  • The purpose of this study is to ethical review on the development and service with care assistance robot. An integrative review concept analysis method was used. We analyzed the classification and role of service robots, the concept of the robot ethic and the care ethic. And there were derived the development and service about care assistance robot in ethical viewpoint. For improving current care problem, government had support to developing four types care assistance robots. But there were provided carefully care service due to the limitations of robot technology and lack of overall social awareness with care robot. In addition, in order to be successfully application in the field, care assistance robots were developed to provide high-quality care service that can consider to personal culture and living environment with the development of artificial intelligence and robot technology, as well as ethical care service.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 중학교 실과(기술·가정) 교육과정의 '옷차림과 의복 마련' 단원을 중심으로 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 수업안을 개발하고 실행하여, 이 수업이 중학생에게 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 '옷차림과 자기표현' 부분의 교육과정을 재구성하고 이에 해당하는 교수·학습 과정안과 교수·학습 자료를 개발하여 실제 학교 현장에서 실행한 뒤, 자아정체감 및 의생활 태도의 변화와 수업 만족감에 대해 알아보았다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 '옷차림과 의복 마련' 단원의 수업 실행 결과, 사전보다 사후에 학생들의 자아정체감과 의생활 태도가 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수업 만족감에 대한 면담 조사 결과, 학생들은 수업에 대해 전반적으로 만족한 것으로 나타났다. 퍼스널 컬러를 활용한 '옷차림과 의복 마련' 단원의 수업을 중학교 가정과 의생활 수업에서 널리 활용한다면 청소년기 학생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 주고, 의미 있는 수업 자료를 찾고 있는 현장 교사들에게도 큰 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 기대한다.

사회적 지지, 자존감, 진로포부 간의 성차 모형 검증: 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 매개 역할 (The Sex Difference in Relationship Model among Social Support, Self-Esteem and Career Aspiration: The role of Collective Self-Esteem and Personal Self-Esteem)

  • 진로포부는 성인기 삶에서 중요한 직업적 삶의 적응과 관련된 변인으로서 많은 진로 연구자들의 지속적 관심을 받아왔다. 진로포부 발달의 성차의 심리적 기제를 밝히는 것은 여성과 남성의 진로 발달의 차이에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 개인의 잠재성 발현을 위한 효과적인 진로 지도 및 상담을 위해 꼭 필요한 일일 것이다. 본 연구는 진로포부 형성에 주요한 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지와 진로포부 간의 관계에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감이 어떠한 역할을 하는지를 조사한 후 이러한 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다른지를 검증하였다. 서울에 있는 대학교에서 심리학 관련 교양 수업을 듣는 학생 316명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 질문지에는 사회적 지지, 집단자존감, 개인자존감과 진로포부에 관한 문항들이 포함되었다. 구조 방정식 모형을 이용해 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 매개효과를 살펴보았을 때 결과는 다음과 같았다. 먼저, 개인자존감과 진로포부의 관계에 있어 집단자존감의 완전매개모형이 부분매개모형보다 더 우수한 적합도를 보여주었다. 다음으로 사회적 지지와 진로포부사이에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 부분매개효과 유의미하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적지지, 개인자존감, 집단자존감과 진로포부 간의 관계 모형이 성차에 따라 달라지는 지를 확인해 본 결과 성차에 따라 이들 각 변인 간의 관계성에 있어서 차이가 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 진로포부 형성에 있어서 독립된 개인에 대한 평가 또는 지각뿐만 아니라 개인 속한 사회적 집단에 대한 평가 또는 지각이 환경적 요인과의 상호작용을 통해 진로포부 형성에 영향을 끼침을 보여주는 것이다. 또한 성차에 따른 관계 모형의 차이는 진로포부 형성의 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다를 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다.

개인건강기록 앱 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인: 프라이버시 계산모형을 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Acceptance Resistance of Personal Health Record Apps: Focusing on the Privacy Calculus Model)

