This study focuses on the security issues of a handheld technology in auto vaccination scenario. Handheld or palm-based computing technology, commonly known as personal digital assistant (PDAs)are having tremendous impact in many personal, educational and business settings, the potential is particularly compelling for healthcare, specifically in the clinical settings. By exploring the development of the technology and its application, as well as the issue of its security would provide a better understanding of this technology.

Recently PDA(Personal Digital Assistance) can be purchased at a lower cost than ever before. Therefore, it can be effectively used in various ways such as a personal information management system and wireless mobile internet application. Manufacturers of PDA try to develope various application modules for its extensive utilizations. In this work, a CF typed GPS and data logger module for PDA is designed. It can give us valuable informations about the precise position of measuring site and corresponding sensor values. The proposed CF module can make it possible for PDA to be used as a hand-held measurement device.

현대사회가 점차 복잡하고 다양화되면서 개인 소지품의 양도 많아지고 종류도 다양해지고 있다. 이에 물건의 위치를 잊거나 분실하는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 본인이 갖고 있는 소지품을 관리해주는 어플리케이션을 개발하고자 한다. 이것은 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 사용자가 소지한 물품들에 관한 정보를 간단한 조작으로 저장 할 수 있고 사용자가 원하면 소지한 물품들의 정보를 자세히 저장함으로써 소지품들의 목록을 토대로 알람을 발생시킨다. 발생한 알람으로 인해 사용자가 소지품 위치를 알 수 있어 분실하는 상황을 최소화할 수 있다.

This study examines the agricultural extension agents` satisfaction with their job and its related variables - personal characteristics, achievement motivation, and needs level. Based on die Job Descriptive Index, Brayfield-Rothe Index, and Porter Instrument, the survey was carried out on 127 agents. Results show 1) a significant difference in personal characteristics is found in position, farmer contact frequency, and service region applied for, but not in age, gender, scholastic ability, career, task, and another department contact frequency, 2) the achievement motivational level is related to job satisfaction, and 3) the needs level is not related to job satisfaction.

According to brilliant development of smart devices, many related services are being devised. And, almost every service is designed to provide user-centric services based on personal information. In this situation, to prevent unintentional leakage of personal information is essential. Conventionally, ID and Password system is used for the user authentication. This is a convenient method, but it has a vulnerability that can cause problems due to information leakage. To overcome these problem, many methods related to face recognition is being researched. Through this paper, we investigated the trend of user authentication through biometrics and a representative model for face recognition techniques. One is DeepFace of FaceBook and another is FaceNet of Google. Each model is based on the concept of Deep Learning and Distance Metric Learning, respectively. And also, they are based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model. In the future, further research is needed on the equipment configuration requirements for practical applications and ways to provide actual personalized services.

This paper is about a personal identification algorithm using an ECG that has been studied by a few researchers recently. Previously published algorithm can be classified as two methods. One is the method that analyzes of ECG features and the other is the morphological analysis of ECG. The main characteristic of proposed algorithm can be classified the method of analysis ECG features. Proposed algorithm adopts DSTW(Down Slope Trace Wave) for extracting ECG features, and applies SVM(Support Vector Machine) to training and testing as a classifier algorithm. We choose 18 ECG files from MIT-BIH Normal Sinus Rhythm Database for estimating of algorithm performance. The algorithm extracts 100 heartbeats from each ECG file, and use 40 heartbeats for training and 60 heartbeats for testing. The proposed algorithm shows clearly superior performance in all ECG data, amounting to 93.89% heartbeat recognition rate and 100% ECG recognition rate.

Personal Software Process (PSP)에서 개인 개발자들이 수행해야 되는 측정 및 분석 활동이 제시된다. 측정 및 분석 활동의 일관되고 지속적인 수행으로 개발자들은 소프트웨어 품질 향상, 보다 정확한 예측, 개인 역량의 객관적인 평가, 개인 프로세스의 정량적 관리 등의 이득을 얻을 수 있다. 측정 및 분석 활동에서 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 수집이 무엇보다 중요하다. 하지만, 데이터 수집의 높은 오버헤드(overhead)와 컨텍스트 스위칭(context switching)의 문제로 인하여 신뢰성 있는 데이터의 수집에 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 이러한 어려움을 감소시키기 위해 자동 데이터 수집 및 분석 기법이 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 자동 데이터 수집 및 분석 기법을 확장하여 웹 애플리케이션 개발에서의 개인 프로세스 데이터를 자동 수집 및 분석 하는 도구를 설명한다.

The role of environment-friendly and energy-efficient rail transportation is on the rise as a "sustainable transportation means" to cope with environmental changes that are major concerns around the world. Along with the environmental problems, the CO2 inhibition issue became critical for mankind to prepare global warming and high oil prices. It has come to a point where an alternate means are needed to revitalize plans including renewable energy, bicycle utilization, and prepare new solutions for decreasing number of cars within the city The personal rapid Transit(PRT) is the revolutionary future transportation means that can replace cars to deal with ever-increasing traffic congestions, vehicles, and environmental/energy problems. Expected as an efficient means, technology development has already taken place in developed countries such as U.S., England, and Germany. To meet the future demands, PRT installation around the nation's new and existing towns is being examined to produce important factors. The factors are produced for examining the availability of system requirements during design and construction practice.

In this study, we have developed the personal computer-based industrial accident information management system(AIMS) which produces the industrial accident reports, various statistical reports and graphic charts such as pie, bar and trent charts. Recognizing the fact that computer systems are an integral part of today's business environment, the computerized industrial accident information management system serves as tools to help safety professionals accurately and rapidly obtain the information necessary to make decisions. The system can be used for the prevention of industrial accidents by early detection of potential hazards and by scientific and systematic analysis of causal factors.

Ship's position data obtaining method is one of the very important factor in navigation. Nowadays, GPS(Global Positioning System) using the earth orbiting satellites are equipped and operated for the position finding. Because it provides more precise position information than other equipments and is very convenient for navigator. In this study, it is designed to develop the GPS simulator for everybody being able to practise the GPS operating skill like as navigation planning, navigation calculating etc. And also, it can be operated with personal computer without real GPS receiver. This simulation system is based on the real GPS receiver and built by the visual basic 5.0 program. And it displays the ship's position and navigating information and plots the ship's moving track on the screen in real time according as initial setup data-main engine's rpm, rudder angle, departure position and waypoint.
