전국 초등학교 급식 관리 실태조사 (Evaluation of National School Foodservice Management : Labor Control Menu Management , and Maintenance of Equipments and Facilities)

  • The purpose of this survey was to investigate the operation and the environment of foodservice in elementary schools nationwide. A questionnaire about foodservice management to practice and foodservice operation was mailed to dietitians of each school . Of the 1, 416 schools that participated in this survey, 388 schools were selected for analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. More schools in small cities . Education levels of dietitians were significantly different from area to area. Mean total length of employment for dietitians at school foodservice was 4.7 years and varied significantly by area and the type of foodservice system. Foodservice has been operated for 2-5 years in most of schools. Schools in large cities served more people than those in small cities and rural areas. Also , schools adapting conventional foodservice system served more people than those adapting commissary or joint management system. Foodservice expense also veried significantly by area and foodservice systems. Mean foodservice expense per meal were significantly higher in schools adapting commissary system than those adapting other systems. Most schools employed dietitians, cooks, and assistant cooks, but not engineers not drivers. Mothers of students were working voluntarily. The degree of participation by mothers in cooking , serving , and cleaning was higher in schools of small cities and rural areas than those in large cities, in schools adapting commissary or joint management system than those adapting conventional system. Education and training ranked as personnel management had one of the hardest tasks. Education and training of employees were also difficult for dietitians, especially in commissary or joint management systems. Percentage of schools having separate lunchroom was higher in small cities rural areas than in large cities, in joint management or commissary system than conventional system. Most difficult matters in serving was the portion control. Over 40% of schools did not use standard recipes. Menu cycles were shorter in schools in small cities and rural areas which adapted the joint management system than area other schools. Except refrigerators, thermos , display racks, sterilizers, sinks, worktables, and table, all other equipment were insufficient in most of schools. More than half of the schools didn't have rice cookers, flatware racks, and distributing carts which are stated plainly in detailed enforcement regulations for school foodservice. Cooking equipments were described as the most needed by dietians. According to the results of this survey, many and urgent problems need to be addressed improve the quality of school foodservice . Lunchroom setups, effective personnel management and expenses, recipes standardization, serving size control and regular checking and repairing of equipments are all problems to be addressed.

  • In this study, it was empirically proved that there is significant congruence relationships between the information characteristics of Accounting Information Systems and the contextual variables of organiational structure, task characteristics, It was also supported that influence factors, such as user participation, top management support, capability of information system personnel and the existence of steering committee have an effect on the relationships.

  • 본 연구는 지식 정보기만 사회에서 국방분야의 직무전문성을 향상하고 군 인적자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 수단으로서 국방자격제도 개선을 제안하고 있다. 국방자격제도는 기존 군 내부 제한된 영역에서 운영되는 틀에서 벗어나 민간과 상호 교류를 위해 선진국처럼 댐 국가적 차원으로 확대 승격시키기 위해 국방자격법을 제정하고 관련조직을 운영할 필요가 있다. 이렇게 함으로써 국방자격제도는 군 전문분야 및 기술수준을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 기존의 장병자격취득 지원제도를 혁신적으로 발전시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 군이 필요로 하는 전문기술인력을 안정적으로 확보하고 군 경력의 사회적 인정을 통한 전역 후 취업지원을 보장할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Railway system is a word that includes rolling stock, railway infrastructure and signalling System in passenger transfer and rail freight. This system get higher competitiveness in energy efficiency part than other transfer system. But it is comprehensive system has latent loss of lives and property by big accident. First of all, to control this comprehensive system and to confirm safety of it, we need human resource management. This research will suggest how to apply efficiency safety verification and certification system to railway system. human resource management systems is defined as three kinds that is recruitment and management, ensure personnel's competencies and fitness, activity of assigning suitable responsible person for work.

고객관계관리(CRM) 시스템에 관한 정보시스템 실무자의 인식 차이에 대한 실증연구 (Perception Gaps among IS Practitioners in regard to CRM Systems: An Empirical Study)

  • 본 논문에서는 세 그룹의 정보시스템(IS) 실무자들, CRM 시스템을 이미 도입한 회사와 도입 예정 회사, 그리고 시스템 도입에 직접적인 역할을 수행하는 컨설턴트들의 고객관계관리(CRM) 시스템의 효과와 도입방법에 대한 인식 차이에 대하여 설문 조사를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 이 세 그룹간에는 다음과 같은 CRM의 세 가지 측면에 대해 인식상의 큰 격차가 존재한다는 것이 발견되었다: CRM시스템 도입 효과, CRM 시스템 도입의 성공요인, ASP에 의한 CRM 시스템 도입의 장단점. 연구결과, 컨설턴트는 CRM 시스템 도입 효과에 대하여 매우 긍정적인 평가를 내리고 있으나, CRM 시스템을 이미 도입한 회사의 IS실무자들은 그 효과에 대해 전반적으로 약간 긍정적인, 그러나 중립에 가까운 평가를 내리고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 한편, CRM 시스템을 도입하려고 계획하고 있는 회사의 IS 실무자들은 기도입 회사 실무자와 컨설턴트 사이의, 그러나 컨설턴트에 가까운 정도의 상당히 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것을 기대하고 있다. 이러한 결과는 CRM 시스템의 효과가 긍정적이기는 하나, 기대에는 미치지 못하고 있는 것을 보여준다. CRM 시스템의 ASP에 의한 도입의 장점도 컨설턴트들은 높이 평가하고 있다. CRM 시스템을 이미 도입한 회사와 도입 예정인 회사의 두 집단은 ASP에 의한 도입에 대해서 약간 긍정적인, 그러나 컨설턴트에 비해서는 유보적인 판단을 내리고 있다. 또한 CRM 시스템 도입 성공 요인에 대한 분석 결과는 CRM 시스템의 도입은 경영자의 강력한 주도에 의해서 추진되는 반면에, 그 이후에 CRM의 잠재력이 충분히 실현되는데 필요한 지원과 환경 조성은 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 이러한 발견은 CRM의 잠재력이 효율적으로 발현될 수 있는 지원과 환경의 조성을 유도할 수 있는 방안에 대한, 특히 그러한 지원과 환경의 조성을 저해하는 요인에 대한 심층적인 연구가 필요하다는 것을 보여준다.