  • 기대수명의 지속적인 증가와 건강에 대한 높은 관심은 인터넷과 스마트폰의 대중화로 일반인들의 건강정보에 대한 이용에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 모바일 헬스 환경으로 의료시장이 확대되면서 많은 건강관련 앱이 만들어져 유통되고 있지만, 각종 규제로 서비스 제공이 어려워지면서 그 수용속도가 더딘 상황이다. 이에, 본 연구는 프라이버시 계산모형을 바탕으로 개인건강기록 앱 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 지각된 가치와 지각된 위험요인(심리적 위험, 시간손실 위험, 제도적 위험) 및 지각된 혜택요인(유용성, 상호작용성, 자율성)을 도출하고 이들 간의 영향 관계를 검증하였다. 또한, 제조사에 대한 신뢰의 조절효과를 분석하여 지각된 위험과 지각된 혜택이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향이 어떻게 달라지는지를 추가적으로 살펴보았다. 개인건강기록 앱을 인지하면서도 사용하지 않는 국내 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행한 후, 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석을 진행하였다. 가설검증 결과, 지각된 가치는 수용저항에 부(-)의 영향을, 지각된 위험(시간손실 위험)은 지각된 가치에 부(-)의 영향을 미치고, 지각된 혜택(유용성, 상호작용성, 자율성)은 지각된 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 제조사에 대한 신뢰는 지각된 위험(제도적 위험)이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향력을 약화시켰다. 본 연구결과는 개인건강기록 앱의 수용저항을 줄이기 위한 세부기준을 확인하고 제안함으로써, 개인건강기록 앱 시장 환경에서 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 지침 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

조직구성원의 정보기술 인적역량과 개인 업무만족 및 업무성과 간의 관계: 목표지향성 관점 (Relationships Among Employees' IT Personnel Competency, Personal Work Satisfaction, and Personal Work Performance: A Goal Orientation Perspective)

  • The study examines the relationships among employee's goal orientation, IT personnel competency, personal effectiveness. The goal orientation includes learning goal orientation, performance approach goal orientation, and performance avoid goal orientation. Personal effectiveness consists of personal work satisfaction and personal work performance. In general, IT personnel competency refers to IT expert's skills, expertise, and knowledge required to perform IT activities in organizations. However, due to the advent of the internet and the generalization of IT, IT personnel competency turns out to be an important competency of technological experts as well as employees in organizations. While the competency of IT itself is important, the appropriate harmony between IT personnel's business capability and technological capability enhances the value of human resources and thus provides organizations with sustainable competitive advantages. The rapid pace of organization change places increased pressure on employees to continually update their skills and adapt their behavior to new organizational realities. This challenge raises a number of important questions concerning organizational behavior? Why do some employees display remarkable flexibility in their behavioral responses to changes in the organization, whereas others firmly resist change or experience great stress when faced with the need to alter behavior? Why do some employees continually strive to improve themselves over their life span, whereas others are content to forge through life using the same basic knowledge and skills? Why do some employees throw themselves enthusiastically into challenging tasks, whereas others avoid challenging tasks? The goal orientation proposed by organizational psychology provides at least a partial answer to these questions. Goal orientations refer to stable personally characteristics fostered by "self-theories" about the nature and development of attributes (such as intelligence, personality, abilities, and skills) people have. Self-theories are one's beliefs and goal orientations are achievement motivation revealed in seeking goals in accordance with one's beliefs. The goal orientations include learning goal orientation, performance approach goal orientation, and performance avoid goal orientation. Specifically, a learning goal orientation refers to a preference to develop the self by acquiring new skills, mastering new situations, and improving one's competence. A performance approach goal orientation refers to a preference to demonstrate and validate the adequacy of one's competence by seeking favorable judgments and avoiding negative judgments. A performance avoid goal orientation refers to a preference to avoid the disproving of one's competence and to avoid negative judgements about it, while focusing on performance. And the study also examines the moderating role of work career of employees to investigate the difference in the relationship between IT personnel competency and personal effectiveness. The study analyzes the collected data using PASW 18.0 and and PLS(Partial Least Square). The study also uses PLS bootstrapping algorithm (sample size: 500) to test research hypotheses. The result shows that the influences of both a learning goal orientation (${\beta}$ = 0.301, t = 3.822, P < 0.000) and a performance approach goal orientation (${\beta}$ = 0.224, t = 2.710, P < 0.01) on IT personnel competency are positively significant, while the influence of a performance avoid goal orientation(${\beta}$ = -0.142, t = 2.398, p < 0.05) on IT personnel competency is negatively significant. The result indicates that employees differ in their psychological and behavioral responses according to the goal orientation of employees. The result also shows that the impact of a IT personnel competency on both personal work satisfaction(${\beta}$ = 0.395, t = 4.897, P < 0.000) and personal work performance(${\beta}$ = 0.575, t = 12.800, P < 0.000) is positively significant. And the impact of personal work satisfaction(${\beta}$ = 0.148, t = 2.432, p < 0.05) on personal work performance is positively significant. Finally, the impacts of control variables (gender, age, type of industry, position, work career) on the relationships between IT personnel competency and personal effectiveness(personal work satisfaction work performance) are partly significant. In addition, the study uses PLS algorithm to find out a GoF(global criterion of goodness of fit) of the exploratory research model which includes a mediating variable, IT personnel competency. The result of analysis shows that the value of GoF is 0.45 above GoFlarge(0.36). Therefore, the research model turns out be good. In addition, the study performs a Sobel Test to find out the statistical significance of the mediating variable, IT personnel competency, which is already turned out to have the mediating effect in the research model using PLS. The result of a Sobel Test shows that the values of Z are all significant statistically (above 1.96 and below -1.96) and indicates that IT personnel competency plays a mediating role in the research model. At the present day, most employees are universally afraid of organizational changes and resistant to them in organizations in which the acceptance and learning of a new information technology or information system is particularly required. The problem is due' to increasing a feeling of uneasiness and uncertainty in improving past practices in accordance with new organizational changes. It is not always possible for employees with positive attitudes to perform their works suitable to organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to identify what kinds of goal-oriented minds employees have, motivate them to do self-directed learning, and provide them with organizational environment to enhance positive aspects in their works. Thus, the study provides researchers and practitioners with a matter of primary interest in goal orientation and IT personnel competency, of which they have been unaware until very recently. Some academic and practical implications and limitations arisen in the course of the research, and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

