the game market. In this paper, we present a customized development strategy while summarizing the problems that existed in the Chinese game design department in the rapidly developing background of the game industry, Try to provide a valuable opinion. and use it as a reference for the future development of education in the Chinese game major.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to directly understand the health condition of residents of mental health sanatoriums nationwide, which has been difficult to ascertain in surveys conducted to date. The study presents specific measures for improving the health of these residents. Methods : A "physical examination questionnaire for residents of mental health sanatoriums" was developed to check the basic physical condition of residents, and 20 out of 59 mental health sanatoriums nationwide were randomly selected. Medical personnel visited the sanatoriums, interviewing and examining the residents in person. A total of 396 health surveys were completed. Results : Many of the residents were underweight but had abdominal obesity. It was confirmed that chronic diseases among the residents were not diagnosed early or were not properly managed. Among the subjective symptoms complained of by the residents, musculoskeletal symptoms were the most common. Oral examinations revealed a serious level of oral health problems among the residents, including dental caries and missing teeth. Basic physical examinations found health problems that required additional examination or medical treatment. Blood pressure abnormalities made up the highest percentage of the health problems. Conclusion : Regular health surveys are needed to determine the health condition of residents of mental health sanatoriums. Access to and quality of primary medical services within the sanatoriums need to be dramatically improved. A delivery system for severe diseases and emergency medical care in the sanatoriums should also be specifically presented. The residents should be notified upon admission and during their stay that they have the right to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of mental and physical health. The issue of health rights should be addressed within a larger framework of reorganizing management plans for people in the community - not only residents - with chronic mental illness.

Jeju coastal waters are limited to high-risk areas due to the passage of international cruise ships, passenger ships, with a large number of people and fishing boats, or to the jeju port and the jeju civilian-military combined port and near by seas, so a VTS system will be established along jeju and seogwipo coast. There is no accurate standard for determining the number of people required by the maritime traffic control center. Therefore, this study calculated the required operating personnel for control seats on the coast of jeju and seogwipo by using VTS big data to efficiently calculate the workload of maritime traffic control. It is judged that this study can be used basic data for research that sets the standard for calculating the control workload.

Our medical care system is trying to diversify in order to meet the client's needs, and to adjust to a medical environment which is changing very rapidly. Because current nursing theory and practice focus on holistic care, health care management, education, and research, contrary to the traditional emphasis on only assisting a physician, more autonomy and specialization for the implementation of nursing are required. Considering these trends and actual needs, the category of clinical nurse specialist should be established as soon as possible. In order to develop strategies for implementing this new professional specialty, the authors conducted a field survey and literature review of the current system in Korea. As a result, various obstacles and constraints were discovered as follows : 1) There are few accredited educational programs for the training of CNS's. 2) Several hospitals already have staff designated as clinical nurse specialist (CNS) even though the term CNS is not yet standardized or adopted in nationwide. 3) The role of the CNS is not clearly understood by the medical societies, or even nursing societies. A nurse who works in specific nursing areas such as central supply, kidney dialysis, intensive care, coronary care, etc. for a long time, considers herself /himself a CNS. Based upon the above findings, the following alternatives are recommended. 1) The role of the CNS should be defined according to specified functions and authority : professional autonomy ; counselling and educating patients and their familes, nurses, and even other medical personnel ; research on improvement of nursing ; and management of the nursing environment including medical resources, information, and cases. 2) the qualification of CNS should be attained only by a nurse who has an RN license and clinical experience of more than 3 years in a specific nursing field: passes a qualifying examination; and contributes to the professional development of peers, colleagues, and others. A master's degree should only be optional, because of the insufficient of graduate programs which are well designed for the CNS. 3) The CNS should initially be a head nurse rather than line staff in order to deal with as wide an experience base as possible. 4) The nursing specialty could be divided into two areas such as a clinical field and a community field. The clinical field could then be categorized by the Styles' classification such as diseases and pathogenics, systems, ages, acuity, skills/techniques, and function/role ; the community field could be classified according to work site.

Numerous researches related to internet shopping malls have been researched by numerous researchers. Such as, establishing criteria to evaluate service quality of electronic commerce, identifying factors affecting successful internet shopping mall operation, and examining relationships among the factors in electronic commerce based shopping mall needed to be focused on. However, most researches that have been undertaken only consider the service quality model or basic functional dimension. In accordance with this indispensability, the integrated structural relationship among variables, which are potentially inherent in customer's perception and affect personnel royalty on internet shopping mall needs to be acknowledged. The purpose of this study is to examine which factors should be able to facilitate performance of internet shopping mall. Based on the relevant literature, it has been empirically analyzed how corporate image, system quality, service quality and delivery quality affect customer satisfaction as well as customer royalty. The research's problem is that it was tested with data collected from 212 respondents. This study developed and empirically analyzed a model representing the relationship by using the Structural Equation Model. The major findings of this study are, firstly, that the higher corporate image is positively affecting the system quality and delivery quality. Secondly, the higher delivery quality is positively affecting the service quality. Thirdly, the higher service quality is positively affecting the customer satisfaction. Finally, the higher customer satisfaction is affecting the customer royalty.