  • Performance appraisal system is to evaluate employee' work performance, work ability and work attitude. It becomes a important foundation of personnel management. This system's goal is to accomplish employee ability development. The purpose of this study is to make some contributions in order to efficient performance appraisal system of hotels by analyzing the problems of current performance appraisal system. The suggestions for efficient performance appraisal system are as follows: 1. Performance appraisal by job analysis. 2. Though evaluators' training for objective assessment. 3. The assistance system of appraisal results for employees. 4. Magnifying use of appraisal results. 5. Object management strategy by using self-rating.

A study on the development of ballast water management-related familiarization training pursuant to the STCW convention

  • The International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments (hereafter "BWM Convention") will be enforced beginning on September 8, 2017. Even though the STCW Convention (International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) and other international instruments require all ship personnel be qualified under certain competencies and standards, the International Maritime Organization (hereafter "IMO") has no unified requirements for training ship personnel on ballast water management. When the BWM Convention enters into force, all officers and crew on board ships should be intimately familiar with the guidelines and procedures outlined by the BWM Convention, regarding, among other topics, proper record keeping techniques and measures, the layout of the ballast control system, methods of ballast water exchange, and inspections by the port state control. To ensure that officers and crew members are adequately familiar, this paper proposes new competency requirements for ballast water management training and education to be added to the STCW Code. To support the introduction of these new competency requirements, this paper explores the evolution of the BWM Convention and examines how international regulations will be used to implement it.

마케팅 전략실행을 통한 우정서비스 경쟁력 강화방안 (A Marketing Strategy Implementation for Korea Postal Service)

  • Korea Postal Service(KPS) nowadays lies in competitive environment with alternative business such as door-to-door delivery service. Customers began to complain about postal service quality and ask the government to reform a public firm through management innovation. But, Korea Postal Service has not met the break-even point between it's revenue and expenditure because the service is under the government system and cannot independently make major decisions on products, pricing, services, personnel management, financial policies and etc. The objective of this study is to provide marketing planners and practitioners with some guidelines when they establish marketing strategies and to help marketers on theories and practical instructions about postal service marketing when they interact with customers. I. A field survey on both customer satisfaction and internal staff satisfaction was conducted to get some ideas for the marketing strategy planning. II. Practical guidelines and instructions were made for marketers to communicate with customers in various areas such as pricing, product, service demand, marketing channel, promotion, and etc. III. Some suggestions on marketing policies for planners and mangers in the marketing strategy were described including personnel resource as well as physical resource. IV. Special issues on small packet market and direct mail market were discussed and some alternative solutions were proposed. V. Database marketing strategy was emphasized to get new business opportunities such as direct mail, and to provide differential services to customers as much as their contribution into the profitability for KPS. VI. Cyber Post Office should be constructed on Internet to provide new services which are combined with physical material flow and information technologies.

기록연구사의 근무실태 및 제도운영에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study concerning the Issues of Working Conditions and Operational System of Archivists in Korea)

  • 정부기관에 근무하는 기록연구사들의 근무실태와 직무만족, 제도운영의 개선방안을 파악하기 위해 설문조사와 면접조사를 실시하였다. 직무특성은 Hackman과 Oldham의 직무특성요인을 포함하여 전문성, 역할갈등, 스트레스, 이직의사의 9가지 항목으로 조사하였다. 직무환경은 의사소통, 참여, 인간관계, 상급자, 교육훈련의 5개 항목으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 직무만족은 일반적 만족도, 보람, 소명감의 3가지 항목으로 측정하였는데 모든 항목에서 매우 긍정적인 인식을 보여주었다. 제도운영의 개선을 위한 과제로는 조직편제, 업무분장, 인사관리, 중앙기록물관리기관과 기록관의 협력을 중심으로 의견을 분석하였다. 이상의 분석을 통해 시사점과 개선책을 제시하였다.

교육정보 관리시스템 운영에 대한 초등학교 교직원의 의식 조사 연구 (A Study on the Consciousness of Elementary School Personnel for Educational Information Management System)

  • 본 연구에서는 일선 초 중등학교에서 활용되고 있는 교육정보 관리시스템의 운영 실태를 파악하고 그 활용의 효과성에 대한 교직원들의 견해를 조사하였다. 특히, 새롭게 도입하려다가 많은 반대에 부딪혀 시행을 보류하고 있는 NEIS의 도입 가능성과 문제점에 대한 의식 실태를 중점적으로 조사하였다. 조사 방법은 설문지를 이용하였으며, 표집 대상을 시내 소재 학교와 시외 소재 학교, NEIS 시범 운영 학교와 비시범 운영학교로 구분하여 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 각 항목별로 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였고 항목들간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 X$^2$검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 지금까지 도입되고 있는 교육정보 관리시스템의 운영 실태, 활용 효과, 문제점 등을 파악하고 개선점을 제언함으로써 향후 교육정보 관리시스템 운영에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
