범용의 PC를 이용한 로보트 제어기 구성에 관한 연구 (A design of PC-based robot controller)

  • Generally, Industrial robots are often controlled using joint processors and treating each joint as an independent servo loop. This paper presents a system architecture for robot control designed for real-time control of motion and sensory processing utilizing general-purpose Personal Computer. And for easily use and system expendability, robot language is implemented with C-language as base language. Through this system user can easily update robot language by design of his own language primitives. This system also don't require another development tool and can be used as advanced algorithm simulator in robotics laboratories.

  • This paper presents the design of a prototype robot and architecture of a distributed control system. The robot, named as KAEROT, has been developed for the purpose of the reduction of personal radiation exposure and the remote maintenance tasks in nuclear facilities. The mobile system with robotic manipulator has been designed to go up and down stairs. For the dextrous handling, this manipulator will be designed as a redundant type to act like a human arm. Manipulator control system is to be extended easily for further usage with a modular architecture to get independency and reliability by minimizing EMI effects.

  • For the robot manipulator in performing precision tasks, it is indispensable that the robot utilize the various sensors for intelligence. In this paper, the hybrid position/force control method is implemented with a force/torque sensor, two personal computers, and a PUMA 560 manipulator.   • A semiconductor process imulator operated in windows$^{TM}$ environment has been developed. two-dimensional process simulation in personal computer has been enabled due to the improvement of CPU speed and the efficient use of memory. The process simulator in this paper is capable of calculating diffusion, oxidation, ion implantation, etching and deposition in two-dimensional manner. In addition, graphic-user-friendly editor, parser, and multi-dimensional graphical routine is also available in the devloped simulator.

  • A CAM program for forming design Automated of CAM for Spring using car was developed in this study. This program was written in AUTO LISP on the AUTO CAD system with a personal. An approach to the system is based on the kinemateic of the object function. We make a determination of an cam programming. A CAM spline is continuous in displacement. velocity and acceleration. This program which can design Coil Spring shapes will successfully support CAN designing and manufacturing for Small & Medium companies.

  • To meet tight tolerance requirements of mass produced shafts which are subcomponents of automobile parts, an automated measuring system has been developed. The system comprises of a non-contact shaft diameter measuring instrument using laser, a feed mechanism of a step motor and ball screw and a personal computer. The system can determine pass-fail of the piece under test and also analyze data for statistical process control.

  • In design of the plastic injection mold, most of drawings are composed of basic entities. It is very easy to produce many kinds of drawings by Group Technology. Group Technology is a technique In which part similarities are used to classify parts into part families according to either geometric shape and size or processing requirements. Almost data for the mold are decided during the assembly design. A system which shows a good interfaces between the design stage and producing part exploding Is developed using AutoCAD system and data conversion technique.

  • The EMI filter used in switching apparatus is designed on the basis of personal designer experience. A try and error approach leads to a considerables waste of time without assurance to come out to a good solution. The difficulty in the right choice of the component values resides on the dominant role played by their parasitic components at high frequencies and is aggravated by the poor knowledge of the internal impedance of the noise generators. In this paper, we proposed the design technique for the EMI filter effectively using the LISN and the EMI analyzer in the industrial field.

  • In this paper, we develope a intelligent monitoring system of Coastal Ocean Environment based on WWW(World Wide Web) and PCS(Personal Communication System). This system have capability of real time processing of enviromental variable from various sensors. The system is composed of three part. The first part is mathematical modeling of real ocean. The second is construction server for real time web page. And the third is developing the measurement system which has wireless(PCS) interface to server.