This study, by setting the systems of room sale promotion, analyzing the actual status and the present working state with its center on the 'RHotel' that is a special grade-two hotel and the sales promotion activities of each type, intends to understand the presentstatus of the hotel and present its problems and the method for improvement. The strategy of salespromotion and the ineffectivenessof the system organization were found to be imminent in the sales promotion activities as its problems, and the importanceis being not attached to the actual substance rather than to the actualresults, such as the advertisement and publicity strategies, the irrationality of sales personnel controland its evaluation method, and therefore, the goal-oriented control is not being takenad its problems are emerging. Accordingly, by doing irrationalsales activities in the system and the promotion with its center on the sales promotion department, and it sis urgently required that we streng then the comodity developments fitting the hotel's traits, such as uniformpolicy of cost, mass-communicationactivities for sales promotion, the improvement of non-effectiveness, and advertisement of hotel items, and the publishing of public relation books. Therefore, the best weapon for hotels before other purchaseis to be discriminatized from other competitive hotel with theunderstanding of the psychology and activities of customers, and the communicatin with customers, and to set up organicprograms of sales promotionstrategies. Also we must promote our sales in accordance with the desire of new customers, gater the market information of customers, all the time, and systematize the facility improvement, managerial policy, business strategiescorresponding with the desire of customers. By doing so, we are able to seek, at the same time, both the satis faction of customers and the sales maximization of the hotels that will perfrom the activities of sales promotion and management.

The objective of this study is to analyze problems and needs regarding recent education informatization in China and to seek implications for prospective international education cooperation between Korea and China. Toward this end, 76 individual and team reports submitted by Chinese trainees participated in APEC e-Learning Training Program from 2006 to 2013 were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the most critical problem related to Chinese education informatization was identified as a lack of educational resources. The next three problems identified were, in order of importance, a lack of motivation to use ICT in education, the absence of a system for management and evaluation, and labor shortages in the supply of teachers and professional personnel. Second, with regard to the changing annual trends in China's education informatization needs, the issues of education/training and organizational environment to activate ICT use in education have been ranked high for the last eight years. In contrast, the matter of infrastructure has not been cited as a problem since 2008. However, more recently, the lack of relevant policy and the management and evaluation system have been raised, emphasizing the need for more systematic and professional policies and administrative systems.

The occurrence of cyber crime is on the rise every year, and the security control center, which should play a crucial role in monitoring and early response against the cyber attacks targeting various information systems, its importance has increased accordingly. Every endeavors to prevent cyber attacks is being attempted by information security personnel of government and financial sector's security control center, threat response Center, cyber terror response center, Cert Team, SOC(Security Operator Center) and else. The ordinary method to monitor cyber attacks consists of utilizing the security system or the network security device. It is anticipated, however, to be insufficient since this is simply one dimensional way of monitoring them based on signatures. There has been considerable improvement of the security control system and researchers also have conducted a number of studies on monitoring methods to prevent threats to security. In accordance with the environment changes from ESM to SIEM, the security control system is able to be provided with more input data as well as generate the correlation analysis which integrates the processed data, by extraction and parsing, into the potential scenarios of attack or threat. This article shows case studies how to detect the threat to security in effective ways, from the initial phase of the security control system to current SIEM circumstances. Furthermore, scenarios based security control systems rather than simple monitoring is introduced, and finally methods of producing the correlation analysis and its verification methods are presented. It is expected that this result contributes to the development of cyber attack monitoring system in other security centers.

This study examined the mediating effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on the relationship between the person-job fit and job satisfaction of service workers. POS is divided into socioemotional POS and instrumental POS. To achieve the research purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on workers in charge of service jobs in domestic companies through an on-line survey system and finally, the results of 281 respondents were analyzed to verify the hypothesized research model with an 80.3% effective recovery rate. The findings are as follows. First, the person-job fit has positive effects on job satisfaction and POS. Second, among the sub-constructs of POS, socioemotional support has mediating effects, but instrumental support has no mediating effects on the relationship between person-job fit and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications for the human resource development and management of service workers. Overall, changes in the recruitment system, which can judge the person-job fit of employees who perform emotional labor facing customers, organizational culture and personnel system for establishing socioemotional support system, and compensation and workforce development system, are needed to enhance the job satisfaction of service workers.

Since 2000, the market of convenient stores in Korea has developed rapidly due to the explosive growth in single households but it still consists mainly of manual work due to the nature of the domestic industry. Hence the explosive increase in demand in the market is mostly due to workers. Therefore, the research aimed at encouraging efficiency via automation, which is carried out in manufacturing, such as electronic, cars and so on, is inadequate. This study performed a feasibility analysis of investment for introducing an automated system on brand A, which is domestic famous convenience store company. Productivity growth according to the introduction of an automated guided vehicle and the cost-benefits was studied with using a simulation for the picking process, which is most personnel and time consuming. As a result, the simulation showed that the equipment AGV introduced for choosing the process has the effects of cost saving and increased time efficiency for performing manual labor. Furthermore, appropriate numbers of AGV were forecasted considering the capacity of the distribution Center in the brand A convenient store, which has been growing steadily. There are increasing numbers of worker labor costs in the distribution industry these days. Before building a large new automate center, it is expected to provide a good information to investors who are considering increasing productivity through partial automation of each of unit process to achieve some cost reduction.