  • Gaming is an old humans' habit. Games help in logical development and encourage learning of theoretical and practical concepts. Besides they offer entertainment and challenge. The advent of the personal computer changed this tradition. Every year new challenges arise in a digital format, which lead the young and adults to spend hours in front of a computer or TV screen in an attempt to overcome hurdles and reach an objective. Quality, sophistication, and constant innovation are attained through complex computer software that almost has an obligation to improve as each new title is released, due to this game development becomes a challenge. Considering that a game title is software and thus faces the same restrictions of business applications, this article intends to analyze, under the optics of reuse, if game development resorts to reuse, and where and how this happens.

EFL Teachers' Professional Development: Peer Coaching

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the potential of peer coaching for EFL teachers' professional development. For this study, 12 college teachers in Korea participated in a 10-week program. They were 7 males and 5 females, ranging in age from 24 to 37 years. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Reflective analysis was used to analyze individual interview data. From the findings, two significant categories of peer coaching were identified: positive and negative responses to peer coaching experience. However, the overriding themes that emerged from the data were the benefits of peer coaching. The participants were almost unanimous in their acknowledgement of the advantages of peer coaching, such as reflective support through other's eyes, improved working environments, greater teaching strategies, higher professional self-esteem, and awareness of self-directed learning. Negative responses also appeared, mostly in regard to the working principles of implementation; the major issues of difficulties were time management, complexities of implementation procedure, stress and personal vulnerability, and relative lack of reflection and feedback skills. Demonstrating the participants' experiences towards the peer coaching program, this study provides EFL teachers with useful insights into peer coaching as an effective tool of their professional development.

  • The concept of VDD(Virtual Design & Development) based on high performance computing technology is introduced. The whole process of design and development could be carried out in cyber space through VDD technology in which high-precision simulation technology is combined with virtual reality technology. Therefore, time for design and development of a new product can be shorten and quality of product can be also improved. However, efficient simulation technology must be developed and appropriate supercomputing system must be available to realize VDD technology. In this work, several technologies for obtaining cost-effective supercomputing systems for VDD technology are introduced and investigated. The detail informations about optimization technology for PC(Personal Computer) computing, clustering technology, Internet Supercomputing technology, and Piggyback technology are provided and numerical results are also presented.

  • 해군에서는 효율적인 업무처리와 정보교환 및 관리효율성 증대를 위해 컴퓨터-네트워크 기반의 정보체계를 구축하고 있다. 해군복지포탈도 그 일환으로 개발되었고 현재는 문제점을 보완하여 새로 구축되었다. 하지만 체계서비스를 인터넷망에 제한하여 개인 인터넷 PC가 없는 군 사정상 불편한 점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 해군 복지포탈 개발 사례를 설명하고 향후 보안성을 고려한 발전방향을 제안한다.

정보보호 업무인력의 경력개발을 위한 재교육 방향 (A Study on Retraining for Career Development of Information Security Workforce)

  • With the types and targets of cyber attacks expanding and with personal information leaks increasing, the quantitative demand for information security specialists has increased. The base for training the workforce has expanded accordingly, but joblessness and job-seeking still coexist. To resolve the gap between labor demand and supply, education and training systems that can supply demand quickly are needed. It takes a considerable amount of time for information security education and new manpower supply through universities and graduate schools to be reflected in the market. However, if information security retraining is carried out in terms of career development of information security and related workforce, the problem of lack of experts could be solved in a relatively short period. This paper investigates and analyzes the information security work of the information security workforce, the degree of skill level, the need for retraining, and the workplace migration experience; it also discusses the direction of career development retraining.
